(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I helped break up AT and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
Republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting
(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance and hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
know had a slice in diet, bringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating news stories. Larry claiman Special
(01:02):
Prosecutor is making the news. Andnow here's Larry. Welcome to this week's
edition. A Special Prosecutor with LarryClaiman major events this week, of course,
we have the indictment of Hunter Bidenon tax charges in the Central District
of California. But also occurring there, my client Siaka Massaqua. You all
(01:25):
remember who he is, this verytalented black actor from Hollywood who three years
ago had his house raided by theFBI. But the gestapo of the Biden
Justice Department, with twenty fbidists, they wouldn't let him talk to a lawyer.
They seized his property, his computer, everything, in front of children,
(01:46):
young children. His friend was visitinghim. They saw handcuffs. The
kids were terrorized. We brought lawsuitson his behalf, one with regard to
the illegal search and seizure and whathappened. Predictably, that was dismissed by
the judge in the Central District California. We went up to the Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals. I'd actually didn'trepresent him at the Central District level.
(02:08):
I represented him at the Ninth Circuitand that did not prevail. But then
we brought another lawsuit, a verypowerful lawsuit for him and for all similarly
situated. January sixth, peaceful protestersin the U. S. District Court
for the Northern District of Florida andthat's over illegal surveillance. The government was
(02:29):
forced to admit that it was violatingviolating Section seven oh two of the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act, the same provisionthat Edward Snowden revealed was being violated many
years ago, where I got preliminaryinjunctions against the Obama NSSAY, and the
intelligence agencies. This is a verypowerful case because if we prevail, indictments
(02:52):
and convictions can be thrown out,if we can show that the fruit of
the poisonous tree, that is,these illegal surveillance were used in prosecuting and
convicting January sixth defendants. Now Siaka, three years later, is coming back
from Nashville, Tennessee. That occurredthis week. He was there with the
(03:13):
Daily Caller. He was there towatch a documentary that he had participated in,
and he came into the Burbank Airportwith his pregnant wife, Charlotte.
He was surrounded by four FBI agentsand others of airport police in a very
intimidating and hostile way. He wastaken to a jail in Los Angeles,
(03:37):
California. He contacted me. Iflew out to California and also was able
to procure local council on that caseto spring him from that jail. We
did get him out with a signaturebond, and we were scheduled to have
a preliminary hearing last Thursday, butit was canceled and he was sent back
(04:00):
to the District of Columbia. We'regoing to seek potentially to have it sent
back to Los Angeles, California, where he probably would get a more fair
hearing and trial. The DC,as we know, is ultra leftist.
I voted over and over again, well over ninety five percent for Obama and
people like him running for office. It is a hell hole. Now we
(04:26):
may or may not have had adecent judge that was assigned to it,
and we're looking into it right now, but that remains to be seen because
right now I can't think of toomany there that are unbiased, if any,
including Royce Lamberts, who I usedto have a high regard for when
I read Judicial Watch, which Ifounded. In any event, we are
(04:46):
trying to deal with that. Siakais accused of simply being in the capital
for two minutes. In fact,it was only seventy one seconds. He
came out of curiosity just to seewhat was going on in Washington, DC
and support of President Trump. Hewas actually at the JW. Marriott when
things broke for the first time, and he just walked over there. I
(05:09):
just wanted to see what was goingon, put his foot in the Capitol,
and when the Capitol police asked himto leave, he left peacefully.
So you got to ask yourself thisquestion, why after three years is he
criminally charged on four RinkyDink misdemeanors andarrested by four agents at the airport at
(05:30):
Burbank Airport. Could it be?And this is what I believe is the
reason is a Siaka who is vicechairman of the Republican Party in Los Angeles
County, who is extremely personable. He is well connected in the conservative movement
and elsewhere. He's a conservative Black, He's very religious, He's a person
of deep faith Christian faith. Isthat they wanted to silence him because we
(05:56):
know that blacks have been breaking forTrump and for Republicans. More and more
they see the situation in this country. They understand the injustice of what's happening
with Trump, with these phony criminalprosecutions in civil cases. The civil case
occurring in New York as we speakwith regard to allegations of fraud and evaluating
your assets, and blacks can understandthat extremely well. But they also understand
(06:19):
that they can't afford food, theycan't afford gasoline. They're living in areas
in major cities with rampant crime, with no police protection and prosecutors that will
do anything, such as gasconn herein Los Angeles, who lets people go
In California, you can steal upto nine hundred and fifty dollars with no
(06:40):
consequence. You want a color TV, you can go to Best Buy,
just walk out with it. Andyou know what, the guards won't do
anything, because if you're black,in particular, you'll be accused of racism.
They're not going to get involved. They just let it happen. Now,
Siaka is black, He's probably black, He's articulate, and he is
a bad example and a threat tothe gestapo of a Biden administration run by
(07:02):
his gestapo Department of Justice. Andthis is why this case is so important.
And I want you to go tofreedom Watch USA dot org because it's
going to be expensive. They're goingto throw the book at him. They
already have. They transferred it tothe District of Columbia. We have to
try to get it back. Wewant a preliminary hearing in the criminal context.
(07:24):
We've got local council there that we'vegot to pay for this, and
I can be there, you know, watching what's going on right now.
I have issues with the DC bar, so I'm not getting engaged there.
I have people doing it and onbehalf of Freedom Watch. So this is
the DC bar by the way, they just put our opparatus is going after
every conservative Republican lawyer, whether it'sme, whether it's Kellyan Conway, where
(07:47):
Senator Ted Cruz, where Senator JoshHawley, whether it's Professor John Eastman who
represented Trump, whether it's Rudy Giulianithat they're trying to this bar. It's
a vile bunch of disgusting, criminallyminded people that are running their disciplinary apparatus
there, highly partisan, donated heavilyto all the people that I wound up
(08:09):
suing, whether it's Obama down theline, and they are just a bunch
of hacks. But I've been fightingthem for years. It's extremely expensive and
it takes up a lot of mytime. But that being said, Siaka
needs the help, so please goto freedom Watch USA dot org because we
are funding his political defense, anddonate with tax deductible contributions. It's very
(08:33):
important. And go out on theinternet and see Siaka speak, See how
articulate he is, see how convincinghe is. He is a real threat,
and then ask yourself the question againwhy three years later on misdemeanor counts
and in fact, the affidavit ofthe agent who broke into his house three
(08:56):
years ago, a guy named ChadWarren, an FBI agent not one of
the finest over there, admits thathe was only in the capital with his
foot in birth, basically like hewas testing the waters and pulled it out
at the request of the Capitol policewillingly and peacefully for two minutes. In
fact, it was just seventy oneseconds. The video will show. We
(09:18):
have lots of defenses. We're confidentthat we will prevail, but it's going
to be a very expensive enterprise. So please go to freedomwat USA dot org
and contribute to our cause. Andthey're not the only January six protesters that
we're representing. And we also havethis class action in the Northern District of
Florida to invalidate all the prosecutions andalso any convictions on the basis of the
(09:39):
illegal surveillance that was conducted, whichthe government, if you want to call
it that, because we really don'thave a government, was forced to admit
it's not in dispute that they violatedSection seven oh two of the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act, much like occurred whenSnowden revealed it years ago, when they
were doing it during the Biden Obamaadministration. Now we also have this week
(10:03):
the indictment of Hunter Biden on ninetax charges. What's the reason for that?
And one of them, of course, is tax evasion and biling false
statements. He spent a lot ofhis money on prostitutes, on drugs,
you name it, and didn't reportit. This is the result of what
now is a special counsel before thatof US Attorney, this guy Weiss.
(10:26):
He's no Miami vice, I mightsay, reacting to all the criticism.
He wants a career after He maythink that Democrats are going to lose in
twenty twenty four, so he broughtthis case. Now, of course,
much of the tax illegality he allowedthe statute of limitations to lapse. But
the indictment does talk about that andtalk about how money from what he took
(10:52):
from the Ukrainians at Barisma, whichwere bribes to Joe Biden as well into
Biden family, how that was neverreported. This is tactical. Hunter Biden
would have taken the Fifth Amendment anyway, have called before Congress. But now
he's got even the work so calledlegitimate reason to do it because he's under
indictment. So this was carefully calculatedto keep him from testifying behind closed doors.
(11:16):
But frankly, I could care lessanyway because he wasn't going to say
anything, or if he did,he would have lied. And of course
we know lying on Capitol Hill there'sno consequence. Hey, our representatives and
senators lie every single day. Sowhat the heck if if Hunter Biden had
lied as well, it could onlybe enforced for perjury by the gestapo of
a Biden Justice Department. Now I'mgoing to be back with more as special
(11:41):
Prosecutor with Larry Claimant. Stay tuned, and we also have later in the
show Dennis Silvers, who has apodcast called The Nineteenth Hole and Pick Your
Politics. We're going to talk aboutwhat's going on in the fight between Live
and the PGA tour, of whichI've been involved on behalf of freedom Watch
with a class action and trust lawsuitin Florida. There has to be freedom
(12:03):
everywhere, economically as well as inyour political and social lives. So stay
tuned. I'm going to be back. He'll be in the third segment.
But now we're going to continue ourdiscussion with what's been going on in this
country this week. Fearless disclaiming youcrazy racist, give the democratic danger,
(12:45):
and I'm here the Special Prosecutor Larryclaiming. If you'd like to support freedom
Watch and this radio show, goto FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. I have announced
in a press release in other meansof communication, and frankly I remember if
(13:07):
I announced it last week or not, but freedom Watch is always on the
cutting edge of what goes on.It was on the cutting edge when I
found it judicial Watch in nineteen ninetyfour. Judicial Watch today just copies what
I taught and fitting in company overthere don't have a lot of originality,
and they don't do hard hitting cases. You know, they basically just bring
freedom of information at cases and getdocuments. And I've said over and over
(13:30):
again, take the documents and hangthem on the wall and enjoin it,
or put them somewhere else where thesun don't shine. What counts is taking
real action because the country is sinking, it's dying, it's almost dead,
it's gasping for air under the rule, the dictatorial rule of Joe Biden,
and also the hapless Republicans on CapitolHill. But this week I'm announcing the
(13:54):
formation of an Anti Ivy League strikeforceto deal with the corruption, not just
the hypocrisy, but their efforts tofurther anti Semitism and anti Christian ideology and
beliefs to destroy the United States. These schools essentially are run by communists,
communist professors with regard to the antiSemitism. What's extremely ironic is that Prime
(14:20):
Minister nets in Yahoo. By theway, I'm not a big fan of
most basically because he talks big andacts little. He's got a big mouth.
He's allowed what's happened in Gosset tooccur because he never took strong action.
He bowed down, He got downon his knees to Obama on two
occasions when Israel could have finished offa moss he pulled out, so to
(14:41):
speak. But his father was aprofessor at the University of Pennsylvania, one
of the Ivy League schools that hascommitted most of the very offensive anti Semitic
actions and lack of response in termsof disciplining these very leftist students who have
been brainwashed. The president defied thisweek, and we're going to talk about
(15:01):
that nets in Yahoo because his fatherwas a professor there and was teaching courses
on anti Semitism. Grew up inCheltenham, Pennsylvania, not far from where
I grew up in Philadelphia. Mycousins actually came from Cheltenham. That's why
he speaks with a Philadelphia accent. But these Ivy League schools, and God
forbid, never send your kid toone of them. Frankly, they need
(15:24):
to be taken out peacefully and legally. They need to be sent to the
trash heap of history. They needto be shut down. And it's not
just a question of holding off ondonations because they have huge endowments. They
can exist for many, many, many years even if they got no contributions.
But they'll get contributions because some peopledon't care about anti semitism or racism
(15:45):
or ethnicity in terms of discrimination orwhatever the case may be. They need
to be removed, and we needto hit them with big judgments. So
we are available for those Jewish students, for those Christian students and others who
are being persecuted, we're being threatened, who are subjected to harassment on a
daily basis, who don't feel it'seven safe to be in their dorm room
(16:07):
with the door lock, but itcould get busted open and they could get
killed. You've got these radical studentswho know nothing. They're stupid, they're
drugged out for the most part.I remember when I decided whether I wanted
to go to University of Pennsylvania, and I visited some of my friends there
who were ahead of me, youknow, a bunch of filthy hippies sitting
around smoking pot. I said,no, I'm not going here. Well,
(16:30):
apparently penn is even worse today.University of Pennsylvania, and then you're
dealing with Harvard, you're dealing withYale, you're dealing with Princeton, you're
dealing with Cornell. But you're dealingwith Columbia, which is probably in line
to be one of the third worst. And these Ivy League schools don't just
discriminate against Jews and others. Harvardwas hit with a judgment went all the
(16:52):
ways Supreme Court. They were discriminatingagainst Asians because they were keeping Asians out.
You know, Asians are hardworking people. They deserve to be there Harvard
and other places, but they werebeing discriminated against. And that's the irony
because of these schools. If you'reblack. The pen years ago they threw
a Jewish student out because they calledthe black student a water buffalo. They
claimed that was racist. So thisis what we're dealing with. So go
(17:14):
to freedom Watch USA dot org contribute. We're going to take these Ivy League's
schools down. They're going to befinished. We're going to hit them with
huge judgments in court for not protectingJewish students. They have an obligation to
do so. These students, theirparents are paying well in excess of one
hundred thousand dollars a year to sendthem there. And what do they get.
They get it right up that youknow what, and they're being threatened
(17:37):
and they're in many ways subject tobeing killed. So I want you to
go to freedom Watch USA dot organd contribute because this is the root cause
of this country being pushed left withsocialist, communist, atheist and every radical
ideology and the schools need to beheld accountable. And I'll tell you something
(17:59):
black people are assuming against. Theyshould take the same action. But right
now, if you're white, andyou're Jewish and you're Christian, forget it.
If you're not black, if youare in deep trouble, We'll be
right back with more freedom Watch andSpecial Prosecutor with Larry Claiming, with Devias
Silvers, and now for words thatmake corrupt politicians make wee wee in their
(18:37):
little pants. Transparency and the ruleof law will be the touchstones of this
president. But we have to passthe bill so that you kind of find
out what is in it. SpecialProsecutor Larry Claiming be the one who makes
our country great again. Go tofreedom Watch and donate. I'm back with
(19:03):
my good friend Dennis Silvers. He'sthe star and host of the show The
Nineteenth Hole dealing with golf. He'sa golf pundit knows everybody in the golf
industry, including yours truly, andhe also has a show called Pick Your
Politics. I joke with them sometimesgiven the state of the nation, I
said you should change it to pickyour nose basically, yeah, and then
(19:25):
I don't think that would fly.Now the boogers wouldn't fly, yeah,
right, But I called you onbecause I wanted to get your take.
You know, I've been fighting withthe PGA Tour on behalf of Freedom Watch.
I have a class action lawsuit inPalm Beach, Florida, the PGA
Tour and it's lovely Commissioner Jay Monahan, a really insipid individual, I might
(19:48):
add, has lost two motions todismiss the cases going forward. They attempted
the stonewall discovery, and I mightadd I'll make this announcement for the third
time. I had a court orderthat Tiger Woods, Roy McElroy, and
Davis Love the third. You know, anybody that uses the third at the
end of the name has an issue, you know, basically, particularly in
(20:10):
the golf world. Anyway, ShouldI call myself Larry Klaiman the sixteenth like
Louis the sixteenth? I don't know. Yeah, But the reality here is
is that they're going to be deposedshortly, but they're still stonewalling. Roy
McElroy in particular is running for theexits. I wanted to depose him during
the off season I'll get Dennis's takeon this, because I was trying to
(20:33):
be courteous, and you know, the PGA Tour stot starts up again early
next year, and he now claimsthat he's unavailable until February twenty eighth,
going on three months from now.Tiger Woods is not available in December.
He had previously evaded service to processand ran from the process servers. It's
(20:55):
a nice bunch, it really is. But what's happened recently. This is
ana trust case onhald of consumers onthe lead plaintiff, based upon a lack
of competition being caused an anti competitiveconducts conduct by the PGA Tour and those
who collaborate with the PGA Tour asyou know all of the different other tours
(21:15):
and Golf Channel and whatever. ButPGA Tour remains in the case. They're
the defendant going forward and we areholding their feet to the fire. Well
yesterday, Dennison, this is thesegue. Is that the live golf Tour,
which my client Patrick Reid plays on. Patrick's one of the top players
in the world. When the Mastersone nine PGA tournament is two times Olympian,
(21:38):
lots of other accolades, and theyhave some great golfers. Per capita,
they have better golfers than the tourAt this point anyway, Live was
able to obtain as one of itstop golfers, and John ram is arguably
the number one golfer in the worldon the PGA Tour. He moved over
to Live yesterday at a time whenthe PGA Tour was playing games with a
(22:03):
so called framework agreement that had beenproposed. They were bringing in other investors
to pad them around the Saudi PublicInvestment Fund, the Saudis, I believe,
under the impression that they would bethe super investor if anything ever was
approved by the Anti Trust Division, which remains highly in doubt given what they
were proposing at the time. Makethe long story short, this is a
(22:25):
huge coup for the validates that itmeans it will continue in existence and I
believe ultimately it will usurp the importanceof the PGA Tour. I also,
I'm going to predict the money inwon't be commissioner much longer. But I
want to get your take on this, Dennis, Well it is you know,
(22:49):
this is a black eye, Larryfor the PGA Tour, with all
of their rhetoric and all of theirstuff that they're trying to tell players this
is the one and only place thatyou should play. As you know,
they've bolstered the prize money in anumber of tournaments that try to compete,
(23:11):
you know, with Live, Butthat's never going to happen anytime you have
currently the number three ranked player inthe world jumping ships, so to speaks.
It's a black guye for the tourand this is going to wake up
a lot of other tour players thatmight even be thinking about moving over if
(23:34):
they could, you know, evena little bit. And since he's going
to have his own team, youknow, sure as hell, he's going
to try to bring over three othertop top players from the PGA Tour.
And you know, can anybody blamethem when you offer an individual that kind
(23:59):
of money, Larry, can youblame anybody for going? Yeah, this
is just too good to pass up. Still going to play golf for a
living, I'm still going to playdifferent courses around the world. I'm still
going to be with my buddies whoI know who are playing over here.
And it's a great win for Livebecause he's going to be a huge draw
(24:22):
people want to come see him,and as you know, you know,
they're playing an event here in LasVegas super Bowl Week and people here are
going to turn out, not onlyfor the other players, but especially,
you know, for John Rong. And you can't blame the guy. You
(24:45):
can't blame the guy at all.But it's going to give pause to a
lot of the other players that thisis really possible. Maybe if I got
offered something, I'm going and hecan't blame him at all. And there
are other reasons too. You know, I've met John ram on a couple
of occasions and Live because I goto the tournaments and I'm involved, and
(25:10):
I've got a client that plays onLive Right to Succeed, and it's a
great format. But if you're JohnRahm and you've got young children, he's
got i think a couple at thispoint Live the fourteenth event schedule each year,
he was being forced to play inexcess of twenty events more than that
the PG eight right. He wasn'ttreated with respect on the PGA tour,
(25:33):
frankly, as many of the playersaren't treated with respect. And the way
to Live is played, I mean, it's very youth friendly, Okay,
First of all, you have music. Okay, during the round, it's
not gonna start, so it onlytakes you know, four four and a
half hours for the whole tournament. It's easy to televise because you know,
(25:55):
you can watch the whole thing, not fits and pieces as on Golture and
the players have a tremendous camaraderie andLive treats his players extremely well in terms
of lodging and food and all kindsof things. And then you have team
competition because the idea was to createthese teams and then to market them much
(26:17):
like Formula one race teams. Andwith John there, I can tell you
it's going to take off. You'retwo four because of the anti competitive conduct
of the PGUR, which branded theplayers acceptors of blood money, coboarding with
terrorists, whipped up certain nine toeleven families to the point there was a
bomb threat at an extent that Iwas at in Darral last year. Play
(26:41):
had to stop. I was ona sixteenth hole with Patrick and his team.
You know, there's a lot ofpositive aspects of Live that makes your
life a lot easier because the leaderare yeah to be a professional golfer.
Dennis, you know, you knowall of them. It's a very difficult
life. You're separated from lonely. Many of them have emotional issues like you
(27:04):
know and others, and this makesyour life worth living. But you know,
I was watching yesterday Golf Channel, and I'll let you come back on
this and we'll finish in the lastsegment too. Randall Shanley, who is
one of the most vicious, nastypeople that you know, We've sued him,
Patrick sued him for defamation as aseparate matter, and others feel the
(27:26):
same way. Came on. Helooked like he had swallowed a canary.
He looked like his mother had died. And then he says, well,
I think John sold himself short.Ry Mickelroyan Tiger was the worth over a
billion dollars. He could have beenworth over a billion dollars too if he
stayed on the tour. Well, that's so stupid because the sponsors are going
(27:47):
to come like mad to live now, okay, and the endorsements and everything
else. And not only that,he has exemptions in all the major tournaments
until two thousand and twenty nine, and that's the length of his contract.
Apparently I haven't seen it, butyou know who cares about playing in RinkyDink
PGA tournaments. He wants the majortournaments. Basically, he's like and Patrick
(28:12):
and others. So it made totalsense. Quite apart from the money and
his life is his quality of life'sgoing to be a lot better. Comments.
Yeah, I said that from thebeginning, Larry, that when these
players went, they're all married, most of them, they have kids,
they have a family. They wantto spend as much time with their family
as they can, and only playinga certain amount of events per year gives
(28:37):
them that opportunity to be with theirfamily. Like you say, the traveling,
the practice, the appearances, it'stough. You think it's all glamorous,
and to some degree it is,but it's tough being a tour player.
It wears you down after after awhile. And you know, there's
some friction going on with the tourbecause more and more UH tour players that
(29:03):
are on the policy board are startingto give their opinion about things. Yeah,
we don't agree with the PGA tour. We don't agree with the decision
that Monahan made or other things. So there is definitely a degree of dissension
going on with the PGA tour.Yeah, they're imploding from within. I
(29:27):
mean right now exactly that Monahan hasdoled out all this money to the so
called elite players and elevated events whichthe younger players can't get into, and
they're pocket and money for themselves.Letters where a knackl Roy or Tiger was
Roy Michaelroy got fifteen million dollars inwhat's called pit money this year because he's
(29:49):
able to get on TV a lot. Okay, I'll be proposing him shortly.
We'll ask him about that. Tigerhas got ten million dollars. Do
they need fifteen million in ten whenthe other players barely can afford travel expenses
right per year? And not onlythat, the PGA Tour double crossed live
(30:10):
when they came up with this socalled framework agreement where they were trying to
come up with a way that theycould coexist and you know that would actually
comport with the NI Trust laws. What did the PGA Tour do. They
went out and looked for other investorsto cut the Saudis out. So they
poked the bear, and the bearstruck back yesterday with John rom and they
got you asked for it, yougot it. Toyota and you can bet
(30:34):
your you know, and and Iknow for a fact through the Grapefulne not
through Patricks or anybody, but otherwiseI know that he is recruiting more players
from the PGA Tour at a veryhigh level. So there's going to be
more people coming over in the nearfuture for his team. You know that
he's formed. It'll be the thirteenthteam on Lift. But so I was
(30:55):
so happy because you know, Iknow how good this tour is, Dennis,
and you're going to experience in LasVegas. You're located in Las Vegas,
and absolutely I'm going to be there. It's being played at a long
time golf course. I'm very goodfriends with the designer that had had to
redo on the course, Las VegasCountry Club. I think these guys are
going to shoot some great numbers,They're going to get a good turnout,
(31:19):
They're going to be you know, all around town, and people are going
to have a chance to meet theseguys and go out there and see how
much fun people are having and howdifferent it is. It's not the typical
stodgy you got to be quiet, somebody's putting you know, that type of
thing. And the only people thatthat bothers, Larry is, you know,
(31:41):
are the traditionalists that play golf?Oh, what are you talking about?
They wear shorts, there's music that'sthat's crazy. Well, those are
the traditionalists. But the younger folksthey love that. It's just different.
Everybody's having fun, you know. And what's the importance people say, you
know, West freedom Watch involved, you know in golf. Right, Golf
(32:04):
is a huge, huge uniter ofpeople around the world today. It's not
just American and Bridge anymore, allaround the world, Asia, South America.
It's a sports you can play basicallyto the end of your life,
right, And uh, it's theway you make friends. It's it's the
one sport left that has any etiquettewhere people are polite to each other.
(32:27):
Yeah, you know, in manyways it teaches, you know, because
golf is such a difficult game.It teaches you how to handle adversity in
the middle of a round, getdown on yourself if you hit a bad
shot, uh, and that kindof thing. So it is a uniter

(34:00):
People used to ask me, Larie, what caused you to start judicial
watching? How freedom watch given thepowerful forces in this country that puts you
at risk in a meatpacking plan,I'm the son of meat packers in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. Find not a slice anddice a very special prosecutor Larry Claiman.

fathers. Today it's Siaka Masaqua tomorrowto you. Can you imagine being only
in the capitol for seventy one secondsbecause your curious as to what's going on.
(34:42):
By the way, that's our capital. There was no trespass. He
didn't even see signs that said donot enter. Everybody was entering, and
when the police asked him to leave, he politely left and that was it.
But they have to indict him forfour misdemeanors. They harass him initially
work them over three years ago withtwenty FBI jack booted thugs, and then
(35:07):
rather than calling me, they knewI was this lawyer because I'd sued them
on a couple of occasions. Ieven sued the agent who signed the affidavit
with regard to his criminal charges,Chad Warren. Rather than calling me and
saying, with your claimant, pleasehave your client turn himself in, not
that it would have been justified. They have to make a show at Burbank
(35:30):
Airport with his pregnant wife and unbelievablein the United States these days. And
at the same time, you've gotJoe Biden, a brain dead criminal,
someone who obviously participated in what nowis an indictment with regard to tax charges
(35:50):
because the monies that Hunter did notreport, much of it went to Biden
and his family. They had coveredit up. They didn't want and he
wanted to know about the bribery. Those two and two equal four? Do
bears live in the woods? Excusethe French? Do fat dogs fart?
That's a Southern expression? Do?I keep going on and on. I'm
(36:14):
not Senator Kennedy, but I dohave a little Southern side of me.
Going to Duke and Emory. Thisis This tells you something about this country.
And Siaka was a threat. Siakais a threat. He can communicate.
Search him on YouTube, watch himon our show next week, and
(36:35):
we're going to do a podcast withhim. Also, he's a comedian,
he's extremely funny, he's an actor, and he's a person of faith.
He's a good Christian. He wasa threat because the Democrats fear that blacks
are moving over to Donald Trump inparticular, and of course Saka is a
supporter of Donald Trump, so youhad to get him either. It's Trump,
(36:58):
it's lawyers who supported Trump like me. They go after me, they
go after everyone. Kelly and Conway, Senator Ted Cruz, Josh Walley,
John Eastman. I can go onand on and on this country. We
are living in a dictatorship and weneed to rise up now before it's too
late. I want you to goto Freedom Watch USA, dot or Orgie.
(37:21):
We need to get bigger. I'mshort staffed. We're working night and
day. We're bringing these hard hittingcases. We're bringing citizens grand juries,
we're bringing citizens prosecutions. We haveindicted. We've convicted Joe Biden. He's
been sentenced to twenty years along withhis brother and Hunter Falci's been sentenced to
life for what he did with regardto giving the seeds of COVID nineteen and
(37:42):
in line about it with the communistChinese lab with a four million dollar grant
from the Obama Biden administration. Weneed to go back and take care of
Obama again. Obama's behind us.It's all Obama people that are destroying this
country that are in the White House. Anthony Lincoln, you name it Secretary
of State, because Biden is notlose it. They just put something in
front of them and they say sign. When they send him out to talk,
(38:05):
they jack them up with steroids orsomething that pumps a little life into
him for about ten to fifteen minutes, and then he's got to go back
again into his hole like a groundhog. But it's very, very dangerous,
and I don't care who's president.Biden's probably not going to last. They'll
die of his own volition, orthey're going to get him out of there,
the Democrats quickly, particularly after thistax indictment. But he doesn't want
(38:30):
to leave because he controls the JusticeDepartment, and that's the way that he
can assure that neither he nor hisson nor brother face real punishment here.
So I want you to go tofreedom much. We are different than other
public interest groups. We stick ourneck out. We're there on the front
lines. We're not back there readingdocuments and crowing about our major victory ensuing
(38:52):
some company or some government agency toget documents. We are there doing the
heavy hitting. And like I usedto say, people said, Larry,
why do you bring so many cases. It's like a merv missile if just
one of them gets through like theyhave many times, as you can read
about it in my book, ittakes a kind of revolution Wake Up America
