Daarnaast ging er aandacht uit naar een 'procedurele overtreding' van het budgetplafond door Aston Martin en hackers die als admin in het FIA-licentieportaal zijn gekomen en zelfs bij de paspoortgegevens van onder meer Verstappen konden.
