I numeri lo confermano. In Egitto è stato annunciato l’allestimento di 16 campi destinati a ospitare fino a 100 mila famiglie palestinesi: uno schema che stabilizza lo sfollamento invece di preparare il ritorno. Dentro Gaza, nuove aree di tende sono state montate nel complesso dei ministeri, oltre 400 strutture aggiuntive, mentre tre convogli di aiuti (circa 50, 30 e 40 camion) hanno raggiunto il nord. È soccorso di sopravvivenza senza un progetto politico di rientro, ricostruzione, autodeterminazione.
La “forza di stabilizzazione” che dovrebbe gestire il dopo continua a svuotarsi. Gli Emirati hanno fatto sapere che «probabilmente» non parteciperanno perché manca un quadro chiaro: niente mandato, niente regole d’ingaggio, niente definizione su responsabilità e catena di comando. Non si mandano truppe dentro un vuoto. È un messaggio che vale per tutti i Paesi che finora hanno annunciato, esposto bandiere e poi rimesso le mani in tasca.
A nord la situazione resta tesa: nelle ultime ore un’auto è stata colpita nei pressi di Sidone, nel sud del Libano, e a Houla alcuni edifici sono stati distrutti da esplosioni dopo colpi di artiglieria. Il confine resta una frontiera instabile che può riaccendere tutto.
Tregua fragile, sfollamento normalizzato, missione senza pilastri: la guerra non scompare, cambia forma e si sposta di stanza in stanza.
