Improving The Customer Experience with Bill Nikolouzakis

After a 20 year career as an entrepreneur and C-level executive, Bill Nikolouzakis has learnt that organisations can only grow when their leaders grow personally. Bill founded his first company at the age of 21 and established three companies before the age of 26.

In 2016, Bill's company Nyko Property was acquired by an ASX listed property portal and in 2018 Bill was appointed Group CEO and later, Executive Director. His tenure ended successfully with a reverse takeover of the company which culminated in a 500% increase in the share price at its peak. In 2020, Bill moved to the ASX listed PropTech Group, where his team increased cash receipts by 136% YoY to over $21m and at its peak, PropTech Group’s market capitalisation increased by almost 300% to $100m. Today, Bill is the Managing Director at Levels Growth Consultants and is a Co-Founder of the digital law firm Bond Conveyancing. Bill has raised over $35m in funding and is an active investor in both public and private companies.
