Speaker 1 (00:15):
Hey, everybody, welcome to today's show. Welcome to Equality and
Writes for Role. I'm your host, Anthony Larudo Duke, and
we have a really interesting topic for today's show, in
which it is why I prefer Zazzle dot Com over
other platforms to create and sell products. So let's get

(00:41):
right into this. You know different platforms. You know, they
offer many different things and whatever, and that's fine and stuff.
But let me explain to you guys why for me personally,
I prefer to create and sell products on Zazzle dot Com. Okay.

(01:12):
Number one, you can create a lot of great products, Okay,
and you know it's always gonna take time to create
the products because you gotta make sure everything is set
correctly and whatever else. You know, no matter where you
go to, it's gonna take some time and some work

(01:37):
to get this done now. But with with Zazzle dot Com,
it makes things pretty easy to create. Uh. To create
your own store on there for free, it's free to
sign up with. Okay, you create, Like I said, you

(01:57):
create your own store for free and and and and uh.
And the other thing is when people go to there
to brew to your store on Zazzle dot Com, the
amount that they pay, you know, including you know, because

(02:22):
they have to pay for the shipping and everything else
as well. The money gets sent to Zazzle dot Com,
the the you guys who create the store. Like if
you guys wanted to create your own store on zazel
dot com, you don't have to pay Zazzle anything on

(02:44):
a monthly basis. There's no fees or whatever anything, so
you don't have to pay like that. But when the
people go to purchase the product that's on your store
on Zazzle dot com, whatever they pay, the money goes
to Zazzle and you know, to pay the workers and everything,

(03:10):
because Zazzel sends the products right to the customers to
who's ever place in the order. The creators are you
guys who have your own you know, if you have
your own store on Zazzel, the money does not go

(03:35):
directly to you, you don't. The money goes straight to Zazzle,
and Zazel sends the customers who place the order the
products directly to their homes. Okay, which is another great
thing why I like Zazzle because my home does not
have to look like a freaking warehouse. We're crap all

(03:58):
over the entire place many people love to do. I
hate that. So it's great that Zazo sends those uh
products right to the people who place the orders. Now,
the creator, like myself or or whomever, we get a

(04:21):
small portion of the money, a tiny small portion, and
Zazo gets a much larger portion because they got to
pay all the workers and everybody else. Everybody gets paid,
and so the products get sent right to the customers,

(04:46):
right to their front door. They don't have to worry
about uh like the creators like myself and stuff. We
don't have to like I said, we don't have to
worry about our homes looking like where houses. We don't
have to go all the way to the post office
or to warever and all the different types of weather.

(05:08):
We don't have to worry about any postal services coming
to our home and ring on our doorbells and everything
off the wire to just pick up packages or that,
you know that to get to the customer. We don't
have to worry about all that other stuff. And that's

(05:29):
uh a lot of the reasons why I I truly
love zasl dot com. And you know, but people have
told me that you know, when they when they have
when they sell products on other platforms. They go, yeah,
you uh, you get to keep all the money. You
don't have to pay the company anything. But but and
I said, and I always ask them, well, let me

(05:52):
ask you a question. Do you got to pay that
other platform? Do you have to pay them like a
uh a monthly fee or anything to have your account
on there? And they go, yeah, well, you don't have
to pay Zazzle anything. It's you can make your own
account for free, you make your own store for free

(06:13):
and everything. So yeah, fine, you don't get all the money,
you get the small percentage of the pay you know,
but still, look what it saves you. You don't have
to travel out and all the stupid ridiculous weathers, you
don't have to have your home looking like a freaking warehouse.
And here's another thing why I love Zazzle, because if

(06:36):
anything is wrong with the product, like when they get it,
they have to get the customers have to contact Zazzle
and Zazel takes it from there. So it's like the
biggest headaches are off of the creators and it's really

(06:59):
all on saz So, So like I said, yeah, you
get a small portion of the pay. The creator's got
the small portion of the pay you know, just a
couple of bucks, but it adds up as all that
adds up with the more products that get sold. So
but still it's like Zazzo takes all the you know,

(07:22):
Azazzle takes a lot of the stress, all of the
creators they do, they take a lot of stress off.
So that's why I personally love Zazzle dot com and
that's why I have my internet store on zazel dot com.
And a lot of people keep saying, oh, you should

(07:42):
go to other platforms and b that's great for them
if they want to do that, kudos to them. But
for me personally, I like Zazzle. And here's another thing.
I always say, we have to support one another, not
tear each other down, you know, help promote each other's

(08:07):
businesses and stuff like that. And a lot of people say, oh,
zazz is all b as a debibit DiPT for me.
It's not for me, it's uh, it takes a lot
of the stress off of me. So and here's another thing.

(08:28):
No matter what platform, there's always pros and cons to everything,
and it's always easy to find the fault in everything
and everybody and every place. But instead of doing that
let's just lift each other up and support one another
and find the good in things. It's always easy to
find the band in things. So let's find the good

(08:49):
in things and help support one another. And I truly,
I said, I truly love zazzle and stuff, so and
that's what I'm gonna keep using and I'm gonna keep
promoting them and stuff like that. So you know, but

(09:10):
every you know, everybody's different, and everybody's got different lights
and disclights and stuff like that. But let's help promote
one another. Let's really help lift each other up instead
of tiring each other apart and bringing each other down
all the time. So with that, I want to remind

(09:31):
all my fans out there about my website, Advocate Information Highway.
The link to their's aihny dot com. Again, that's aihny
dot com and you guys can check out all the
pages on there. And so if that, take care everybody. Bye.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
