Numa pacata cidade do interior, dois irmãos encontram um corpo mutilado perto de sua propriedade e se reúnem com os moradores locais para investigarem o ocorrido. Eles acabam descobrindo que o homem encontrado está infectado pelo diabo e está prestes a dar a luz a um demônio real. Desesperados, eles tentam escapar do local antes que o ser maligno venha à terra, mas o tempo parece não estar a seu favor e o caos é instaurado por completo.
