Dicembre è un mese di bilanci, valutiamo come è andato quest’anno, quali obiettivi abbiamo raggiunto e cosa invece ci ha ostacolato, per poi fare una nuova pianificazione del lavoro da svolgere per il prossimo anno. Tra le cose da valutare ce ne è una fondamentale: la formazione. Questo processo è indispensabile per ogni tipologia di lavoro ed ogni livello. Tuttavia è importante capire di quale formazione abbiamo bisogno oggi per evitare di sprecare energie, tempo e denaro, senza poi essere soddisfatti dei risultati ottenuti. La formazione, è un’investimento che, se pianificato correttamente, ci aiuta a colmare il gap di competenze che abbiamo tra quelle attuali a quelle desiderate, per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi e crescere professionalmente.
