Finding Inspiration in Everyday Life

Sometimes inspiration feels hard to come by. The obligations and hardships we endure can make inspiration difficult to access and in challenging times it is easy to lose inspiration. When we get in those hard places, a good coping strategy is to consciously decide to look for inspiration and be open to finding it. We can also actively seek out opportunities for inspiration and create experiences where we have the possibility of feeling inspired.
