We willen die niet voelen. Dus we gaan boos doen. Of ontkennen dat gevoel en onderdrukken 'm, Soms stoppen we helemaal met voelen. Maar alles wat je aandacht geeft groeit. En iets niet willen voelen.... is aandacht geven. En omdat dit pijnlijke gevoel zich niet zomaar laat ontkennen en wegdrukken, krijgt het zo veel aandacht.
Dit is een oefening hoe je anders met die gevoelens om kan gaan. Ze toe te laten, zelfs er naar toe bewegen. Erkennen dat ze er zijn en dat ze er mogen zijn.
