(00:05):
What a weekend. We gotta stophaving weekends like that, I really do.
I mean, you know, yougo away for the weekend and you
think, Okay, everything's gonna calmdown a little bit, and oh,
it's like the weekends are jam packedand I think even more eventful than the

(00:27):
week Sometimes that's in a lot consideringthe week we had last year. Oh
my goodness. So Bind's out,but there's still a lot of questions and
uh boy, I've got a Igot a list of them. So if
you live under a rocker, youhaven't heard yet. Biden is out,

(00:50):
at least out of the race.He probably should be out all together.
Some of the things were hearing thismorning. But that's I get a little
ahead of myself here. First let'sgive you the obvious and the first bits

(01:11):
of information. So Biden is out. It all came yesterday as the news
broke yesterday afternoon, and if Ihad to guess what it around two o'clock,
I don't remember exactly. I wason the road, and the the

(01:38):
expectation was that he would be droppingout. In fact, everything we heard
almost prophetically all the way down theprediction, all right down to the day
and how it would sort of workout, ended up being right on the
money. We played for the audiowhat was it Friday of Mark Alprin,

(02:00):
who is one of these political reporterguys, coming out with the story that
yeah, it's it's it's a matter. It's only a matter of time he's
gonna be out, and here's howthis will all work. So anyway,

(02:22):
it again, it worked sort ofto a t of what he expected and
what he would hear in that theannouncement would come someday, he thought Sunday,
and uh, and that this wason Newsmax. By the way,
I guess it probably came down.I want to say it was Thursday night.

(02:49):
This this video that came out Thursdaynight, and then everything sort of
get the ball rolling. We gotto report it on Friday. You know
what, do I play that video? We'll just play a little bit of
it for you so you can hearhow he put it. Carl Court and
multiple Democratic sources, this is happeningall of a sudden. Everyone said it

(03:10):
would happen gradually and then all atonce, and that's what's happening. According
to my sources, President Biden hasagreed to step down as a Democratic nominee.
What happened as early as this weekend. A speech has been drafted for
him. He will continue on aspresident is his intention. He also will
not, i'm told, endorse VicePresident Harris is his successor. That's the

(03:31):
only thing he got wrong. Wegot an endorsement. Well, all of
this was tweeted, so I thisis a there are a lot of questions
about what we have to discuss heretoday. So that again how all of
it came out, lots of questionssurrounding it, and in you know,

(03:52):
we ought to have. They're hopingthat he will endorse an open process in
which the convention will be open toVice President Harris and a few other candidates
in Chicago to pick the Republican theDemocratic nominee for president. That may still
happen, but he did essentially throwhis support behind Harris. Now he's not

(04:15):
the only one Bill and Henry did. But the person or the people who
didn't you might be surprised. Infact, that might be the most interesting
indicator of all about where this isall going. The belief is that Vice
President Harris is already looking at potentialrunning mates to go to Chicago with a
full ticket, including one possibility,Andy Basheer, the governor of Kentucky,

(04:39):
and perhaps the governor of Pennsylvania,Governor Shapiro. Other possible candidates who are
being talked about include Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, perhaps Gretchen Whitmere,
and again the vice president running onthe first ballot. The regular delegates
would be allowed to vote under thisagreement. It just gets into the wait
a little bit and ahead of wherewe want to go. Just to tell

(05:00):
you that everything is up in theair. So what I'm going to tell
you is what I said yesterday onTwitter X, just to so people understand
you're going to hear a lot.In fact, you're hearing a lot right
now. Yes, here's what weknow so far. On Twitter X there
was a statement posted on President Biden'saccount. Now I'm being very careful with

(05:28):
my wording here. There was astatement posted on his account. Now there's
a lot of questions about this. Now we're going to talk about that coming
up in a second. But howcome though on camera? How come though
announcement we heard five six days agowhatever that and he had COVID then nothing

(05:50):
We have really seen nothing or heardnothing since so The reason I bring this
up is because people who I respect, and I think people were solidly in
touch with reality, have asked questionsabout all of this. Wait a minute,

(06:15):
we haven't heard from him. Howdo we know he he's signed off
on this. Yeah, in fact, there are there's some real serious questions
about it. All. It's astatement on a letter head that centrally just
says his name. There is nopresidential letter head, and I think it's

(06:38):
because, Uh, I think partof that is because he can't he as
the president. This is a campaignissue, so we can't send it on
presidential letterhead. But it's very simple, it's very plain. There's not much
to it. In fact, Idon't think he wrote it. That's what
we're hearing today. It doesn't soundit doesn't really sound like he wrote it,

(07:03):
according to some of the latest thelatest reports. So he's out and
who's who's up next. Well,he did essentially come out and say he
endorses Kamala or somebody did. Again, that's this. This is a lot

(07:28):
of what you're hearing, and alot of this needs to be reported.
None of it matters right now.Consider this the fog of war. Democrats
are at war in their own partyand against our country. There's a lot
of scrambling happening behind the scenes.Everything you see happening now out in the

(07:54):
open is all calculated for appearances. That's why you've got a Hillary Clinton or
the Clintons themselves coming out to endorsecomm all of it, some other folks
jumping in line, and others justwaiting it out. The only thing that
matters is what happens at the conventionin August or virtually before them. Mean,

(08:20):
who knows what their rules, theycan probably change even that. Even
more important what happens at the ballotbox in November. So that's it.
That's just where we're at. Andunfortunately, i'd like to tell you,

(08:46):
well, this is what's going tohappen, and this is how it works.
And I think some folks may beable to give you some ideas,
and there's a lot of smart peopleout there, and we've got to maybe
consider all of these things. Butalso there isn't We're far from having all

(09:07):
of the answers. We're far fromhaving all of that. We don't have,
we just don't yet, Like theObamas having yet to endorse Kamala,
what does that mean? Night. The message from President Biden and those around
him was quote all systems go andcampaign full speed ahead. Then at around

(09:28):
one forty five pm, he notifiedsenior team members that he had changed his
mind. Let's get to what mighthave changed his mind, Brett. But
also this statement from Barack and MichelleObama, which does not endorse Kamala.
Harris, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clintonhave come out to endorse her. President

(09:50):
Biden endorsed her. But here's whatthe Obamas saying. We will be navigating
uncharted waters in the days ahead, but I have extraordinary confidence that the leaders
of our will be able to createa process from which an outstanding nominee emerges.
So that's not Kamala in their minds. And by the way, this

(10:15):
is whether it ends up being heror not. I've got a couple of
reasons why I don't think it's goingto be her, honestly, although I
think they also might be in atesting phase. It's possible to see her
in a testing phase right now, because see, these people don't care about
anything that they say they care about. They don't really care about democracies they

(10:35):
say, you know, for thelast I don't know, eight years now,
Trump is a threat to democracy,a threat to democracy, and what
are they doing The most undemocratic thingwe've ever witnessed. They're telling the fourteen
million people who voted in the primary, if their votes don't matter, all
these Democrats who voted in the primary, your votes don't matter, We're gonna

(11:01):
go ahead and pick our own.And when I say it's the power brokers,
it's the elite inside the Democrat Party. It's the donors who have been
responsible for this coup. And that'sjust exactly what it is. This is
a coup. There is no otherway around it. All right, So

(11:22):
I've got to get into some ofthis. Would you like to go We'll
go down to the bunker. I'mnot gonna look, it's not gonna be
too significant. The the tinfoil hatdoesn't have to be too tight. But
we'll go down in the bunker. We come back, we take a quick
break. But you've got to knowthis. There's some things that you need

(11:45):
to know about the announcement, howit took place, who wrote it,
and why people are asking questions.I'm just gonna give you facts. Now.
If these facts leave more questions thananswers, I'd say it's pretty close
to everything else we're experiencing these days. But anyway, you get the latest

(12:05):
coming up next and I'll tell youwhy Kamala might not actually be the one
and how this whole process really willlikely play out. All of that coming
up in moments back after this checkin with the Midwestern the Midwestern or News

(12:26):
justin Barkley nine ten am. Wow, we did barely got to the surface
morning at the big news Biden isout, and of course what happens next.
I want to get into some ofthese behind the scenes issues and how
the announcer got made, because there'slots of questions around that. But let's

(12:46):
also acknowledge some of the other bigstories that are happening and happen over the
weekend. Still still questions about theairlines being down, of course, the
some of the issues from CrowdStrike, and of course that whole story. Boy,
that thing just blew up over theweekend. There is a big story

(13:07):
about a bomb discovered in Wayne Countyduring a traffic stop just days before Michigan's
President Trump rally. This happened lastweek and it's a story that's not getting
any coverage hardly at all. Infact, the coverage that it did get
from just a couple of places isvery sparse on details. What we do

(13:30):
know is a thirty one and thirtysix year old were arrested for possession of
an explosive device, dangerous drugs andcocaine. And I don't know what the
dangerous drugs are. Is that fentanyl? Again, we don't know. We
have a lot of questions, wherewere they headed, who were they and

(13:50):
the bomb that they appeared to havehad shrapnel inside of it looked like they
wanted to do a lot of damage. Thankfully police got the us off of
the streets, but we'd like moreinformation. Of course, they're doing an
investigation and they don't want to giveus much more because they're trying to track
down some of the other leads andI think info inside. But it is

(14:13):
something that is a story needs tobe known and you need to know what
we're well, what the truth isabout what we're facing right now and how
the world is a very very strangeplace and hanging by a threat. And
moments later on today, Kim Cheadles, she's the director of the Secret Service,
expected to testify to hearing, mayeven resign. We're hearing stories about

(14:39):
possibly today. We have updates againfrom the failed assassination attempt, thank god,
from the couple of weeks back, and of course against President Trump,
we have the details about that aswell, and pulling out of the States.
So lots of lots of story breakingthis morning. So how did it

(15:03):
happen? Joe Biden, as youjust heard, reported, dropped out from
a tweet or an X post thatwent up on his account. Now here's
what we know. He doesn't usethat. Some intern or Stephfer writes all

(15:24):
of the tweets, posts, whateverX they write it all. The original
thing that came out was just anote, a letter that was on Biden
letterhead essentially, and it's really it'slike I said, it's strange. Here's

(15:46):
what we know about it. Now. He didn't write it. Now we
know this for a fact because hedoesn't write anything that goes on his Twitter
X. But he didn't. Hedefinitely didn't write this either. We know
who did write it. Oh you'dlike to know, Well, it's a

(16:11):
gentleman that works inside the White House, works for him and Democrats. It's
reportedly a guy named Steve, Steveri Ketty Jackie Heinrich over at Fox Posts
last night. Ran into Steve Rikettytonight as he was getting out of an
elevator, asked, are you okay? Is he okay? He's okay,

(16:34):
Ricketty said with a slight nod anda tight smile and kept walking. Ricketty
helped Biden write his withdrawal letter inthe overnight hours. According to The New
York Times, Biden did not notifyhis VP, campaign manager or chief of
staff until this morning, and therest of his staff didn't find out until

(16:56):
a minute before he posted the letterto social media. And we still haven't
heard from Biden. So that's awhole nother piece of this. And after
they posted that letter on social media, then we get this to my Federal
Democrats have decided not to accept thenomination, to focus all my energies on

(17:18):
my duties as president of the remainderof My very first decision as party nominee
in twenty twenty two is to pickKamala Harris as my vice president. It's
been the best decision I made today. I want to offer all my full
support and endorsement for Kamala to bethe nominee of our party. This year.
Democrats, it's time to come togetherand beat Trump. Let's do this.

(17:38):
So he didn't write that either.Well, there are lots of other
questions about the letter, the announcement, et cetera. So let me let
me give you those as well, because this is also important. As you
see the letter head, Let's justrecap everything that happened yesterday. Okay Ojo

(18:00):
Biden suddenly resigned on X. TheWhite House staff had no idea. They
found out one minute later. TheBiden resignation letter not on official letterhead.
Biden's signature was suspect it was underlined. He never underlines his signature. So

(18:22):
did he even sign the letter thatwas posted on X that we know he
didn't post? Steve or Ketty, the one who I just told you about
how brite the letter. Joe Bidentweeting a heart emoji as a response.
The White House has wiped Biden's schedule. The White House chief of staff have
called the cabinet, who I don'tthink they've had a meeting in months,

(18:47):
has managed comm's there as well.Frank Biden, brother of President Biden,
has confirmed there's a health factor involvedin this decision. The family suggests Biden.
They have terminal illness. Joe Bidenholds no live press conference. Question
is where's Joe? Never a dullmoment, assassination attempt the week before,

(19:12):
and a coup. It appears insidethe deep state of the Democrat Party.
And look again, if he didn'twrite the letter, if he didn't post
a letter, it looks like hedidn't sign the letter. Does Joe know
that he resigned? I mean, fair question. We'll ask more of it

(19:34):
and what happens next? Two foureight eight hundred eight two five five the
number you can join the conversation atany time right here to four eight eight
hundred talk all night today. We'llcheck our lettuce weather, traffic, and
news together all after this Jesse, they had a one minute heads up.

(20:10):
We are told the President Biden conveneda group of senior staff from the White
House and the campaign and they weretold it one forty five that he was
changing his mind going to drop out. The public announcement when we all found
out was one forty six pm.And just in the last few minutes,
we were told the President Biden hasno public events on his schedule for tomorrow

(20:34):
and then the rest of the week. Is just blank. They are trying
to figure out what exactly to dowith him, but it seems like the
plan with announcing this is put itout the way that they did paper statement,
don't actually see or hear from thepresident, and then figure out a
time midweek to have him come backhere, or maybe they're gonna do something
in Wilmington, Delaware. Slay hasbeen wiped, The fake presidency is over.

(21:00):
He's no longer in charge. Anotherexample of this, Hunter Biden just
dropped his lawsuit against Fox News. That money has gone, all the money
that they had from the DNC andall that, it's all gone. So
here's a great Remember I told youit doesn't matter what happens right now.
This is all fog of war.Consider this everything you're hearing and saying,

(21:26):
none of it real. Consider noneof it real. Just yet. James
O'Keefe agrees with that idea. Here'sa tweet I just saw. All bets
are off. Anybody tells you theyknow what's going to happen is a liar.
It's essentially true. Don't We justcan't. We can't possibly know.

(21:48):
He goes on to say there's goingto be another series of black Swan events
before the election that throws everything offagain. Look at the things that have
happened in the last week. PresidentTrump survives an assassination attempt that was failing.
He was never supposed to survive againsaid it before I say it again.
He was never supposed to survive theRussia Russia Russia hoax. He was

(22:10):
never supposed to survive the impeachments, both of them. He was never supposed
to survive all the lawfare, andthey still may yet try to lock him
up. And he was certainly neversupposed to survive the assassination attempt. And
yet here he is not only thatthat he'd survived. But last week's RNC

(22:32):
convention was one for the record books, one that I know people who had
watched CNN and Democrats watched and probablyenjoyed parts of it. I know some
did based on conversations I've had. What I had a conversation with over the
weekend. I said, what wasyour favorite part? Said the Hulk Hogan

(22:57):
ripping off big Ah. So wedon't know, We don't know, but
I will tell you the news thatcame out yesterday has been planned. They
have been working on this behind thescenes. And I think there have been
multiple, multiple contingency plans for awhile now. We have described this as

(23:18):
the Plan B team who might comein and take over. We know that
Biden wouldn't make it. We justdon't know is it gonna be Harris.
She's the only one who pulls worsethan he does. I'm not convinced it's
her, but they may be forcedto go with her. I think what
we're watching right now may in facteven be a trial time period, just

(23:40):
to see how she how all ofthis works out. There are other names
being thrown about. Obviously, GretchenWhitmer's got a book deal. She got
a book out there right now. It's not selling well either. Her trial
period might be well. That balloonmay be falling flat. Gavin Knew some

(24:02):
pretty quiet throughout all of this. He's somebody whose name's throwing out there too.
But there are others. There areothers. We've heard Senator Mark Kelly
from the Astronaut from Arizona Whitmer wouldbe on a ticket with him. They
say that it would do It wouldtake care of Arizona and Michigan Swing States.
These are things that this is howthey look at this you know.

(24:25):
The The other thing was a moneyissue about all this money. They got
about one hundred and fifty million dollarsin the bank account right now. They're
trying to figure out how they canhang on to all of this, and
I don't know that they will beable to. That's a that's another question.
I don't know that they will beable to. Good question, yep.

(24:52):
All of all of that part ofthe conversation this morning. In fact,
we talked a little bit about thisover the weekend. On Friday,
we discussed who might be up next? Whitner's name on that list, Collins
and from the midwester or the Midwesternor dot News. So part of this
conversation and speculation. Great work moreby the way, this is part of
what we had. A conversation. We had to and of course, I

(25:14):
mean that the news is not over. There's speculation that that Joe Biden may
be you're dropping out of the campaign, which is the reporting appears to be
mixed on this. You've got thecampaign. What's strange to me about this
is that you've got campaign sources thatare going to their sources on Twitter and
saying, you know, the staffis very upset about this. This is

(25:37):
not his intention. You know, these other anonymous people are trying to force
him out, and there's a lotof people saying it's Obama. And so
it seems like this week it's it'sno Friday, but it seems like this
week is far from over. Well, that's the thing. And even in
yesterday, you know, we havethis story I said, Biden said like,

(25:59):
hey, if I've got a medicalissue, he told somebody in an
interview, if I got a medicalissue, I'd probably step down. That's
that's what I do, right,And then hours later we find out he's
got COVID, so he has tonot do his speech in Nevada. And
then we just all thought, Okay, he's going to retire to that basement.

(26:22):
They'll they'll quarantine him and till November, which I thought was funny.
Patriot postgirl Heather dow Over on Twitterhad the ax had that great image of
Gretchen Whitber quarantining Biden tell November downin the base face. In fact,
I think she's got him in anold folks on, which is not good

(26:44):
news for him, because we knowwhat happens in Whitmer's nursing homes. This
is wild and as you mentioned,we're just kind of getting the behind the
scenes on this. Yeah, theysay Sunday, he'll he'll give this a
speech. If he does, let'sjust walk this out. Because I'm not
convinced that that that's going to happen, and particularly the timeline, I think

(27:07):
there's still a lot of uncertainty, infections fighting. There was a statement from
Biden's people who kind of came outand said that you know, here we
go again. They tried this intwenty sixteen. These elite power brokers,
donor class et cetera. These arethe people that thought Hillary Clinton could win
in twenty sixteen, and they werewrong then and they're wrong today. So
that's also Those are the answers comingout of the Biden folks. So break

(27:33):
this down. What does he say, Why does he says he's getting out
of the race. What could possiblybe his excuse if this comes around on
Sunday and he does decide he's goingto pull out of the race again,
He's going to remain as president, but pull out of the race. What
could that the possibility be for that? Well, that's the question, because

(27:59):
you would think that it's got tobe something extremely significant. Otherwise it's going
to look like just a you know, a baldly partisan political move to say,
Okay, the Republicans have a candidate. Now, now he's going to
just you know, Biden is justgoing to drop out and I can't win,

(28:19):
and his family is going to behappy? Is that I can't win?
That's why I'm getting out? Isthat what he thinks? Well,
I know, I don't think hethinks that. I think the people who
think that they're smarter than everybody else, that's what they think. And So
because you've got two issues here. You've got the political issue, which,

(28:41):
of course, you know, Ithink the average person will look at that
and say, well, that's youknow, pretty rotten. But do you
You've got their their delegate and theirconvention issue, because the what these anonymous
sources were saying is that he isgoing to drop out and he's not going
to endorse Kambla. He's going toendorse and open convention primary basically, so

(29:06):
what what were they calling it ashort primary or whatever they were calling it.
So you've got the political issue,But then you've got the legal issue
because there's a lot of states thatthe deadline has passed right to put the
Democrat candidate on the ballot, andso it's not a matter of just by
pulling his name off the ballot.I get it, and I understand,

(29:30):
but you know, you don't thinkthey're above that process. I mean they
the Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson herein Michigan during twenty twenty through the entire
rule book, all the laws outthe window and went a separate way.
And I think that's secure to Biden. It helps secure Biden victory in twenty
twenty by telling people things like whyyou don't have to inspect the signatures on

(29:55):
absentee ballots. I know that we'regoing to have all these mail and massive
amounts of mail in ballots, andthen you don't have to check all the
verified dot the i's, cross thet's and all that. And she broke
the law. Judges said that multipletimes, and yet she still continues to
try to do that. I knowthey're going to be lawsuits and they're going
to find it out. But theseare people who are backed into a corner.
You think they're going to let somethinglike the law stand in their way

(30:19):
from now are well? Fortunately, fortunately, as of this moment. Elections
are a state by and not everysecretary of state is as rogue and undisciplined,
maybe as Joscelyn Benson and they andthere are secretaries of state around the

(30:42):
country that actually follow their laws anddon't decide to just change the rules because
they think it's going to help theirside. You know. The the to
the reason is why this has happened. I want to get into more of
the machinations of who, what, when, where, all the rest of
that coming up to second. Butthis is from MSD and C. You

(31:03):
could it's so quiet you could heara pen drop with this stat that that
dude, Rachel Maddow the quoted lastnight. If there was a poll up
today, a poll of African Americanwomen showing a thirty one point drop in
support from twenty twenty, twenty twentyto twenty twenty four in terms of plans
to vote for President Biden. Itwas like a funeral in there. Joy

(31:23):
Reid circle backsake and that dude,Rachel Maddow, a thirty one point drop
amongst African American women. That's theirbread and butter. They don't they don't
like Biden. They're not going tovote for them. That's that's why you're
seeing what you're seeing. I mean, let's let's be real here, well

(31:44):
and think about if they do havethis open primary and they don't just you
know, everyone doesn't just turn toKamala and say, okay, it's your
turn. Think about you know whatwhat that is going to look like if
you have the first because let's playthere the Democrats, it's chaos, theological

(32:04):
you know, politics for a minute. If they don't elevate the first black
female vice president to become the nominee, and they allow a white male like
an Andy Basheer from Kentucky or GavinNewsom from California, and they allow one
of those white men to step onher. Yeah, there's my guess is

(32:25):
that thirty one point drop is goingto increase it was, it's it's sheer
chaos. And by the way,we know that they've always had the Plan
B team in the works. Weknow they've had different people and you just
named a few of them. Uh. And and by the way, I've
heard all of these names, includingMichelle Obama and look a lot of this
stuff I just look at shrug myshoulders and say, yeah, maybe,

(32:47):
but at this point, I can't. I don't think we can rule anything
out because they're desperate, and Ithink that the truth is the timing on
this everything that I could see tosee they're scrambling because if you were going
to pull this off, you shouldhave pulled it off earlier Biden than whoever's
pulling the strings, like probably doctorJill and Hunter because he's the new chief

(33:09):
of staff. Right, So thecredit head pulling the strings now doesn't want
to go and they're saying, no, we're not going to do this.
But the way to have done it, if you wanted to do it and
get it done and have a moresmooth transition, would clearly have been for
Biden to some point say I've gotmedical issues. I'm going to step aside,
clearly my cognitive things. I'd loveto continue serving this country, but

(33:32):
it's now time for me to gobe with my family. You know that
standard speech they give stepped out notjust from the race, but from the
presidency at large. And then Kamalathen becomes president. As she becomes president,
then you are able to smoothly takeover and allow the machine to roll

(33:52):
and do what it's going to doit and I think that would be more
widely accepted by the voters. Theproblem they have, and they've always had
it, is that Biden's unpopular andshe's the only one that's less popular than
he is. She was the insurancepolicy. They're really in a pickle here,
that's the situation that we're in.And clear from the beginning, do

(34:14):
you see this working itself out inany way? I mean, is there
any way this works it out forthem? Or are they just doomed to
failure here? Well, there's alot of there's a lot of speculation going
on, and really what the scenarioyou're describing That should have taken place a

(34:35):
year ago, and they should havebeen upfront with everyone, particularly their primary
voters, the hardcore Democrats. Theyshould have been upfront with them and said
he's got issues, he's not goingto run. Let's have a real primary
and do it the right way.Instead, they tried to hide it.

(34:57):
They tried to tell everyone who islooking just watching, you know the videos
that are on Twitter and saying somethingis not something is going on here.
And go back to when they hadthe the the fundraiser, I think it
was in LA when you had Clintonand Obama and Biden and Clinton and Obama

(35:19):
helped to lead Biden off the stage, and there was a very clear video
of that. Symboldt see what wasgoing on, and and what did they
do. They put out a differentvideo that suddenly cut to a different camera
when that happened, and they triedto tell us Aul, oh no,
no, that didn't happen. Andthey're trying to confuse people, and they're
trying they were trying to just slideBiden through the convention and get him into

(35:44):
the White House and then who wouldknow what would happen over the next four
years. That's what they tried todo, and that's the road they chose
to take. Is part of ourinterview here with our conversation Kyle Olsen The
Midwestern The Midwestern or Dot News onFriday. As you know, some of
this has already played out and someof it is still yet. But one

(36:05):
thing I will tell you is,no matter what you've heard, no matter
what is happening, what has happenedup until this point, all bets are
off. There really is no there'sjust no way to call how all this
is going to go. Because we'vegot a lot of time between now and
then, and we've got desperate folksthat want to cling to power in of

(36:28):
course, the same people have beentelling you for I don't know years now
that Donald Trump is a threat todemocracy or out there forwarding the will of
fourteen million people who voted in theDemocrat pirlot. So all bets are off.
We'll talk more about this coming up. Meanwhile, the questions still out

(36:51):
there is he is he still alive? I know it sounds crazy to ask
this, don't get me wrong, but we need proof of life, like
a video or a newspaper with today'sdate or something. I can't even believe
I'm saying it either, But inthe cloud world that we live in today,
the one they've created, I thinkit's necessary, especially with questions about

(37:13):
the announcement that came out yesterday forthat or from the Midwesterner. The Midwesterner
dows back after this's gonna ask,I'm talking about the significance of the passage
of time, right, the significanceof the passage of time. So when
you think about it, there isgreat significance to the passage of time in
terms of what we need to doto lay these buyers, what we need

(37:36):
to do to create these jobs, and there is such great significance to the
past need also the recipience. Theyare there, they are led on the
community. They are people who understandthe culture. Deep Thoughts by Kamala's Space

(38:01):
is exciting. It is time forus to do what we have been doing
in that time is every day,Yes, every day. It is time
for us to agree that there arethings and tools that are available to us
to slow this thing down. Ican imagine what can be and be unburdened

(38:25):
by what has been. She saidit. Finally, somebody, somebody.
Deep Thoughts by Kamala Harris right backwith more as all of this continues to
develop. I'm gonna I'm checking outon this top of the hour. Back
after this. I'm justin Barkley. They might throw Michelle Obama at you.

(38:52):
Yeah, I wouldn't be worried aboutany of them. Look, they have
bad policies. Forget about the people. They have an open border policy,
they have a high tax policy, they have a bad military policy. The
whole world is going woke. Theirworld is going woke. The Green new
scam with spending all our money onthings that don't work. The whole thing

(39:13):
is a mess country. If wedon't win this election, we may never
have another election. I'm telling you, this may be our last election.
So they're gonna cook up something else. Trump with the statement last night on
Jesse Waters alongside JD Vance, Vicepresident. That interview might have been a
grand Rapids. It looks like they'rethey're wearing similar outfits. It might have

(39:37):
might have been during the Michigan rally. Stop. Uh. The other interesting
thing about it, just just tonotice, you can see Trump's got a
new bandage on his ear. It'sa flesh colored so it doesn't stand out
as much, but it is definitelya serious bandage. Still. Uh,
you got an up close and personallook at that. He was in Michigan

(40:00):
with JD. Vancer, vice presidentialnominee and running mate over the weekend.
Massive news last week, you getthe President Trump surviving an assassination tip,
failed assassination tempt against him on Saturday. Then he has his triumph and comeback
at the RNC. This convention wasincredible like none other that I've ever seen.

(40:22):
It was really wild to watch, energetic probably the best way to describe
it. And then all of thatnews gets a monkey wrench thrown on his
Friday, we learned that hey,Biden might be out of the race,
and in fact we could here asearly as this weekend, and we did
still lots of questions about that announcement. Let's go to James Dixon, who's

(40:46):
with us right now. James hasgot a new podcast out, The Enjoyer,
and in fact he's writes all thetime in many different places, but
my favorite is down seventy five overon Twitter x, where you can always
find some great conversation having there.Jays, appreciate you joining us with us
today justin thank you so much fortaking the time. I really appreciate the

(41:13):
opportunity. You know, a lotof this very interesting. President Trump makes
the point interviewed by Jesse Watris aboutwho it might be because I still think,
you know, even though we're hearingKamala today, that everything is like
a test run with the Democrats. You and I have talked about why they

(41:34):
really kind of stuck with her,and why they must do everything at least
in their power to make this work. And who knows where this essentially goes.
I don't know that we can anyof us can know for sure,
but there are a lot of othernames that are being floated out there and
around it in President Trump mentions,Look, it doesn't matter. And this
may be the biggest point that peopleneed to latch onto. It doesn't matter

(42:00):
who they throw in there. Thepolicies are the problem. The Democrats have
problem policies that will destroy this countryand have done so thus far. And
look, we can't just blame thaton the fact that Biden appears to have
been asleep at the helm. He'sgot a whole host of people who've been
running the show behind the scenes andrunning the country right into the ground.

(42:22):
And who do you think is goingto step right in, no matter who
is on the face and on thefront of that ticket, you know.
And that's the thing, you know. If Biden is unable to do this,
which he appears to be admitting,I'd like to hear him say it
out of his physical mouth. I'dlike to see him hold up the newspaper.

(42:43):
I'd like to see Joe Biden blinktwice at this point. But if
he really is past it and can'tdo this, one, why can't he
stay president? And two? Itseems to me that Pamala Harris would have
had to be in on it.We all know Joe Biden didn't just get
S nine on the debate stage. He's been in his current condition since he's

(43:04):
been president, and even before thathe ran his basement Biden in the twenty
twenty campaign. Joe Biden has neverrun a legitimate presidential campaign and he's never
looked like a legitimate president. Andso if Biden was not running the country
for the last four years, AmalaHarris probably once. So it seems like
you've just traded one set of problemsfor the other. So with Harris,

(43:28):
you have two problems. One shewas running Team Biden as they ran America
into the ground. And two,who knew what when if Joe Biden was
unable to do this, Trotting himout there with Alexa Pudin and Jijinping watching
threatened America's national security every day JoeBiden was president and remains president. Yeahs

(43:51):
a hoax. Yeah, year's longhoax. Kamala Harris was in on it,
absolutely great. They were all inon it. That includes the media,
that includes all these Hollywood big donorsand all the rest of them.
They've all known they're all going toact like all of a sudden, now
they don't. But you know, again, they never expected Trump to survive.
And what I mean by that whenI say it over and over again,

(44:12):
they never expected him to survive theRussia hoax, both impeachments. They
never expected him to survive any ofthis lawfare. And when he survived last
Saturday failed assassination attempt, they werestuck. They have no there's nowhere for
them to go. Then it comesout with an RNC a convention that blows
the doors off of none of thatwas supposed to happen, and it blows

(44:34):
the doors off anything else that's everbeen done before. And the American people
get a fresh look at what thathe wants to do and what the party
looks like now. And boy,I'll tell you it's it's turned some heads.
They had no choice. The moneywas drying up and all the rest
of it. They've been planning someof this behind the scenes for a while,
but this was this was the timeto if a veg Grandma Swami says

(44:57):
this, We're not running against thecamp candidate, We're running against a system.
And that really encapsulates what you justmade. That appointment. You know,
it's funny because the left, wheneveryou hear the word systemic, they're
usually talking about some type of unfairnessbetween groups of people. But the left

(45:19):
has presented us a systemic problem. You know. Let's take them at their
word that they do believe blue nomatter who, and they would elect a
robot and they would elect a corpsas president. So basically they're telling you
they don't care about America. They'realso telling you they don't they only care
about power, and then that, you know, so that leads us to
examine, Okay, you want power, a lot of politicians, do what

(45:44):
did you do with the power? And at every turn, whether it's closing
down the Keystone Pipeline, whether it'sopening up the border between America and Mexico,
at every turn, at every policydecision, the decisions were made such
that America would be weakened and destabilized. So regardless of which Democrat you elect,

(46:08):
it's someone who probably doesn't believe inAmerica and does not want to see
us as the strongest country on earth. They think we should be brought down
a peg. They think there shouldbe equity between countries and there shouldn't be
one country. So far ahead andso what's the best way to achieve equity?
Are you going to bring up therest of the world or do you

(46:29):
simply lower America to their level?James Dixon with us right now down I
seventy five over on Twitter X.And you've got a new project too.
I want to talk about here ina little bit, a podcast that you
won't want to miss. And ofcourse we've got it. There's an episode
that he and I did together thatyou'll definitely want to hear. We'll give

(46:52):
you the details on it here ina second. Now, you mentioned something
just a moment ago I think isreally important, and I've asked the same
question. I don't I don't thinkit's off the table. I think it's
certainly still It is a lot onthe table still, but it's certainly still
part of it. This is ifhe's not fit, healthy enough, et

(47:20):
cetera, what are the reasons mightbe. His brother said that the part
of the decision to pull out mayhave been health related as well. They're
talking about this. He's certainly notfit to run the country and we've known
that for a while now, soshould he resign? And and and the
questions about this are starting to comeup. And by the way, I

(47:42):
don't think it's out of the imagination. If he were to resign, Harris
would become president. Then she couldrun as an incumbent, and it would
make that process of nominating her andeverything much go much more smoothly. And
on top of it all, itwould give her a bit of a well,

(48:04):
a little bit more of gravitas tosay that she was the president.
Of course, the first black femalePRIs they love having all of those labels
and things to say as well. But again and part of those other multiple
boxes, they love to do that, yes, yes, And the other
part of the other question, though, the problem is is that she's part

(48:24):
of this administration. So she's partof the problem, the reason why the
things are as bad as they are. But she'll have a fresh start and
say, look, I can getin here and start fixing things. I
don't for one second believe that theborders are is going to be able to
fix. Support her all or wantto, But what do you make of
that? Should he resign? Youknow, for the good of America,

(48:52):
Joe Biden should resign. So we'resaying, democrats, you know, we're
fine putting America keeping Biden in office, we can't very well make the same
mistake by saying Biden should just stickit out. So I understand that President
Trump's going to have to throw outa lot of his forty seven theme gear
if Kamala Harris were elevated, Butit would be the right thing to do.

(49:14):
And you know, in a sense, Kamala Harris is already running as
the incumbent. So our question is, if we think Kamala Harris would not
be a good president, would ithurt to have her as president? And
I think the answer would have tobe no, right because what she's going
to do is do something incompetent,is do something that destabilizes and weakens America.

(49:37):
Is do something that brings us justa little bit lower, so that
Kamala Harris and her team in twentytwenty five and beyond can build back better.
This is who they are and thisis what they do. They've set
a mode of operations during the Bidenyears that they will need to run from
fast. I don't think they can, and I don't think they know how.

(49:59):
It's been so long since we hada Democrat president who took any interest
in governance and was in any way, good at it. That was Bill
Clinton. He left the presidency intwo thousand and one. So Democrats have
established himself as the party that runsAmerica into the ground whenever they get the
controls. So what's Kamala Harris goingto do. She's going to run the

(50:23):
place into the ground, and you'requickly going to see. Imagine imagine Harris
giving that NATO speech that Joe Bidenjust gave, talking about all these global
issues. Imagine Harris trying to projectstrength in a way that deters Xi Jinping
taking action in Taiwan, that detersVladimir Putin from escalating the war in Ukraine.

(50:46):
It's not possible. So America inthe sense needs to see Kamala fail
because if you see her fail, there won't be any allure of ooh,
maybe Kamala could do great. Themost popular guy on any football team is
the backup quarterback. When the teamis struggling, everyone thinks, oh,
if you just put the backup inthe team would be rocking and rolling.

(51:09):
Let's demystify the backup quarterback's Let's havehim, you know, turn around that
backwards cap. Let's have him handover the clipboard to the coach and let's
actually put them in the game, and you will quickly see that the backup
quarterback was the backup for a reason. So I do not fear a Harris
presidency in these next five months. It could actually five months of Harris could

(51:32):
save us from four years of Harris. James Dixon solid points down I seventy
five over on Twitter X. Butyou've got a new project too we want
to talk about. In fact,we recorded a podcast together, an episode
last week and it's dropping soon.A lot of these unknowns around it,

(51:52):
but we discussed some of these possibilitiesof what comes next and what it looks
like the way I'll say, hada great conversation about lots of other things
as well. When does that comeout and where can people find it?
You know, our podcast dropped latelast week. We we put it out
quicker than we normally move because hey, it was justin Barclay and to the

(52:15):
news moves too fast. Now youcan't just hold stuff. You gotta go
with what you have because as we'relearning, the political science is always changing.
So that's the Enjoyer podcast. Itwas a blessing having you on it.
We're gonna We're gonna have you backas often as we can, and
I think I think you all UHlisteners would really enjoy the discussion because we

(52:37):
talk about some of Gretchen Whitmer andher appeal in the twenty twenty four election
and why it looks like she,you know, probably is not going to
be the presidential but now is sayingshe doesn't even want the vice presidential slot.
And so we look into some ofWhitmer's character, we look into her
memoir, True Gretch. We weevaluate the fitness and the this to not

(53:02):
only make it onto the national stage, but to eventually serve as our president
someday and spoiler alert, those abilitieswere found Wanting Yeah, I tell you
it was a really interesting conversation andJames, I can't wait too. I'll
share it with folks here. Maybewe'll give folks a taste of it.
The Enjoyer is what you're going totake out, Michigan Enjoyer, and it's

(53:24):
online right now. If you wantto get it enjoyer dot com, slash
podcast, go up and check thatout. He is a chief Enjoyer there
at the Michigan Enjoyer. Twenty twentyfour Swing State reporter in Michigan for The
New York Post. I've been ableto read some of that as well.
Always a pleasure and we definitely lovehaving you on, James. Thank you
so much for taking the time tobe here with us today. Thank you,

(53:49):
Justin. I appreciate you as always. Yep, my pleasure. Hey,
I've gotta speaking of podcasts, we'llshare that with you. I'm going
to record one with a guy todaywho claims, and he's written a book
on this, that it's not gonnabe Kamala, It's gonna be Michelle Obama.
What's interesting is that the Obamas havenot endorsed Kamala Harris yet, so

(54:15):
I don't know. Again, Ican't tell you exactly what's gonna happen in
the fluck boy o boy is there'snever a dull moment if you posted with
it all back after this check inour news headlines to the Midwestern of the

(54:37):
Midwestern or that news back next onnine Today, m or from the President's
visit, President Trump to Michigan alongwith vice presidential candidate nominee jd Vance over
the weekend. Lots of lots ofgood audio coming out from that, and

(55:00):
of course he did, and thatwas another hour and forty five minutes,
almost two hours he did in UHin Grand Rapids. By the way,
we'll break some of this down comingup in a little bit. Republicans calling
for Biden to step down, butthey're not the only ones that have questions.
Yes, we've got just mentioned thespeaker of a house in there,

(55:22):
Mike Johnson, part of that question. But there are others who, in
fact Democrats, I think point I'lltell you this, everything that's breaking loose
is sort of up in the airright now. In fact, there's there's
no there's no real unity yet andI don't know that there will be.

(55:44):
I everything that they're we're watching rightnow kind of play out UH is up
in the air. I don't havethe answer, and nobody does. Nobody
does. We can't possibly, wecan't possibly know exactly how it's going to
go. What I can tell isthat Democrats aren't shy. They're being a

(56:08):
little more bold than normal and speakingout, breaking ranks and things like that.
Normally they do their knifing behind scenesfor the most part, and it
is still happening, but there's someof it that is breaking out into the
open. Democrat Rep. Congresswoman JasmineCrockett out there. Not confident at all,
She says, I do know thatyou know, behind closed doors,

(56:35):
while I won't name names, thatthere were people that were absolutely like,
it can't be the vice president. So in one breath they were saying,
you know, the president needs tobe out. In the next breath they
were also saying it can't be her. I am not confident at all because
as it was laid out earlier,I'm confident, not confident. That's that's
interesting, really really interesting stuff.I get she's the all we went out

(57:04):
there so far. I know withJoe Manchin has said he's gonna throw his
hat and read. I know there'vebeen some opinion pieces written about Hillary even
though she's she's endorsed Kamala so far. The only ones who have not endorsed,
by the way, I think thatthis should this says a lot because
they haven't endorsed yet, or theare the are the Bidens or the excuse

(57:27):
me, the Obamas. They havenot endorsed Kamala for pray. In fact,
what they've said, what they didn'tsay is probably more saying uh well
says a lot more than anything elsewhat what they didn't say, you know,
they didn't endorse, but they alsosaid, look, we're going to

(57:47):
allow this process to play out,so to speak. That's part of what
the statement read. We allow thisprocess to play we think it ought to
be. You know this, We'regonna let it have this entire thing where
we'll go to convention and we'll letthe people decide. It's already been decided

(58:08):
behind the scenes. The convention couldstill yet be contentious. I think they're
still trying to figure out how theywalk through all of this, and essentially
they I think they're also trying tosee how far they have to go.
No easy answers just yet. We'llget to more of them and your calls

(58:28):
too, coming up to four eighteight hundred talk two four eight eight hundred
eight two five five. It's aburning thing. By the way, Trump
looking good and polls latest polls outof Michigan. Course, this changes everything
again. Multiple Black Swan events inthe last week or so. We'll get
the more of them coming up andwhat happens next right here Detroit's News Talk

(58:51):
Superstition nine ten am. Back tothe Justin Barkleay Show. You can't make
this stuff up here. On nineten AM Detroit's news talk Superstis Night,
the message from President Biden and thosearound him was quote all systems go and
campaign full speed ahead. Then ataround one forty five pm, he notified

(59:14):
senior team members that he had changedhis mind. Let's get to what might
have changed his mind, Brett. But also this statement from Barack and Michelle
Obama, which does not endorse KamalaHarris, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton have
come out to endorse her. PresidentBiden endorsed her. But here's what the
Obamas say. We will be navigatinguncharted waters in the days ahead, but

(59:38):
I have extraordinary confidence that the leadersof our party will be able to create
a process from which an outstanding nomineeemerges. Ouch. Yeah, isn't that
something so Obama's Kennon, Let it'llbe a little more political, a little

(01:00:00):
more well, just a little moreshrewd about how they are they're moving forward,
which tells me I don't think lookthis, we ain't seen nothing yet.
Fox. It's basically what I'm talkingabout. You. You just can't
know for sure what's coming next, especially with what we've been through over the
last several weeks and years. Couldthat mean that Michelle is going to run,

(01:00:28):
will be another Obama in the WhiteHouse. Well, that's today's podcast,
guest. So we're going to recordthe podcast, I think today at
noon, So if you want tocome over and watch it, I believe
I'll be streaming that over on localsfor folks that want to see it,
and I'll play parts of the conversationon the radio here probably tomorrow. The
guy's name is Joel Gilbert. He'san author. He's written a book on

(01:00:51):
Michelle and done like the background researchon everything her whole life and how she's
really Uh, there's some those skeletonsin the closet that the news and the
media has never reported on. Thisguy claims she's always been the one for

(01:01:12):
twenty twenty four and now what we'reseeing play out is just the machinations of
it all. It'll be interesting tohear his take after what we've seen in
play out heard over the weekend.I don't think he'll probably veer too much
from it, but it will beinteresting to watch. Let's jump on the
phone real quick if we can.I think we've got a caller on the

(01:01:35):
line here, and to discuss thelatest. It is Jeff in Bay City.
Jeff, good morning, you're onnine ten am, Hey, justin
thanks for having me my pleasure.Yeah, this is smoking mirrors. This
is typical Democrat propaganda. It's allin effect. The downfall is you and

(01:01:59):
I canvative we're behind the eight ball. Were four years not thinking ahead.
This is all a plot. It'sa plan. It's already been in motion.
That's with the way Joe is.They felt that he couldn't make it
his whole term. And it's noteven about him going the four full years.

(01:02:22):
This was always about Kamala is goingto be the forty seventh president of
the United States. This is goingto happen. That has nothing to do
with the election. Gerald Ford backin nineteen eighty nine claimed all of this,
except he claimed that the president maydie. That put the bug in

(01:02:44):
their ear. What is the DemocratParty about? About the party? It's
never been about anything else. KamalaHarris brought what to the table. Absolutely
nothing. She wasn't the best prosecutorin the entire world. She came from
California. She put me up tobail people out because their cause, because

(01:03:06):
their cause. What did she bringto the table, she's female, she's
black. The Democrat Party, AbrahamLincoln, for an example, was a
Republican. That will never change aslong as the United States is alive.
Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. What'snot going to change is that the forty

(01:03:27):
seventh president of the United States wasa Democrat, a female black woman.
Because they put her there. They'renot ever going to say one hundred years
from now that they elected her thatit was this, that it was that.
But her face is going to beon the poster with all the presidents,
and she was a black woman andshe was a Democrat. That's what

(01:03:50):
it's about. Do you think bigpicture, not the small picture? Jeff.
Do you think that she's going tobe able to be Trump? She
doesn't have to, justin does nothave to. She will be president before
January. Commons going to be president. Do you think a step down and

(01:04:11):
shoo and she she will, She'llstep up, she will be the president.
For the Democrat Party to be ableto say they were the first party
to put a woman in his president, it's the bigger picture. Hillary Clinton
said, never let a good pandemicgo to waste. This was the plot.

(01:04:34):
This was the plan from the beginning. They didn't know how long Joe
was going to be able to go. They didn't know if they're going to
be able to pull shenanigans that hadhappened in twenty twenty. But the plan
from the beginning was we're going tomake it look like this is I believe,

(01:04:54):
and this is just me, asmall town guy, no common sense,
using common sense. None of itmakes sense. Although this isn't going
to go down this way this butthe Democrats aren't about common Tavis. It's
about third legacy we've got. We'reat deep in the bunker right now with
Jeff from Bay City and the BayCity Bunker apparently. I love it,

(01:05:16):
Jeff, Jeff, thank you verymuch. You're absolutely right about one thing.
Though nothing makes sense anymore. Andit's hard to use common sense to
try to make sense of a worldthat's gone completely mad. You're right about
that. Thank you, Thank you, Jeff. I appreciate it, my
friend, all right. You gottabe you too, Jeff. And base
of this massive signal reaches all theway up and down much of the state,

(01:05:42):
even into Ohio and parts here atnine ten am. But Jeff making
an interesting take on that he believesthat she will become president just so they
can say they've done it. Idon't think that's off the table. I
really don't. I don't think there'smuch that can be off the table right
now. Lots of plans behind thescenes, and well lots of questions about

(01:06:02):
what possibly could I'll tell you what. It's interesting to go back, though
and watch why she wasn't the candidate, why she wasn't the nominee back in
twenty twenty because she was this badTulsey ended that Faulsy ended that shot in
twenty twenty. With this debate performance, I want to bring the conversation back

(01:06:25):
to the broken criminal justice system thatis disproportionately negatively impacting black and brown people
all across this country. To day, Senator Harris says she's proud of her
record as a prosecutor and that she'llbe a prosecutor president. But I'm deeply
concerned about this record. There aretoo many examples to cite, but she
put over fifteen hundred people in jailfor marijuana violations and then laughed about it.

(01:06:47):
When she was asked if she eversmoked marijuana. She blocked evidence.
She blocked evidence that would have freedan innocent man from death row until the
courts forced her to do so.She kept people in prison beyond their sentences
to use them as cheap labor forthe state of California. And she fought
to keep cash fail system in placethat impacts poor people in the worst kind

(01:07:12):
of way. Thank you, Congresswomansent her hair. She was not happy,
but just watching her the look onher face as Tulsea's going through that
like long list of what you know, what it is that she has in
her the skeletons in her closets,so to speak. And that's not even

(01:07:33):
some of the other more scandalous stuff. There's there's a few other things in
that list that are that are certainlycertainly interesting. Let me do this because
I got to talk about this storybecause I just don't know that anybody else
is. It's a story that's gonequiet and it's really flown beneath the radar,

(01:07:57):
but it's one that I think weought to hear about. You want
to know what's going on. Quietlyreported a couple of sources, but not
a lot of reporting on it becausethere's not a lot of information. Unfortunately,
at this point homemade bomb. Homemadebomb found during wyan Dot traffic stop.
Two men arrested. Police say thiswas Wednesday night. According to the

(01:08:26):
reports, Wednesday night, a homemadebomb found during traffic stop and wyan Dot
too. Who are they don't know? It happened around ten to forty in
the area of Vinewood in ninth Streetsfor minor reasons, a license played violation
among them, said Wye Dot PoliceChief Archie Hamilton. Now this is interesting

(01:08:48):
because a lot of people will talkabout stuff like this and say, well,
they you shouldn't be pulled over fora traffic violation, like a license
plate violation, thing like that. But a lot of times console have like
a sixth sense of spidy sensoress willbe tingling and this is how they end
up on drug busts or other thingslike that. And you may think that's
nuts, but it's intuition. Theofficers speaking to two men inside the van,

(01:09:13):
their suspicions raised. Officers trained tolook for indicators that something doesn't fit
on traffic stops declined to clarify exactlywhat that was, Chief Hamilton said,
but he said the officer spotted acouple of indicators and inconsistency in the story
of the two men. Ultimately, they located a homemade explosive device containing shrapnel,

(01:09:41):
a bomb, and there it is. I'll see this. It was
behind the scenes, liveshom We've gotit up on the video right now at
Facebook, Twitter, Rats Rubb willget her locals. The two men in
the vehicle, thirty one and thirtysix years old, arrested for possession of
an explosive device, dangerous drugs, and possession of cocaine. But we don't
know anything else about it. AndI'll just write the headline a different way

(01:10:04):
so you can understand. Just daysafter we had a failed assassination attempt on
a president of the United States,a former president camp and candidate, leading
candidate, we'll put it that way, a bomb was discovered in the traffic
stop just days before that Michigan PresidentTrump rally was set to take place.

(01:10:29):
Now I don't know, I don'tknow. I can't tell you what they
were going to do with We don'twe don't have those details. I can
tell you that it was a verydangerous device with shrapnel inside of it.
There's an x ray. Channel fourhas an X ray of this thing that
shows you the shrapnel intended to dosome real damage to whoever it it landed

(01:10:56):
there. I guess there's just nota lot left when it comes to details
on this story, and I'd liketo have more, but again, an
investigation is ongoing, so this unfortunatelyremains to be seen as the details on

(01:11:17):
it because they just can't give anymore out or refuse to give any more
out. But look, this isa major issue, a very volatile time
in the history of this country. We have a bomb discovered, who knows
what else, drugs and everything else. But there are details in this that
I probably would pay a better picturefor us on what is happening, on

(01:11:40):
what is going on. I'm notsaying that bomb was intended for President Trump,
but I am saying, you know, with all the things that are
going on in the world today, this is there is no time for opaqueness.
We have to have full transparency whenit comes to these stories so that
we know and can understand the worldwe live in and make better decisions here.

(01:12:01):
Yeah, but thank god the Wydottpolice found it, got it off
the streets, and uh, thisthis particular device will not be harming anyone
back in this moments Detroit's News Talksuperstation nine ten am. We've got more
details on a big, big eventhappened over the week in President Trump in

(01:12:25):
Michigan. In fact, big newsmade. They're in the Senate race out
of Michigan. We'll tell you thelatest after this big news over the weekend.
In fact, we'll talk with candidatefor Senadate, well one time candidate

(01:12:48):
for sidate two times actually, butnow he's he's just announced that big news
over the week and Sandy Penciler issaying he is dropping out and endorsing Mike
Rogers. So tonight I'm doing theright thing and ceasing my Senate candidacy.

(01:13:11):
No, no, it's not inAh, it's the right thing. President
Trump endorsed Mike Rogers tonight, soam I So tonight, Well, there

(01:13:34):
you have it. That's that's thatmakes this race for the Republican nomination.
They're the candidate for saidate very amuch much tighter race. You have doctor
Cheri o'noondell, and you have JustinAmash still left in the race, and

(01:13:59):
uh, other than former Congressman MikeRogers, who has a President Trump's endorsement,
and uh and as you just hurtnow, Sandy penciler. So Sandy
joins us little bit after. Iwant to talk about that why and what
he sees on the horizon and what'swhat's next. They've all been very good
about being willing to come on andhave conversations with us throughout the last months

(01:14:28):
of the campaign. The discussions havebeen really I think eye opening for a
lot of us, and I justI'm just grateful that they each have all
been able to come on. Uhmuch. Maybe maybe we could get him
on a few other times. Wejust have to work on that in the
background. But uh, the pollingon this race is also really taken off

(01:14:56):
as well. So that's that's that'sa whole nother home another issue as we
get into some of the things thatare that are happening behind the scenes here,
Okay, anything that I gotta makesure, Oh yes, this is
this is interesting. Have you seenwhat is happening now? This is over

(01:15:17):
the last couple of days of theweekend. It is now becoming a it's
a it's it's a meme in itself, really the Trumpian fist. Have you
oh man, the world, thisthis simulation right, this this version is

(01:15:41):
really interesting. I can tell youthat much. It's never a dull moment.
The world we live in, neverever a dull moment. Uh.
Baseball players have started pumping their fistthat they're calling it the Trumpian fist.
Started pumping their fist in the airin celebration. So what do they do.
They hold their ear with one handand then they pump their fist in

(01:16:05):
the air with the other and theythey say fight, fight, Fight.
It's just it's incredible, and it'shappened a couple of times this weekend in
baseball. For some strange reason, the celebration is is really taking off for
Taylor Walds and now he's in scoringposition. Two base hit Taylor Walls of

(01:16:30):
the Tampa Bay Rays for Taylor Waldsand now he's in scoring pumping his fist
in the air and yelling or chantingfight, fight, fight. I just
I can't get enough of it.I just love it. I don't know
what it is. It's little thingslike this that you can't the Democrats don't

(01:16:56):
have the ability to because this isall authentic. By the way, all
of all of this is authentic. The Cardinals doing it during it the other
day too, doing a home runfrom Alec Burlison. It's eighteenth of the
season. They're celebrating for the dugout, holding their ear right ear with the

(01:17:19):
right handed and pumping their left fistin the air. It's it's wild to
watch. He's doing it to theround round spaces. Oh my gosh,
it's the greatest. I love seeingthis stuff. I don't know. What's

(01:17:40):
just pop culture that's just breaking throughfor whatever reason. And uh, this
is something that the Democrats can't manufacture, stuff like this. Everything they do
is fake. Everything they do isa put on right. But it's stuff
like this the pop culture moments thatpierced through that just aren't duplicatable. They're

(01:18:03):
just magic moments that you cannot do. New York is everything they say and
don't fair. They're probably right,Chuck say, I probably banned that.
That'll be an expression, you know, the woke sports world though band's called
hate speech or something. You're right, it's probably true. All right,

(01:18:26):
Still lots to get to. SandyPincer joined this coming up in just moments
as well. With the conversation continuing, you could jump on the phone to
a two four eight eight hundred talkto eight two four eight eight hundred eight
two five five justin barklay dot comsound off. Hit the red button for
the talkback feature. You don't haveto wait on the phone. You can
just sound off and let us knowwhat you think today. Back after this

(01:18:49):
the latest headlines use weather in traffictogether on nine ten AM. So tonight
I'm doing the right thing and ceasingmy senate candidacy. No, no,
it's not in AH, It's theright thing. President Trump endorsed Mike Rogers

(01:19:18):
tonight, So am I. AndyPencler endorsing Mike Rogers at the President Trump
the rally with Vice President Shanmalee,J D. Pence JD. Vance over

(01:19:39):
the weekend here in Michigan. Amajor event, another big one and of
course a big news coming out ofit this weekend. Sandy Penciler with us
now to talk about this and more. Appreciate you taking the time, sir,
great to be with you in youraudience. We've had some great conversations
you and I the last few months, and you always make fantastic points,

(01:20:02):
and really I appreciate you being willingto come on and have those conversations with
folks. Let's talk about this latestwhat the big News, What drove it
and why are you making the decisionnow? Well, we really looked out

(01:20:24):
and we're trying to look at ourpathway. And the pathway was to spend
a whole lot with negative advertising becausefrankly, Mike was ahead in the polls,
he had been endorsed by the President, and we had to go really
strong out against him. I didn'treally want to do that because I thought

(01:20:45):
it might hurt his chances. Ithink he's going to be the nominee,
and there was a slim path, but I thought if it didn't work,
it really hurt his chances. Andfrankly, my campaign was never about me.
It was about making America better. And to do that, I really
think we've got to have an opportunityto push through a lot of the President's

(01:21:11):
agenda, and to do that weneed a Republican Senate. And I did
not want to be doing something thata continued divisive primary could hurt those chances.
And I just thought that wasn't okay. So to do the right thing,

(01:21:31):
I thought, I get out ofthe race and endorse Mike. Think
he's going to be the nominee overwhelmingly, and look, we don't agree on
everything. That's that's pretty clear. But we agree on those things, and
we do agree on pushing the president'sagendas and policies forward. And I think
that's the best way to help America. So that's that's why I made that

(01:21:56):
decision. I think it was theright decision. I think things that happened
over the weekend make it even morelikely that the President's going to be successful.
But it's going to be close herein Michigan. I don't think this
is going to be a walk away. It's going to be really close in
Michigan. They're going to try tocompletely rebrand Kamala Harris, who looks like

(01:22:19):
she'll likely be the nominee, andseparate her from everything she's done over the
last four years. I don't thinkit'll work, but you never know.
There's just a lot of crazy stuffthat's going on. But that's why I
did it. And I think Michae'llmake a good senator and I think he'll

(01:22:40):
support Trump's policies. You know,we live in a day and age,
as you sort of mentioned here, where it's hard to know day after day
what's what's coming next. I mean, it does seem in all likelihood that
Kamala Harris will be the nominee forthe Democrat Party. But yet we could
have any number of events in thenext week that could change that. We

(01:23:04):
just don't know. One thing remainscertain, Figdal that this is the most
critical election, certainly in my lifetime, maybe as the President has said,
maybe in the history of this country. And I guess that's why all of
this matters so much. Oh boy, I mean, look at what's happening

(01:23:29):
at the border, and you know, Kamala is the bizarre to supposedly fits
the border. I think they're goingto double down on all of THEI policies
instead of having merits and really drivingequal opportunity. And I really think that

(01:23:50):
movement towards DEI is incredibly divisive aswell, and it hurts us by not
having just merit. And I thinkwe see that in a lot of positions
like Secret Service that I think, frankly, it was fairly poignant situation that

(01:24:12):
the Cheeto is still saying, well, yeah, buck stops here, but
she should be resigning. It wasterrible what went on. If you look
over at that perimeter, you don'tneed to be an incredible expert to see
where some of the weaknesses were earnedfor that shooter to get a shot from
there and carry up. This wasn'ta trained foreign sealed type officer. This

(01:24:38):
is a kid. Didn't know whathe was doing. Thank goodness, he
was a terrible shot. We justwe need merits. We need to get
solved these problems. We need tostop spending like crazy. Even today news
was out there's one hundred and twentynine million dollars going to Michigan for we

(01:24:59):
knew energy projects. Well, itsounds lovely until you realize there's an effort
to make the whole grid renewable andgo to people. Don't realize it's more
expensive. It's intermittent energy. Itdoesn't really work. And as you make
it more expensive, who pays forit? All michiganers pay for it.

(01:25:20):
We've just got this backward policies andhopefully they'll be stopping in January. So
it's a really big election. Andas I said on Saturday, everything comes
through Michigan. The Presidency comes throughMichigan. It's the key state. It
is deep pivotal state, not theonly one, but probably more than any

(01:25:41):
other. The Senate comes through Michigancontrol. The Senate control of the House
and control the State House. Soboy, there's an opportunity to make a
big difference. I know your listenersare informed. Being informed, isn't enough.
Really need to go out and workand make a difference. There's not
a lot of time. It's alittle over one hundred days left to the

(01:26:04):
general election. It's a big one, you know, reach out to neighbors,
get aft to make a difference.Big election. Sandy pencler with us
right now and he has endorsed MikeRogers in the campaign here for Senate in
Michigan as a Republican this time around. You just mentioned Cheetle and some of

(01:26:27):
the DEI issues Secret Service. They'regoing to have hearings on that today.
She may even resign, as manyhave called on her to do that.
So we learn more and more aboutthis absolute failure on so many different levels.
It is, unfortunately side of times. These are the things that happen
under this radical Dei ideology. Theseare the things that you can expect to

(01:26:51):
see more airplanes falling from this guy. And of course they want to bring
this type of thing into healthcare aswell. And these are major issues that
we face as a country. Whetheror not we're going to write the ship
or not, and of course thatthat yet remains to be seen. Did
you get any time with the presidentwhile you were while you were there this

(01:27:12):
weekend and what did what did youmake of the the his speech and what
he had to say after everything he'sbeen through the last week or so,
you know, I have not reallyhad any personal time. We had obviously
a little time on stage, butthe speech, he gave a very similar

(01:27:38):
speech. I'd seen him twice thisweek, once at the convention in Milwaukee
speaking and once in the Grand Rapids. They were pretty similar speeches. He
added a few zingers. Because Ithink everyone was expecting President Biden to drop

(01:28:00):
out. I'm not sure everyone wasexpecting the basically the party. I think
the Democrat Party coming together as quicklyas it seems to be doing around Kamala,
which I think is gonna hurt them. Look, Kamala has never been
tested out on the stump in aprimary. She did it for a very

(01:28:23):
little while but never got any votes. And she I don't think will be
a very good candidate. She's gonnarun away from the Biden policies and frankly
probably from the border that she's beentasked with overseeing and push abortion and DEI

(01:28:45):
and I just don't think that's gonnawork there. There are obviously some people
that I think might be strong insidethe Democrat Party, but I don't think
they're gonna get a chance. Ithink the party, and they don't have
a lot of time, is alreadycoming together. You saw Gretchen and Josh
Shapiro and Bashar, a bunch ofthe people that are in the VP sweet

(01:29:08):
stakes that might have run against heralready endorsing. So I think this thing
is close to cooked. But butyou never know. You just don't know.
And I wouldn't be shocked. Look, Gretchen would emphasize the whole nature

(01:29:30):
of a completely woman ticket. Ithink she's been strong from a Democrat perspective
on She got rid of right towork here, she was right there with
the Biden mandates to shut down everything. She is driving up energy costs.

(01:29:51):
Her policies have been terrible, unbelievablyterrible, like most of the Democrat policies
right now. But I wouldn't beshocked that she's, uh, certainly,
she's certainly in the running in theVP sweep stakes. I wouldn't be shocked
if she's she's on the ticket withkind lack. A lot of a lot
of folks, Yeah, a lotof folks are watching, by the way

(01:30:14):
as all these things play out.And Sandy Penciler with us right now.
Just endorse Mike Rogers over the weekend. But let me ask you last question
for you, so you would wouldyou consider you've run a couple of times
here, what would you consider runningfor another office here in Michigan, whether
that might be a statewide office, congress or something else. Yeah, look,

(01:30:36):
right now, I am thrilled tobe heading back into my factory here
in Michigan. I has not beengiving it the attention that it needs,
and I really want to focus myenergies, at least in the near term,
to making great products at low prices, which I think is an incredible

(01:30:59):
service that we do every day there. And that's going to be my focus
for a little while. I've hadmy eye off the ball there for a
little bit, and I'm excited toget back onto that. You have me.
Thank you for asking absolutely, SandyPenciler, Thanks for taking the time
to be here with us, Andno matter what the future holds, will
issue the best thanks a lot,Justin, and thanks for your courtesy over

(01:31:26):
the time I was running, andthanks for your audience as well. But
really they should anybody that's hearing thisbig election get involved make a difference.
God bless you have it. SandyPenciler with the latest as he throws his
endorsement behind Mike Rogers. Now theheat that raises. Just see, things

(01:31:46):
are just getting started. And then, like I said earlier, who knows
what happens in the next week orso. We'll keep you on top of
it. Ball the latest update.Still you have to come in. By
the way, Senator Ron Johnson isgoing to report on this secret Service debacle
and the failures throughout. We'll getthe latest on that coming up here in
just a little bit as those hearingset to happen a little bit later on

(01:32:08):
today nine ten am. Justin barklayback after this. There's still lots of
questions, by the way, aboutthe you know, the latest and the

(01:32:30):
fact that Biden is out the wayhe dropped out. There's just I mean
to me, look, I hatethat we even have to think this way,
but this is the day and agewe live in the clown world that
they have created. The announced itwas made via Twitter x on letterhead.
That was a letter that didn't haveletterhead. We know that Joe Biden didn't

(01:32:54):
write, and he may not haveeven signed because the signatures just don't imagine.
I looked at it, and I'mnot an expert, but I'm looking
at it going there. It's nothis signature. So what happened? And
and by the way, where isJoe Biden? Anybody anyone? Bueller,
Buehler? Where is Joe Biden?Where is the guy? Well? I

(01:33:17):
don't mean to dive deep into thebunker with my hat on and whatnot,
but I'm just saying, like, these are things that I think, well,
they're critical thinking skills, right, and uh, I think you ought
to be able to at least askthose questions, what what what's going on?
Is that? Is that not fair? With what's going on here?

(01:33:41):
What I mean? Why why solittle information on all of this? And
of course, uh, I thinkthat it looks like from all I understand,
maybe Kamal is going to be outa little bit later on today,
probably speaking before Joe does. Huhis what exactly is happening here? And

(01:34:04):
you're telling me we're supposed to believewe're supposed to accept all of this.
Some of this stuff just doesn't makesense. It just doesn't add up.
Where there's smoke, there's fire,And don't call me crazy for pointing out.
Cheryl Adkinson over on her sub stackis talking about something else that we

(01:34:28):
have been obviously raising the alarm onthe past week or so, sixteen whistleblower
allegations about Trump assassination attempt, secretService, and poor security that you're going
to want to know about. Someof these you'll probably hear about today when
they have the hearing for Secret Servicedirector Kimberly cheatle I was expected to testify

(01:34:54):
in front of Congress in just aboutan hour and a half. The Democrats
prepared Darrying to battle over who willbecome their nominee now the President Biden stepped
decide. There's also news continuing todevelop related to the Republican nominee, Donald
Trump. They had a secret service. Kim Chield testifies before Congress Monday about
the fatal security laughs at Trump's ButlerPennsylvania rally. We already know what some

(01:35:17):
of the whistleblowers are stepping forward andgiving members of Congress information about behind the
scenes. Here are some of thoseallegations coming from insiders and others so far,
according to the journalist Cheryl Atkins. At number one, the Trump campaign
and this has finally been confirmed.Secret Service has finally confirmed this. The

(01:35:39):
Trump campaign repeatedly requested but was denied, additional security resources. The Secret Service
spokesman denied that was the case, but on Saturday, July twentieth, that
was this weekend, they issued astatement indicating it was true. We know,

(01:36:00):
we know this is what's been happening. MI is Number two. The
Secret Service had relinquished some key securityresponsibilities at the rally to local police.
There's the dispute over which responsibilities belongto which organization, but they all I
would say, the buck stops withthe Secret Service. That's that's their only

(01:36:20):
job. Really, their only jobis to protect the president. Now.
I know that the organization has otherrules and other duties, but we're talking
about the main thing being the mainthing. That's what you're supposed to do,
and you can't do that. Youcan't protect the president or the candidates.

(01:36:40):
We've got problems beyond saying. NberThree, local law enforcement, the
thory, snipers and swat teams weren'ton the same communication channels as each other
or the Secret Service, so informationcouldn't be relayed efficiently. Local squat and

(01:37:00):
sniper teams operated on separate radio channelsfrom local patrols. Communications had to be
re routed or routed to Butler EmergencyServices Command, who would then relay information
to either Secret Service or other locallaw enforcement patrols. That's a major flaw
and dysfunction in the standard operating procedure. Secret Service Team number four put together

(01:37:25):
the site visits for the Butler,Pennsylvania rally. Wasn't there the day of
the rally. They're probably over withJill Biden because we know bunch of them
got sent over there to see doctorJill. They pulled resources from President Trump
and sent them to see doctor Jill. Number five Secret Service didn't attend the

(01:37:47):
security briefing provided by Butler County EmergencyServices to local squat and sniper teams in
the morning of the rally. Atthat briefing, Butler County Emergency Services provided
local law enforcement with images of theoutside secure perimeter at the rally they were
responsible for, which did not includethe American glass research the AGR building where
the twenty year old fired from SecretServices said the building was the responsibility of

(01:38:14):
locals. So it's a finger pointingmess still. And by the way,
we got ten more of these details, more of which you'll want to hear
coming out ahead of the testimony therein Congress. That's all coming out.
Let's checker, who's bottle of thehour and news, weather and traffic together
right now? Nine ten am.Back next. I'm justin Barker. Hey,

(01:38:45):
they've already got the ads out.By the way, there's already ads.
They were fully anticipating, fully anticipatingKamala Harris stepping up at some point
and she would be the nominee. The MAGA war room has already posted them

(01:39:09):
online. In fact, this isone Kamala was in on it. One
they've got online right now, whichI felt was really cood. Kamala was
in on it. She covered upJoe's obvious mental decline. Our president is
in good shape, in good health, tireless, and I have no doubt
about the strength of the work thatwe have done. But Kamalin knew Joe

(01:39:30):
couldn't do the job, so shedid it. Look what she got done.
A border invasion runaway inflation, theAmerican dream dead. They created this
mess. They know Kamala owns thisfailed record. Make America Great Again,
Inc. Is responsible for the contentof this advertising. Wow, that was
that was solid and a very goodpoint. She was in on it,

(01:39:53):
by the way, this is thisis true. But we can't stop with
her. The rest of them crapparty was in on it. The media
was in on it, the Hollywoodelite, they were all in on it.
All these donors, they're in onit. And the only reason they
are switching gears right now is becausepersonally they always had the backup plan in

(01:40:13):
case Joe they go sideways. Ialways had that available. But more importantly,
I none of this was ever supposedto happen. Trump was never supposed
to survive. He was never supposedto survive the Russia Russia Russia Hawks.
He was never supposed to survive thetwo failed impeachments or the two impeachments.

(01:40:34):
He was never supposed to survive anyof the law fair much of its failing
right now, some of it alreadyfailed. And I was never supposed to
survive the failed assassination attempt, andyet he has. And you saw what
kind of a little kind of ashow they put on for the R and

(01:40:55):
C last week. That's it's yeah, they had no choice, they had
no choice. They had to go. They had to pull it out.
But they're all in on it,each and every one of them have been
convincing us. In fact, doyou remember just two weeks ago the media
was out there telling us CNN andMSD and C and the rest of them

(01:41:18):
that, look, if you seeany clip where Joe Biden seems to appear
like he's not got it all together, like he's a friar, too short
of a happy meal, if yousee any issue with him, it's not
real. Those videos are deep fakes, they made by AI or cheap fakes.

(01:41:45):
They're not real. Pay no attentionto any of those. They're trying,
as Republicans, just trying to muddythe waters and make it look like
he's worse than he is. Andhow dare they remember that's what we've been
up against the last couple of weeks. That was it. Now all of
a sudden, that's not the case. Because you have a debate, Biden

(01:42:10):
goes out there tanks it and it'sobvious it's not just Republicans now it's the
rest of the world at see inhis base that have said the truth that
he just can't. He's not capableof running. And of course the next
question is if he's not capable ofrunning, is he capable of being the
president? And all? Another question? All right, folks going through the

(01:42:38):
sixteen whistleblower allegations that have come outmore from the Secret Service. The hearing
on Director Cheatle supposed to take placea little bit later on today and about
ten o'clock this morning, you'll havethis hearing. Lots of questions folks have
asked. So here's what we gotso far. Uh Trump campaign being denied

(01:43:01):
requests for additional security, the SecretService giving up key security responsibilities to local
police. Local police, they're inPennsylvania, not on the same channels as
communications as the Secret Service. Andthe fact that the Secret Service team who
put together the site visit originally forthe rally wasn't there the day at the
rally. They didn't attend. SecretSecurity didn't attend the security breathings provided by

(01:43:29):
the Butler Kelly Emergency Services on thatday. Number six. To add to
this list, as I mentioned, there's several on here. Sixteen in total.
Police canines weren't used to monitor entryin the tech threats in the usual
manner. Number seven people without properdesignation got into backstage areas at the rally.

(01:43:51):
That can never happen, and itdid because it's an open area.
The security buffer around Trump's podium wasnot appropriately policed. Number nine security officials
were not stationed at a regular intervalaround the event security perimeter. Number ten.

(01:44:12):
The local sniper team photographed the shooterat five point fourteen. The Trump
the shot that grazed his ear hithim at six eleven. It's like an
hour later. How is this evenpossible? The Department of Homeland Security,
led by Secretary Alejandro Majorchis, blockedthe House Oversight Committee from taking excuse me

(01:44:33):
talking to the Secret Service director, even though they wanted to do that.
Number twelve Department of Homeland Security stiffarming initial congressional questions, telling members to
work through the agency's congressional liaison.Number thirteen Homeland Security officials with little to
no practical experience at guarding a presidentialfigure or tasked alongside Secret Service agents at

(01:44:57):
the rally because they didn't have enoughpeople. They didn't have enough people to
send some over to doctor Schill, and some here and some there that that's
the problem. Locals tasked with guardingthe security perimeter at the rally were stationed
at the AGR building, that buildingthat the twenty year old shot from.
At ten thirty in the morning,on the second floor the building that he

(01:45:17):
climbed, they noticed a suspicious characterat five ten PM took two photos of
him. At five point fourteen, nearly an hour before Trump was shot,
they also noticed in photographed a bicycleand backpacked nearby a few minutes earlier.
But no no time to stop thisthing, and no time to stop Trump

(01:45:39):
from even going on stage. Thisis another question. At quarter of six,
a local sniper texted the Beaver EmergencyServices Group command about the suspect and
instructed them to relate to the messageto command, which included secret service.
At five point fifty nine, BeaverCounty Law Enforcement operator received confirmation from Butler

(01:46:00):
County SWAT commander that command was madeaware of the messages and requested more information
about the suspects location. At sixteenfinally, a man in a gray suit
climbed the ladder to the roof.Shortly after Crooks was killed. He instructed
local law enforcement to send photos ofthe dead crooks to a certain phone number.

(01:46:25):
This is an interesting piece of ittoo, the photos sent to that
number. Senter Ron Johnson says thenumber actually belonged to someone in the government
who was the man in the graysuit. It really is an interesting piece
of this whole conversation. And againmore details will be revealed today will we'll

(01:46:47):
get more on this. But apparentlyhe was a member. He was a
member of the government. Mornings ofMaria, I guess Sunday they had part
of the conversation. The revelation ofwho the man was has now come out.
By the way, this is asa member of the government of the

(01:47:16):
shooter's body. So suddenly a guyin a gray suit walks up the ladder
and goes up to the roof. And this guy in the gray suit,
who didn't appear to have credentials, everybody assumed he was the Secret Service.
So he tells one of the locallaw enforcements send those pictures to this cell
phone, and he gives them anumber to send. Everybody assume, well,

(01:47:38):
that must be Secret Service. Itturns out it wasn't Secret Service.
Some guy in a suit walks upthe ladder. They believe you secret service.
I'm not sure where the game credentials, but that's part of the Again,
Maria, this is so preliminary.I'm issuing this. I'm providing this
information a much more detailed timeline toprompt others to come forward. We need
to complete this picture. We havea lot of puzzle pieces fill in here.

(01:48:00):
Is it odd to you that thelocals were being told to send the
pictures to the Alcohol, Tobacco andFirearms Agency atf Where is AHTF. Yes,
it's very It's the oddity starts withthe fact that the local law enforcement
were just tasked with security the perimeter, told to go cover that AGR building,

(01:48:23):
not really told where it is setup, so they sat up on
the second floor. They went tothat AGR building at ten thirty in the
morning, so they were stationed therewell in advance. They noticed the suspicious
character at five ten. They tooka photo of them at five fourteen.
The president was shot at six eleven, so again an hour is passed.

(01:48:43):
Again, they don't communicate. Theydidn't have communication same channels with their law
enforcement patrol officers. They weren't incommunication with the Secret Service other than going
through the Butler County Communications Center. So again it's everything you would assume about
Secret Service protection of a former presidentwas not true. It didn't happen.

(01:49:05):
It is a clown show. Andagain the same thing remains been saying for
the last week or so. Nowthere's there's only a couple of options here.
Either option number one it was fullout incompetence, in confidence at level
we've never seen before. Or optionnumber two it was intentional. There was

(01:49:31):
a stand down somehow. This wasthe lack of support resources center was done
all on purpose too to get anoutcome that we may have. We may
have just come millimeters from over thelast week. It's just incredible. So

(01:49:53):
that hearing said to start at tenam to day, the glen Back program
coming up nine that have got more. In fact, we'll learn more about
the details that are still being unveiled. And you get more from that hearing,
I'm sure, Oh yes, Andwe have the history being made.
President Biden stepping out of the raceKamalo seems to be the error apparent,
but there's much more still yet tocome. Lots that has to happen between

(01:50:17):
now when the nomination takes place. We get into all of it coming up
the Glennbeck Program nine to noon righthere, Detroit's News Talk Superstation nine Today.
Am, it's justin Berkley. We'rebackneck. If you are sufficiently concerned

(01:50:42):
that you came out publicly and saidhe shouldn't run, how do you justify
him serving as president right now ifhe doesn't have the confidence to run.
Well, my concern was whether hewould be able to win, whether he
be able to prosecute the case againstDonald. True, I have every confidence
in his abilities as president and hisability to continue doing the remarkable job that

(01:51:05):
he's doing. But I am veryexcited to throw my full support behind the
vice president. NFC shift being askedthat question by Savannah Gustrie, and I
think it's a fair question. They'vethey've got to answer some of this and
and I think eventually, I don'tthink that has to be right now,

(01:51:29):
but eventually one of the moves theymay make is for joea resign health reasons.
Again, his brothers already come outand said that that's that's partially why
this decision not to run would be. You can so concerned about Biden's condition
that you called from the dropout. How do you justify him serving as president
right now? He doesn't have thecompetence to run. So that's that's a

(01:51:54):
fair question. That's that it's thelatest and the course. I don't know.
I I think those as I saidthis earlier, everything that's playing out
right now, whatever is on thelatest news of the day, this you

(01:52:15):
gotta you've got to all let itall sort of hit the floor. Don't
give it any any of it toomuch weight, because I'm not convinced that
what we're seeing happening right now iswhat we're locked into. I think we're
seeing possibilities. I think we're seeingoptions. The things that we're hearing right

(01:52:36):
now are meant to energize the partyand get people excited. I'll give you
a good example. Actually, oneof the things that that is is still
out there, and this this isuh, this is a there's another piece

(01:53:03):
of this puzzle. There's a there'sa few folks who haven't endorsed yet,
name namingly Obama. Both Barak andMichelle have stayed quiet. Their answer was
very political. So we don't knowhow they're going to come out. We

(01:53:23):
don't know how the whole thing's gonnashake out. Uh still yet for them.
And and again I think we mightfind out more we get closer to
the you know, closer to theactual. Now, if she, if
Joe resigns, she becomes the president, it's done. It's done. If

(01:53:47):
you're speaking of the letter, howabout this, because people are talking about
the letter today, which another great, great example. Who signed it?
Who signed the letter? The signatureon the letter, not only is it

(01:54:09):
it's not the same signature at allfrom his signature. It's like completely different
words. What do I mean bythat? The previous letters he signed j
R? Biden Jr. In thisletter he signed j R. Biden's whatever

(01:54:30):
it looks like. But if youlook at just how he forms his word
like Biden, the B is completelydifferent, The R is completely different.
Appears to be an S at theend of this recent signature. So I'm

(01:54:55):
not convinced that he actually signed theletter. We know he didn't write the
letter. We still haven't heard fromhim. Appears there's a coup underway,
and I know what that sounds like. But we got to see some proof
of life. We got to seesome video today some him holding up a
newspaper with a date on it orsomething. Finally, there's a line underneath

(01:55:20):
Biden, and he never puts aline underneath Biden, but there is.
He's underlined his own names. Sowhat what is? What is going?
And somebody wants to have signed thisfor him, there's no way that he
signed it. And the real questionis because his brother Frank had mentioned there

(01:55:40):
were health issues, is in thestatement they put out made it sound like
maybe there was, maybe there wassomething else going talking about his remaining being
able to enjoy his remaining days andwhatnot. Well that's just well, that's
just strange. Anyway, these areall things we don't have answers for today,

(01:56:02):
but it'll just make things even moreinteresting as it all heats up.
Like I just said, this isnot the end, This is just the
beginning. This thing is far fromover. It's just getting started. We
appreciate you being here with us.Limback program is coming up next. We'll
make sure we stay on top ofit for all of you throughout its entirety

(01:56:23):
and throughout the the day and daysahead, we'll go anywhere. We won't
want to miss a minute. Ican tell you that much. Back tomorrow
morning, six to nine Justin Brockleyright here on nine ten a m.
