È per questo che i Musei civici di Venezia hanno allestito la mostra "La pesca in laguna", aperta al Centro culturale Candiani fino al 19 aprile 2020. Un'occasione unica per (ri)scoprire un patrimonio storico, linguistico e culturale inestimabile.

La collezione Ninni-Marella, patrimonio del Museo di Storia Naturale, viene esposta per la prima volta dopo il suo restauro assieme ad alcune illustrazioni realizzate ad hoc. La mostra diventa così un racconto dei vari momenti dell’attività di pesca, e della vita degli abitanti della laguna di Venezia in epoca storica; vengono illustrate le tecniche, le attrezzature, le imbarcazioni e le tradizioni legate a questo settore cruciale dell’economia veneziana.
