And this is kind of a follow up from what
we did last week where we were talking about experts
(01:14):
in the field. How do you pick your experts? And
I decided to go out and find one And at
this time I want to introduce Michelle Rogev Health Coach
teacher extraordinaire. Do we have her? Run here she comes?
How you doing, Michelle?
Speaker 3 (01:34):
Good evening, everybody, good evening, Dale, and thank you so
much for having me on. This is really the lighting
to educate your audience.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Yes, you know, as I introduced we last week, we
were talking about experts and that sort of thing. And
you've got such a diverse background, being that you've been
a longtime client of my Paleo peties to pet Deli
you know, a i've got to say, probably an extreme
pet lover a and of course you've got other things
(02:07):
that over the years we've discovered about you being a
fantastic teacher, and for a long time I didn't really
realize that you were a health coach and this was
really what struck me, when you know, after talking about
the experts and things like this, this is an important
part of it, especially with if you can bring into
(02:30):
the conversation of course, the fact that you're an educator
and there's no better time to start our kids on
a healthy lifestyle than when their kids is there.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Absolutely So not to alvers step and talk too much,
but yes, I've been an educative for thirty six years now.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
I'm dating myself.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
And when I first started, I didn't think about educating
people about health.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
Although I've always.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Been my own special health guru. I've always loved health
since my sister at the age of four, became a diabetic.
And that's fifty years ago. So if you could understand,
my dad owned a candy store and my sister had
become diabetic. So we why, well, it wasn't it had
(03:18):
nothing to do with the candy thought that, you know,
But she became diabetic and the whole family we were
banned from the store, which is ironic, I know, but
we grew up knowing how to eat. We grew up
knowing better. We were not allowed. You know, we could have,
(03:39):
but we didn't delve into it, and you know, it
wasn't our whole meal. So I became an educator thirty
six years ago. As I mentioned, I was a French teacher,
and then from a French teacher, right, I have got
everyone from adults, high school, middle school, elementary, you name it,
I've caught it English, as I said, another language. But
(04:01):
twelve years ago when I really decided, after taking care
of my dad would diabetes and his health failing, and
then my daughter coming home from school with major anxiety
and doctors wanting to put tubes down her throat. I decided, yeah,
that I had enough. I was going to school and
(04:23):
I was going to study and educate myself so that
I could not only help my family, but help the
people around me. So in a nutshell, teaching and seeing
how the children were eating, seeing how the children were acting,
seeing how the poor teachers were responding to these actions
(04:46):
of the children, Seeing how teachers weren't taking care of themselves.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
That's what really catapulted.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
Me into becoming a health coach, because all I want.
Speaker 4 (04:57):
To do is help everybody that work all I want
to do.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
It's interesting, can you describe it kind of like I
describe doctors. I mean, you know, you're looking for help.
You go to the doctor and they're overweight. You know,
they're dying at fifty years old, you know, and they're
telling you what you should be doing. Why aren't they
doing it themselves?
Speaker 4 (05:20):
And it really bothers me.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
You know, great teachers put pouring their hearts out to
these kids, but they're not taking care of themselves.
Speaker 5 (05:31):
You know, I still work.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
In the school system. I still love children. At for
thirty six years, I still have a passion for them.
And one thing that's changed throughout the years is I
don't go in with I don't have that negative vibe.
I always have a positive vibe. Kids want to be
around me. When I have a classroom, I make it
(05:53):
fun and exciting. I want children to know what love is,
and I teach through love. And when I say that,
I go through the whole mindfulness thing. I teach them
how to do their mindful breathing, how to mindfully eat. Unfortunately,
getting back to our foods in the Catholic ceia, I
(06:16):
was just a talk thick day.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
When I saw they now have soda.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
And it's not only soda, it's why it's soda for children, with.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
That great with that great additive, all those great additives
that are synthetic. Yeah, let's see how badly we cans
best things up.
Speaker 4 (06:38):
You know.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
I was researching and it's one in thirty one children
today have autism. One and nine have been diagnosed with
abd ADHD. And yet when the kids finish eating breakfast
and lunch, they go back to the classroom. And I'm
in classrooms all day long. I have about ninety five kids,
so I walk in all day long. I see what's
(07:00):
going on, and these children are some of them are
offful well.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
And if we don't attribute any of this to food,
we're wrong. We're absolutely wrong.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
You know, the foods that we're feeding our children negatively
impact not only the kid's help, the parents, help the
teacher self.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
It's all full circle, and it's just a falling.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
And it exappens me, you know, because my lifedition is
to help people eat better.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
It really is.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
And it's not only pul I am also, as you said,
a pet advocate, and I want anyone to be well.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
Well, that's the thing we I talk about a lot
on the show. And of course you know the pro
the ultra process, you know, dog foods and cat foods
that everybody that it's about about eighty seven eighty five
percent of the pet population gets fed this garbage on
a regular basis. And we have the same behavioral problems
as you know with dogs casts and of course not
(08:04):
only behavioral problems but also the same health problems. Now
I see more cancer in a month than I did
in a year fifteen years ago. I see diabetic, I
see you know the skin problems you've gone, you've experienced
some of those with your own animals. It's the bodies
constantly trying to detoxify itself. And then we add in cleaners,
(08:25):
and we add in additives and you know, uh so
called supplements, and of course all the food dyes. That's
in both sides of it. I mean I heard one
commentator talking about that's a regenerative farmer, and that the
lunchables that are available costs like seventeen dollars a pound.
(08:47):
You could buy a lot of organic chicken, a lot
of organic vegetables and feed these kids for like a
quarter of that, couldn't you?
Speaker 3 (08:56):
And blue the blue dye jella that feeding them the
Baba hydrate, breakfast of cereal and and syrup, and then
they wonder, oh, this child's in the office again. I
don't know why it's often related. Of course, you know,
there's that controversy whether or not it's unetics some of
(09:19):
it maybe, I don't know. You know, well, I know
for fact to the culture.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
Well you know, when we're looking at when you're looking
at the food and the kids too. I mean it
stops pre it starts pre natal. I mean, if mom
had a bad diet, if mom had was taking a
lot of medications both legal and illegal, and even going
back to grandmam, all that travels through the bloodstream into
the into the baby before they ever born, and basically
(09:49):
they're already trapped. And then of course you and I know,
because we've talked about it, what they do with and
we don't talk about the special procedure that they do
to babies within hours sometimes uh, you know, sticking in them.
That's that can't be healthy in any way, shape or form.
And of course, you know you obviously you work in
(10:10):
the government with the school district. You know, I say
a lot more than I can than you can, but
it's it's just compounding the problem with just stacking one
problem on top of the next problem on top of
the next problem. And then you was being on the
front line being a teacher.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
And the front line.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Yeah, you're you're, you're you're like, I don't know if
you remember when all this stuff happened, and what was
in twenty twenty you had the frontline doctors. I mean,
you're one of the frontline educators. That's you know, and
that's basically where it has to start, doesn't it.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
Absolutely.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
I mean, you were saying, just to go figure back
off of what you were saying when moms are pregnant.
Speaker 4 (10:55):
What about the environmental.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
Talk, what about the streaming products that pinning with and ingesting.
You know, they've done studies and I have to study.
If anyone's actually interested, I'll send it to you. Studies
about how the toxic chemicals are just as that is,
having smoked active packages of cigarettes over.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
The last twenty years. One cancer.
Speaker 3 (11:19):
We they wanted to tell you, if you don't mind
my pet, I have two dogs right now. I have
an American Bully and I had a Golden Doodle and
before that, I had a Shitzu. My ships are passed
the creature of almost sixteen.
Speaker 4 (11:37):
Thanks to Bill and your food. He was easing up
until the day.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
Because but prior to that, I was still pointing because
he was messing up and everything, and I like everything cleaning.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
I was doing the flora.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
I was doing all those things, and you know what,
I was getting the sinus infections, the allergies, and I
just keep repeat think the same process.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
And that's what people are doing.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
They're using the fabul though or they're smelling all the
chemicals and they keep the repeating it over and over again.
Speaker 2 (12:08):
Yeah, my died.
Speaker 4 (12:10):
I was able to change those products.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
You know, it's funny. I don't know. I hate it
when people advertise other products, even bad products, because it's that.
But they actually did a study many years ago with
these no rinse cleaners, and that's the biggest part of
it that we you know, we're mopping our floors, we're
cleaning our floors, and we don't take the chemicals back off,
which means if you mop your floor, you know, once
(12:37):
a week, that's fifty two layers of chemicals every year
that are on that floor. And they actually went by
what the standard was. Look, you know, you don't go
walk on it, don't do anything on it until it's dried.
And they actually did a test where they did that.
They put an infant on the floor and within forty
three seconds they were finding traces of that chemical inside
(12:59):
the botto just through absorption through the skin. I mean
it's Hodous's live. Yeah, it's so so it was it
was the problems with your father and of course your
daughter that led you into the health coaching. Uh Arena,
I know, it's it's uh, it's a tough way to
(13:22):
do to do business because everything's one on one and
people just they they don't see they can't justify the
value in your time and your expertise. They want it,
but they're just they don't have money. And doing groups
is tough because you you know, even when we look
at doing like myself, when I try to do an event,
(13:46):
you know, you have to rent the venue, you have
to have you know, everything by standard, you know, permits,
everything like that. It's a tough challenge, isn't it.
Speaker 4 (13:55):
It's tough.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
But those who want me, you know, those who have
changed their mindset and they're ready, for example, maybe to
lose the weight, because it's a mindset. It's not just hey,
I'm going to follow this diet because I don't believe
in diets as there dyeing.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
I you know, if they follow.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
Me on my social media page, don't know that I
will cater to each person individual. I work at the
seven elements of wellness. You know, I'm not going I'm
doing mind, body, soul. I'm not just hearing myself or
bearing that one individual client.
Speaker 5 (14:37):
For a healthy eating.
Speaker 4 (14:38):
I'm doing a myriad of different things.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
If they go to their local nutritionists or dietitian, they
will most likely work with them on here's your diet,
follow this and count calories. I'm not working with that.
I can, but I don't. I believe let's start with
your mind. Let's work on your body. Let's work on
(15:03):
your spiritual part of.
Speaker 4 (15:04):
You, and every local piece of.
Speaker 3 (15:08):
You is a part of the puzzle that will help
your brain understand how important it is to take care
of this one thing that God gave you. And until
you realize that, there's no help. I can't help someone
who doesn't want to be helped. I can't coach that.
I will be your personal cheerleader, your coach.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
I'll go food chatting with you or going your home.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
I'll help you cook, But I cannot do that unless
you are mentally ready.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
Well, the body's a system. You have to treat it
as much. I mean, I had, you know, quite often
I talk about different cases we had. I was talking
to somebody in the store just this afternoon and I said,
you know, people don't realize that in the medical community today,
there are ninety different specialties and each one of those
(16:00):
is just looking at one tiny part of your body,
and they don't see how they work together. You know,
It's like looking at your car. You know, your alternator
goes out, you replace the alternator, but you know you
forgot to change the spark plugs, and you know, the
oil and everything else in your car still dies. You
have to work as a whole system. And in many
(16:21):
cases I look at it, you know, when I when
I do help talking and stuff like that, that you
do have to look at it. And we have to
start with basically cleaning out the body, cleaning out the filters,
you know, and without that, and of course, as you
are well aware, and you know because you've listened to
me for I don't know what twenty years now or
(16:41):
at least fifteen, basically we're being inundated every single day,
just just even from the sky alone a little your water,
and your cleaning products and a building products. And you know,
if you eat, where did your food come from? How
was it treated? You know, a salad that you get
in a restaurant might be two weeks old because it
(17:03):
came from all over the world in a warehouse, treated
and then they serve it to you. You know, is
there any nutrition left in that?
Speaker 4 (17:13):
Well?
Speaker 3 (17:13):
The truth is we have no choice at this point
unless we're going to go to regenerate at farms and
start getting our food right.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
But it's tough.
Speaker 4 (17:20):
You have to eat regardless.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
Is there any nutrition some could we supplement I mean
I do a lot of your herbs, right, I do supplementation.
Speaker 4 (17:32):
I know sometimes we dig ferround that.
Speaker 5 (17:34):
But our soils are defeated as minerals, so.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
We have to get it from somewhere. Right. They have
to drink clean, healthy water.
Speaker 3 (17:42):
I mean, I've been doing the ironized alkaline water now
and pagan. I mean, my skin feels amazing, you know,
I just can't speak enough of that. It's just wonderful.
Speaker 5 (17:54):
So I personally, if you.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
Want to know what I do, I do my herbs.
I eat very very clean. Of course, I don't run
to regenerative farms for everything. But I kneel prep because
I need to be on a schedule for work. I
kneel preap every Sunday. It doesn't take me that long.
I make sure I know what I want to eat,
and I make sure I have enough croats because the
(18:20):
protein is what's going to hold me.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
I'm walking around all day long, you know, teach them
all day.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
I need to have that energy, so my protein is
going to be able to hold me. I supplement in
the morning, I take my little shot glasses of pineapple
juice too merit telling all my secrets, and sometimes I
put some garlic in there.
Speaker 4 (18:46):
Oh god, there she goes again.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
But you know, I have to do all of these
things so that I can keep myself going, and I
don't want that myself.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
But like you, I don't get sick.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
I know, and we'll read into that right after this
quick commercial break.
Speaker 6 (19:14):

And welcome back to the Pet Health Cafe to show
where your pet as a voice. This is Bill the
Pet Health Guru along with Heal's Coast Michelle. You're talking
about your routines, which is interesting and of course the
whole topic here was we always there's always more to learn,
isn't there? And where's your journey been the last few
(21:47):
months if you will.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
Well, like you just said, there there's always so much
to learn.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
I actually learn a lot from new I listened to
a lot of your podcasts.
Speaker 4 (21:57):
I actually call.
Speaker 3 (21:58):
You because of my pets and I always want to
know what do you think of this?
Speaker 4 (22:02):
And what do you think of that.
Speaker 3 (22:04):
All of your education catapulted me into taking a course
on low food and nutrition.
Speaker 4 (22:11):
Plus and much.
Speaker 3 (22:12):
I've also learned how to make my own pet food,
and I can tell everybody unless you have five to
six hours on a Sunday to prepare it, and if
you're ready for your entire white kitchen to be full
of blood, well then you go for it, because you
know what, without builds food and having it already prepared
(22:35):
for us, it would be quite you know, quite the feet.
Speaker 2 (22:40):
Actually that's actually how we started too. I was making
as I was doing with a wildlife foundation that I
was working with, and you know that was big quantities.
But then when I started doing little households, I mean
the clean up time alone was the worst part of it.
And for doing it for half a dozen cats, you
(23:02):
know it didn't cut it. So if I'm making ten
pounds of measure, well make one hundred pounds of making
a hundred punds of a thousand, and let's open the store.
That's how that started.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
Right, And not to forget the going shopping for the food.
Oh yes, and you're not getting quality that Bill's getting
for you because I know and I trust Bill's judgment
and his expertise and his education that he is giving
us the.
Speaker 4 (23:28):
Best quality on the meat. So you're not.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
I'm probably not even needing the best quality from Paris.
Speaker 4 (23:34):
And that's for I believe.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
Someone asked us a question Bill about shots that scenes.
If I could address that, well.
Speaker 2 (23:46):
We don't. We don't talk about that word, but you
know i'll zip but but but basically, we don't do
and you don't do those those medical procedures.
Speaker 4 (23:59):
Do you. Well, I do not.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
And you know the biggest thing that head owners and
just been people in general. We all have fear, right
and what is fear?
Speaker 6 (24:12):
For me?
Speaker 3 (24:12):
Face everything and rise. I have taken the fear and
tossed it away.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
What do I mean by that? I find a lump
on my dog? You know, I'm not flipping out.
Speaker 3 (24:23):
I will call Bill or I'll call doctor Dym and
I'll say, you know, what do you think?
Speaker 4 (24:29):
And I've learned so much that I don't have the
fear because I use now. Not only do I do
the pup fit, I'm also doing the herbal supplements.
Speaker 3 (24:39):
And I've noticed a lot of the bumps and lumps
go away if you just follow the protocol.
Speaker 5 (24:45):
So that's what we do.
Speaker 4 (24:46):
We follow protocol. My pets are doing sometime.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
I actually sometimes through the cancer AM and PM because
this way the lumps and bumps are going.
Speaker 6 (24:58):
You know.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
In addition to the heart worm and all that, I
do not do take in flame medicine or heart warm medicine,
none of that. And I live in an area that's woods,
that has woods, and I walk my dogs for forty
five to an hour every day, and every day I
come home and I make sure that I, you know,
(25:21):
check their pair and check everything.
Speaker 4 (25:22):
But I do not believe in medicine. My sister has
her masters and she does exactly the same thing.
Speaker 3 (25:31):
And prior to learning about your protocol, dale the you know,
she had a dog, he had two dogs that die,
the panther and she would never ever again do the
hot worm or a flame take or any of that.
Speaker 4 (25:45):
Well, you don't believe the.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
Audience, yes anyway, but yeah, I mean it's you know,
the whole thing with modern medicine is, of course we're
just trying to calm symptoms, not cure disease. Well, if
you're giving a medication week after week after week after week,
and you know, or month after month and two years,
(26:12):
I mean I get them at the store all the
time that I've been I've been treating this for six years,
seven years, eight years, and it's still the same. That's
not a cure. The only thing that can cure your
animal is your animal itself, and you have to give
it the tools. As pet parents, that's our job, and
(26:33):
you know, you know, people like yourself, you know, you
have to learn what those tools are and have them
in your toolbox. Whether it's herbs, whether it's good food,
whether it's good cleaning products, whether it's staying away from
you know, certain things. You know, on a previous show,
I was talking and it's like, you know, you take
your dog and you've come to my store, and the
(26:56):
dogs are all happy and running in the door and
like enjoying themselves and just can't get enough of the
smells and the people. The energy gets there, and then
you go to one animal hospital and you know, you're
basically do playing sumo wrestler, especially in the size of
your dogs to get them just out of the car
a little into the building and then they're just like
(27:16):
terrified because the energy and the energy is a big
part of it. And that's you know, when you were
talking about teaching through love, that's the That's the whole
part of that, isn't it. That energy, that vibrational energy.
Speaker 3 (27:30):
My students, you know, and this is not I'm actively
very humble, but my students pick up energy as soon
as I just put my hand on.
Speaker 4 (27:41):
You know, it's all about there and the love with them,
and when they're angry, they feel that.
Speaker 3 (27:47):
You know, a lot of these children they don't get
the love that they need at home, so when they
come to school, that's what they're looking for and they're anger.
It's just those are outbursts and under their feelings from
whatever they're experiencing. It all I teach my children, all
my kids, I teach them the love bubble. And I
(28:08):
know this doesn't for the dogs. That we need as
pet parents to know that our dogs are our love bubble.
They're part of our love bubble. I teach them to
put up heard around them and to have self love,
self passion, self respect.
Speaker 4 (28:24):
And when you teach a child back, when you start
with that, they start to understand that they are in foot,
not the other bullies that are bothering them.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
And if I could say, you can put that onto
your animals, because when we come home from work.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
They sense everything.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
If you're up tight, if you're nervous, if you're having
a bad day, your tex will sense that.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
And so you know, it's just the same thing. Give you,
like I'm doing this now.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
My dog.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
See though she's run cats and it's the bug.
Speaker 3 (28:59):
So I just, you know, give them the love as
everybody probably knows. But the same love that you're giving
to your pets.
Speaker 4 (29:07):
Unconditionally, we as parents.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
Need to do that with our children, even if we're
late for school, even if we're late for work. Even
if we're having a bad day. We need to remind
ourselves that all of that, all of that is prising
to real within you. It's parting disease.
Speaker 4 (29:24):
Right. We don't want the disease. We will want none
of that. So we have to keep reminding ourselves to
people that every time.
Speaker 3 (29:32):
You get hungry, that's another reason that your body is
becoming stressed. You could do some quarters there we gain weight,
we can get canceled, so less stress.
Speaker 5 (29:43):
I know it's hard.
Speaker 4 (29:45):
Stay away from the news.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
Don't watch the news because some people would sit there
they listen to news. You know, it's on from the
minute they come home. To the next ground yourselves. Take
a walk in nature, go to the beach, do something
that makes you happy. Life is short and we don't
have forever.
Speaker 4 (30:03):
We really don't. You think we do that. We don't.
You know, do something fun. If you have children, take
them and do something fun. Whatever. It doesn't have to
be major.
Speaker 3 (30:13):
It doesn't have to cost a lot of money. You know,
if you have your pets, you don't have to go
to dog parks and dog parts. For me, I look
to do that all the time. Or I learned about
how dangerous it was for my dogs be around other
dogs have major vaccines, and I don't do that anymore.
I live in an area where I walk them, and
(30:34):
I played with them, and I engage with them. So
life doesn't have.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
To be part No, it doesn't, you know you want to.
You know, when they first started putting up all these
dog parts and you're trying to condense them down, all
I could see in my brain and you you know,
you've been around me long enough to probably understand this.
All I could see was the feed lots for cattle
and pigs, you know, the factory farms. That what we
(31:00):
did to our dogs. And you know, you're exposing them
to all kinds of pathogens. You know, when they do
have you know, any kind of protective stuff, those chemicals
are actually being coming out of the body. They're they're
you know, and they're they're infecting the healthy animals at
(31:21):
the same time, not with the disease, but with the chemicals,
the toxins. And you know, I mean especially with dogs,
I mean, you know, they pick up everything, they lick everything,
even o they're animals, and you know they had their
own greetings, which have you know something uh, you know
that is kind of funny, but it's you know, all
(31:44):
of that is contributing in a in a specific way.
Sometimes it's going to be positive, sometimes it's going to
be negative, and we can't tell. We don't have the
sense of smell that they do. You know, our eyesight
is not as good as theirs, you know. I mean
I can be walking down the street and my my
(32:05):
dog will will lock onto something three blocks four blocks away,
and I can't even see anything, especially at night. I mean,
you know, their night vision is like unbelievable. And of
course then the other part of it is they they
basically adopt us. We don't adopt them. You know that
bond you can tell when you when you find that
(32:28):
companion pat that you're the one and they will protect
you to the death in many cases, you know, I mean,
it's an amazing, amazing process. And you know, again looking
we have to keep learning. We have to keep learning.
You know, you because you've been with me, you know,
as a client for so long, you realize that when
(32:51):
we started all this stuff with raw foods and herbals
and everything, there was nothing. You were on your own
if you decided to do it. You know, there was
no books, there was no things. I mean, Ian billy
Hurst was the one that actually wrote the first book
on you know, feed your dog's bones and a raw diet,
and from Australia of all places, not from America. Obviously
(33:13):
we don't have the technology or America. What can I say?
But it there just wasn't anything. And I mean the
whole startup that you know, we just had to take
it from ground zero, and you know that was the
exciting that was actually part of the exciting thing. We've
got another commercial break right here and we will be
right back.
Speaker 6 (33:42):

Speaker 2 (35:16):
Come back to Pet Health Cafe to show where your
pet head voice. This is Bill the pet Health grew
along with my health coach Michelle. A couple of things
then I wanted to bring up because this is the
last segment. I mean, my interviews always go it's like
where did the time go? There? You know they're there
and then they're gone. But you are a lot like
(35:36):
I am uh in our discussions and that you're always
bringing something different to the table, looking at numerous sources
for reinformation. Like I said, this is kind of about
you know, we're always needing to learn, and over the
over the years, you sent me articles, I sent you articles.
You know, what is about this? What is about this?
(35:57):
You know that's how we learn. We don't fix in
that one protocol, do we Absolutely not.
Speaker 3 (36:03):
They'll I want to listen to my dog. I have
another one who's sleeping. He's had her home her CBD
Sanine Oil. I gave her offering the podcast. Yes, I
am a forever researcher. I that's probably what I do
best on my weekend is research.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
I listen to.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Multiple one of the scientists of doctors. I am continually learning,
you know, as an educator, I use not to give up.
I know that there's hope at the end of this journey.
I want to leave a legacy. I want people to
know that health is wealth. You know, we don't need
(36:49):
to be super super rich, but our health, when it goes,
it goes, and I am here. I want them to
know I am here for you and.
Speaker 5 (36:57):
Ability both of us together.
Speaker 4 (37:02):
Yeah, I think they make a pretty good team.
Speaker 3 (37:04):
Big.
Speaker 2 (37:05):
Yeah, it's possible. One of the things that in our
discussion is coming up leading up to this is that
you brought it up to me that a lot of
things that I put out there are little things that
most people don't really think about, you know, like like
the cleaning of the floor. You know, you have fifty
(37:26):
layers of chemicals on it. I mean, nobody thinks about
that kind of stuff. And you know, you've brought up
literally dozens of things where you know, you've shown where, oh, well,
this is a good food for me, and then doing
the research is like, well, like in the meats, you know,
I do only grass finished meats, and it's like, then
(37:47):
you saw a whole conversation where we changed the law
so that we could make it taste better for you,
basically pre seasoning your food. And it's legal, and it's
legal to say that it's something that it's not and.
Speaker 4 (38:04):
The fine print.
Speaker 3 (38:05):
And most of us are so busy, you know, working
taking care of our families that we don't have time
for that.
Speaker 4 (38:13):
The Bill and I make.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
Time for that because that's something that we're both passionate
about educating, you know, the public and what really is
out there and what choices we can make or better choices.
And people think that things are just so expensive, but
what's expensive really is when you get a disease and
you have to take care of that. So that's much
(38:34):
more expensive than spending a little bit extra on healthier
quality food, you know, or or products for your home.
You know, I told you that I partnered with a
wellness company.
Speaker 4 (38:48):
Did I tell you that?
Speaker 5 (38:52):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (38:52):
And that's how I'm able to buy healthier, safer products
for my pets and myself and educate people on that.
So I'm able to also help people with their financial wellness.
Maybe they need extra money, you know, and if you're
becoming more financially stable, just letting.
Speaker 2 (39:14):
Me know not well, you know, that's a very good
point because I you know when I told in fact,
I had another one today and we're talking about I
can't afford to feed a good raw diet to my dog. Well, okay,
if you're going to the local animal hospital and they're
selling you a parasite control program for heartworm and other
(39:34):
things that a, according to their own research, does not work,
but B you also don't have the probability of ever
having your dog contracted and c costing you five hundred
dollars a year per animal. And you can do the
same thing with herbals and botanicals for about forty bucks
(39:55):
that just paid for your food. I'm sorry, un less,
unless it's like your sister that you meant with your
bull masters, I mean, they're gonna go a little bit
over that three hundred and five hundred dollars range. But yeah,
you save a tremendous amount just on that, and you're
not You don't have to go to the doctor.
Speaker 4 (40:12):
And I don't take my animals to the doctor. I don't.
Speaker 3 (40:16):
I know enough about my animal's health, not only through you,
but for my own personal research. You know, right now,
my dooodle who's sitting here, he's going through her own detox.
She has a lot of things in her ears, but
I have my skin and itch that she's.
Speaker 4 (40:34):
On, you know, not one. She's also got.
Speaker 3 (40:38):
Her cancer AM and PM that I also take, not
because I have cancer, because I'm preventing, but she is
slowly detoxing.
Speaker 4 (40:48):
And I think what people think is you take an
herb and it's done the.
Speaker 2 (40:52):
Next day's Yeah. As a disclaimer here, I did not
give you those products or ask you.
Speaker 4 (41:00):
I'm a customer.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
You're a customer has but but you're a customer because
you believe in what we do.
Speaker 4 (41:08):
Absolutely I believe I wouldn't be on this podcast if I.
Speaker 2 (41:11):
Didn't, you know, and that and that's an important thing,
and this is what we're trying to convey to pet owners.
It's you know, the it's all a process, whether it's
cleaning or whether it's you know, taking care of our yard,
where we walk our dogs, what we do when we
bring them in, what we feed them. Because basically, health
(41:32):
is determined within any being. I don't care whether it's
a dog, a cat, a person, a plant, you know, bamboos, whatever.
What goes into whatever, and whatever goes into that body
is what builds it and that the body has a
regenerative you know powers. I mean, you know, when you
(41:54):
trim your hedges, they grow back. You know, you just
cut off.
Speaker 4 (42:01):
With the right things. It can itself.
Speaker 2 (42:04):
But yeah, it's regenerative. The bodies are designed to regenerate.
We can only put the tools in the tool boxes.
And that's what you know, that's what you do as
a health coach. That's what I do in nutrition and
in herbals. That's the passion. And you know, and the
thing is like, like you know, I've reiterated a thousand
(42:25):
times here. We do the research and we find the
newest stuff. You know, I could have made a fortune
with the heartwarm remedies back in the nineteen eighties. I
would not sell them. I drew a line in the sand.
It cost me a tremendous amount of money and potential
earned income. But my love of animals wouldn't let me
(42:47):
do that. It just would not allow me to do that.
And you know, I've read I've had clients like yourself
for many, many years that I'm really really appreciate because
you believe in me, You've trusted me, and you know
and you and I know even yourself, you've done the research, like, Okay,
(43:09):
where did Bill screw up this time?
Speaker 4 (43:12):
I check everything Bill does.
Speaker 3 (43:15):
Absolutely I do trust you, Bill wholeheart your research.
Speaker 2 (43:22):
And I know it's it's you know, it's and and
it's a relationship that I really appreciate with so many
of my clients, you know, and you know, I hear
it all the time. Of course, when they do go
and they get that email or whatever, they're going for
a blood test or a wellness check or whatever, and
(43:44):
they're just so beat up, and then they come to
me and it's like I screwed up, I did this,
and now how can I fix it. We get about
two minutes left here in the show. Tell people where
they can reach you, what they what you can do
for them, and you know a little bit of your story.
Speaker 3 (44:01):
Then I can be your personal coach, which means you're
a cheerleader.
Speaker 4 (44:07):
I cheer you on.
Speaker 3 (44:08):
I help you through all different kinds of health issues,
especially weight loss, overwhelm well being. I want to protect
your mind your body, So we talk about a myriad
of things. We'll have multiple conversations to see where you're
at and how I can help you.
Speaker 4 (44:27):
I do not have one set way to help everybody.
Speaker 5 (44:31):
It's not a quickie cutter.
Speaker 4 (44:32):
I meet you, we talk, and.
Speaker 3 (44:34):
Then I evaluate. I would love to help you with
your financial freedom as well. Yet help you not just
your body, but your mind. Your body, your soul, your physical,
your mental, your intellectual, all of that.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
All of you have an email, you have an email address,
and me out on Facebook.
Speaker 3 (44:55):
Message me on Facebook. That's probably the best way. If
not they have my number, I can give out my
phone number and you can text me because I'm always
at work nine five four seven seven zero nine two
to seven, and I'd love to hear from you.
Speaker 2 (45:13):
Okay, now we had one last minute question there before.
We have to and this because all these chemicals that
are in the air and in the chemtrails, and then
in the weather modification and in the cleaning stop, those
are all endocrine disruptors. Yes, so they're going to break
that cycle. And we do have methods of doing this
(45:33):
herbally that will balance it out. Michelle, I want to
thank you for coming on tonight. This podcast went so
fast we could probably talk for another two hours, and
I would love to have you back again if you're
if you're willing to do that, good night chat.
Speaker 4 (45:47):
Yelling in the background, pleas faddy, thank you, bye.
Speaker 2 (45:51):
Bye, thank you, and good night. Thank you for watching,
bye bye.
