Visualiseren is een hele goede methode om je gedrag opnieuw te programmeren. En dus te veranderen. Door filmpjes te maken achter je gesloten ogen over het gedrag dat je wenst te doen, ga je het uiteindelijk ook vrijwel automatisch doen.
