Gina Burrows is tonight's special guest and it's not difficult to see that Gina keeps herself busy all the time and is very motivated. What Gina does throughout the week to keep in shape would be tough for most people. Swimming, bike rides, runs, strength training and yoga and there is always more to do. Gina recently took a trip to Maryland to help crew for her son Reid on his 50-mile run and loved every minute of it. Just being outdoors and keeping in shape keeps Gina busy and happy. Gina recently had a serious injury but of course after a lot of time training and fixing her injury she was back at a Half Ironman in Augusta, 70.3 total miles. Her last one was in 2016 but now that she is back and healthy we know Gina has set more goals for herself and we believe you can bank on this happening. Lots of topics in this episode and it is great hearing how inspired Gina is, it's very refreshing and we hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did recording it.
