Dr. Jack Stockwell, a NUCCA Chiropractor and GAPS Practitioner in SLC, UT (866.867.5070 | ForbiddenDoctor.com | JackStockwell.com), covers the the biggest news in the health and wellness space from a holistic, naturopath perspective. First, Dr. Jack starts off with  the discussion on vaccines in Congress, especially the Hepatitis B vaccine — including the actual risks and actual benefits about which we’re not typically told. There is a misconception on the stance of RFK Jr., and whether or not he is an “anti-vaxxer,” even thought he himself has been vaccinated and all but one of his children have been vaccinated. He’s never once said he is against vaccines. RFK Jr.’s position is for safety studies.

Circling back to the Hepatitis B vaccine, Dr. Jack shares that most newborns get the Hepatitis B vaccine on the day they’re born. Hepatitis B is spread by dirty/shared needles, multiple sex partners, and other immunosuppressive behavior — with which most newborn babies are not involved. While the Hepatitis B vaccine has reduced acute cases in high-risk demographics, there is no evidence it’s done the same thing with newborns. Safety concerns marring the Hepatitis B vaccine directs the fact that the one-size-fits all medical approach doesn’t exist.

Then, Doug joins Dr. Jack to discuss listener questions. Together, the gentlemen discuss the body’s need for protein and the best way to get protein. Recently, pasta-makers have been adding protein to their noodle products to help those get the vital nutrient if they aren’t eating meats to get their protein. As Dr. Jack always states, the best approach to essential nutrients is to consume it the way Mother Nature intended us to eat.

Next, Doug addresses his hearing issues, and the quality of his hearing has gone down ever since a bug got stuck in his ear. Many people will easily accept a need to wear glasses, yet most will put off using hearing aids. Why is that. Doug and Dr. Jack dive in.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the Good Day Health Podcast with doctor Jack Stockwell,
sponsored in part by Caldron, the safe, proven way to
lose weight and keep it off. Check it all out
at toploss dot com.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at Forbidden Doctor dot com and
once again I have been asked to be a part
of the Doug Stephan Good Day Health Show and to
carry on the program here until Doug joins me. And
the thing I wanted to address in today's program is
all this hullabaloo that's going on in Congress right now

(00:31):
regarding vaccines, and just in the sense of the latest
discussion about the Hepatitis B vaccine. So I want to
talk about the suppressed history about it a little bit,
the actual risks, the actual benefits that were never told about.
And as you see the heat turning up in Congress

(00:57):
against Bobby Kennedy Junior because of his stance on vaccines,
and he's constantly being accused of being anti vaccine when
he himself has been vaccinated, his children have been all
but one have been vaccinated, and he has never once
taken a position where he says I am against vaccines.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
His position is I am for safety studies.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
The drugs that constantly show up as new advertisements on TV,
whether it's weight loss drugs or drugs for multiple sclerosis,
or drugs for migraines, or drugs for digestion, whatever else,
have gone through years and years of development and years
of safety studies so that when it finally gets approval

(01:49):
from the FDA and it's in the marketplace, and then
they start to advertise it as they do at the
end of these different kinds of pharmaceutical commercials, they start
listing the side effects. How do they know those side
effects because they did safety studies. I mean, it's just
common sense. So vaccinations that are offered is one of

(02:15):
the most lucrative businesses in the world, and those who
stand to lose are coming out with full artillery and
everything they can do to put down Bobby Kennedy Junior,
including his own family, brothers, sisters, cousins, who come out
and say, this man's crazy and this shouldn't be happening.

(02:37):
And then on, oh, it wasn't a medical it wasn't
a health committee. I think it was the Senate Finance Committee.
And there were two members of the Senate Finance Committee. Cassidy,
who is a senator from Louisiana who's a medical doctor.
And then the other one I can't think of his

(02:59):
name offhand, just arguing from their medical point of view
with Kennedy across the Senate floor there or the committee floor,
and Kennedy just held his own just you know, he
didn't argue with them. They were arguing with him that
he's hurting people, he's killing people, His policies are going

(03:22):
to lead to the deaths of all kinds of numbers
of children. And he would just sit there and keep
and he just kept throwing the facts back at them
that come from published peer reviewed medical journals. And he's
just saying, I'm just asking for safety studies, that's all.
And they would act like, well, what do you mean,
We've already got that, and he said, well, show me,

(03:43):
show me where the safety studies are, because I've been
studying this for decades. I can't find any.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
And so that's.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
This is really going to hurt the vaccine industry if
they have to start doing safety studies because they aren't safe.
And so he would show and you know, we rehearse
the numbers of the injuries that are reported by the CDC.
So I want to talk about the hepatitis B from

(04:18):
these discussions and because it is the first one that
a newborn gets. In fact, most newborns get the hepatitis
B vaccine on the day that they were born. And remember,
hepatitis B is one of the liver diseases, and hepatitis

(04:38):
there's hepatitis A and B and C. Hepatitis B is
spread with dirty needles and multiple sex partners and other
kinds of immunosuppressive behavior which most newborn babies are not
involved with.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
And so they will say.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
Well, the mother could have been, and she might she
might be harboring this hepatitis BE virus inside of her
body that could have gotten passed on through the pasonal
barrier to the baby. Therefore, we want to make sure
the baby is safe. And when the hospital policies are
to give every newborn baby a hepatitis B vaccine, one

(05:18):
would have to assume that the hospital believes that every
single mother giving birth in a hospital must be involved
with multiple sex partners and dirty drug use, and then
the argument kind of bogs down at that point. Now,
the hepatitis B vaccine has been marred by controversy ever

(05:40):
since it first showed up, particularly since it is now given,
as I said, to every newborn child, despite the minimal
benefit that's attributed to this.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Policy.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
And remarkably, much of the controversy that you see in
congressional hearings and mainstream news program and the HIV vaccine
contamination concerns has largely been forgotten now the hepatitis B vaccine.
And if you're just tuning in, I'm doctor Jack Stockwell
at forbiddendoctor dot com and I wanted to address this

(06:16):
controversy that's going on in Congress right now.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
Over the hepatitis B vaccine.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
And Bobby Kennedy Junior, who is now you know, the
Secretary of Health and Human Services, which is in charge
of the FDA, the NIH, the CDC, all these different
organizations that are pretty well run by pharmaceutical companies. All
you have to do is find get the name of
the director, do a search, and you find out the
pharmaceutical companies they've been working for and the controversy around

(06:45):
pushing this vaccine on newborn babies. So, the hepatitis B
vaccine has been associated with autoimmune disorders, particularly the demiliating
ones like multiple sclerosis. And while the medical community has
insisted for what over fifty years now that this link

(07:09):
remains unproven and requires further research. Evidence demonstrates this process
indeed occurs. And so while the hepatitis B vaccine has
been has reduced acute cases in high risk demographics like
among intravenous drug users, there's no evidence that it's done

(07:30):
the same thing with newborns because the applicable circumstances are
incredibly rare, and no evidence that has reduced chronic hepatitis cases,
for which was the justification for the entire program anyway. So,
as such, the official reason every newborn child gets an

(07:51):
infant hepatitis B vaccine, it is not the actual reason
why parents and doctors around the country have been pressured
to administer to every single newborn. Now, what is going
on in Congress right now is this to this concept
of this blanket policy to give every newborn at last

(08:18):
finally to be reevaluated. And in support of this pivotal
moment when you take the time to look at the
actual risks and the benefits of the vaccine, along with
exposing this forgotten history behind the vaccine which has brought
us to where we are now, I think is worthy

(08:39):
of any parent who's considering having another child, especially in
a hospital setting. So in order to have a healthy,
meaningful life, you know, people need to have a oh
what a unifying purpose behind everything that we do when
we are dealing with little kids. And recognizing the important

(09:00):
of this at a young age myself, because I started,
you know, I next month, five weeks from now, will
be my seventy fifth orbit of the Sun. I'll be
completing my seventy fifth orbit. But in my early twenties,
fifty years ago, I started studying this stuff, and I

(09:24):
at the insistence of a very very close friend of mine,
when I was considering getting the babies.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
They're shots.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
I've had eight children, and all along the way, each
succeeding one has had less shots than the previous ones.
Till the last one, number eight, has had no shots whatsoever.
And there is no argument in my mind that he's
the healthiest of all my eight children, twenty five years old,
six foot four, in business for himself already at twenty

(09:53):
five years old, just a strong, resilient example of a
healthy human being. But recognizing that there was a struggle
inside of me, and I don't know for sure where
it was coming from because I was raised with vaccines.
I got them as a child. Now, of course, back
in the late fifties early sixties, there was only three

(10:15):
that I was given. But it's a very difficult, very
very difficult concept to try to go up against the
white coat mentality, even despite all the ambiguity, which eventually
leads reaching false conclusions that are the natural result of
existing biases.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
So because of this, whenever I try to.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Figure out why something bad is happening, I try to
take all the different policy possibilities into consideration, and frequently
never fully commit to anything, as I don't feel a
definitive cases made for any of them, but in an
approach which lies just in stark contrast to those who

(10:59):
come across one explanation and immediately commit to espousing it
like this makes sense.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
This is my viewpoint.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
This is what I'm going to champion from this point
on without any further evidence. Is one of the reasons
how we've ended up where we are now. The hepatitis
B vaccine, for example, one of the most controversial vaccines
on the immunization schedule, as some of the strongest arguments
both for and against it in its current use. And

(11:27):
as I said, I have spent decades trying to figure
out why they give it to every newborn child in America.
And I've heard a lot of compelling explanations to account
for this, but I've never found one that appeared to
explain everything. So a couple of weeks ago, there was
this thing that was published along with the Independent Advisory

(11:49):
Committee on which vaccines are recommended, that came out some
information I think you're going to find very interesting. As
we go to break here before too much longer, and
I want to present this to you so you can
make up your own mind. I'm doctor Jack Stockwell at
Forbidden doctor dot com.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
I'll be right back after the break.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Doug Stefan here with Good Day Health. Doctor Jack Stockwell
is on the air.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
It's almost to the to the knuckles stage between members
of Congress and Robert Kennedy Junior over vaccine safety. They
keep saying, of course all the time, because and when
you look at the campaign re election money these members
of Congress get from the pharmaceutical industry, obviously they're going

(12:40):
to champion, you know, their donors, regardless of any research
they may or may not have done. And then they
and it's easy to focus on Bobby Kennedy because here
he is sitting as the Director of Health and Human
Service or the Secretary of Health and Human Services. So
they have now a very clear optical target to go

(13:02):
after instead of all of the parents across America who
are beginning to be vaccine hesitant, as I think the
word is that they're using as more information comes out
about this. So I mentioned there before the break about
the safety and the concerns, and some information that is

(13:22):
being categorized now in a chronological order that may help
to make a little bit more sense. And since entering
the market, the hepatitis B vaccine has been marred with
safety concerns, particular because let's give it to every child,
not those that possibly could be susceptible, not those whose

(13:44):
mothers have a questionable behavior prior to conception.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Let's just give it to everybody.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
And the one size fits all approach does not necessarily
fit into medicine. There's some exceptions. We all need oxygen,
so let's make sure every newborn baby is able to breathe,
because we think every newborn baby should breathe like the

(14:12):
rest of us. But to say every newborn baby needs
to have these chemicals injected into their bloodstream. People are
beginning to scratch their heads about that now. As early
as nineteen seventy six, there was one researcher who said
that he felt in his research that autoimmunity and there's

(14:33):
seventy six there wasn't a whole lot of talk about
autoimmune disease like there is now, but he was saying
he thinks it was involved in the disease processes that
follow hepatitis B vaccination and.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
Because it might be provoked by the.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Molecularly similar hepatitis BE vaccine, So he saw a strong
relationship between those who got the vaccine and those who
ended up with a hepatitis B infection. Now, there was
one researcher who was a very respected vaccine researcher who
was also a medical school professor, A Bond Bohn Dunbar Dunbar,

(15:16):
and after her brother and research assistant both developed autoimmune
and neurological injuries from the vaccine in nineteen ninety four,
she devoted herself to exposing the frequent pattern of autoimmune
complications following the administration of the hepatitis B vaccine. Now

(15:38):
she's been in contact with numerous physicians research scientists from
several different countries who have all independently described thousands of
identical severe reactions that are occurring in Caucasian recipients of
the vaccine. So, in turn, due to both her prestige

(15:58):
and her ability to navigate the academic publishing system, which
is a trick in itself, she brought a significant attention
to this subject in a Washington Post article back in
nineteen ninety nine. Now, as I go through step by step,
year after year of what's been happening that's been suppressed,
and Bobby Kennedy tried to bring this up in the

(16:21):
congressional hearings, but the members of the committee kept trying
to shut him down. I want to go through the
evidence here right after the break, I'm doctor Jack Stockwell
at forbiddendoctor dot com.

Speaker 3 (16:34):
I'll be right back.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
Caltrin is on the top of the food chain, if
you will, when it comes to losing weight. And because
it is fall, it's time to focus on what we
seem to get into every year at.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
This time exactly.

Speaker 4 (16:47):
You know, we call it the eating season around here,
and you know, while this season is full of joy,
it is just also full of temptation. So when you
were taking caltrin, it's not only going to help you
lose the inches and the pounds, but it also helps
you make those better decisions because you do have less cravings,
you have more energy, You're not having the afternoon slump

(17:09):
or the crash because Caldrin's working with your body naturally.
So if you need a little bit of help, especially
this time of the year, Caltrin is gonna get you there.
The website is toploss dot com. There is a big
fall sale going on right now with discounts on every
single month, So whether you have a little bit of
weight to lose or a lot of weight to lose,
it's a great time to get on.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Caldron Elizabeth Miller from toploss dot com and Caldron Here.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
I'm doctor jackstock Will at Forbidden doctor dot com. Regarding
the controversy that Bobby Kendy Junior has lit a fire
under by saying nothing more than we need safety studies,
and the other side keeps coming back saying we have
thousands of safety studies, and he says, show me. He's

(17:55):
not from Missouri, he's from Massachusetts, and it will show
me I can read, show me. Well, they can't because
there aren't any outside of a few isolated, very short
term one week, two week, maybe a four week study
of something where these things need to be studied for

(18:16):
years and years now. There is an article in nineteen
ninety eight in Scientists that highlighted the growing concerns that
were threatening to derail the hepatitis B vaccine program, such
as more and more people claiming once they got the
shot it caused serious autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis,

(18:39):
optic neuritis, that one doctor had collected over six hundred
cases of this happening, and that in July of that year,
the attorneys representing fifteen thousand people sued France's government for
exaggerating the vaccine's benefit and downplaying its risks. So shortly thereafter,

(18:59):
France suspended the hepatitis B vaccinations in schools to assess
if it did cause demielinating diseases, which the World Health
Organization and France's own medical associations all strongly condemned it
due to the weakening of public confidence in vaccine. In
other words, we can't support this because if they start

(19:21):
questioning hepatizes B. They're going to question all of them.
In January of nineteen ninety nine, one of the last
times a major news network still aired programs on television
critical of pharmaceutical interests, as Clinton had just recently legalized
pharmaceutical companies that were buying them out. ABC News hosted

(19:43):
this almost entirely forgotten program on the hepatitis B vaccine,
which featured a chief of the CDC and a MIRK
official who claimed mass vaccinations justified preventing a few hepatitis
cases that you know that no injuries attributed to the
vaccine were actually caused by it, but along with many

(20:05):
vaccine injured patients, including both injured adults and parents of
severely injured children. And shortly after that program, in May
of nineteen ninety nine, the congressional hearing discussing the merits
of universal hepatitis B vaccination of newborns. In addition to
many who were espousing the need for it, the following

(20:28):
objections that I have here in front of me were
raised in testimonials from experts and vaccine injured parties who
testified against the practice. So severe adverse reactions that were
presented numerous side effects, of course were discussed, but infant
death shortly after the vaccine, seizures, autism, dysautonomia, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes,

(20:59):
rare case cases of liver cancer in children post vaccination,
along with established mechanisms for the autoimmune responses. So VERHARS,
the Vaccine Awareness Recording System for side effects at the CDC,
was accumulating this data and indicated over eight thousand reactions.

(21:23):
And there was a study that came out of Harvard
that showed the actual numbers coming out of the Verhar's
system with the CDC that reports these things actually only
represent about one percent of the actual numbers, but eight
thousand reactions including forty three deaths in children under two

(21:44):
in nineteen ninety seven. In contrast, there were only ninety
five annual hepatitis be cases in the entire demographic, which
clearly suggests that the injuries vastly outweighed the prevented cases. Now,
also the inadequate safety monitoring and research that was brought

(22:05):
up here in the hearings because the adverse reaction reports
were often ignored or dismissed, and then the short trial durations.
As I was saying, earlier, sometimes just a few weeks,
sometimes only four to five days. If the child was
fined five days after the shot, then the shot was
perfectly okay, and it just missed delayed reactions like multiple

(22:27):
sclerosis or diabetes which may appear years later. And none
of the studies focused on newborns or genetic predispositions, and
the underreporting was reported as being common due to physician denial,
so lack of informed consent and the coersion that parents

(22:49):
often feel in these moments. The parents who received inadequate
risk information with the CDC materials omitting the serious adverse
side effects in the manufacturer's inserts inside the package of
the vaccine, the newborns are vaccinated without parental consent. Some
were facing coercion there in the hospital, in threat including

(23:12):
threats of social services intervention. If you continue to deny
this newborn baby this shot, we will call CPS. I mean,
as far as I'm concerned. That's right out of Joseph Mingla.
And then a questionable mandate showed being discussed here. The
vaccinating low risk newborns for an adult associated disease is

(23:38):
simply inappropriate, I mean, particularly since immunity can wane even
before adolescence, where ten to thirty percent of individuals tested
failed to show any antibodies once they reached adolescens. And so,
of course there's the major conflicts of interests like we
normally see pharmaceutical influence on health agencies, raised doubts about

(24:01):
study objectivity, and then the vaccine injury compensation issues. The
National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program denied most of the claims,
leaving victims unsupported, despite a billion dollar trust fund with
restrictions limiting filings for hepatitis B vaccine injury. And so,

(24:23):
you know, most of what I'm saying here has been
said about many other vaccines, not just hepatitis BE, for decades.

Speaker 3 (24:33):
So in a.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
Nineteen ninety nine testimony before the Ohio legislature, there was
another physician who noted that most of the deaths following
hepatitis B were classified as SIDS Sudden infant death syndrome.
A condition extends, there's just extensive evidence shows it strongly

(24:56):
linked to vaccination. Yet SIDS was almost always defined is
occurring between one month to one year of age, and
that prior to the hepatitis B vaccine being given to
newborns it rarely ever affected children under two months of age. However,
in the Veyres system, a lot of these cases labeled
as SIDS were reported in infants under one month of

(25:18):
age following the vaccination. So one of the congressional witnesses
in turn produced this excellent summary of the major issues
of the hepatitis B vaccine, which included two cases that
he had observed causing encephalomyelitis resulting in a two week

(25:38):
coma for one and a four week coma for the
other one, along with optic neuritis and significant neurological disability
for both and no clear conventional explanation for what had occurred,
along with many other cases of it causing chronic fatigue.
So he then compiled a list of dozens of studies

(26:00):
demonstrating that the hepatitis B vaccine was linked to a
myriad of autoimmune disorders, as did another author fifteen years later.
So those studies, which are most likely only the tip
of the iceberg because so many things go unreported, are

(26:20):
as follows multiple sclerosis, a very strong relationship in the
sense of an overwhelming number of those who are diagnosed
with MS had the hepatitis B vaccine does that mean
the Hepatitis B vaccine cost it. No, it doesn't mean that,
but it just means we need to look at this

(26:41):
a little closer. Myelitis just an inflammation of the spinal cord,
optic neuritis, inflammation of the optic nerve, gon Bret syndrome,
which is, you know, systemic paralysis, various neuropathies, various myopathies,
and as well as mayesthenia gravis. I have a daughter,

(27:05):
my second daughter, who is now in her forties, but
diagnosed half her life ago with myesthenia gravis and it
wasn't that long after she got some extra vaccines. Did
the vaccines cause her myesthenia gravis? I can't say that,
but it's very suspicious because there's no history of MG

(27:27):
anywhere in both sides of the family, and her siblings
have no sign of that whatsoever. But it did start
to show up after a couple of extra vaccines. There's arthritis,
cases of arthritis lupus, which in my humble opinion, not
being a vaccinologist, but dealing with between twenty two to

(27:49):
twenty three thousand patients now in my practice over the years.
Anybody who's who has been diagnosed with lupus has had
multiple vaccines, almost annual flu vaccines. Does that mean the
annual flu vaccine causes lupus. No, it just means it
needs to be looked at a lot closer. And that's

(28:11):
all Kennedy's saying. Vasculitis, some other both pulmonary and cutaneous vasculitis, thrombocytopenia,
Kawasaki's disease, rhythm of multiform and then some other exotic things.

(28:35):
But chronic fatigue syndrome, Graves disease, glomary alonephritis in the kidneys.
Just a disproportionate amount of these cases showing up where
these people got the hepatitis B vaccine. Again, does that
mean that the hepatitis B vaccine caused all these diseases. No,

(28:57):
They're probably a collection of several causes. But there's this
thing that won't disappear, and that is the number of
people who end up with these types of debilitating autoimmune
diseases who in fact got the hepatitis B vaccine at

(29:19):
some point, either on the day they were born or
some school requirement as they were getting older.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
Now, since its start, it.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Was believed that the autoimmune conditions that the hepatitis be
vaccine caused were due to its antigen having a very
significant overlap with human myelin. Now, myolin is that fatty covering,
the white stuff that covers nerves. Not all nerves have myolin.

(29:52):
Pain nerves do not have myelin covering, but the kinesthetic
the nerves that allow you to stand up and walk
across the room, get a drink of water, and walk
back and sit down without you ever thinking for one

(30:13):
second what muscles are needed to do that. It's all automatic.
Those have myelin, and that's when you have a demyelinating disease.
A lot of times you end up in a wheelchair
or a walker because you start losing the ability for
control of those muscles. Now, what's going to happen next?

(30:34):
Where is this going? It's hard to say, but study
after study now has been brought forward as a result
of them looking into this, and I can only sit
on the edge of my seat waiting with excitement that
maybe there will be a demand for Congress for safety
studies for vaccines. Now, I'm going to join Doug here

(30:55):
in just a moment to finish out the show. I'm
doctor Jack Stockwell at Forbidden doctor dot com. I hope
you'll take time to look into this yourself. We'll be
right back.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Doug Steffan here with Good Day Health. Doctor Jack Stockwell is.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
On the air.

Speaker 1 (31:13):
By questioning mine comes across things that I want to
ask Jack, and one of them has to do with
healthier living and the food that we eat, because that's
really kind of what we're all about here, is wanting
to have you live better and longer and happier. And
a lot of people, Jack included, is always talking about protein.

(31:34):
You need to eat meat because your body requires it
and requires protein. Well, I don't know that you say.
You do say we should eat meat, and you and
I have this conversation all the time because I don't
eat meat, but you more break it down to are
needing protein. So apparently some of the people who make

(31:55):
pasta are hearing that message and they're now instilling some
of the manufacturers of various pastas are putting protein into
the pasta because they want you know, the fitness influencers saying, well,
people aren't eating meat, so we've got to get some
nutrition somehow or other. So in order to maintain the

(32:18):
muscle mass. That's one of the things that we talk
about with calitrin, the weight loss substance that is made
out of natural ingredients. So what do you think about
what's going to be the quality of the protein that
might be added to a tortilla chip or a pasta
something like that.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
This is the first I've heard of that, and it's
going to be overly processed. I can guarantee you that,
and it probably is not going to be coming from
grass pastured animals. It's going to be coming from commercial
food lots. So I will not be the first in
line to go out and eat that stuff. I don't

(33:00):
know how much crazier it could be. If you want,
if you want protein for your chips, just just get
a good get a good organic sour cream, you know,
throw some seasoning into that, and then dip your chips
into that. You got some good fat, you got some
good protein because it's animal sourced.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
But to put.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
Protein into these chips, I'll have to research that. That's
the first I've heard of it. But it makes me
smile to hear something like that. That the food industry
is always out there trying to stay ahead of Mother
Nature with some new kind of a gimmick, Because that's yeah,
it's because the public demands it. The public does not

(33:38):
want to take the time to eat the way Mother
nature intended us, because it takes time to prepare good foods.
We want it out of a box, a bag, or
a can, or out of the microwave, and we want
it yesterday, not necessarily an hour later.

Speaker 3 (33:51):
After you start to.

Speaker 1 (33:52):
Cook it, get home and put it on the table.
There we go bing, bang, boom, and you're done. Yeah.
One of the things that's affected me and a lot
of people. But I've just become sort of aware of
the fact that I've had an issue and I think
I talked to you about it several months ago with
my hearing because a bug get into my ear and

(34:12):
found a lot of wax and other things there. Well,
it's turned out it's affected my hearing, and the quality
of my hearing has gone down substantially. So I'm looking
the doctor says, find a really good hearing aid, and
as much as I at first thought and I don't
want to wear a hearing aid. But then I was
told by somebody who's maybe smarter than I am, what

(34:34):
you wore glasses for thirty years that was to help
you see why wouldn't you want to have something to
help you hear? And I have a hard time arguing
with that.

Speaker 2 (34:43):
Well, every other person is wearing glasses, but not every
other person has hearing it. Yeah, well, it's just socially
acceptable what to wear glasses, to wear glasses, Yeah, yeah, right.
I have patients who are now wearing hearing aids where
they weren't before, and the comment they make is usually

(35:04):
the same thing, I should have done this ten years ago,
because it's so improves the range of sounds and frequencies
that they can hear. They usually say that I should
have done this ten years ago.

Speaker 4 (35:17):
Right.

Speaker 1 (35:18):
Have you ever thought you needed a hearing aid?

Speaker 2 (35:20):
I know some friends of mine who would probably think
I do, But personally I don't think I do. No,
I think I hear just fine. Yeah, that's what everybody says, exactly,
everybody says until they get tested.

Speaker 1 (35:32):
Yeah right, And so it wouldn't hurt.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
It wouldn't hurt. If you're over sixty five, go get
a hearing test. Yeah right.

Speaker 1 (35:40):
I have them every year, and it's just now more
because of this bug and dlunk that was in my ear. Yes,
that seems to have affected.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
The quality of my hearing.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
But I also heard that when you lose your hearing,
you're sitting duck for dementia, and who wants to go
down that street? Have you heard that story as well.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
I don't know about sitting, but it certainly would feed
it because you're being tuned out of the normal vibrations
of life and you need them.

Speaker 4 (36:06):
Right.
