Tonight our guest is Shawna Allaby and our main focus is on the kickboxing side of things. Shawna has been on our show before but now she is into the teaching side of kickboxing for adults and children. We hear what goes into the teaching of kickboxing. How people love going to the classes and how much it means to them. Sometimes for fitness, sometimes for the social side of things, the reason doesn't matter. What matters is that people are taking the time to teach and people are taking the time to go. Small town or big city, the point is to keep on moving and once you hear Shawna's positive attitude, you will want to get up and get moving.
