Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the Good Day Health podcast with doctor Jack Stockwell,
sponsored in part by Caldrin, the safe, proven way to
lose weight and keep it off. Check it all out
at toploss dot com.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at Forbidden Doctor dot com, but
also at Jackstockwell dot com and then the other side
Forbidden Doctor. Of course, is what we do nutritionally with
our patients. It's not enough. It simply isn't enough in
today's world.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
To eat better. You have got to supplement.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
I take care of patients from newborn all the way up.
My oldest patient right now, I think is ninety four
and the entire spread in between. One thing I always
try to get them to understand once the structure has
been taken place, is that they have simply got to
do a better job of feeding their body. And when
I make some suggestions on supplements, they usually will say
(00:56):
something like I have to take all this No, just
eat better. If you go, if you will eat better.
And for some people, eating better simply means salads, and
nothing could be further from the truth. When I say
eat better, I'm saying eat the foods that Mother Nature
made untouched as much as possible by the hands or
(01:18):
the processing of mankind. So they say, well, mother nature
made the salad. Yeah, mother nature made what's in a salad.
But mother nature didn't make the glyphi sate that was
sprayed all over those foods before they got to the
marketplace and then to your table, and that glypha sate
still there and it's going to destroy your gut.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
Glyphah what doctor Jack.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
So the educational program that I offer to my patients
starts back at square one almost every day. So I
try to refer my patients to this podcast with the
Doug Steff and Good Day Health Show for more information
because they're going to need more information than just what
(02:01):
they pick up in the daily news. And most of
the commercials on TV that have anything to do with
healthcare are selling drugs or they're selling some synthetic supplement
that was made in the laboratory somewhere trying to mimic
what mother nature has made. And you can always tell
by looking at the ingredients of the bottle. If the
(02:21):
chemical name of the vitamin is there, it's synthetic. It
was made in the laboratory, and it's completely incomplete. Several
things are missing from it that make it a real
full food. So in trying to get these points across
to my patients, I've got some things I've put together
(02:42):
here to be healthy and happy over the age of
sixty five. A few steps here that you might want
to keep in mind. I know there are not a
lot of teenagers that listen to my program. Most are
people in the second half of their life, and so
(03:03):
that's what I kind of dedicated today's show about how
to be healthy, how to be happy, how to keep
the engines running by the time you hit sixty five. Now,
I hit seventy five a week ago, and I'm still
going full speed.
Speaker 3 (03:17):
I still have a full work schedule with.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
My patients, and you know, a little tired at the
end of the day and no issue about that. But
I'm still going full speed, and i still have my mind.
I haven't completely lost it yet, and so I've got
some things to help deal with that. So what are
the ten most important things in today's world that seniors
(03:39):
have to do to stay healthy? Now for just tuning in,
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at forbiddendoctor dot com, a regular
on the Dug Steffan Good Day Health Show for over
twenty years now, and I really deeply treasure my relationship
with Doug and the trust that he gives to me
(04:00):
to be able to get on here and talk.
Speaker 3 (04:02):
About these kinds of things.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
So, in today's world, looking at it from a modern
point of view, not necessarily mine, but from a modern
point of view, what would be the ten most important
things you need to do to stay healthy? Well, I'm
going to answer that those ten things with ten questions.
(04:26):
Get a physical every year. Eat from the four food
groups as shown on the food pyramid. Stop smoking, carefully,
follow instructions regarding.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
Your prescription drugs.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Lose weight, control blood pressure by taking prescription drugs every day.
Lower cholesterol, no matter how low it is already. Take hormones,
especially for women, to prevent a heart disease and osteoporosis.
Stay on a low fat diet. Stay away from quacks
and arlatans and natural health alternatives which can prevent you
(05:05):
from getting the really truly science based care from a
qualified medical physician. No, the answer is no. Most of
these things are just fluff, some are downright false, and
some are dangerous. So I've got ten more things to
keep you healthy as much more sensible, much more realistic,
(05:26):
and much more rewarding, and I think I can fit
all ten of them in here before the program's over today.
Number One, stop the bad habits like smoking and drinking,
which includes vaping.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
They have to stop.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
They're going to prematurely aid you and they're going to
destroy your liver and hurt your heart smoking and drinking.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
That can be done.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Number two, maintain your proper weight with diet and exercise,
because when it comes to diet, most Americans consume way
too many carbohydrates, and you want to eliminate most of
the processed foods, packaged and wrapped products. You need to
reduce all breads, grains, pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, crackers. In fact,
(06:15):
a thirty day trial, as I have put some patients on,
of no bread or wheat of any kind is always
helpful trying to rule out wheat as a cause of
the problems. Instead, you want to eat plenty of whole
fresh foods, including vegetables, at least a third of them raw,
and this will help prevent our cure diabetes, and after
(06:36):
a year or so we'll eliminate most arthritis. Arthritis is
just simply a cooked foods disease. We eat too many
overly cooked foods that in the cooking of these foods
destroy the very elements that rebuild joint structures in our body.
And when our body doesn't get this raw material, these
amino acids that it needs the joints to read, arthritis
(07:01):
sets inky Number three.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
Exercise.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
Exercise simply is the fountain of youth for seniors. You
want to start a program of exercise about oh at
least four days a week that includes some aerobic work,
and by aerobic I mean just brisk walking. Brisk Walking
is where you walk fast enough to stimulate the heart,
(07:26):
but not so fast that you lose your breath. In
other words, if you have you and somebody walking with you, you
want to walk fast enough that your heart is stimulated,
but not so fast you can't carry on a conversation.
You want to be able to talk while you're walking briskly.
(07:48):
If you lose your breath and you try to catch
up to carry on a conversation, you don't need to
walk that fast. Just slow down a little bit, but
keep that heart pumping and then along with and you
only have to do that like three days a week,
three days a week for thirty minutes. Now you don't
want to if you're not familiar with this kind of activity.
(08:10):
You don't want to just start out and go out,
you know, for a thirty minute, you know, fast walk
around the neighborhood or the mall or whatever else, because
it'll hurt, you'll develop some hip and thee pain, and
then you won't do it at all. So you start
a little bit at a time, do a thirty minute
regular walk, just a walk that keeps putting one foot
(08:33):
in front of the other. And as every week goes by,
you're going to go a little bit faster. And I'm
telling you, within thirty days, you will not believe the
energy that you have, simply because you're better oxygenating the
cells of the body, especially the muscles as well as
the heart. And then along with this, you need to
do weightlifting, and that means weightlifting for everybody. I don't
(08:56):
care how old you are. I've got my ninety four
year old man who's a retired rant, sure weightlifting seriously. Now,
you don't have to go to the gym and start
pumping iron, you know, just sometimes. And I've got other
patients that are barely out of a wheelchair onto a
(09:16):
walker that just use a couple of soup cans sitting
in a chair, pressing them up in the air over
top of their head, and then laying down on their
back and doing presses up into the air. But the
trick is not The trick is the slow burn exercise.
I have some patients just getting up out of a
(09:37):
chair doing slow burn. Now, slow burn is where you
don't go to the full extension of your arms or legs.
In other words, when you've seen commercials for gems that
you can go join and there'll be somebody pump an
iron or something and they go to full extension all
the way up over their head and back down to
(09:58):
the shoulder. Burn is where the muscles stay contracted the
whole time. In other words, you don't go to the
full extension of the movement of muscles. You go ninety percent,
but you stop before you can lock your elbows, and
then you come back down slowly about ninety percent of
(10:22):
the way so that you don't rest the weight from
a locked elbow. You only have to do that two
or three minutes. Those muscles will be burning and you
will get as much exercise on those muscles in two
to three minutes as you could get for half an
hour working out in the gym, because when you take
(10:45):
a muscle to fatigue to the point where you just
in two or three minutes of doing what I'm talking about,
your arms are so weak you couldn't even swat a mosquito.
That triggers tremendous growth. Hormone, triggers stem cells, triggers angiogenesis,
(11:06):
which is the building of new blood vessels in the muscles,
and within thirty days you will be up and walking
around like you haven't before. You don't have to go
join a gym. You can do this right in your
own home all right now. As I said, it's kind
of the fountain of youth because just slowly getting up
(11:28):
out of a chair, not to wear your hips lock
or your knees lock. You know, your legs are still
bent a little bit, and then you slide back down
slowly towards the seat, but you don't sit down. You
stop before that exercises five muscle groups. Just doing that
for a couple of minutes, two or three minutes. Now
we're going to go to break here.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
Shortly.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
When we get back, I want to talk a little
bit about prescription drugs and synthetic vitamins and pure water
and the role that they play in making sure you're
still moving one hundred miles an hour even though you're
over sixty five years old. And it's some of the
things that I do. I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at forbiddendoctor
dot com.
Speaker 3 (12:09):
I will be right back after the break.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Doug Stefan here with good Day Health. Doctor Jack Stockwell
is on the air.
Speaker 2 (13:19):
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at Forbidden doctor dot com. After
the age of sixty five, life doesn't have to end
this as we go into the golden years of our lives,
we should sail right through on smooth waters. Now, the
next thing I've talked about stopping the bad habits, and
(13:41):
I mentioned trying to maintain the proper weight by getting
rid of just terribly overly processed carbohydrates, things that are
in boxes and bags and cans. One person asked me
here not too long ago. You mean there's nothing in
that section of the grocery store that's any good.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
I said, yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
If if it's fermented pickles, fermented asparagus, fermented cabbage, yeah,
those things are pretty good for you. Most everything else
have been destroyed in the processing of that food. Remember,
food companies don't exist to make you healthy. Food companies
exist to make a profit. I could take the rest
of the show talking about that, but I'll leave that
where it's at now. Number four that I have listed
(14:23):
down here is to keep your prescription drugs as a
treatment of last resort, and keep prescription drug used to
a minimum. There is no drug treatment of any kind
that does not have side effects. Once two drugs are introduced,
most physicians cannot extrapolate the interrelated side effects. Remember drugs,
(14:48):
as drugs are chemicals, and these chemicals have a chemical effect.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
It's just like.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Elemental sodium and chlorine gas. Both of them are toxic
to the human body. But when they come together and
create a chemical reaction, they form sodium chloride or table salt,
which you can't live without. But independently, before they react
(15:18):
with one another, they're separate individual compounds. So you get
a drug for your heart for say, blood pressure, and
you get a drug for kidneys in the way of
a diuretic to help the kidneys get rid of fluid.
Force the kidneys to get rid of fluid, not help.
What happens when these two chemical these two drugs are
(15:40):
in proximity to one another in the bloodstream because they're
reactive compounds. What are they creating in the reaction between
the two of them. That's what I'm talking about. Now,
With three or more, the situation is completely impossible for
anyone to understand. I have a patient who's a pharmacologist,
(16:02):
not a pharmacist, a pharmacologist, which is a pharmacist on
PhD level, And pharmacologists are not working in pharmacies unless
it's a compounding pharmacy. Pharmacologists usually work for various medical
doctors who need special recommendations, special mixtures, and for good
(16:28):
advice before they give too many of these drugs to
their patients. And so I was talking to him one
time when he was in my clinic, and I said
to him, George, doctor George, I was recently reading where
(16:48):
it's almost virtually impossible to track the interrelationships of four
different prescription drugs. And he looked at me with a
grin on his face, and he says, hell, Jack, we
can't track the inter relations of two prescriptive drugs, so
with three or four. I mean, it's remember that properly
(17:10):
prescribed prescription drugs are the fourth leading cause of death
in this country. Properly prescribed drugs the fourth leading cause
of death in our country. Something to think about. We're
going to go back to break. I'm going to get
back here with the rest of this list. You're listening
to the Good Day Health Show. I'm doctor Jack Stockwell,
(17:31):
we'll be right back.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Caltrin is on the top of the food chain, if
you will, when it comes to losing weight, and because
it is fall, it's time to focus on what we
seem to get into every year at this time exactly.
Speaker 7 (17:45):
You know, we call it the eating season around here,
and you know, while this season is full of joy,
it is just also full of temptation. So when you
were taking Calatron, it's not only going to help you
lose the inches and the pounds, but it also so
helps you make those better decisions because you do have
less cravings, you have more energy, you're not having the
(18:06):
afternoon slump or the crash because Caldrin's working with your
body naturally. So if you need a little bit of help,
especially this time of the year, Caltrin is gonna get
you there. The website is toploss dot com. There is
a big false sale going on right now with discounts

bit of weight to lose or a lot of weight
to lose, it's a great time to get on Caldron.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
Elizabeth Miller from top loss dot Com and Caldron.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Here I'm doctor jackstock Will at forbidden doctor dot com.
I want to continue my list here on what you
can do to be healthy and happy after the age
of sixty five. Life does not have to end, but
you have to give your body some serious attention to
keep it working. You know, if if you had been
a dream all your life to have a two hundred
(18:52):
and fifty thousand dollars Ferrari and somehow things worked out
where you got it, not going to be putting crappy
oil in it. You're not going to be letting it
sit out in the rain. You're going to probably be
taking better care of that car than yourself than the
care you give to yourself. And you're not going to
(19:14):
be using cheap oil, and you're not going to be
letting the oil change go past its date. You're going
to be wiping it down and you're going to be
looking at it with pride. The same thing you can
do with a well operating body.
Speaker 3 (19:28):
Now.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
Number five is to keep the amount of synthetic vitamins
you consume to a minimum. Synthetic If the chemical name
is on the label for that vitamin, like thyamond mono chloride,
it's synthetic. What it should be showing is liver, whole grains,
carrot powder, sweet potato powder, and a few other vegetables.
(19:54):
Is what should be listed on your vitamin container. If
they aren't there, it's synthetic. Be careful. You want to
maintain a supply of pure water and drink a lot
of it every day. The healthiest water on the planet
is well water out there on the farms where that
water is pumped out to the animals, where it has
(20:15):
an open top to the atmosphere. So all the local
antigens that cause allergies and things fall into that water.
Pyrogens fall into that water, Bacterian viruses fall into that water.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
And it's water that came.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
From melting snow or river banks somewhere that went through
the aquifer for filters and ended up there at groundwater
thirty forty feet deep, whatever it is, how deep the
well is, because when you drink that water, all of
the surrounding antigens of the area, things that trigger your
immune system are present in that water, and it constantly
(20:55):
reinforces your immune response. It keeps your immunes some strong
and healthy. So what kind of water after that well
not distilled? Distilled as dead water, and anything that was
living in that water that would do you any good
has been destroyed through the distillation. Yeah, but doctor Jacket's
this pure clean water. Yes, it's pure clean water. But
(21:17):
you need more than that, and they will and they will,
they would say, isn't there any use for that at all?
Speaker 3 (21:23):
Said?
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Some people have a distiller to distill water they put
into their coffee machines, and then after it's gone through
the poor or the drip or in a machine that
does all the grinding and.
Speaker 3 (21:38):
Pouring out the.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
Coffee in your coffee cup or whatever else or tea, whatever,
it's no longer distilled in the sense that it's just
empty water. Now it has all the contents of whatever
filter it went through, whatever kind of coffee. And so
if that improves the taste of the coffee instead of
tap water that just tastes terrible, then fine, But don't
(21:58):
drink it as as is your normal water source or
r O water that's had the minerals removed. You need
the minerals that's in this water.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
Now.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
The water I drink is the water I have for
offer to offer my patients in the clinic as well
as I take these six gallon jugs home for my
home water, it's just Sun Valley water. Sun Valley, Idaho.
It's a particular spring up there that just has tremendous
mineral content in the water and it's delicious. Now all
(22:32):
around the country, all around our nation, there are spring
water sources. That's a good place to get your water,
even if you have to use your own bottles. Then
you want to maintain proper digestion. One thing I almost
always give to every new patient is a bottle of zipan.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
It's just it's enzymes.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
It's it's dietary enzymes to break down the foods that
you're eating. Because the older we get, the less acid
our stomachs make, the less chance we have of fully
breaking down the proteins into peptides and amino acids and
all the It's like your digestive system needs to be
(23:13):
the most powerful deconstruction system on the planet. And I
and I've talked about people I've talked to, you know,
Henry Ford and his assembly line that he created. And
as the automobile is going through, more and more is
added to it until it comes out the other end
as an operating model. T Ford Well suppose it went backwards,
(23:34):
so well, it's fully assembled. But now we're going to
reverse the course and it's going to go backward through
the manufacturing plant, and they're going to take off the fenders,
and it'll take off the doors, and it'll take off
the roof and the windows and the seats and the siding,
and then they take off the hood, and then they
take out the engine, and they start taking the engine
apart until you get to the very end of the
(23:58):
what was once the beginning, and here's fifteen thousand parts
laying all.
Speaker 3 (24:03):
Over the floor.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
That's what a good healthy digestive system does to your food,
completely disassembles it into the smallest parts possible so it
can get through the wall of the gut into the bloodstream.
All too often when we do not complete or digestion,
you're going to end up with diarrhea, You're going to
end up with constipation, usually constipation, bowl problems, bowel disease,
(24:26):
colon disease, even cancer. So I always recommend zipans Zypa
and it's available at forbiddendoctor dot com. And I always
tell people if all you had was an apple, a
banana or some berries and nothing else, you don't need it,
but any other thing you eat.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
When you finish eating it.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
You should take two to three of these little tiny
brown pills and watch what happens. No bloating, no gas,
no pressure, just digestion. Then the next thing is to
take a daily flat oil supplement raw flaxoil. The thing
that I like is flaxoil plus B six. That's what
(25:08):
I take. In fact, I just took it about a
half an hour ago, and I recommend that to my patients.
It's available at forbiddendoctor dot com under supplements flaxoil B six.
Flaxoil is just pure, pure essential fatty acids. The omega
threes just powerful. There's a little bit of six in air,
(25:29):
but mostly three. The brain needs that. Your brain desperately
needs that. I think we could probably cure most of
the cases of mental disease and early dementia in its
various forms, including Alzheimer's, by making sure that our citizens.
If I were King of America, I would make sure
(25:51):
that you got a daily dose of flaxoil every single day.
Then you want to take care of your liver. Remember,
your liver is the main filter to your entire body.
You know, just as a car is going to sputter
and stop with a clogged fuel filter. The same thing
can happen with you. There are foods and food concentrates
(26:12):
that facilitate the detoxification of the liver. Now eat you
want to eat plenty of kale, radishes, garlic, eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, asparagus,
red pepper, red bell pepper, because these have inside of
them chemicals that trigger the detoxification of the liver. Everything
(26:38):
you eat, everything that goes down your throat except water,
is going to go through the digestive system eventually into
the blood and through the liver before it ever hits
the main blood supply. Interestingly enough, nature doesn't trust us
to eat correctly, so she put in there into that
(27:02):
system a filtering system, so that everything that goes down
your throat except for water, because some water will be
absorbed through the stomach wall, most of it's absorbed through
the gut. But everything else you EAT's got to go
through this disassembly plant of digestion into a little watery
(27:22):
soupy mixture that goes into the small intestine where digestion continues,
and then eventually these materials start getting absorbed through the
gut wall into the bloodstream into what is called the
portal system po RTL, and the portal system gathers all
of this blood coming out of the gut with the
(27:46):
nutrients or horrible nutrients whatever that you just ate, and
it's going to head right to the liver, and then
as it comes out of the liver, it's going to
go into something called the inferior venaicava, which is the
return of deoxygenated deoxygenated blood to the heart that nature
(28:06):
just doesn't trust this to eat correctly. So when you
eat these other foods, they're called the brassicas you know,
the kind of crunchy things. And doing this on a
regular basis, just introducing these into your diet if you
haven't done so.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
Before, will be a big step four, a big step forward.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
Just think of an oil filter on your car that
was self cleaning that you didn't have to change every
few thousand miles. It would clean the gunk out of it.
That's what your liver does, is try to clean the
gunk out of the blood. Because what you ate yesterday
is going through your bloodstream today. The sugary stuff, the
(28:51):
overly processed meets, overly processed carbohydrates, whatever else that's what's
feeding the body, but it also may be halting the
slow of blood filtration through the liver, because your liver
is looking at this stuff and it's looking up at
the brain and it says to the brain, what am
I supposed to do with this? And so the liver
starts trying to create enzymes to break down stuff it's
(29:14):
not familiar with, and then you can end up with
a toxic liver. And then the last thing is to
make sure you take your nutrients that come from food.
I mean, these are the ones the body is going
to utilize properly without any problems, and at the very least,
you know, for those people who are healthy and want
to stay healthy, I'm going to give you a list
(29:35):
of one, two, three, four supplements that I take every
day that I highly recommend that you take. Now you
need something to write this down so you don't forget it,
or you can always take the Symptom survey at forbiddendoctor
dot com and then we'll get to you personally and
(29:57):
talk to you about this. But these four things so
are number one catal in cata l y n about
six of them a day, just a little tiny brown pills,
three of them with breakfast, three of them with dinner.
If you did that for a year, if you took
six cattle in for a year, every single nutritional deficiency
(30:17):
you've had in your growing up, maturing and now golden
years will be made up and replenished. Then you want
something called mintran min TRN. It stands for mineral tranquilizer.
It's not a tranquilizer in the except in the fact
that it provides the brain with micro nutrients, especially trace
(30:40):
minerals that the brain needs to operate correctly. Then something
called cardioplus, which is for everybody except unless you have
seriously low blood pressure, which is food for the heart.
Cardioplus about four to six of those a day, four
to six of the mintran, and then codliver oil for
(31:02):
vitamin A and D and several other things that are
just very very important. All those available at forbiddendoctor dot com.
And that's this is a list of ten things that
you can do as a senior. I guarantee you will

Do you have three ex wives and your current trophy
wife wants a life insurance policy three times the size
of the policies you had to purchase for your previous mistakes.
If so, you need to call Big Lou at Term
Provider eight hundred five to two nine twenty eight fifty six.
Big Lou is intimately familiar with your problems, and if
you're fifty to sixty years old and in reasonably good health,
(32:25):
a one million dollar policy should only cost about one
hundred to two hundred dollars per month. Big Lou may
have a solution for your previous policies as well. You
may even save enough money to lighten the load on
your new one million dollar policy. Remember called Big Lou.
He's like you, except he's only on number two. Call

I am wondering about vitamin D at the moment. There
(33:50):
are a lot of people who take vitamin D. And
because I think this is worth talking about, the supplements
are not all created equal. We talk about standard process.
It's your favorite, and it's my favorite. You've taught me
why it is that the all natural ingredients in the
standard process stuff are the best. And it seems like
a pretty simple choice. But yet there are a lot
(34:12):
of people who are taking vitamin D supplements that are
not it's synthetic stuff and so and plus the fact
I wonder, you know, there's been so much focus on
vitamin D and how our systems have not had enough.
Are we in danger of overdoing it?
Speaker 2 (34:30):
Well, most people do not have enough vitamin D. Most
of the blood work that I have done on my patients,
or blood work that they bring in from some other
office almost invariably shows that they are low.
Speaker 3 (34:45):
On vitamin D.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Now, there's the problem is when you're getting vitamin D
in the supplement, it doesn't tell you if it's synthetic
or if it's the real McCoy. And so when you
read the label and read the ingredients, if all it
says is coly calcipherol and there are no foods listed,
(35:09):
then you know it's synthetic, and the little test I
tell people to do is go to the grocery store
and go to the section where they have the little
rat and mice control stuff, the little poisons, and read
the package and it'll say coally calcipherol, the same thing
you're going to see on your vitamin D thing. Because
(35:30):
the synthetic coly calcipherol causes hardening of the kiddies kidneys.
So instead of giving rats and mice the old rat poison,
they made them bleed to death. Some buddy from the
ASPCA came along and said, hey, that's too brutal. Can
you do something else? Yeah, we'll harden their kiddies so
they die of urine poisoning. Yeah, I mean it's kind
of crazy, But the point is vitamin D only comes
(35:53):
from an animal source. It is located nowhere else on
this planet except an animal source, and we being part
of the animal kingdom. Vitamin D comes to us through
exposure to the sun. Through the beta cholesterol that's in
the skin, it's converted to vitamin D. The more we're
in the sun, the more D will have. If we're
(36:14):
not going to be in the sun, then we've got
a supplement, and you want to make sure the vitamin
D supplement has foods listed on the label. If it doesn't,
it's synthetic, and you're still going to end up in
some cases with low D. Now there are doctor's medical
doctors out there prescribing as much as fifty thousand I
(36:34):
use of D a day to try to restore your
vitamin D levels. I guarantee you that will give you
muscle cramps from hell if you ever start trying to
take that much vitamin D.
Speaker 3 (36:46):
That's not a very good idea.
Speaker 2 (36:48):
But then these people aren't trained in nutrition, and so
they don't understand that. All they know are numbers, and
so they try to treat their patients based on blood work.
Speaker 1 (36:57):
You've raised my interest. Let me ask you a question, Maud.
The cataplex D that I take from standard process, I
don't know how much each capsule is and I have
a lot of leg cramps, and you just flip the
light switch with me, Am, I taking too much vitamin D.
And is that why I have the problem?
Speaker 2 (37:16):
If you're taking a standard process, No, you're not, because
it's wrapped up with food. And anytime you have food
involved with supplements, which is the only source you should
be using. There are transport mechanisms to get rid of
the overload. In other words, it's much easier to maintain
a balance of certain vitamins if it came from food
(37:38):
then synthetic. With synthetic, you can really overdo it and
leads to toxicity.
Speaker 1 (37:43):
Okay, all right, So maybe what you should do is
check out Jack.
Speaker 2 (37:48):
And his clinic the SIMPLM survey and yeah, dude, this
is the symptom survey at Forbidden Doctor.
Speaker 1 (37:54):
Maybe that's a way for you to get your body
mechanics reviewed properly. That's one of the things I like.
Jack has all the tools to do that. And yeah,
the symptoms survey is a big help. Check that out
forbiddendoctor dot com. Jack Stockwell with Doug Stefan.
