Speaker 1 (00:00):
That Ganic government sucks. The Suit of Happiness Radio is DeLux.
Liberty and freedom will make you smile. The A Suit
of Happing us on your radio to ol justice, cheeseburgers
and a liberty risee at for food. Hap.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
I have an apology. I gotta apologize on this show.
I forgot to say happy birthday yesterday to the Statue
of Liberty. Yesterday the Statue of Liberty turned one hundred
and thirty eight years old. That statue has been restored
multiple times. It got extensive restoration back in the nineteen eighties.
They gave it a facelift. They I think they air

(00:41):
brushed it and they they steam cleaned it and they
polished it off kind of like Share. You know, they
did as much work on that statue as they did
on Share and they both look great today. Hi everybody,
Kenny Webster here. You know who's joining me at the
bottom of the hour. Well, you don't know. I haven't
told you yet. Brandon Waltons is stopping by. Brandon Waltons
is coming by from Texas core card dot com. There
are Republicans in this state that are out campaigning for

(01:05):
Democrats right now because they lost their primary back in
the spring. We call those people turncoats traders. We're going
to talk about it, plus more on that very controversial
case involving death row inmate Robert Roberson. If you don't
know this story, this guy is a baby killer. In
my humble opinion, he is supposed to die and there

(01:28):
are liberals and rhinos in the state trying to stop
that from happening. Interesting plot twist here to the news story.
Ken Paxton is now involved, so I'm more involved. We'll
give you details on that. But before we get to
any of that, let's talk a little more. I just
want to clear the air about this because I'm a
Catholic and Catholic leaders are now speaking out against the

(01:50):
joke that kill Tony made last weekend at that Donald
Trump rally at Madison Square Garden.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
It is absolutely wild times, it really really is. And uh,
you know, there's a lot going on. Like I don't
know if you guys know this, but there's literally a
floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean
right now. Yeah, I think it's called Puerto Rico.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Okay, all right, they didn't like that joke, or did they?
I don't know. He got a reaction. They knew it
was a joke. The Archbishop of Puerto Rico just put
out a statement, so, dear mister Trump, they didn't call
him President Trump. Dear mister Trump, having consulted with my
brother bishops of Puerto Rico, is Archbishop of San Juan

(02:37):
de Puerto Rico. I was dismayed and appalled by the
comments made by the comedian Tony Hingecliffe yesterday Sunday, October
twenty seventh at your rally at Madison Square Garden. Then
he explains the joke. He says, Puerto Rico is not
a floating island of garbage. It's a beautiful country inhabited
by beautiful and noble people. And then he goes on

(02:57):
to say that the you know, they man in apology,
they're very disgusted by this. They find it very he
finds it very offensive. As a Catholic, he says, I
enjoy a good joke, but that joke wasn't funny. Hinchcliffs
remarks do not promote a climate of equality, fraternity, and
goodwill among men or women. A call on you, mister Trump,
to disavow it. Now Trump has already done that that

(03:19):
has already happened. He's already gone out, and his campaign said, yeah,
we don't think it's funny. We apologize, Okay, Great, doesn't
change the fact that according to FEMA, according to the EPA,
they're running out of room for garbage on the island
to Puerto Rico. This was back in twenty twenty two

(03:43):
and twenty twenty one said we're running out of space here, guys,
we don't know what to do, and both the EPA
and FEMA admitted they actually could manage this if not
for the fact that the leadership, the political leadership on
the island of Puerto Rico, is doing a piss poor job.
That's according to Joe Biden's federal government. That's not according

(04:05):
to Republicans, that's not according to Breitbart, that's not according
to the MAGA movement. That's not according to Donald Trump
or Joe Rogan or Elon Musk or Kenny Webster or
the Walton Johnson Show. FEMA and the EPA warned people
two or three years ago, Puerto Rico is a real
pickle here. They've had some hurricanes hit the island go

(04:26):
dating back to twenty seventeen that did enough damage to
some of the landfills on the island there that now
there's garbage everywhere. They don't know what to do about it.
You know, it's interesting or it's not interesting. It's very disturbing.
Did you know that very frequently drug addicts in Puerto
Rico are sent on a plane to Chicago with a

(04:47):
one way ticket. There's so many junkies on the island
to Puerto Rico, they export them to Chicago to get
rid of them. Now, that's not even the kind of
garbage that we're talking about here. Rico has some serious issues, y'all,
real big problems, and you're mad at Tony's joke. The

(05:08):
Archbishop of Puerto Rico is offended by Tony's joke, put
out a statement. Roberto Gonzales Nievis, Archbishop of San Juande,
Puerto Rico. I looked it up. I looked it up. Guys,
I could not find Roberto Gonzalez, supposedly a Catholic leader,
disavowing Kamala Harris's support of abortion, support of drug use,

(05:29):
supportive homosexuality, support of the trans movement, support of war,
support of human trafficking. Guys, I get it. Maybe you
don't agree that human trafficking is Kamala's fault. Maybe you
don't agree that war is Kamala's fault. Okay, that's your opinion.
But she's definitely an advocate for late term, taxpayer funded abortions,

(05:53):
underage teenage girls without their parental consent going into an
abortion clinic. Kamala supports all of that. And yet for
some reason, this Catholic leader has not disavowed her. No,
he's mad about a joke, a joke, a joke. You
know who else got mad about the joke? Fat Joe rapper.
Fat Joe said, the man through towels at you and

(06:15):
blocked financial aid and Hurricane Maria, and you boris think
he's your guy? Wake up, vote. This is what he
really thinks about you. What does he think about you?
That the island of Puerto Rico has garbage on it?
It does, Fat Joe? You know what I noticed? Couldn't
help but notice Fat Joe and AOC and the Archbishop
of Puerto Rico, they have not disavowed any of that

(06:39):
garbage on the island. They haven't raised awareness, they haven't
raised funds, they haven't done anything to speak out about
the problems with garbage on the island of Puerto Rico.
They've done nothing. Couldn't help. But notice Fat Joe doesn't
have a house in Puerto Rico. Couldn't help. But notice
AOC doesn't have a house in Puerto Rico. But I
do know this. Liberals get their news from jokes. They do.

(07:01):
They get their news from Weekend Update, they get their
news from Saturday Night Live. They get their news from
Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert. Liberals don't listen to talk radio.
They barely even watch the news. It's just a simple fact.
Since liberals get their news from jokes. Here's Jon Stewart
is the Alarms the.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
Opening act, grabbing headlines for all the wrong reasons. A
comedian who offered unfunny, racist, cringe.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Worthy jokes basically calling Puerto Rican's.

Speaker 5 (07:29):
Trash the most repulsive racial jokes about Latino's disgusting and hateful.

Speaker 4 (07:35):
So incredibly crude, frankly just too ex rated to play here,
extremely vild so called jokes.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Extremely vile so called jokes.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
She name checked my comedy album from the nineties.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Is that really? I don't know who's ai me or
that guy?

Speaker 4 (08:07):
Now obviously in retrospect, having a roast comedian come to
a political rally a week before election day and roasting
a key voting demographic. Probably not the best decision by
the campaign politically, But to be fair, the guy's really
just doing what he does. I mean, here he is
at the Tom Brady roast a few months ago.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
The Great Jeff Ross.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
Ladies and gentlemen. Jeff is so Jewish he only watches
football for the coin toss.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Gronk, you look like the Nazi.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
That kept burning himself on the ovens. Kevin is so
small that when his ancestors picked cotton they called it deadlifting.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
Yes, yes, of.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
Course, terrible boo, Yes, there's something wrong with me. I
find that guy very funny, So I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
I don't know what to tell you.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
I mean, bringing him to a rally and have them
not do roast jokes. That'd be like bringing Beyonce to
a rally and not.

Speaker 5 (09:11):
The difference between a politician and a snail. A snail
leaves its slime behind. You're listening to Kenny Webster. There's
some people believe that me.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
Kenny Webster, your favorite mid afternoon talk show host, hopefully
also your favorite morning show executive producer, and co host
that I will just play any SoundBite if somebody has
a funny accent, and that's not true, I won't play
any SoundBite if someone has a funny accent, I'll play
any SoundBite that I agree with. If someone has a
funny accent, you heard right here, Folks twenty twenty four, Folks.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Is well Chinese a froust.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
The generation we.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Love Trump from our bottom of the.

Speaker 6 (09:51):
Hard because we know Tim is the only one can
save America. Kamala is a so stupid.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
It's so long.

Speaker 6 (10:01):
Ain't que eco, don't que no modification to be the president.
You shall stay away.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
From that possession.

Speaker 6 (10:09):
Then lost the possession, You lost the hour trust, you
lost the our bolde. You didn't you go home to
stay home. You cannot do anything to save America. You
are so stupid.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
This woman, this woman has captured my heart. She is
an elderly Chinese woman. She is an immigrant, and believe
it or not, she likes Trump because she came here legally. Yeah,
you can do that, you could. Did you know you
don't have to migrate to America illegally. I have a
lot of friends who weren't born in America or whose

(10:42):
parents weren't born in America, and shockingly they still got
to come here because they did it right. This woman
is one of those people you don't know anything.

Speaker 6 (10:51):
You cannot a human answer, and the question from the camera,
from all the media, how you can be who'll fighted
home far America to protect American people, He'll protect oh.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
The world.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
So obviously I love this Chinese woman, and apparently that
means Tim Walls and I have something in common. No, no,
I don't think he likes her. I would imagine he
hates her, but he does love a Chinese woman. A
new report today for Ben Ashford reveals Tim Walls had
a secret fling with the daughter of a high ranking
Communist official back when he was a teacher in China.

(11:30):
Jenna Wang was her name. She's fifty nine now. She
claims the Vice President Hopeful showered her with gifts and
seduced her at his pokey staff accommodation at Number one
High School in Foshan, Gungdong Province High School Number one
Very Good. The lovers could not risk holding hands or
showing affection in public because Wang's dad was a high

(11:52):
ranking figure in the Chinese Communist Party who would disown
her for socializing with a Westerner. Shame, shame, you bringeth
to your family. Well, it turns out there romance blossomed
behind closed doors. They would sift tip tea, they would
make love. They'd listened to George Michael. Chinese girls loved
George Michael, and at the time, apparently she was twenty

(12:14):
four years old. They would dream about marriage and a
new life in the United States, but sadly, Tim Walls
did not propose to her. No proposal was forthcoming from
the future of Minnesota governor. But the shame of being
treated like a prostitute eventually left Wang feeling angry and suicidal.
She claims, shame on you, Tim, You used her for

(12:35):
her body, and now she's got beef. She says. Apparently,
she told the Daily Mail, Tim was very passionate and romantic.
I could still remember dancing with him to our favorite song,
Careless Whisper by George Michael. Don't laugh at that. They
liked George, she says. The fact that we couldn't touch

(12:55):
or kiss in public just made it all the more exciting.
We were deeply in love, she says, and I wanted
to marry him and start a family. When it didn't happen,
I felt very unhappy and said Tim's behavior was very selfish. Tim,
how could you? Walls, in his time in China, already
a source of controversy, he made some misleading claims and

(13:17):
interviews and congressional transcripts that he was in Hong Kong
when the Tienaman Square protests erupted. Turns out he wasn't there,
and that seemed like a weird thing to lie about,
like lying about being in Pearl Harbor when the attack happened,
or lying about being in New York City during nine
to eleven. How do you forget if you were there
or not? Well, he did. It was later transpired that

(13:38):
he didn't join the staff of a nonprofit group World
Teach in China until much later, and he admitted during
a vice presidential debate he was being a knucklehead. It
was several months after he arrived in Faucham that Walls
said to have fallen in love head over heels with Wang,
a pretty highly educated English language teacher at the nearby
Number eight Middle School. She was attending one of his lectures.

(14:02):
One thing led to another, and he whispered in her ear,
you are very beautiful. Tim looked exactly like what you
would think a nerdy white guy that moved to China
to bang Chinese chicks would look like back in those days.
If you look up a photo of them, it's pretty
clear he never did push ups. I know he said
he was in the military, but he doesn't look like
he was the kind of guy that could squad or deadlift,

(14:24):
even do a rack pull. Shame shameful, shameful, Tim Walls,
and I think it's disgusting that he took advantage of
this Chinese woman for his own perverted pleasures. But it's
not the only shameful thing that the Harris campaign has
done this week. No, we have just learned, according to
a new report at The Federalist, that the Kamala campaign

(14:48):
has been a manipulating reddit. You know what read it
is the social media platform to control the platform. They're
actually breaking the rules. An investigation has been conducted into
how the Harris Walls campaign is manipulating social media websites
to artificially boost their popularity, their spreading election disinformation, their
skirting election laws sounds illegal. For years, many have speculated

(15:14):
that Democrat political candidates may be filling social media sites
with fake posts to deceive the public. These claims have
often been dismissed, but many people simply couldn't shake the
feeling that something was just off, especially in the run
up to major elections. Despite this fervent belief that something

(15:34):
was amiss, we never really had any solid proof until now.
That all changed two weeks ago when a Twitter user
an ex user named Jesse Princy at Jessiprinceey replied to
a post with a screenshot from a Discord server seemingly
related to the Harris Walls campaign, calling all Reddit users

(15:58):
the pound no Access team would love your help, says
the Kamala campaign. We're posting and boosting breaking, informative and
positive news, as well as campaign generated memes and screenshots
of at Kamala hq social media to turn the tide
on Reddit from orange to blue. We especially need people
who can post on the politics tab, the news tab,

(16:21):
the technology tab. Join here and apparently there is as
you know, what discord is. Discord is a chat app.
There's a Discord server where this operation's taking place, and
what we find there when we look at it goes
far beyond algorithmic manipulation. It's something called astroturfing, massive astroturfing

(16:45):
campaigns operating across multiple platforms. Astroturfing is a political and
marketing term use to describe what happens when you create
swarms of coordinated, paid messages and posts to deceptively create
the illusion of support from ordinary peace. Astroturfing is the
opposite of grassroots support. It's fake. In this case, there's

(17:07):
a team of volunteers who are spamming social media with
posts that specifically promost Kamala on websites like Reddit, and
you're not supposed to do that. This is no different
than a shady company paying a team to write a
bunch of fake Amazon reviews about their product to make
it appear to be a better and more popular product
than what it actually is. And you're not supposed to

(17:27):
do that, And you're not supposed to do this, but
it seems to be happening anyway. It actually gets much
worse if you do a deep dive into this news story.
But one thing we don't know is if Reddit is
aware of the policy violations being performed by the Harris
Walls campaign. Reddit has rules against this. It's possible that

(17:48):
their accounts will be banned when their actions come to light.
It's also entirely possible that Reddit is giving them campaign
their campaign free reign to violate the rules.

Speaker 6 (17:59):
You know.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
Back in twenty eighteen, Reddit CEO Steve Hoffman plainly stated
in an interview with The New Yorker quote, I'm confident
that Reddit could sway elections. We wouldn't do it, of course,
and I don't know how many times we could get
away with it, But if we really wanted to, I'm
sure Reddit could have swayed at least this election. This once,
huh interesting?

Speaker 5 (18:21):
Kamala Harris deserves to be vice president like Elvis deserved
as black belt in karate. What a hunka hunka burning krab.
This is Kenny Webster's pursuit of happiness.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
So he's interesting. When people reveal their true character to
you right now. Adam Kinsinger, Adam Kinsinger, you remember him.
He was a never Trump Republican. He was a lawmaker
up in the state of Illinois. Now he lives in
the Woodlands, which means at least a handful of people
listening to me probably lived near that shill. And he

(18:53):
is going around the state promoting Democrat candidates right now.
That's what Adam Kinjinger is doing. Nobody's surprised. Are you surprised? Color,
Look at my shocked face. Look how shocked I am.
Liz Cheney, she's another one out right now campaigning for Kamala.
What do Liz Cheney and Kamala have in common? Well,

(19:15):
there are two things. They both hate Trump and they
love death. There's no other way to explain it. Liz
Cheney and Kamala have one thing in common, and that's
the military industrial complex. Liz Cheney spent her whole career
rallying against abortion access, and then as soon as she
left the Republican Party, because I mean she did, maybe

(19:36):
not officially, but she certainly has. Suddenly you see her
on a panel with Kamala Harris saying she thought that
overturning Roe v. Wade went a little too far. D
I don't I'm not going to explain to you why
that's insane. If you don't get that, you probably shouldn't
be listening to this radio show. Even if you love abortion.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
Roe v.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
Wade never made any sense. There's no law that says
you have abortion access, so why would there be a
court ruling saying as such, that's the point of court.
They're not supposed to write laws. You know that. I
don't need to tell you this. Well, we have more
rhinos in the state of Texas. We need to worry
about people State reps. Hugh Shine, Steve Allison, and Jeff Leach.

(20:20):
Let's talk about those three gentlemen. Really, maybe you don't
know them real well. My next guest is going to
help you get acquainted. Brandon Waltins is on the line
right now. Brandon, I think the story with Jeff Leach
is just a little more complicated. So why don't we
start out with Republican state Reps Shine and Allison. What
are they all doing right now?

Speaker 7 (20:40):
Yeah? So, Hugh Shine and Steve Allison are two outgoing
members of the legislature. They were deceeated in the primaries
earlier this year. But of course there's a general election
now where they're Republican. You know, opponents who beat Tim
and March are on the ballot, and then they're gonna
they're in office until January when the new legislature gets

(21:01):
sworn in. Well after these two representatives got defeated in
their primaries because they voted against school choices because they
supported the impetraed of Ken Paxen, et cetera. They're now
endorsing their Democrat opponents, and so they're out there telling
people to vote for the Democrat, essentially revealing themselves. Many

(21:22):
people are saying, Okay, well, now these people are revealing themselves.
They weren't very conservative anyway, and so it makes sense.
It seems like voters made the right decision to kick
them off to the Republican ballot earlier this year.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
All right, so were these anti school choice guys? Were
these impeached Paxton guys?

Speaker 5 (21:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (21:41):
They were in both cases, yes, to both accounts, and
the school choice issue especially. I mean, these are both
members that Governor Greg Abbott campaigned against during the primary season.

Speaker 2 (21:54):
There are people that are politicians before they are whatever
member of whatever party they're supposed to be in an
and there's a lot of examples. I gotta think Dade
Falen a great example of this. Date Phalen would be
if Date Falen wasn't a Republican, he'd still be in politics.
I'm convinced he just wants to be a politician. Same
thing with George P. Bush. George P. Bush might be
in politics because his dad or his grandpa were in politics.

(22:17):
But the guy clearly loves being a politician. He would
be if he wasn't a Republican, he'd be a Democrat.
Some people would argue, he already is one. Here's two
more examples, Hugh Shine and Steve Allison. You really got
to wonder, Brandon, how many more people over the next
couple of years are going to expose themselves to be
that type of a Republican. I gotta think there's more.

Speaker 7 (22:38):
Yeah, I think that. You know, there's many of these
cases right unfortunately, where people are just politicians and so
they run as Republicans because that's what their district is,
of what Texas is. But you know, if Texas e
went boil with some of these guys, they'd be the
first ones to switch their party just to stay in power.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
I always find that if you're new to Texas politics
and you're a populist, if you're a constitutionalist, if you're
a liberty guy, if you're a right winger but you're
not a Neocon and you're new to Texas politics and
you don't know who your enemies are, just look at
whoever Ken Paxton's enemies are right now, Ken Paxton, our
attorney general, who I think would be a great pick
for Donald Trump. I'm just throwing that out there. I

(23:16):
know I've said it before. He is accusing Jeff Leach
of unethical behavior, unethical behavior in the Robert Roberson case. Now,
I this is up. For those that are new to
this news story, let's just tiptoe into the water here.
You may have heard that not long ago there was
a gentleman on death row was supposed to be dead
now a baby killer. This guy's supposed to be gone,

(23:38):
and in the eleventh hour a bunch of lawmakers stepped
in and they invited him to come give testimony before
state legislature in an effort to interrupt the execution process.
A weird legal loophole that both both Democrats and Republicans
played into this. And am I explaining this right? Brandon?

Speaker 7 (23:56):
Is this?

Speaker 2 (23:57):
I know this? Yeah? And Jeff Leach is the Republican.

Speaker 7 (24:00):
Right, yeah, he's he's certainly one of the Republicans that
has been supporting this and went even as far as
to I mean he's representing in some of these because
of course, the case gets thrown to the courts to
say Okay, well, you know who who has you know
who has the upper endeurs of the legislative sesena? Is
it the Department of Criminal Justice who wants to execute

(24:21):
this person. So it's been, it's been thrown into the courts,
has been, you know, a couple of different lawsuits filed,
Jeff Leach being the lawyer on at least one of those,
and uh just this, uh just yesterday we find out
that Jeff Leach had actually texted a judge, an outgoing
judge actually on the Court of Criminal Appeals. That's Texas's

(24:43):
highest criminal court, uh, criminal Appeals Court, the Court of
Criminal Appeals, had texted the judge essentially saying, you know, look,
you know you you can make a difference in this case,
you know, et cetera. You know, we need you, et cetera.
And if you know, if there's any especially there's any
lawyers listening to this, they immediately realized what's wrong because

(25:03):
this is ex party communication is what it's called. You
can't communicate with the judge about the case outside of
the you know, the forms of the court and the filings,
et cetera. That's that's part of not having a fair trial.
So not only does that violate actually disciplinary rules, there's
actually questions about whether or not that's actually a class
A misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail. Now,

(25:26):
when Jeff Leech was confronted with this, he immediately admitted
to it, said, yeah, I did, I just but I
was so passionate about the case. You know, I just
I guess you know, I didn't didn't think about it,
but you know I was wrong. Again, I don't know
if there are any exceptions in the law. If you
know you can break the law, you can break the

(25:46):
judicial code as long as as long as you're passionate
about the case. I don't think so. And so this
could be a real issue for Jeff Leech.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
Okay, so let's just tiptoe back to the case from it.
Obviously what Jeff Leech when he aligned himself with a
bunch of anti death row democrats, pretty obvious what his
motivation was. But Brandon, I will tell you I didn't
know about this case before a couple of weeks ago,
and this suddenly started to dominate headlines and interrupt the
news cycle with the election on the line here, and

(26:15):
it was a weird time to suddenly have a conversation
about death row in the state of Texas. But okay,
that's what the news is this week. I have spoken
to people who are passionately anti death row, people that
are passionately anti capital punishment, who tell me they think
that this guy is guilty. I don't understand the argument
here from anybody making the point that this guy doesn't

(26:37):
deserve to be executed, other than that they just don't
like executions. Am I missing something? No?

Speaker 7 (26:44):
I think you're spot on now. You know, some of
the people working against this will say, oh, well, he
was convicted on you know, junk science, this you know,
shaken baby syndrome, which by the way, was not actually
you know what the medical examiners were talking about during
the trial. They were talking about blunt force trauma to
this two year old child. You know, that's why he

(27:05):
was convicted by a jury of twelve. That's why, you know,
all the appeals have been exhausted, and this, you know,
repeated the border parted paroles unanimously said no, no, this guy,
this guy, you know, did it. He needs to to
serve out his sentence. And yet you know that that's
sort of the argument they're they're trying to make and
so they muddy the waters with oh, you know, their

(27:29):
hands selected testimony, when in actuality, this has been to trial.
It's actually been a trial more than once. You know,
this has been litigated and and the facts are out there,
and the facts are that this guy's a monster.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
The older I get, the more I mean, it doesn't
even surprise me anymore. It's just incredible but bold to me.
How frequently people lie in the in the the public
sphere right like this is. This is such an obvious lie.
I remember over a decade ago talking about the Trayvon
Martin trial and keep people kept bringing up the Castle doctrine,
the castle oh, the Castle doctor, and that you know,

(28:03):
in Florida they have these weird laws. George Zimmerman didn't
shoot Trayvon Martin because of the Castle Doctor, and that
had nothing to do with the story. There's so many
more examples, but just one more I'll give George Floyd.
A lot of people think that that what Derek Chauvin
was the name of the cop. They think Derek Chauvin
went to prison for putting his knee on George Floyd's neck.
That's not true. Derek Chauvin went to prison because a

(28:25):
witness for the defense said under oath that Derek Chauvin
prevented a first responder for administering aid, administering first aid
to the person who died, George Floyd. That was the
reason he was convicted of murder. It had nothing to
do with the knee on the neck. He stopped a
first aid worker from doing something to save George Floyd's life.

(28:46):
That's it. That's the whole reason he went to prison.
So here we are again is another news story that's
very polarizing, and people will put their own biases first.
They'll tell you, oh, I don't like death row. I
don't like death row. We got to find a reason
for this guy to be innocent. But he's not innocent.
He clearly killed a baby. So the argument should be,
you don't like the death penalty. It's the same thing
with abortion. Brand and how many people out there that

(29:08):
don't like the abortion laws in Texas will make up
some story about ectopic pregnancies or women bleeding out in
the parking lot of an emergency room. It's something that's
absolutely not happening in our state. Brand, and but over
and over again, that's the argument people on the left
want to make, when the argument they're really making in
their head is I'd like to be able to have
sex with no consequences with men that I don't actually

(29:29):
want to have babies with, so we need to have
access to abortion. I mean, I could go on Brandon,
but you get my point.

Speaker 7 (29:36):
Right, No, exactly, And once you once your kind of
your eyes are open to it, you see it everywhere.
I mean, it really is amazing sometimes the lawing and
the complete abrocations that some people will do in order
to pass their agenda. You see so much of it
in these in these cases, I will say, unfortunately, and look,

(29:57):
whatever you think of the death penalty there, you know
from watching specifically in this case, the amount of dishonesty
from the side that is defending this child killer, Robert Roberson,
is absolutely amazing. I mean, you can go through the
reports and Attorney General compacts has made that available. His
family is the family of the two year old child

(30:17):
as well, spoke out yesterday detailing the graphic nature not
only of violence but sexual assault that this guy performed
on this this two year old kid. It's absolutely horrific,
and yet these aren't the things that they're going to
tell you. The people that are pushing for him to be,
by the way, not just exonerated, you know, off of
death row, but but they actually want him out of jail.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
That's amassing. Sure, yeah, why not go ahead kill more babies.
But these are the people that love abortion clinics. So, Brandon,
I can't help but notice at texascorecard dot com, a
free news website, mind you, you actually a podcast where
you discussed some of this stuff defeated Rhino's campaign for Democrats.
Family of murdered child speaks out. I'm told that podcasts
are very similar to talk radio. Do you think our

(31:02):
audience would enjoy that stuff?

Speaker 7 (31:04):
Good? You know, if you like radio, I think you'll
like the podcast as well. With their videos as well
articles all that at texascorecard dot com.

Speaker 2 (31:11):
Brandon waltons if I was somebody listening to me talk
right now, I would follow Brandon Walton's on Twitter and
go to texascorecard dot com and subscribe to their email list.

Speaker 5 (31:21):
If you can hear my voice, you're still above ground alive.
In listening to Kinny Webster on KPRC nine point fifty plus,
you don't smell like a dead person.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
Baron Trump is helping Donald reach younger voters. That's really cool.
Not to be outdone. Apparently President Biden is helping Kamala
reach Civil War veterans. So that's great. You know, they
finally found a use for him. I love that. Thanks
so much for tuning in. If you just turn it
on your radio. A quick reminder, we are hosting a
comedy show a week from Sunday, that's November tenth, that

(31:58):
the Bad Astronaut Brewing Company. If you want to go,
you got to sign up ahead of time. It's cheap.
It's a cheap entertainment. You can write it off on
your taxes because it's a technically it's a donation to
a nonprofit. Go to Wheelchairsfowarriors dot org and click on
the events section and then scroll down. You'll find a
link to our comedy show. You'll see a picture of

(32:20):
me in comedian Jesse Payton, and if you click that,
you can reserve tickets. Twenty five bucks get you a
regular seat, forty bucks get you a VIP seat that
means you sit right up front, and whatever you choose
to do. If there's all the seats in the house
are good. You'll get a good comedy show, you'll laugh,
you'll have a great time, cheap beer. I believe they

(32:41):
have food there as well. This is gonna be at
five pm. It's a week from Sunday, so hopefully we'll
be celebrating a Donald Trump victory at that comedy show.
All the comedians are red pilled, All the comedians are based,
All the comedians are right wingers. All the comedians love America.
You're not gonna get shit for owning a gun, or
voting for Trump, or wanting to keep up old statues.

(33:04):
Not that kind of show. You can also purchase tick
as using the Walton Johnson smartphone app. When you load
the Walton Johnson's smartphone app, you'll notice it's the first
thing you see right there, the ticket page. So get
your tickets. It's gonna be a blast. We do these
every year and they've always sold out. We've never not
sold out. I will admit this is actually our biggest

(33:26):
one yet. We've never done one this big. I mean
the venue size. Usually we pick a room that only
fits about one hundred people and then it sells out.
This one's gonna be a little bigger. I think, but
not a lot bigger. So they'll probably be more than
one hundred people at the show, but not a lot
more people at the show. So anyway, get your tickets.
It's gonna be a blast. That's gonna be a lot

(33:47):
of fun, and we want to see you there. Jokes
are important. You know. Joe Rogan, we were talking about
him earlier in the show. Kamala Harris will not do
the Joe Rogan podcast, she claims. Politico claims it's because
Joe rejected her interview criteria. That's not true. Joe Rogan

(34:07):
was an invited Kamala and Trump to Austin, Texas. That's
where his studio is, so that she could sit down
and the power. The podcast is three hours long. Kamala
wouldn't do a three hour podcast, and she wouldn't go
to Austin. She said she wants Joe to travel to
her and do a one hour podcast. That's not how
it works. Breitbart dot Com reporting on how jd vance.

(34:32):
We'll sit down for an in depth interview on the
Joe Rogan experience tomorrow. This comes after we learn Kamarala
is just chickening out. Last week, Trump appeared on the
podcast and at last I checked, about forty million people
have watched that interview. The podcast was a win for
both Rogan and Trump. Rogan extended the same interview to Kamala,

(34:55):
come to Austin, let's have a chat. Instead of accepting
the invitation, Kamala said no unless Rogan was willing to
travel to her and do a shorter interview. Rogan refused,
but the invite still stands. Joe Rogan says, quote for
the record, the Harris campaign has not passed on doing
the podcast. They offered a date for Tuesday, but I

(35:15):
would have had to travel to her and they only
wanted to do an hour. I strongly feel the best
way to do it is in the studio in Austin.
My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation
and get to know her as a human being. I
really hope we can make it happen. Of course, Team
Kamala wants Rogan on her territory. Of course, of course
they want a one hour time li it. This allows

(35:37):
her to show up late and leave early if things
go awry. This is what the Kamala campaign did to
Brett Baer with that disastrous Fox News interview. So to
once again prove how they are running circles around Kamala,
the Trump campaign announced Jade Vance will sit down for
a Noel Holds Bar interview with Joe Rogan tomorrow that
will be released later in the week. And this is

(36:01):
all upside for Team Trump. Not only will Vance do
a great job, but this CAUs more attention to Kamala
thickening out and furthers marginalizing the corporate media. Vance appeared
on CNN over a week over the weekend for about
twenty minutes with Jake Tapper, and the interview is useless.

(36:25):
Jake Tapper, who was so angry and frustrated he practically
lost control of his bowels, kept screaming fascist at a
relaxed and calm jd Vance, who calmly sat back and
wristflicked Tapper's hysterical eyes as though they were nats. Nothing
about policy, nothing about the future of the country. The
corporate media become useless to anyone who cares about issues

(36:47):
and vision. You know what's crazy about that there are
more people listening to our morning radio show than watching
CNN Primetime. Me and Steve and handful of our co
host Billy d and the Gang. We have more listeners
than CNN as viewers during primetime. Isn't that crazy? Do

(37:08):
you know how insane that is? Do you understand who
I am? I'm some average guy that lives in Houston.
Steve is too, We're just regular people. We have a
bigger audience than CNN. That's insane. Apparently we have a
bigger audience than the Washington Post too. Over two hundred
thousand people just canceled their subscription to The Washington Post,

(37:28):
according to Breitbart, after the far left propaganda paper chose
not to endorse Kamala, more cancelations are expected. You got
to feel bad for him. Apparently the USA Today is
going to do the same thing. USA Today is not
endorsing Kamala Harris, Guys, it is over unless they do
something to cheat. At this point, I don't really see

(37:51):
a scenario where she could still win. Sorry, I started
playing Jon Stewart's voice there by accident. That's without my
computer just clicked a SoundBite there, and that interesting though.
John Stewart defending Trump a week before the election. Liberals
love John Stewart. He's defending Trump a week out from
the election, and liberals have John Stewart defending Trump on

(38:12):
the daily show Kamala is Toast. So come hang out
with us this weekend. I mentioned the comedy show next week.
We have an event this weekend as well, the Patriot
Parade that's Saturday morning. That's going to be in Grimes County.
I know that's a hike for some of you, but
if you aren't doing anything, you can get all that

(38:32):
information and more at wheelchairsfo Warriors dot org under the
events tab. I'm Kenny Webster. I love you all. Follow
me on social media and subscribe to my podcast. I
give you a lot of great content for free all
the time. Help me fight corporate media, help me fight
the liberal lies. Join us in our quest for truth, knowledge,
and a better America. I love you all. I pray
for you. God bless America and God bless Texas. We'll

(38:54):
be back bright and early tomorrow morning for more of
what you bought a radio for.

Speaker 4 (39:03):
You are listening to the Pursuit of Happiness Radio. Tell
the government to kiss your ass when you listen to
the show.
