Speaker 1 (00:00):
Doug Stephan here with my friend Elizabeth Miller. All right,
let's talk about something that's new. Everybody, listen up, because
this is going to help you a great deal. There's
a special deal while supplies last, and they're not going
to last long. Go to Doug Stefan dot com and
click on the Dougs deal button. It's a thirty day
(00:22):
supply of Caltron for thirty five dollars. That's a savings
of forty bucks because the usual price is seventy five.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Yeah, we don't do this ever. And with Calatren teaming
up with Doug right now, Like he said, this offer
is only good through his website, you can always call
us too, and we will definitely still offer that to
you while those supplies are lasting. You can call eight
three three top Loft and just say hey, I've got
Doug's deal for thirty five dollars. I want that bottle
(00:52):
and if we still have supplies, we will definitely give
that to you by phone two.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
Do it now, Thanks, Elizabeth. It's the Good Day Health
Podcast with doctor Jack Stockwell, sponsored in part by Calendrid,
the safe, proven way to lose weight and keep it off.
Speaker 4 (01:08):
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at forbiddendoctor dot com being able
to be a part of the Doug Stephen program.
Speaker 5 (01:17):
I do not take this.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
Lightly, and I am very grateful for my long standing
relationship and friendship with Doug Stephan a couple of at
least two decades now that we go back. He was
traveling across the country, stopping in at various radio stations
across the country that was we're carrying his show, and
(01:44):
there was, of course, there were many of them all
across the country, and the Salt Lake City one where
I also had a radio show early in the morning
that just followed his national show, he chose as one
of the places to st so we had a you know, a.
Speaker 5 (02:02):
Party for him when.
Speaker 4 (02:03):
He showed up, and of course I was starstruck because
I had been listening to him for a long time
before I would do my radio show, and we just
hit it right off the bat. He was sitting across
a table from me while I was controlling the board
and the broadcast of the show, interviewing him and his
(02:25):
history and why his show was so successful. And I
could see the way he was sitting that he was
uncomfortable and he would move around in different positions, and
when you're involved with correcting body architecture like I am.
I mean when I take care of a patient, their
(02:46):
head and neck are perfectly vertical and their shoulders are
perfectly level after I work on them. And that's what
I that's what I'm trying to do, because I want
the forces of gravity pulling this thirteen pound bow ball
sitting on top of your neck straight vertically towards the
Earth instead of off to one side or the other.
(03:07):
And it's the accidents and injuries that we go through
in life, many of them in childhood, that sets that
head out of balance with the neck, and then the
rest of the spine and the shoulders and the pelvis
have to adapt to those altered positions against gravity over
the ensuing decades. And some people can have, you know,
(03:28):
quite an imbalance in their spine and just an occasional
little low back pain. Other people migrains headaches, neck stiffness,
loss of rotation of the head on the neck, the
spine starting to twist and bend, starting to herniate disks,
as well as perpetual muscle spasms that never seem to
(03:48):
completely relax.
Speaker 5 (03:50):
This is my playground.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
So when I saw Doug sitting there in kind of
an altered position against gravity. I yested that before he
got in his car after the radio show was over
with and he headed for southern California, that he stopped
by my office for a couple hours and let me
work on him. And he was completely open to it,
and he felt the change immediately. He could feel the
(04:14):
change all the way down his spine into his pelvis.
And so he and I have been friends and he's
been a patient of mine ever since. And I see
him at least once a year, sometimes twice when he's
passing through the area. But it's it, but it's what's
in his heart and in his soul that has attracted
(04:34):
me to him. He's one of the nicest guys. I mean,
he is as nice off the air as he sounds
on the air. And so I just treasure my friendship
with Doug. And I know he appreciates your listenership as
much as I do. So I want to talk about
the immune system a little bit this morning, because to
you know, here we are moving into a change of seasons,
(04:58):
and you're going to start hearing coldon flu season, and
then you're going to start hearing a lot of scuttle
out there about empocs or X, with xpox, monkey pox,
m pocs AVI, and bird flu. You're just going to
(05:22):
be hit with all kinds of information in order to
get you to sign up to the club if you
haven't already. And so what I want to talk about here,
it may be the remainder of my portion of the
show before I joined Doug, is how do you protect
yourself from this coronavirus or any virus for that matter,
(05:43):
because it's going to start dominating the news. There's all
kinds of conspiracy theories out there that it's a bioweapon
that was invented by the Chinese. You have to be
careful when you're around anybody that might possibly be carrying
this terrible thing because it'll linger on the paper money.
(06:04):
So because it lingers on paper money, we have to
go to a cashlest society. Or that the coronavirus is
now put the government into a position where can just
crack down on dissidents, and that coronavirus is caused by
five G I want all that put aside. I'm not
going to comment on whether any of that has any
(06:26):
factual basis in truth or not. That's not what's important.
What's important is the power of your immune system. I'd
like to call your attention to our health survey. It's
right there on the top of the homepage at forbiddendoctor
dot com. It's an assessment that costs you nothing and
(06:49):
you can get some interesting results from my assessment of
the way you answer certain questions. Perfect completely private encrypted,
it's private, just between you and myself, and it's a
series of questions that you would ask or that you
are asked, and you just, you know, you just rate
(07:09):
the questions according to frequency or severity. Most of these
questions you just skip right over because they have nothing
to do with you. Some people who've taken this assessment
feel like the more questions they answer, the more clear
a picture I can get of their current health situation,
when exactly the opposite is true. The more of these
(07:29):
questions you answer, the more cloudy the whole thing is.
So there's over two hundred questions, and depending on how
you answer them, I will put together a protocol that
I suggest that you might ensue along with my nutritionists,
and we put our heads together and figure out something
and we send it back to you and absolutely free
of charge, with suggestions that you might do to address
(07:52):
these kinds of problems you're having from a natural point
of view. So I just wanted to mention that before
I get back into the virus is. So let me
the purpose of this is to try to help prevent
a panic because I have patience. I've been doing radio
(08:13):
for thirty years in the Salt Lake City area, and
I have people I take care of now that I
started taking care of thirty years ago that still to
this day. Interestingly enough, when the change of the season
comes around, Oh, doctor Jack, what should we be doing now?
Speaker 5 (08:31):
And haven't you been listening to me?
Speaker 4 (08:34):
I answered this question for you, you know, a year ago,
and that's what I want to do here, because coronavirus
has been around for a long time. Both the STARS,
the severe Acute Respiratory syndrome and mers MRS, the Middle
East Respiratory syndrome are caused by a type of coronavirus,
(08:57):
and like all viral outbreaks, they have their their day
and then they kind of taper off as the number
of cases when we start moving out of cold and
flu season begin to diminish, and the number of deaths
from coronavirus is very, very low compared to the number
of daily deaths from flu and pneumonia, and most of
(09:20):
these occur in nursing homes among the elderly. And when
you look at the number of children who have actually
died from coronavirus, you're going to have to look far
and wide to find any because it's something that happens
(09:41):
to older people, and it usually happens to people with
co morbidities, meaning they've already got some other problems, and
they have these other problems to a large degree because
of a sluggishness of their immune system. So the worst
part of all this hullrible life is just the ridiculous
(10:03):
bad advice that just fills all of the evening news
newspaper reports because people are engaging in extreme hand washing
and they got to disinfect every surface in their home
with clorox, and they stop shaking hands with other people
and they start wearing masks. And remember it, and I've
in the past when I've talked to Doug about these subjects,
(10:26):
viruses are incredibly small, So the analogy has been used
to wear a mask to stop a virus is like
building a chain link fence to keep out the mice
and the problem. The thing that I always keep coming
back to is you don't read anything in the papers
about building immunity to all the diseases.
Speaker 5 (10:48):
From coronavirus to tuberculosis.
Speaker 4 (10:53):
And I have even seen an article in the Washington
Post a couple of years ago that admonished its readers
you can't build immunity to the coronavirus. That is absolute nonsense.
And like any virus, coronavirus is no match for somebody
who has a strong immune system. Now, I'm going to
(11:13):
give you some ways here in which you can bolster
your immune system, but I'm going to repeat that coronavirus
is no match for someone with a strong immune system.
And whether it's a virus that affects your intestines or
whether it's a virus that affects your lungs, if you
have a strong immune system, you're going to be fine.
This is why there are people in certain family groups
(11:37):
who never get sick, as there are people in family
groups who seem to always get sick, always catch something
that's coming down the pike. In an office setting, there's
always somebody in that office that never takes sick time
because they never get sick, whereas there's somebody else in
that office that seems like they have to take one
or two days off every couple of weeks or or
(11:58):
more often than that, and the difference between them. And
it has nothing to do with age, nothing to do
with race, nothing to do with religion or political beliefs.
It has everything to do with the strength of the
immune system. I want to go through some of the
things that you can do simply to bolster the power
of your immune system, because immune strength makes all the
(12:22):
difference in the world. And just as I'm saying that
there are people in a family or an office setting
or whatever else, some special group that never seems to
get sick. They can travel to foreign countries and they
don't get sick. They can be on crowded airplanes and
they don't get sick. And again it's the strength of
their own immune system. So here are some ways that
(12:49):
you can strengthen the power of your immune system. You
want vitamin A rich foods because vitamin A is your
number one protect against viruses. And why is that Because
vitamin A is absolutely essential to the strength of the
(13:09):
surface of your tissues, your lung tissue, your skin.
Speaker 5 (13:14):
The surface of your eyes.
Speaker 4 (13:17):
You walk around in an ocean of viruses all the time,
just because you can't see them.
Speaker 5 (13:22):
Dn'ting for a moment. They're not there.
Speaker 4 (13:24):
Viruses aren't some little hairy, eight legged figure dark as coal,
so it can hide in the shadows of the corners
of the closet, waiting to jump on you when you
open the door. Absolute nonsense. Of course, they're everywhere. They're
in the air, They're floating around all over the place.
You can't escape the presence of viruses any more than
(13:45):
a fish can escape the water, and so these things
are landing on you all the time. The surface of
your skin is acidic. Your skin should be about four
point five to five point five on a pH scale,
so that almost all of these things that land on
you are destroyed by the acidic nature of your skin.
(14:07):
But the health of that skin requires certain elements in
your diet to keep it good and healthy and healthy looking.
And the number one thing is vitamin A. So take
your cod liver oil one that has natural vitamin A
in it, and if you really want to boost it,
you should eat liver at least a four out serving
(14:29):
of liver at least once a week. For the vitamin
A content, then you want vitamin D, and vitamin D
works with vitamin A to give us a strong immune system.
The best sources are cod liver, oil, egg yolks from
pastured hens, butter from grass fed cows, fish eggs, and lard, yes, lard,
(14:52):
la RD, lard from pigs that were raised outdoors. Not
in pins A and D really work together. And interestingly enough,
vitamin A and vitamin D in their natural state only
come from an animal source. There are no vitamin A plants,
there are no vitamin D plants. Well, what about carrots.
(15:16):
Parrots do not have vitamin A in them. Parents have
precursors to vitamin A. It has certain ingredients that your
body can manufacture the vitamin A from, but that's an
energy dependent process that takes place in the body. Requires
energy to do that, and you're better off eating a
(15:38):
vitamin A source of food. Anything that has caratenoids in them,
a lot of crunchy vegetables, especially carrots. These are precursors
to vitamin A. Vitamin D can only come from the
sun through your skin through photosynthesis to produce vitamin D
in your body, which again is an an animal based
(16:01):
Since you're an animal, an animal based substance. But then
it also comes from as I said, cod liver oil,
egg yolks, not commercial egg yolks. They're four in vitamin
D egg yolks that come from grass pastured hens. Butter
from grass fed cows. Fish eggs are good and lard.
(16:22):
Then coconut oil. Uh. The coronavirus. It's a lipid coated virus,
this corona, this coronavirus. And it's interesting the relationship between
medium chain triglycerides and its effect on coronaviruses. Now we're
going to come to a break, and when we get
(16:44):
back from the break, I'm going to go into that
in a little more depth, as well as about four
or five other things that you might want to include
in your diet.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
Doug Stephan here with my friend Elizabeth Miller. All right,
let's talk about something that's new. Everybody sit up because
this is going to help you a great deal. There's
a special deal while supplies last, and they're not going
to last long. Go to Doug Stefan dot com and
click on the Doug's Deal button. It's a thirty day
(17:16):
supply of caltron for thirty five dollars. That's a savings
of forty bucks because the usual price is seventy five.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
Yeah, we don't do this ever, and with Calatron teaming
up with Doug right now, like he said, this offer
is only good through his website, you can always call
us too, and we will definitely still offer that to
you while those supplies are lasting. You can call eight
three three top lost and just say hey, I've got
Doug's deal for thirty five dollars. I want that bottle
(17:46):
and if we still have supplies, we will definitely give
that to you by phone two.
Speaker 1 (17:50):
Do it now, Thanks Elizabeth.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
We're coming into cold and clue season and there are
people who got a cold or the flu last cold
and flu. See they're going to get it again this
season because there are some things they need to do
that they haven't done and some and you may be
the very one who doesn't get flue or cold every
season because there's things you're doing in your diet the
(18:16):
strengthen your immune system. So I'm trying to give an
overall approach here. I started talking about vitamin A rich foods,
vitamin D rich foods, and now I'm talking about coconut
oil because the coronavirus is a fat coated virus that
just absolutely jumps out in the presence of medium chain triglycerides,
(18:37):
and coconut oil is our best source of these healthy
fats mcts. You know, if you've been working out in
the gym or something, or you know somebody that's a
real what do they call them, a gym rat something
like that, they know what mcts are, medium chain try glycerides,
and they're a very powerful boost to your immune strength.
(18:58):
And coconut oil is one of the best ways. I
take coconut oil every morning. It's solid, it's solid at
room temperature because of the saturated fat that's in it.
But it's in my morning protein shake. I ought to
do one of these shows on my morning shake that
I do that goes in there, that carries me till
about one or two in the afternoon without any hunger
(19:20):
through the morning.
Speaker 5 (19:21):
I have to do that.
Speaker 4 (19:22):
But coconut oil, I put about a tablespoon of it
in the shake and whip it up.
Speaker 5 (19:27):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (19:27):
Gelatin rich bone broth is very important for supporting the
immune system and it and it actually helps us to detoxify,
especially the liver. You have to have a healthy liver
in order to be able to have a very strong
immune system. Why is that because everything you eat, everything
(19:50):
you drink except water is going to go through the
digestive system be absorbed into the bloodstream through something called
the portal system, and that portal vein is going to
go straight into the liver, and what you have eaten
in a digested sense is going to go through the
(20:11):
liver before the liver will release it into the bloodstream.
It's like, well, this may not be the best example,
but it's like the TSA in the airport. You know
you've got to get through that before the FAA is
going to trust you to get on an airplane. Well,
before your body is going to trust what you've been
(20:31):
eating to get to the bloodstream, it has to go
through the liver. And one of the best ways to
detoxify to keep that liver clean is gelatin rich bone broth.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Vitamin C.
Speaker 4 (20:45):
Is another very powerful boost of the immune system, and
your best source of vitamin C is fermented vegetables like
sour kraut. There is ten times more vitamin C and
sour kraut in the fresh cabbage that the sour kraut
was made from because of again the microbial world that
(21:06):
you can't see. It's just too small without a microscope.
Those microbes are covering that cabbage that came from the farm,
whether it's organic or not. An organic of course is
the better choice.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
But that.
Speaker 4 (21:21):
Cabbage is covered with a particular kind of bacteria. Is
that is found on that cabbage. And when you take
that cabbage and you cut it up into slices, in
the smaller pieces, and you stick it in a big
glass jar with a lid over it for a sprinkle
in some salt for a few days, it's going to
turn into sour kraut because that's going and there's more
(21:44):
to it than that, and there's plenty of videos at
YouTube on how to make your own sour kraut, which
is actually can be quite delicious. The microbial action of
that bacteria on the cabbage while it's sitting in that jar,
firm in is taking the byprodt. One of the byproducts
(22:05):
of that bacteria is vitamin C. And so there are
studies to show, to repeat myself, ten times more vitamin
C and sauerkraut than in fresh cabbage. Now, if you
want to buy the sour kraut rather than make it.
Speaker 5 (22:19):
That's what I do.
Speaker 4 (22:20):
I don't make it. I tried it once. It's just
so easy, as busy as my lifestyle. It's just so
easy to buy it. But you want to buy the
cold stuff. You want to buy the refrigerated sauer kraut,
not the can sauerkraut that's sitting on the shelf at
room temperature, although that's better than none. If you get
the refrigerated type and the deli section of your supermarket,
(22:41):
that's because the bacteria is still very vibrant and still
very much alive. Then saturated fats. You need more saturated
fats in your diet. Coronavirus seems to have an affinity
for the lungs. Your lungs cannot work without saturating fats.
So you want to eat plenty of butter, and you
(23:04):
need to avoid all the industrial fats and oils. And
I have done many programs. If you go to Doug Stephen,
Good Day, the Health Show and look at the podcasts
over the last several years, you'll see some podcasts there
where I get into talking about the industrial fats and oils,
(23:27):
primarily the Dirty Eight, the Nasty Eight. What do they
call it, starting off with soybean and canola and cottonseed oil,
and safflower oil, and grape seed oil and rice brand oil,
and a couple more in there that I can't think
(23:47):
of at the moment, but all industrial fats and oils.
And it's interesting that they call them vegetable oils because
they don't even come from vegetables. Interestingly enough, they come
from these seeds. And there's more and more warm from
various health agencies on the internet about the danger of
these seed oils because they're extremely inflammatory to the cardiovascular system.
(24:12):
But I'm getting off point here. The important thing is
your lungs are a very fatty organ just like the brain.
The brain is a very fatty organ. In fact, the
brain is more than half fat by dry weight, and
fat is used as an insulator as far as the
(24:33):
brain and nervous system is concerned, but it also promotes
healthy surface of the lungs that you're constantly coming in
contact with oxygen as you breathe it into your lungs
and the tissue, the alveoli, the little tiny sacs that
you have millions of them in your lungs, they need
to expand and contract and expand and contract as we
(24:56):
breathe air into our lungs, dependent upon the presence of
saturated fats. And then the last one. There's several others,
but the last one for the show today is raw milk.
Raw whole milk from pasteurized cows contains many compounds that
strengthen the immune system. And this may be one subject
(25:20):
I have with my patience, other than diabetes and obesity
or dementia, would probably be the area of raw milk. Now,
I think there are I think half of the states
in the Union allows some form of sale of raw milk.
(25:42):
And the argument, of course is that raw milk is
dangerous and the bacteria and everything else. That just absolute
nonsense spread by the American Dairy Association to make sure
that you are locked into buying pasteurized milk. Now, if
you're camping and you're up in the mountains, or you're
camping anywhere, and you run out of water for some reason,
(26:09):
and it's too many miles to go get fresh water,
and you have these streams running through, running down the
side of the mountain or the hill or whatever else,
and there's all this water coming out of the ground,
and oh, here's all the water, sweetie. We don't have
to go somewhere here. Here's all the water we could
possibly use. What are you gonna do with that water
(26:29):
before you drink it? Yeah, you're gonna boil it. You're
gonna put it in some kind of a pant sitting
over your campfire or whatever else, some kind of a container.
You may run it through water filtration of portable water
filter with you. But if you don't have that, you're
gonna boil the water. Why do you boil the water.
You boil the water to kill anything in there that's alive. Now,
(26:54):
why do we pasteurize milk? We want to kill anything
in there that's alive. Now, Interestingly enough, raw milk will
last longer in the fridge than pasteurized milk because raw
milk has certain bacteria in it that's absolutely essential for
(27:15):
the transfer of calcium and the milk to your bones,
to preserve the vitamin A and D that's present in
that milk, to preserve the fats and the protein structures
that's in that milk as Mother Nature created it for
whatever animal is nursing its young, that it gets the
best nutrition that can possibly get the best thing for
(27:37):
a horse's horse milk. The best thing for a calf
is cow's milk. The best thing for a lamb is
sheep's milk. The best thing for a human baby is
mama's milk. I mean, you can't argue this kind of
a thing. But when you cook it as you do
when you pasteurize it, you kill most of what's in
that milk that your body needs for its own health.
(28:00):
So here in Utah, Here in Utah where I live,
you can buy from raw milk farms.
Speaker 5 (28:08):
Although raw milk you can drink.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
I usually get a gallon to two gallons of raw
milk a week. I just did yesterday, and I have
a gallon in the refrigerator in my clinic and a
gallon at home.
Speaker 5 (28:22):
And if I.
Speaker 4 (28:23):
Don't consume that much during the ensuing week, I just
don't have to buy any for another week because that
raw milk, and I've tested it is still fresh and
good tasting three weeks after it came out of the
cow if it's at low temperature. Now, why do they
push pastor I mean, why do some states outlaw it
(28:45):
Because of the strength of the Dairy Association. They don't
pasteurize milk to make the milk safe for you. As
I've said many times on the show, they pasteurize the
milk because dirty milk ends up in the system. And
you could have ten farms very very careful about how
they treat that milk coming out of that cow before
(29:07):
it gets into the big tanks that go off to
the milk processing stations. One just one of them a
little careless one day, letting something through in that milk
that shouldn't be there. Well, ruin all the rest of
that milk from all the other very careful, clear minded
dairy producers, just with that one batch, and so they
(29:29):
have to pasteurize the whole thing just to be safe. Well,
the problem is you kill what's really important that's inside
that raw milk. I have so many patients that once
I could get them to move away from their the
diets they that's made up of all of the processed foods,
(29:49):
the processed grains, and the processed vegetables and the overly
processed meats, and get them back to eating a kind
of diet that Mother Nature provided us with, their health
turns around within within two to three months, they're not
the same person anymore. And right there at the very
center of that turning around is raw milk.
Speaker 5 (30:11):
So if you live in.
Speaker 4 (30:11):
A state that allows that, I would highly recommend you
looking into it to a greater detail. And there's a
lot of good information on the internet about raw milk. Now,
the question is can raw milk carry the coronavirus, which
is what this whole program started out with, you know,
a good question. The answer is no, because coronaviruses belong
(30:32):
to a general group of pathogens that are called respiratory diseases,
and the fluids and coughing serve as a major mechanism
for you know, spreading to others and infecting their respiratory tract.
These pathogens cause diseases that are characterized as airborne and
the group of pathogens that are concerned to raw milk
are called digestive diseases. And these pathogens are in the
(30:54):
digestive tract. They grow in the digestive tract. So you
don't need to worry about your glass of milk carrying coronaviruses.
I'm going to be joining Doug here very shortly. Again,
I want to mention my podcast at forbiddendoctor dot com,
as well as podcasts with Doug at the Good Day
Healthshow dot com.
Speaker 5 (31:13):
I hope this helps something for you to think about.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at forbiddendoctor dot com.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
I can attest to Jack's expertise regale him with the
touting that he deserves. Also, the people that come to
see him are the satisfaction what are they? Satisfaction guaranteed?
Are your money back? What you're say to your patience
satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. And one of the
(31:44):
things that I find in our relationship, because we are
very close friends, is that I can call him anytime
and ask him to tell me what this is. And
in this case, what this is is a mystery. I
sent Jack a picture on Sunday this last weekend of
some spots on my arm, and there are three of
(32:06):
them actually, the one fairly good sized, couple of smaller ones,
and it looks like a kind of a bruise, but
it's the color of blood. So I looked it up
online just to see because I've had little ones like
this before over the years, but not this big. So
I sent the picture to Jack and he thought we
ought to talk about it. They are what amounts to
(32:27):
splotches on my skin, and he told me that it
has to do with capillary frigility. And so as usually
when somebody says to me, well, people your age they
go through this, that sends me into the ozone because
I don't want to be like other people who are
my age or even closer. I don't want that to
(32:47):
be the excuse, but I do want to know what's
going on. So for the benefit of me and others
who have gone through this, what is going on.
Speaker 4 (32:54):
Just as your brain and your lungs and your kidneys
and your pancreas.
Speaker 5 (32:59):
Need food, so do your blood vessels.
Speaker 4 (33:01):
And there are certain foods Mother Nature produced that actually
strengthen the walls of the blood vessels. And the older
we get, the more we do not have that food substance,
the weaker the blood vessels begin to be.
Speaker 5 (33:16):
So that the.
Speaker 4 (33:17):
Smallest of little bruises that you're not even aware of,
suddenly there's little splotches that start showing up on the
skin as these capillaries fracture.
Speaker 1 (33:26):
And it's always jack, It's always the same place in
my arm.
Speaker 5 (33:33):
So what is that.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
Well, that may be because you're going to see it
more on your arms and the back of your hands,
than anywhere else anyway, because those are always getting banged
up against something even though you're not banging it.
Speaker 5 (33:44):
Well, we were young. I am on the farm.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
Mean, I'm doing a lot of stuff that I bang
into and I don't even think about it.
Speaker 5 (33:51):
So that's part.
Speaker 4 (33:51):
Well, when we were younger, we might fall down or
bang an arm or a shoulder or a hand. An
Oh boy, it's going to bruise, and suddenly it's not.
There's no bruise. It didn't bruise at all. Because of
the resiliency of the capillaries. We have over sixty thousand
miles of capillaries in our body, most of which you
can't see. You need a microscope to see them because
(34:12):
they're so small. Red blood cells have to line up
individually to get through them to deliver the oxygen. Now,
it wasn't Harvard it was, and it wasn't Rutgers. There's
a medical school back east. I'm trying to think of
Johns Hopkins I think it was that did a study
on this and they found out that the food is
now the standard process has known this for fifty years,
(34:33):
and they that has.
Speaker 1 (34:35):
The supplement line that Jack touts uses recommend They have
a product thirty different set Standard Process items.
Speaker 4 (34:44):
Yeah, and they have a product that contains routin r
uti n It's a food substance that is known to
build capillary strength. In fact, Johns Hopkins said, any pharmaceutical
company that can synthesized routin will be the most profitable
pharmaceutical company on the face of the earth. Well, they
haven't been able to do it. That's one of the
secrets of mother nature. So the greatest concentration of routin
(35:08):
actually is in the juice of the pea vine. The
thing to you know, where we grow our green peas,
the vine that grows the green peas is loaded with
root and well, Standard Process has a process where they
reduce that down and it's in a product called Syruta Plus.
It's available at forbiddendoctor dot com and I highly recommend
(35:29):
that you take at least six of those a day
from now on three morning, three at night.
Speaker 1 (35:34):
I've been taking that, but I'm wondering if I've got
too much fish oil, because I've been taking a lot
of fish oil supplements over the years, and I wonder
if that affects this.
Speaker 5 (35:43):
Now, where did you get that idea? I don't know.
I just thought, Oh, I'm.
Speaker 4 (35:48):
Just wondering if you read it somewhere. I'm not familiar
with fish oil doing that. No, yeah, all right, No,
I think it's just from a lack of the root
and in our diet.
Speaker 5 (35:57):
All right. So there it is.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
