Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the Good Day Health Podcast with doctor Jack Stockwell,
sponsored in part by Caldron, The safe, proven way to
lose weight and keep it off. Doctor Jack Stockwell is
on the air.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at Forbidden Doctor dot com. I
am not the Forbidden Doctor. Those of you who are
familiar with my web page or have been listening for
my goodness two decades of my participation with Doug on
the Doug Staff and Good Day Health Show program have
heard me use the term forbidden doctor for over ten
years now. The forbidden Doctor refers to that doctor inside you,
(00:37):
the doctor that built your body, the doctor that runs
your body, that heals your every ill, that takes care
of your immune responses and all the other functions of
your body without you even being consciously aware of it.
Why is it forbidden because the medical industry, Big Pharma,
forbids that you know this thing exists because it is
(01:00):
their desire to get you to sign up to the
drug club for the rest of your life and live
better chemically rather than naturally. And so that is who
the Forbidden Doctor is. And I still use that title.
I have my own products under the Forbidden Doctor name.
They are at Forbiddendoctor dot Com of strong a very
(01:22):
strong support for your emotional system and a very strong
support for your immune and digestive system. Two different products,
Long Life Energy Enzymes as well as Ageless Thyroid, two
of the products manufactured and distributed by Forbidden dot Com. Now,
(01:43):
I want to give you a test to show whether
or not you've been brainwashed. Now that's assuming an awful
lot on my part that I haven't been brainwashed. So
I know the questions to ask as to whether you
have been brainwashed. But this is and I think you're
(02:05):
going to pass it just fine. If you've been listening
to the Doug Steffen Health Show long enough, you're going
to know the answers anyway. But it's something you can
try on your family members, or your work associates, or
your people in your neighborhood, people in your church, people
in your civic groups, whatever else, to find out whether
(02:27):
or not they have been brainwashed. Because brainwashing is so
easy today, politically, socially, economically. So as I watched the news,
as I was watching this morning, everywhere I turn, no,
that doesn't matter what channel, whether you're watching some right
wing or left wing news thing, they're all essentially the
same to some degree, and you can hear these little
(02:50):
statements being made where there's very little evidence behind what
they're saying. It's just people's opinions, and it's very easy
to just very subtly create discussions, create cultural changes that
lead to a brainwashing in the sense where you stop
(03:11):
your critical thinking. And so that's what I want to
try to trigger with today's show, a deeper motivation of
critical thinking. So I've got a few questions because the
insidious propaganda that is just constantly being fed to us
by those industries who profit by our failure to rigidly
(03:37):
screen information as to how true and how sound it
really is. And unless we're alert to this, we can
accept many palpably fictitious statements as fact and just allow
ourselves to be swindled right and left, both in our pocketbooks,
but even more importantly, our very life, our health, our existence.
(04:00):
Mark Twain expressed it so well when he said, the
trouble with most people is they just know too many
things that ain't so. So here's a questionnaire that I
think can help to enable you to check on a
few facts that are commonly misrepresented. Number one, and I
hear this on news programs morning or evening news. Is
(04:24):
it true that we're the world's best fed nation? Now?
Our propaganda artists in our colleges and our federal agencies,
of course tell us that we are. Our local health
people tell us that we are. And if that's so,
why is it that we list heart disease as the
major cause of death? While it's rather rare in China,
(04:50):
it's rare in India, and it's rare in Southeast Asia.
I mean, it is so rare that as I study
and read the reports of people who have been doing
field work among Chinese citizens at the behest of the
Chinese government, that heart disease was so uncommon in various
(05:15):
areas of China, various areas of India, that the typical
Chinese medical student or the typical Indian medical student may
never have a chance to observe a case of heart disease.
That's true, and I've often pointed to this on the
(05:36):
Doug Stephans Show. Why did the autopsies of our soldiers
in Korea, what is that fifty years ago? Oh, no,
excuse me, seventy years ago show that seventy seven percent
were afflicted with several severe forms of coronary disease. Yet
(05:57):
the Korean soldiers on autopsy those who had been killed
had no such signs of that condition. So heart disease,
we know now just thrives in food cultures due to
white flour, refined sugar, candy, and sugary soft drinks, and
(06:21):
wherever those foods are available, which throughout the Western world,
you're going to have heart disease as the major cause
of death. Second question, is it true that the cause
of tooth decay has still not been discovered? Well, of course,
(06:42):
by no means. One thing that I like to collect.
I used to collect a bunch of stuff. There's very
few things I collect anymore because I don't have time
to do anything with it. One thing I do collect
are nutrition books published prior to World War Two. Attrition
books and nutrition science prior to World War II was
(07:05):
based on food and food derived vitamins. After World War Two,
our so called nutrition science and research was then based
on synthetic vitamins. Once they figured out there was a
way to create false vitamins, which is about ninety nine
(07:26):
percent of the vitamins in the marketplace today are just fake.
They come from China, distributed by various pharmaceutical companies that
own fifty to sixty smaller nutrition companies, so that these
things are distributed with different labels, but at all the
same material comes from laboratories in China. Prior to World
(07:49):
War Two, as I said, our health the research that
was going on was based an awful lot at state colleges,
where a lot of the work in a state college
like here in Utah right of Utah State, that's the
Agricultural College of the state. And one of the two
things that they're very interested in is greater crop potential
(08:13):
by using agronomy, the science of agronomy, and producing healthier
animals for processing for our food supply. And one thing
they're absolutely concerned about is how do we have the
healthiest animals with the least amount of cost. And one
thing they've learned is that you have to feed them
(08:36):
the foods that Mother Nature made. If you feed these
animals the foods that food companies make like we humans do,
you're going to end up with animals with heart problems,
with cancer, with arthritis, with diabetes. Can a cow be diabetic?
You bet they can because they force these diets on
these animals in these state colleges just to test what
(09:00):
food is best. And part of the process of doing
that is to find out what isn't good for them
so that they can make sure they don't get that,
that they get the good stuff. So I told you
that to tell you this. There is a book published
back in nineteen eleven by a doctor Pickerel out of
New Zealand, and he wrote a book showing that civilized
(09:24):
refined foods like white flour, white sugar, candy, soft drinks
caused tooth decay and wherever the very various populations did
not eat that stuff, but ate their typical ethnic diets
that they have been eaten for hundreds of years, had
(09:45):
perfect teeth. And in India there is no This is
from this book nineteen eleven. How long ago is that,
I mean, that's one hundred and almost one hundred and
twenty years ago. In India there is tooth decay back
in twenty eleven in only one person in eighty one
(10:06):
thousandth as common as it is here, where the average
draftee going into the Vietnam War had as many as
twelve cavities. Now, another pre World War Two book by
doctor Harold Hawkins and his book Applied Nutrition showed that
we remain immune to tooth decay unless our calcium phosphorus
(10:30):
balance is upset by malnutrition. It's that simple. Tooth decay
isn't isn't fought from the outside in like we normally
do with surgery on the tooth to get rid of
the of the disease part of the tooth and then
put a filling in there. Mother nature supplied us with
(10:52):
the kinds of foods that our teeth would heal from
the inside out. And so they learned over one hundred
years ago, if the calcium phosphorus balance was correct in
the body would not get tooth decay regardless of what
you ate. The next question, and what I'm trying to
do is give these questions to indicate whether you are
(11:14):
on top of the things or if you've been brainwashed.
Is it true that the cause of arthritis is unknown?
And that's what our medical authorities tell us. Of course,
that the fact is that arthritis can invariably be caused
in test animals by only one thing. Again, this goes
back to the State College. You can create arthritis in
(11:35):
a test animal by just one method, feed them cooked food.
If the test animal is eating nothing but cooked foods,
they will develop arthritis almost overnight. Now we're going to
go to a break here in a moment, but I
want to talk to you about what they found out
(11:55):
in order to not just reverse the arthritis, but to
make sure these are animals did not get arthritis. I'm
doctor Jack Stockwell at Forbidden doctor dot com. I'll be
right back.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Here. We are back on good day health.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
I can't I can't tell you the number of patients,
especially new patients that I start taking care of for whatever,
joint pain, muscle pain, back pain, digestive whatever. I always
ask him, where do you think your pain's coming from? Oh,
it's arthritis? And well who told you that? Well, my
(12:36):
doctor told me that. And how did they determine that?
And they get this blank look on their face. I said, well,
did they take a bunch of X rays? In most
cases they didn't, because the only way you can absolutely,
definitively diagnose arthritis is with an X ray, because it's
just like a shining light bulb in the dark. If
(12:59):
there's arthritis, you're going to see it on an X ray.
So it's kind of this default thing that we fall into.
So in these state colleges, they could induce arthritis in
a test animal by not allowing them to eat the
foods that Mother Nature made for them, but giving them
cooked foods. Because cooking destroys the critical amino acids that
(13:21):
are required by bone for its repair and its regeneration.
And so when you have cooked foods and the equivalent
with human beings, and I'm just going to use beef
as an example, if you cook your beef or your
steak or whatever else past medium rare, you have destroyed
(13:44):
what your body needs to build bone. Those amino acids.
Amino Acids are very fragile. If they get hot enough,
they will break down. Amino Acids are the building blocks
of proteins. Proteins are the building blocks of muscle and bone,
in the nervous system and everything else. So in feeding
(14:04):
test cows, cooking the food resulted in the assimilation of
only one tenth of the minerals and one fifth of
the protein that was in the food. So they would
take a bunch of alfalfa, a bunch of grass, a
bunch of grain. And you have no business giving grain
(14:26):
to cows because that's not what Mother nature designed for
them to eat. But they would take these foods and
in a raw state, they would measure the amount of
minerals per gram or per kilogram whatever, and the amount
of protein that was present. And when they would cook
these foods to the degree that they would be feeding
(14:49):
these animals, and then test these foods. Before they found
the fed the animals, there was only about a tenth
of the free minerals left and about a fifth of
the protein could be actually assimilated by the animal. So
test animals that were put on cooked foods or pasteurized
milk soon would lose their teeth from gum disease or
(15:11):
die of arthritis after being so crippled they couldn't get
across the feed lot to get to their food. When
did we know this before World War II? Another question,
is it true that the cause of cancer is unknown now?
(15:32):
What we know for sure now is that cancer is
caused by the use of foods that are common to civilization,
Because cancer is unknown among populations that are isolated from civilization,
the Hunsas of northern India, some of the modern day
(15:53):
communities that live in the high plateaus of the Alps,
the high valleys of Switzerland, and Northern Italy. Almost none
of these kinds of problems are present now before too
long here, we're going to go to another break, and
when I get back to that, I want to go
into greater detail as to where cancer is explosive on
(16:17):
this planet and where they have no cancer. Yet. We're
all human beings and even though we have slight genetic differences,
we still come from a common source. I'm doctor Jack
Stockwell at forbiddendoctor dot com. I'll be right back after
the break.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
I'm Doug Stephan and she's not. She could be Elizabeth Miller. However,
as a matter of fact, she is. Elizabeth Miller. Is
one of the great reasons for going to toploss dot
com and engaging in the work of calitrin getting that
weight off the natural way.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Caltron is different than everything else up there because it's
really good for you. It's actually drug free, stimulant free,
so it's good for you. We've been helping customers since
nineteen ninety seven. That's over two hundred thousand happy customers,
so I know that we just helped people all over
the United States lose weight. So if you go to
toploss dot com, you'll see the counter and sell right there.
(17:11):
But we do also, like Dougs had, put together custom packages.
Usually they're available by email or our Facebook page, or
you can call us and we'll put together something custom
for you that will also have some special pricing on there.
And then of course Doug has a promo code. If
you use the promo code Doug, that's going to save
you on shipping on all orders.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Elizabeth Miller from the folks at calend Frind. Thanks Elizabeth.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
I'm doctor jackstock Will at Forbidden doctor dot com. I'm
kind of giving a test to find out if we're
brainwashed and how brainwashed, because you can ask the average
person on the street these questions, especially the one I
just asked, is the cause of cancer unknown? And I
think the average person probably would say, yeah, that's why
(18:06):
there's so much money being spent on cancer research. Well,
I don't want to go down. I would be going
out in the weeds if I were to follow up
that ill logic. But I want to stay here with
the cause of cancer. Now, you remember doctor Schweitzer, the
great African doctor. He said in his writings his journals
(18:31):
that cancer was unknown to the African native when he
first established his missionary colony back in the eighteen hundreds,
and it was only found after the Foods of Civilization.
It's an interesting term that they would use. The foods
of civilization followed him in. So, in other words, he
(18:53):
goes to these to this sub Saharan African areas where
missionary work, but he's also a doctor and he's there
to try to help these patients where they're sick, to
regain health or whatever else. He had great understanding of
the laws of nutrition, far more advanced than one hundred
and fifty years later with us in our modern medical world,
(19:18):
which brings up a little side note here. One of
the things that Bobby Kennedy Junior has recently insisted that
I'm very much in favor of is that medical schools
can lose a lot of their funding from the federal
government if they don't start teaching nutrition. And I've mentioned
that to a couple of patients and they kind of
(19:38):
were surprised. You mean they're not taught nutrition. No, they're
not taught nutrition. They're taught drug therapy. The three d's diagnose,
get a disease, prescribe a drug DDD. That's what medical
school curriculum is all about. No, they're not taught nutrition.
If they were taught nutrition, the people wouldn't need the
drugs anyway, Doctor Schweizer. No cancer in Africa till the
(20:03):
foods of civilization showed up. A Stephenson. If you google
Eskimos and Stephenson, you find a very interesting story of
a fellow who spent decades with the Eskimos. He said
cancer was completely unknown among Eskimos until civilized food finally
(20:23):
penetrated the Arctic Circle. And then one of my heroes,
doctor Weston A. Price, author of nutrition and physical degeneration
still printed today, published I think back in the nineteen thirties.
He says that cancer was unknown in the villages in
the high valleys of the Alps until better highways started
(20:46):
to you know, zigzagging back and forth across these mountain sides,
till they could get up to the high valleys, until
they got civilized foods. He tells us when he visited
the Pacific Islands, where cancer was unknown until they developed
sugar plantations and civilized foods were introduced. Now, by civilized foods,
(21:09):
I simply mean foods that to some degree might represent
what Mother Nature made but to a large degree they don't.
Mother nature didn't make preserved meats, you know. Mother nature
didn't make breakfast cereals. Mother nature didn't make packaged, microwaveable dinners.
All these kinds of stuff is what's meant by civilized foods. Now,
(21:33):
there was a doctor roundtree, this is a part of
my literature collection, showed in nineteen thirty three that stale
cereal oil, and he means the grains that people would
grind up to make their bread. If it went stale
and became rancid, it caused cancer. And test animals with
(21:57):
one hundred percent degree of certainty, and other test on
animals showed that refined foods caused a ninety percent incidence
of cancer from implants of malignant tissue, where zero incidence
was found in similar implants given to animals that were
fed natural, unrefined foods. Now, let me explain the sentence
(22:20):
I just said. When they would take test animals and
take tumor samples from a cancerous animal and inject the
contents of that tumor into an animal that was fed
refined foods, nine out of ten times that animal developed cancer.
(22:42):
But when they took the same tumorous itck and injected
into an animal that was fed natural, unrefined foods, there
was zero incidents of that animal developing cancer. Now, once cereal,
this is what they called it back then, a cereal,
(23:03):
just grains was prepared. Once a food was prepared from
the original grain or the grain that was processed from
any kind of milling, like you take wheat and you
mill it to create white bread, those oils will proceed
to oxidize and go rancid day by day. Now by oils,
(23:24):
I mean the vitamin E oils and other oils that
come out of the covering of the grain, which is
where the germ is. And that not germs in the
sense of germs, but the germ of that that germinates life,
the thing that makes that seed plantable and produce another crop.
(23:45):
Once that grain has been ground, those oils are exposed
to oxygen, and with wheat, you have about seven to
ten days before that vitamin E oil in that grain
will go rancid, and they know that that is carcinogenic.
(24:08):
Every bakery should be required to grind their own flour
at the time of baking for any product made from grains.
I don't know any other way to protect the health
of the consumer. Unless the product is once it's ground
up and made, it's vacuum packed or gas packed to
prevent the destructive effects of oxygen. So this is why
(24:29):
I have made the shocking statement to many of my patients.
If you have to buy bread and you go down
the aisle of the supermarket, buy white, don't buy the wheat,
and they look at me like, are you crazy? Wheat
bread is better than white, oh, is it? If you
take a couple of cups of wheat berries and grind
(24:53):
it up and put in your honey and your salt
and your yeast or whatever else you're going to put
in there, and make bread out of it, it's hard
to find a healthier food than that, because the oil
from the grinding hasn't had a chance yet to oxidize,
(25:17):
and once it's baked into the bread, it's been completely
changed and you don't have to worry about it that
much if it's consumed within the next week. However, if
it's allowed to even fresh ground wheat, if it's allowed
to go, you know, you store it in a bag,
or you store it somewhere to make bread. Later on,
(25:39):
it goes more than seven to ten days, it becomes
very dangerous. The original seed can be stored without deterioration,
but it has to be intact, which is why they
have We've all heard the stories where they have found
wheat berries in clay containers inside the Pyramids or in
(26:03):
the Egypt wherever the mummies have been kept. There's usually
containers of grain that's still viable thousands of years later.
But once that outer edge, that outer surface has been
cracked and exposed to oxygen, it has to be consumed
pretty quick. Now, why am I saying all of this
stuff because it is definitely causing cancer in test animals
(26:28):
in state colleges, and they're mammals and we're mammals. Are
we that much different? So I've caused a lot of
concern and worry on my local radio show and Salt
Lake over these things. But the more people study this,
the more logical it starts to sound. After a while.
And when you haul or remove the nutshells like peanuts,
(26:55):
you enhance the ransidity and you reduce the shelf life.
Peanuts go rancid fast if that little red skin on
the peanuts removed. Even shelling corn has that effect. Mexican cooks,
and we have a lot of Mexican restaurants in the
Salt Lake City area where I live, will prefer to
shell their own corn to make tortillas once it's been
(27:18):
removed from the cob with a germ still on the
kernel tip, because once that's gone, it's lost its protection
and will begin to oxidize. I think I spent enough
time on that one. Here's another question. Is it true
that depleted soils produce crops that undermine our health and
create disease. Yeah, of course it's obvious. You can't make
(27:44):
something out of nothing. Doctor Royal Lee, who was the
discoverer of food based vitamins since nineteen twenty nine, the
oldest supplement company in America, the one that I use
in my clinic and available at forbiddendoctor dot com, said,
(28:05):
if there's no vitality in the soil, there's no vitality
in the bottle. And when you consider the fact that
nine out of ten bottles of vitamins did not come
from the soil, they came from plants. Not plants in
(28:27):
the sense of the plant kingdom, but plants in the
sense of businesses and large corporations. Using chemicals in China
to create what they what the FDA says, Okay, that's
vitamin B one when it's not. It's just it's just
a portion of the vitamin B one molecule. Okay, this
(28:49):
is This is vitamin C A scorbic acid. Ascorbic acid
is not vitamin C. Ascorbic acid is the antioxidant shell
of vitamin sea producing foods. You peel an apple, what happens,
goes brown? You peel a banana, what happens? It goes brown?
(29:11):
You peel an avocado. What happens? It goes brown. That's
the oxidation that's taking place because now it's exposed to
oxygen and its own antioxidant covering is no longer present
to or prevent this from happening. Now, getting back to
the soil, most commercial farms have top soil that might
(29:36):
be half an inch thick. And the reason these depleted
soils can produce green peppers as green as the shamrocks
of Ireland can produce tomatoes as red as a setting
harvest sun can produce yams and sweet potatoes, just as
(29:58):
orange as a Florida or orange is because of the
chemicals that are sprayed in these soils prior to planting,
but they're empty of nutrition because there's no vitality in
that soil that can get into the vitality quotient of
the plant. Which is why local supermarket that I shop
(30:21):
from in Salt Lake Steady they're called Harmons, has a
huge organic section of fruit and an organic section of vegetables.
And talking to one of the owners a number of
years ago, he said, I don't know where all this
demand is coming from. I said, It's coming from my
(30:43):
radio show, Bob. I tell my patients go to this
store for your organic vegetables and fruits. Well, I could
go on for another two hours on this subject, but
I hope I'm getting my point across to you. Modern
civilization has destroyed the value of our food and it
(31:04):
takes almost one person's full time efforts to make sure
the best food ends up on our dinner plates for
our families and our children. I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at
Forbidden dot com. This program was produced at Bobksound and Recording.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
