The honey used in the Mayfair Bun is sourced from the award-winning Rhug Estate in North Wales, where bees forage freely among wildflowers in the Dee Valley. The result is a naturally floral honey with subtle notes of citrus and heather. This pastry is a tribute to the hotel's address at 33 Albemarle Street in Mayfair.
