In the newest proclamation from Trump, it is reported that 20 million people have lost jobs industries that are requesting H-1B and L-1 visas for their employees. Trump would like to lower the unemployment rate and get American's hired in these industries first before approving new non-immigrant US visas. The executive order is short, missing some details.
