all of that. Share it so we get this message out.
Subscribe so you never miss another episode of this podcast,
and of course like it. So we kick our algorithms
up a lot higher than all the competitive shows that

(01:26):
are out there. All little nobody gives you the information
like I do here on this show with the special
guests that I always have and all of that. I'm
kind of doing a continuation of a conversation we have
had going on over the last couple of weeks because
they've gotten a lot of questions after the fact, a
lot of comments that came in and that sort of thing.

(01:47):
And as you saw in the title, it's about supplements,
vitamins and minerals, supplements and how the best to balance
out of are animals energy levels, immune system and the
whole overall bodies so that it's performing optimally. And something
I mentioned on past shows, let's start putting some common

(02:10):
sense into the way we approach it, start breaking it down,
asking the whys. If you're dealing with different professionals, there's
a lot of misinformation, as we all know, out there,
and which isn't good because then it leads you down
a different pathway and when that happens, we can lose

(02:30):
sight of what we're doing, and that's not a good thing. Now,
I want to say, first off, we don't want our
animals to suffer. We want them to heal right from
the day that they are born. Because we know that
with the toxins and the poisons that are out there,
even that even mom has been exposed to that puppy,

(02:52):
that kitten, that cal it doesn't matter what animal it is,
has probably got a toxic load that we would never
find in nature fifty years ago or one hundred years ago.
So with that being said, let's dive into where our
vitamins and minerals should be coming from. They should always

(03:14):
be coming from our food period. Nature provided the proper
diets for all of our animals. We just have to
follow them. And unfortunately we've been brainwashed and indoctrinated into
following a common narrative that you can only feed your
dog dog food, you can only feed your cat cat food,

(03:36):
hamsterd food, even horse chow, all these different things, and
it's not what they would be eating in nature. Now
if we really look at it, Where do the wolves,
Where do the lions? Where do the coyotes, the leopards,
the wild horses? Where do they get their nutrients from?

(03:58):
Obviously it comes from. Their food has got to be
clean and well sourced, as we know, especially if it's
in captivity, because we are responsible for feeding them properly,
giving them the right nutrients. Now, I get it. You
know all the time that you know we've been told
complete and balance is important. There's no such thing. Because
the body's dynamic, it's always changing, and because of that,

(04:22):
they in the wild will be seeking out different foods
to be able to basically feed that body on a
cellular basis. Now, because we're feeding them and they don't
speak a common language, we have a little bit of
an issue with understanding. However, we really don't if you're

(04:43):
feeding a species appropriate diet, which with a dog in
a cat is going to be a carnivore diet primarily
almost exclusively animal hearts and pieces, very little, if any vegetation,
certainly not the high carbs that we've been beating them
in commercial pet foods for the last it's now about

(05:04):
seventy five years, because kibba was invented in nineteen fifty
five and since then we've been feeding our poor dogs
and cats not a species appropriate diet, not the meat
diet that they need, but a diet that's based on corn.
And when cheap corn went away, we had smaller companies
niche markets that of course were trying to find something

(05:25):
different to do to make their name to fame, if
you will. And then we started to see alternative grains
being used. Besides the corn, we see barley and oats
and buckwheat and heaven knows what else. And then of
course the grain freeze, which were basically because there was
not enough grain to satisfy this marketplace. And then they

(05:48):
started using potato, sweet potato. There's been a few with tapioca,
peat proteins, and all of these are nothing more than
literally waste from the millers, from the food processors. So
when it tells you that it's potato, that's actually the

(06:09):
leftover parts and pieces from making French fries, potato chips,
the package mashed potatoes, if you will, all these pre
done entrees that we are using ourselves, and it's just,
you know, they're not treated the same as a fresh vegetable,
if you will. Most of these, as they're pruning them off,

(06:30):
as they're trimming the broccoli, as they're trimming and peeling
the potatoes, all those go into basically dumpsters and are
treated with chemicals that will keep them fairly processed or
fairly preserved until they get it a dog food processing plant,
which could be a couple of days it could be
a week, don't know, depending on the manufacture. So we're

(06:52):
starting out with a bad diet that's not species appropriate.
And of course, every time you have an issue with diarrhea,
vomiting in your animal lethargy, we all have been taught
to go into panic mode, which means running to the
white coat, the doctor, if you will, the veterinarian. And

(07:13):
you know, you spend a fortune on testing all these tests, bloodwork,
all of that, and at the end of the day,
ninety percent of the time it comes back there's nothing
that they can diagnose that they can find that is
severely out of balance that would cause this issue. And
of course they still prescribe all kinds of different drugs

(07:35):
treatment plans to basically stop the diarrhea, stop the vomiting,
and essentially what those treatments do is keep the toxins,
the bad stuff inside the body. The body is actually
doing the right thing. It is. Vomiting and diarrhea are
housekeeping procedures. The body is trying to push out anything

(07:56):
that's bad. Now it's not most of the time. It's
not we add food unless you're not doing an appropriate,
species appropriate diet. But it's also pushing out the toxins
from the lawn, chemicals from the fleet products, that heartworm
products that are accumulating the body. We're basically rebuilding whole cells.
So all those damage cells, those dying cells have got

(08:18):
to come out and when they hit the digestive tract
because they get filtered into the blood was through the
liver primarily, some of it through the kidneys. It then
has to get back into the excretion paths, so all
the solids, of course conmantes are combined with undigested or
semi digested inappropriate food. It can be cancer cells, it

(08:42):
can be scar tissue, it's dying and diseased cells. All
of this is all mixed together in that intestine, especially
in the colon, and the body says, I don't want
it there anymore. I don't want the side effects from it.
I don't want the toxicity, I don't want the discomfort.
So let me get rid of it as quickly as
I can. If it happens to being the upper part

(09:04):
of the digestive tract, it's the same thing. Normally in
the upper part of the digestive tract, you'll find a
lot of mucus with the vomit. It's because when we
start the digestion process inside the mouth, sliva actually starts
that process and it's breaking down and it he texts
these chemicals and toxins that could be anything from again

(09:26):
components in the food itself to any kind of oral
medication that's sitting in the upper gut up in the
stomach area. And again it's treating the mucus. Once these
foods starts. You know, all the fresh foods anyway, all
have enzymatic properties. They're all containing a lot of enzymes.
Those enzymes start breaking down that mucus, no matter whether

(09:49):
it's a small layer or a big layer, and that's
then how the body is going to get rid of it.
On the upper part. They eat, they vomit it up,
and we panic again. Got that if you don't, you know,
you're cleaning up. And now the dog has none of
that food. And again now we're panicking because my dog
isn't eating. Generally speaking, when they vomit that mucus and

(10:13):
the food that comes up with it, they turn around
in just several minutes later, they turn around and re
ingest it. They eat it because there's nothing wrong with
the food. We just had to clear that pathway where
the food has to go. And if it's coated in
mucus number one, it's not being broken down. The body
cannot basically add in the digestive enzymes that it's needed

(10:38):
to break the food down. And we've just kind of
created this firestorm by our modern technology. If you all,
most doctors and veterinarians do not have this understanding of physiology,
which is why we end up with all these sick animals. Now,
especially if you're feeding a kibble a dry food, you're
also battling dehydration because that takes a tremendous amount of

(11:01):
moisture from the body to start breaking down and extracting
these vitamins and minerals. Now we ask about vitamins, minerals, supplements,
the issue that we have the body is very precise
in the way it uses vitamins and minerals. They have
to be in a natural form for the body to

(11:21):
be able to use it. What we experience with the
vitamins and minerals to make these so called complete and
balanced foods is they're not in balance because the body
is dynamic and always changing. You might need you know,
if you bruise yourself or your dog has a bruise,
bumped into the table, ran into a tree, who knows what.

(11:42):
They're going to need different enzymes, different vitamins, and minerals
to heal that wound than they would if they're perfectly healthy.
So how can you make a standard recipe that's always
the same when you have all these things going on
within the body itself. Also, because they're synthetic, they cannot
be extracted into the body in a usable form. So

(12:06):
essentially on most of these you're paying for saut us,
something that has no real immediate effect. Now, in some
cases there will be some good components in these synthetic
vitamins and minerals that can be used. But on the
other side of that, because we're overloading that vitamin, that mineral,
that nutrient, let's just say calcium. Okay, if I throw

(12:27):
off the calcium load in the body, which is tied
very very closely and actually very precisely to the balance
of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese in very very specific ratios.
Now we know the mangan or the magnesium is also
tied to iron and copper, and we've talked about that

(12:52):
extensively on the show with several of the gifts that
we have on that that's going to be in a
precise way. It's got to work together because things like
iron actually binds up the copper so it can't be used. Now,
on the other side of that, it's a little bit
of a lesson that maybe a few medical professionals will

(13:13):
listen to them. If you're using cap water for yourself
and for your animals, and even if you're showered or
you're giving them a bath, that water, unless you have
it specially treated, is loaded with fluoride. Florid as we've
now found. You know, although they pushed it on us
through the dental area. Chloride is a toxin. It's going

(13:35):
to kill cells. Now. The other thing it does is
also attracts toxic aluminum. Where does that toxic aluminum come from?
All you do is look up at the sky. It's
loaded with it in those chemtrails and those fake clouds
that you see. But also it's used extensively in the
production of things like li fasse roundup, which is being

(14:00):
sprayed in the area all around your house wherever you
walk your dog. Weed killers use extensively, and especially when
we look at the way it's applied in the agricultural
more agriculture or government areas. They're doing aerial spring. So
now I'm putting that aluminum into that body as well.

(14:20):
It's attracted that's being attracted there by the fluoride. That
aluminum blocks the absorption of calcium. So now that little
bit of toxin is basically changing that whole vitamin mineral
balance in the body. Stuff isn't being used properly, and
now we have what are known as deficiencies, and you
also have the toxic effect of that of actually that

(14:44):
they supplements themselves, because even those supplements the supplement industry
in order to make what they do doesn't matter what
company you're using or basically what processes that they say
they're using. There's a lot of chemicals and if you
look at your jar of vitamins or supplement, you're going
to find things like sorbitol, magnesium stair rate, and a

(15:08):
whole plesthra of multidextrin, which is a sugar, and preservatives
and anti cake agents and anti stick agents just to
make that so they can fill the capsules, so they
can fill the plastic jars. And of course now You've
got the other problem with the plastic jars because you've
got the pall as, the plasticizers of BPA, all of

(15:28):
that stuff that's leaking into that capsule, tablet or powder.
Down here in Florida. It's even bigger because all that
stuff is delivered to the stores usually or to the
consumer by the various carriers ups FedEx, all of them,
those trucks in the backlone trucks. It concept to one
hundred and twenty sometimes one hundred and thirty degrees. That

(15:50):
speeds that contamination of those so called nutritional products. So
by the time they get to you and you give
them to your dog, the nutritional benefits are pretty much gone.
So you're paying, you know, forty fifty sixty dollars for
you know, a jar of what you think is a
good supplement. But what are they really doing? Are they

(16:13):
really there? You know? And it becomes a challenge for
you to understand what is really going on because in
those cases you don't know what is lacking in the diet.
You're guessing. Your veterinarian is guessing, the pet shop, the
vitamin shop, they're all guessing. It's all based on just

(16:35):
a general formula that's not patterned to what you need.
And even the functional adopters that are using so called
testing of different minerals, vitamins, things of that nature, are
not looking at the bio availability of those nutrients. We're
going to be right back after this quick break with

(16:57):
a lot of more information on what you should be
doing and what the look.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
All right, and we're back here in a pet healths cafe.
The show where your Pet's Voice. This is Bill Pet
Health gl Rule And again I want you to share,
like and subscribe so we can keep this show on
the road, do more seminars, do some more events, and
of course be here with you every week. Again, this
chat room is open. I'd like to hear from people

(19:43):
that have questions. I'm gonna throw a question out there.
How much do you spend if you're buying that veterinary
suggested or special needs food? Do you also spend to
supplement a complete and balanced diet with vitamins, minerals, probiotics
and other even flavor enhancers because the animals will not

(20:06):
eat it? I mean, just throw a number out there.
If you're using any of these, how many different supplements
do your pet get and does it really seem to
make a difference. Sometimes a few things like glucosamine and
androit and will because those are anti inflammatory and they
do have there's sometimes sourced for more natural sources. But

(20:27):
again we're not healing, we're just kind of masking the problem. Now.
As I mentioned before, all the nutrients should be coming
in the food, but your food isn't limited to what's
in that bag. The food is the nutrients aren't limited
to what is in your meat diet if you're doing
raw food like we do, because there's all different grades

(20:48):
of meat, all of them carry different nutrients. Rain fed
beef is not the same as grass finished beef, and
even grass finished beef isn't always the way it is
projected and present because they do add a lot of
things like eife, fruit, foat, scorn, syrup, vegetable oil, and
other additives to that breast fed beef. So therefore you're

(21:12):
not getting necessarily optimal nutrition from there. However, on the
mineral side, it's you know, we're told that we need fiber,
we're told we need vegetables for the minerals and the nutrients,
and most of that is false. However, when your dog
goes out on a walk and that they'll pick it
different grasses, they'll pick it different weeds when every body

(21:34):
needs them, and those are not They're not going into
the vegetable patch and picking tomatoes. They're not picking peas,
they're not picking carrots, they're not picking apples. But those
things that they are eating are what we normally consider
to be weeds. Well, those weeds are normally herbs and
sometimes they'll drink out of puddles under trees, things like that.

(21:56):
Herbal teas made from different botanicals. This is all ancient food.
You know, one of those weeds, a lot of the
herbs that we were around with the dinosaurs. They're not
these man made fruits or vegetables, and therefore the availability
of the minerals is quite different. Now again, going back
to the vitamins and minerals, you know, first stuff, they're

(22:18):
made by the same companies that make your pharmaceuticals. They
run that industry. You know, you go to a health
food store and you walk in the door and you
ask where the food department is. There isn't one. Those
bottles of stuff are not foods, and therefore that's why
they don't work very well as you spend a fortune
on it, because they put all this stuff into all

(22:40):
this research that they're paying for, which basically they're just
looking at single items.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
You know.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
A good example that I use, I've been approached by
several companies to both represent them and to you know,
validate their products and things like that. And a big
one today everybody's talking about is Buddha ion. Well, all
the things that are being pushed today is not about
the quality of the glue de thion, but the time release,
the new technology that makes it more available. Well, if

(23:10):
you're starting with a product that has almost no nutritional value,
you're just putting it into the bodies faster or time release,
you think that's really beneficial. You think that's doing good.
And like I say, on some of these, you will
get a little bit of a bounce, but it's not
long lasting because we're not healing the body. We need
all these components to heal the body. The fact is,

(23:31):
even with ourselves and of course our dogs and cats,
we are more like a carnivore than we are a
herbiv wre. So with that, okay, it's now been proven
that we do not need fiber in our diet. If
we're on a carnival diet, the need isn't there because
we do need something else, and that's collagen. Collagen comes

(23:52):
from animal paths, primarily so in our case and even
in our dog and cats. When we're controlling our diet.
In order to have that secret fiber type mechanism, things
like bone brost, things like raw dairy are key for
for things of that nature are very very important, And

(24:12):
of course the other thing on most of these commercial
foods and most of these commercial supplements, because they carry
that sorbatal, because they carry the magnesium, steroid and the
plesthor of other so called inert things, it's killing off
the gut biome, so they can't be digested in the
first place. And you know, one of the things that
I see a lot when we're looking at the foods

(24:37):
that we're gonna feed our carnivores, obviously the most inexpensive,
most affordable is chicken. Now, chickens are omnivores. They eat bugs,
they eat meat, they eat eggs. If there's a broken
egg in the henhouse or on the pasture, they eat that.
They're eating different grasses, different vegetables. In a truly regenerative farm,

(25:00):
there is no corn for them to eat. There is
no soy for them to eat. That's done with the
commercial milling process, a commercial feed business. So you walk
into the supermarket, doesn't matter what grade you're on, high end,
low end, and on eggs and on chickens, you see
vegetarian fed or vegan fed. Do you think that animal

(25:21):
is natural? Do you think it's got the nutrients it needs?
Do you think it's got all the vitamins and minerals
it should have? If you go to an alternative veterinarian
and let's say he says that, yeah, that's okay if
you cook for your dog, but you need to add
all these supplements to it, where's he getting his information from?

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Now?

Speaker 2 (25:38):
I've asked several veterinarians that have been on this show
in the past, how do you determine what vitamin, what mineral,
what supplement that these animals need? And the answer has
been consistent across the boarder. Whatever the sales rep that's
selling it tells me I need to do. Now, all
of you that know me out there, you know, if

(26:01):
you come into my paleopet or the old fisapet Deli,
if you're looking at the biocomplete line, I use natural
herbs and botanical with nothing else added to it. No preservatives, no,
you know, anti cake agents, none of this stuff. It's
the herbs in normally a powder form, a dry form,
most often just naturally dried, so we're not breaking down

(26:24):
any of the nutrients and they just go right into
your diet. And my view on it is not I'm
looking to put more vitamin C, more vitamin D, more calcium.
I'm looking at an overall balance when I formulate, because
that's where it begins. We're going to because the body

(26:44):
is very specific, anything in that food that it doesn't
need that's going to get rid of. That's why you
sometimes do see this vomitie and diarrhea because those are
things they want to get out of the body faster.
But it always is self regulating. It's balancing out the body.
It makes itself work better. And you know, we see

(27:05):
cancers go away, we see diabetes go away, just by
doing the lifestyle changes and incorporating in the natural products.
It's no mystery that I'm under assault all the time
by those industries because you don't need to spend one
thousand dollars on a doctor, you don't need to spend

(27:25):
five hundred dollars on a nutritionness that's going to give
you one recipe because it's all about those rotations, bringing
those all those components, not only to meat, the proteins,
the fats from different animals into that diet, but also
bringing in the different herbs botanicals that are going to
support the body. And that boy body, like I said,

(27:46):
is dynamic is always changing, so you have to also
rotate on herbs and botanicals. Sometimes you're going to use them,
sometimes you're not. But a lot of my blends too,
are for very specific purposes. We need to clean out
to live in the kidney. We have a blend herbal
blend for that, one hundred percent natural all just nothing
but herbs because once we open up the filters deliver

(28:08):
and kidney to get rid of the toxic waste, to
unuse the unused portions of whatever we're feeding. Now it's
not accumulating the body. They're breathing this stuff in. They're
living with the dirty water, the treated water, all of
that sort of stuff, and they can't complain to us.
You know, you fill a water dish, you're using your

(28:29):
tap water. So yesterday I mean, and I live. I
live in a in a community that has a private
water system, and when they change over, when they have
to do testing for fire hydrants for instance, or they
have to replace a broken line or replace a line
that's got some age on it, they have to shut
down the water to the whole development. And a lot

(28:51):
of cities do this as well, and municipalities well, when
they come back online. They're pumping through extra fluorides, extra chlorines,
extra components. So if you're just using regular tap water,
your dog's not going to drink because it smells funny.
But yet they can't tell you that mom dad do
something special. You know, in my Palaeo pet, we in

(29:14):
actually biocomplete makes an ionized water. Why do we do
this because hydration is one of the most important things
to keep that body working, and if it's got the
natural minerals in it, it's going to be that much better.
We're going to be right back to finish up this
discussion on namins and minerals.

been doing on an ongoing basis. You don't have to

(31:35):

be here, but share the the archives with your friends
and again go into the chat give me your comments.
I haven't it's amazing because I haven't seen a question
yet and okay, now we have one. That's good. You
can yeah, you know, it's just amazing. And okay, you

(31:58):
don't research them anymore, that's good. You have complete confidence
in the mild, complete line. Thank you for that very much.
And it's because they're pure. I mean, if you do that.
I had a client today that we're switching over their
dog on on a diet and it's like it's an
elderly client and well, their daughter wants to do research

(32:23):
into our diets and our herbs and botanical Well, how
much research can you do if you want to know
the truths. I can give you my sources. I can
tell you where we get our meats. I can tell
you where I source my herbs and botanicals. But they're
all third party tested for not only integrity. That means
it's if it says it's trumeric, it's truer, and then

(32:46):
it's tested again for toxins and contamination. A lot of
my products are going to be a little bit more expensive,
but it's not because because I don't play the pricing game.
I want your animal and that This is this is
very very deep and personal to me, and my clients
will tell you once they know me for a while.
I mean, we've got clients that are going back from

(33:07):
day one, and sometimes I upset them because I, you know,
I can be a little pushy sometimes when they're not
following it exactly. What just give my animal a little
bit of kibble because it's a treat. Let me ask
you a question. How can a little bit as a
treat or how can treats that are processed be a treat?

(33:28):
I mean I remember growing up as a kid, and
this is back in the sixties in the late fifties,
a treat for us was a special meal that we
couldn't always afford. I mean one of our treats was
like for New Year's we would get trimp because we
couldn't afford it during the week or during the most
of the year. So that was a treat to us.

(33:50):
It wasn't that candy, you know. And even if it
was candy like a Hershey's bar or you know, a
Mars bar or whatever, which it will by the way,
and you know Nessley's. Those are all companies that are
heavily involved in the pet industry as well, selling off
their waste products. But their products are not nearly what
it was. I saw something just recently that I don't know.

(34:14):
It was one of the top selling candy bars from
the sixties, seventies, and even in the the eighties where
they had four ingredients, just four. Now they have twenty.
And of course at the top of the list is
I have fruit soose, corncer Why why do they need
to put that in? We need to be we need

(34:35):
to be fortifying them with real herbs. You know, Coca cola,
mountain dew, seven up. Those all started as medicinals. You
went to a soda fountain which was located in the pharmacy.
Formulations today are not nearly anything like what the originals were. Now,

(34:56):
as I'm in the last segment here, when you look
at the supplements, most supplements are not tested. When you
look at most supplements, you'll see vitamin A, vitamin D,
vitamin E from a chemical. It tells you on the
label it's not natural. I mean, I can take, for instance,
we sell a lot of spurllinum and I sell good

(35:18):
quality in several different forms, powders, tablets, capsules. Spur Allina
is one of the highest foods for a protocol. SOD
superoxide dis you taste, which is an antioxidant. Now I
can take that. I could buy the cheapest grade I
can find, do no testing on it at all, put

(35:39):
it into a jar, and label that one bacterium, which
that's what it is. Everybody thought it was analogy, but
it's not because it's got the amino amino acid profile.
But I could put that into a jar by itself
and claim that it's an SOD supplement. I can put
calcium carbonate, just grind it up, put it into a jar.

(36:01):
There is my calcium supplement. I can take iron shavings
basically rust, put it into a jar in capsules and
call that an iron supplement. But what else is with it?
Because it's not a clean product. It's going to have toxins,
it's going to have things that are going to disrupt
the gut. And when we look at commercial pet foods

(36:23):
especially and even a lot of our foods today, they're
adding chemicals actually which are anti nausea, anti diarrheals, anti
vomiting compounds to it that you're not aware of. They're
literally plugging you up, I mean on the human side,
and I do it hear it a little bit on

(36:44):
the pet side, but not normally when they're feeding a
raw diet, because we don't eat a raw diet, most
of us, most people, you don't have a the moisture
of structured water that comes with raw foods. But on
the other side, the number one complaint I have from
so many people that are eating processed foods for themselves
and they're taking a ton of supplements. They're constipated. People

(37:06):
that are going a week, two weeks sometimes without excreting anything.
You know, how much poison is being dumped into that
body and a bloodstream going to the tissue, killing all
the mitochondria, feeding cancer cells. You know, when we look
at the amounts of sugars, even in these supplements, they're
creating diabetes, They're creating and feeding the cancers. Is that

(37:29):
what you want your vitamin, your minerals supplement to do?
It's not what I want, you know. I joke around
here often. I haven't been to an MD in decades.
I haven't taken so much as a tyleno. I'm not
a young guy anymore, but yet I get compliments all
the time that I couldn't possibly be as old as
I am why is that? Because I look at what's
going into my body, the air quality I use air purifiers,

(37:54):
the water quality, the ionized water, the pat of the
filtered waters so important for hydro to flush that stuff
out again. And then we use some of the newer
technologies that people don't even know about. I mean, I
don't know if you can see on my wrist a
patch therapy. You know that doesn't put anything in. It's

(38:16):
non trans transdermal. It's using that it's reactivating what your
body already has. That last question, what was there was
on liquid vitamins. It's the same thing. I just dissolve
it in some sort of fluid, some sort of chemical mix.
It's not even in water. It's in a mix. And
of course if you're doing it on a liquid basis,

(38:37):
you just can't swallow it's so he's got to make
it taste good. So it's got a ton, literally a
ton of freaking sugar in a lot of different forms.
Sugar causes inflammation, sugar feeds cancer cells. How many cancer
cells do you want in your body? Or how many
cancer cells do you want in your dog's body and
your cant's body. You can't count them. Your veterinarian has

(38:58):
no clue until a blood test or a test shows
up that, oh, oh my god, we have a tumor.
The body is trying is making a tumor to get
rid of that garbage that's already in the body. It's
time we wake up. It's time we take charge of
our health. Ask the whys, like I did with veterinarians
here on this program. Why are you prescribing a product

(39:22):
from a certain company when you've been shown that it's
not complete, it's not natural, it has other things in
it that aren't even listed. Why are you doing that?
And it's like, that's what we're taught. We're not taught
to change the lifestyle, at least veterinarians and doctors. They're
not taught to teach you the lifestyle changes. But they're

(39:43):
quick to put something on your bill that will make
them money. And when you can back and say it
doesn't work, you don't get your money back. You get
told another product. Run that charge card one more time.
Let's run that charge card. I've heard I've heard this
with especially with some of the preventative medicine, well heart
or medicine doesn't work, and their chances of getting it

(40:04):
are almost nothing. Why does the veterinarian say I have
to have it? I says, because you keep giving them
your charge card endo story. With that being said, at
the end of the show, here we're I'm glad that
you were watching. All of those that were. Thank you
shared this on the archives so your friends and neighbors,
your pet parents can gain some more knowledge. Start asking

(40:27):
why why do I need this today? To be surprised
the answers you get. And with that being said, thank
you again for watching, for listening, being with us going
to the archives. If you need consultation, I'm available just
as a phone call away. And with that being said,
good night, folks.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
