RELAZIONE WIN-WIN
📍Il primo punto su cui lavorare è stabilire una sorta di patto tra azienda e dipendenti, costruire una relazione dove sia il brand che i dipendenti traggono reciproci vantaggi e benefici, una relazione Win-Win.

1) Definisci il perimetro, obiettivi e finalità
2) Seleziona i candidati per il progetto pilota
3) Condividi Social media policy e best practice
4) Metti nelle condizioni i dipendenti di pubblicare e condividere con facilità
5) Monitora e misura
