Questo episodio nasce infatti a seguito di un post LinkedIn diventato virale quando Flavia Brevi ha deciso di raccontare pubblicamente una sua esperienza, condividendo un fallimento. Nella sua carriera oltre ai successi, come la selezione nelle 10 LinkedIn Top Voices, ci sono stati anche momenti no come quando non è entrata nella academy di podcasting di Chora Media. È proprio in questa occasione che ha deciso di festeggiare comunque, invitando le altre persone scartate a fare lo stesso.
È lecito quindi parlare di “cultura del fallimento” quando è rilevante assumersi la responsabilità dei propri sbagli, tenendone conto per migliorare e partendo proprio da dove si è inciampato.
