(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Clayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime for truth for
competition. As a young lawyer,I helped break up AT and T.
That's why you have all your cellphones today. For sovereignty, for the
Republic. I'm the guy who,at Judicial Watch, which I founded,
uncovered the China Gate scandal. Millionsof dollars going to the Clinton campaign corrupting

(00:36):
our political system were the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who
have enjoyed the National Security Agency frommass surveillance on hundreds of millions of Americans
hearing it. I'm the son ofmeat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I
had a slice and dice. You'rebringing it that we're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating stories. Larry Claiman Special Prosecutor

(01:02):
is making the news, and nowhere's Larry. Welcome to this week's edition
of Special Prosecutor with Larry Claiman. Many things happening, many things happening that
aren't good. But we're going tomake it right at freedom Watch. This
is what we do. We areyour justice department. You have no other
justice department that is honest. Youhave a gestapo of the Biden Justice Department.

(01:26):
But let's talk about what's been goingon in the legal profession, because
the legal profession has hit rock bottom. As I've said before, it's the
most corrupt profession in this country andfor that matter, worldwide. It's no
accident that most of the politicians onboth sides of the aisle are lawyers.
I have with us today Judah Friedman, my colleague and friend, and he's

(01:48):
going to be a co host withme. We'll talk about this. But
right off the bat, we havethree legal matters that we're going to discuss.
Number one is the decision by theSupreme Court to order Texas to take
down the wire at Eagle Pass, which is keeping a flood of immigrants,
the illegal immigrants, drug traffickers, human traffickers, sex traffickers, fetanol traffickers,

(02:12):
and terrorists out of the state ofTexas. And here the Supreme Court
orders that have be taken down, and this is really remarkable, and I
my hat's off to the governor ofTexas. He says, I'm not going
to obey that order. It's abouttime that the States exercised their rightful jurisdiction
and authority. They are not responsibleto have to follow a Supreme Court order

(02:34):
which is clearly unconstitutional and which endangersthe people of Texas. We're going to
be talking about that. This isthe beginning of a potential civil war,
because you've got Texas National Guard downthere, you got Texas Rangers. In
fact, I represent a Texas rangerwho was shot by a Mexican policeman across
the border, believe it or not, in the private parts. That case
is ongoing in Texas, I mightadd. And then of course we have

(02:59):
the preliminary decision by the International Courtof Justice. I actually studied there as
a young lawyer. It has becomea complete abortion. They are putting Israel
unnoticed through preliminary finding that they maybe found Israel to have committed genocide.
This is obviously something which was orchestratedby the government of South Africa. And

(03:22):
there's an irony here because we mightremember that nobody condones apartheid or what was
going on at that time. Infact, as a young lawyer, I
went to South Africa twice and Iwas disgusted by apartheid in what was going
on. I was an international tradelawyer. I worked from another law firm
at the time before I started mine. But the reality is the government of
South Africa, comprised mostly of communists, has destroyed that country and now they

(03:46):
want to destroy Israel as well, vehemently anti Semitic, I might add,
and that is an absolute outrage. And then let's talk about another matter,
and we'll get to the big one, the big Kahuna here Proud Boys,
a Proud Boys member was sentenced tosix years in prison. He appeared in
front of Judge James Boseburg of theUsester Court for the District of Columbia.

(04:10):
Bosburg I had been in front ofhim before, a complete hack. He's
just one of many on that court. In fact, they're all hacks,
frankly, and he wanted this defendantto basically get down on his knees and
repent. We're going into the capitol. Apparently all he did was to push
down a barricade, and the defendantcame back and said, your honor,

(04:30):
I will not make a confession,I will not repent. I don't care
if you give me one hundred years, and he added, you're nothing but
a clown, which is exactly whatBoseburg is. This is a judge who
wouldn't even release the photograph of Osamabin Laden when we sought it at Freedom
Watch. My former group sought itas well. There was no privacy concern
here. And to this day wedon't know whether we actually killed bin Laden

(04:55):
in that raid, or whether hedied of natural causes, or God knows
where he is at this point intime. Maybe we'll run for presidents in
the United States. He certainly wasmore competent than the one we've got right
now, little facetiousness. And then, of course there's Judge Lambert, who
I used to have a high regardfor no longer, and he basically went

(05:15):
off on a tie raid just yesterdaywith regard to January sixth defendants and upped
a sentence of one of the defendantsby sixty days simply because that individual was
challenging his authority. He of coursehas been stung by having given the QAnon
shaman so much time when it waslater revealed that the qu'non Shaman was actually

(05:36):
escorted into the capital by Capitol police. But I know Lambert quite well.
I used to consider him a friend. It's shame has happened to him.
He's going south. And this isa guy who told another January sixth defendant,
you had no right to be inthe Capitol because George Washington said you
must obey the established government. Ofcourse, George Washington did not obey the

(05:58):
established government, or we would havea country today. And here's the big
one that we're going to talk aboutwith Judah, and that is a verdict
came down today against President Trump foreighty three million dollars in the case involving
the woman who claimed remembered forty yearsafter it happened that she was raped by

(06:19):
Donald Trump. It was a defamationcase. Trump denied it. He said
some states statements, you know, about her credibility. And he got nailed
for eighty three million dollars. Thejudge Lewis Kaplan, a member of the
Marxian Jewish Left, along with theother judge that that Trump is confronting Judge

(06:39):
Arthur angeron another card carry member ofthe Jewish left. Marxist in their own
right have been terrorizing Trump. Andif there's any good lesson to be learned
from this, by the way,Lewis Caplin threatenes for Trump's lawyer Lena Abbitt
in jail today before the verdict camedown. If there's any lesson is that
the American people are now beginning tosee what I've been saying for decades,

(07:02):
since I started Judicial Watch on Julytwenty ninth, nineteen ninety four, is
that our legal system does not representthe American people. It represents itself,
particularly at the federal level, isof course to state judges, very corrupted.
But without judges and without a systemthat will protect the American people,

(07:24):
we are left defenseless. And that'sthe reason for being for freedom Watch,
because we are your protector. SoI want you to go to freedom Watch
USA Dorg contribute to our cause withtax deductial contributions. You have no protection
in the legal system. Today.People see through it, they see just
how corrupt it is. And ifthe tragedies that are happening to President Trump

(07:46):
have any silver lining, it's becauseit's it is exposing what I've been saying
now for decades, that our legalsystem is corrupt to the core. Juda
comment on some of the things thatI just mentioned, and then we'll get
into the next segment after the break. Well, I mean, obviously this
is a joke. This e JohnCarroll woman is a joke. Remember,

(08:11):
this was a This was a casethat New York, New York allowed a
law and to effect, call itthe Trump law, that everybody had one
year for past things. This isfor past sexual abuse cases. This is
a woman that said to Anderson Cooperraped the sexy. This is a woman

(08:33):
who tweeted that her favorite show wasThe Apprentice. This is a woman who
tried to sell books, who can'tremember the date that this happened on,
who wore a dress that she sworethat she said this was the dress that
was in when the designer said thatthat that dress did not exist in the
year that this alleged incident happened. And he's accused, he defends himself,

(09:00):
and somehow that ruins her reputation. And today he's paying eighty three million dollars
for it when they were only asking, I believe, for twelve. So
the jury took upon him, tookit upon themselves to award him, award
her for him sixty million sixty millionmore dollars, and this is a joke,
and people wonder why, people wonderwhy he's so up far ahead in

(09:24):
the polls, and I pray that. I'll be honest, Larry, I
got to say this. For anywomen that are happy about this, I
pray you have sons, because yoursons are in jeopardy of false accusations and
there is no line of defense againstyour children. So for all the women

(09:46):
that are happy about this, becareful. Watch with every Trump case,
it comes back at you. Andthis will come back at you women with
sons. So there you are.Well. This has been true. It's
been truth for a very long timethat when there's a case with a man
and a woman, if there's someallegation of sexual misconduct whatever, the man
is guilty until proven edison. Andit's even worse than that, because the

(10:11):
woman can simply lie on her oaththe authorities do nothing about it. She
walks off scott free happy. Inthis case, eighty three million dollars richer
plus the prior judgment of five millions, So now it's eighty eight million assessed
against Trump. And it's basically akangaroo court. That's what it is.
And you know, my heart goesout to Elena Haba, who did her

(10:33):
best. She is very smart.I saw her, you know, make
a speech in front of the courtwith regard to Judge anger On and the
other case, the other phony casedealing with Trump's making fraudulent statements with regard
to valuing his property. She's nota dummy, believe me. But this
judge rode her, threatened her, terrorized her, and sell his anger on.

(10:54):
And then of course the leftist media, you know, people like Seth
Myers excuse the French, the scumthat he is, you know, rips
into Lena Haven. So does therest of the left. So we are
in a war with the left, make no mistake about it. It's us
or them. I say, peacefuland legal. Keep it peaceful and legal.
But they must be destroyed, theymust be eradicated, they must be

(11:16):
removed from our balley politic because theyare destroying this country. They've destroyed the
legal system, and for that matter, the establishment judges and the federal bench
in particular, like Lambert were others, they're a little better, okay,
because they just go with the flow. They don't want to stick their neck
out and they don't understand truly what'sgoing on today because they think the way
it was, you know, likethe movie the way we were with the

(11:39):
Barbara streisand of Robert Redford, it'snot that anymore. Right now. It
says the country is living under extremetyranny, which if it had been seventeen
seventy six, we'd already been anotherrevolution. But the American people are frankly
so much asleep at the switch, not our supporters, but most of them
that they don't even know what's happenhappening, but at least what's happening to

(12:01):
Trump is a example, just oneexample of what I've lived is forty six
years as a lawyer of the injustice, the corruption, the political indoctrination,
bias of judges, particularly on thefederal bench. But here now you see
at the stake court, and it'ssomething that needs to be remedied. If

(12:22):
we're going to hold off and nothave a violent revolution. We'll be right
back. Stay tuned. I'm moreof this with Judah Friedman co host today.
Thank you Fearless Democratic Dangerous Special ProsecutorLarry Claiming. If you'd like to

(13:00):
support freedom Watch and this radio show. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot org. I'm
back with Judah Friedman. The ironyhere, actually a strange twist of fate,
is that on Tuesday, I'll betaking the deposition of Tiger Woods in
a lawsuit that I brought in PalmBeach, Florida in my own capacity as
a golf fan and consumer about thefight between the PGA Tour and the New

(13:26):
Tour Live Golf. It's an antitrust case, it's an unfair competition case.
And who are the lawyers that I'mup against that represent Tiger Woods.
The same lawyers that represented Jeene Carrollin the case that just gave rise to
a verdict against Trump for eighty threemillion dollars. And I can tell you
something, they're no more virtuous inmy case than they are with regard to

(13:48):
this woman who remembered miraculously that shewas raped forty years later, and then
of course it came into defamation. So that's an interesting twist of fate,
truly is. And you can golook at the court record and see how
I have had issues with these lawyersas well. Fortunately I prevailed. Took
a year to get the courts tosustain this deposition. Of Tiger Woods.

(14:11):
He is believed to be at theepicenter of the anti competitive conduct against live
golf. And you know, freedomWatch is not just interested in politics.
We're interested in economic freedom. We'reinterested in competition. An ex and I
trust lawyer that helped break up ATand T when I was with the Justice
Department, So that's what interested meabout this, notwithstanding the fact that I

(14:31):
am a golf fan and consumer, and also you know, my private practice
engage in the golf industry and thatkind of thing. So watch what happens
with the deposition of Tiger Woods. It's not going to be public initially,
but it eventually will be. It'sbeing videot that's an interesting twist of fate.
I want you to go to FREEDOMWATCHUSAdot org. We don't have much

(14:52):
time left in this segment, butwe truly do need your help. You
know, I always have a hardtime asking for money, even when I
ran for the US Senate in Florida. That was not my strong suit because
frankly, I'm very individualistic. Ilike to do my own thing. But
we really need it at freedom Watch. The Republicans have siphoned a way a

(15:13):
lot of money with their fraudulent advertisingpromising to do things, and of course
the latest promise which they broke wasthat they were going to try to balance
the budget. Our new speaker, our I don't consider myself a Republican anymore,
frankly, only a name only andmy registers, so I can criticize
them. But Mike Johnson said hewas going to hold the line. He

(15:35):
wasn't going to be a Kevin McCarthy. But he caved in. He's about
ready to be thrown out, excusethe French on his ass. And this
is what the Republicans do. Theylied to the American people and they pretend
that they're representing us, and themeanwhile, the Democrats are pure evil.
They're just a criminal, racketeering enterprise. And that's what we've got. So
you really need a freedom watch thatstands in the stead for you. We

(15:58):
have created our own people's justice system, and that system it can indicts,
it tries, it convicts. JoeBiden is a good example, convicted not
just for negligent homicide in Afghanistan, but also for a bribery from communists China,
Ukraine, in Russia. And here'san interesting twist you. I'm going
to let you take the stage inthe next fourteen minute segment, but I

(16:22):
actually myself. He just goes backto what's happening with Israel and South Africa
and the International Court of Justice.I filed a complaint against Joe Biden at
the International Criminal Court, which ispart of the International Court of Justice the
United Nations for negligent homicide in Afghanistanbecause he ordered a drone strike after thirteen

(16:44):
Gis were killed at kabul Or Airportwhen we pulled out of Afghanistan, and
he killed seven children three years old. And the International Criminal Court said they
were actually going to investigate that.I actually have the letter and I'll try
to put it up on the websiteagain so you can find it. But
they've done nothing about that. Instead, they wanted decapitate Israel and its leaders.

(17:07):
This is what you deal with withthe UN. The UN as well,
is corrupt to the course, runby a bunch of rabid leftists,
and it has no credibility, slightlyless credibility than our frankly corrupted US Supreme
Court. And we can see whathappened with Texas. By the way,
the conservative judges that voted against Texashas said take down the barbed wire at

(17:30):
the border. That was John Roberts, a man who lives in the closet
in many ways. And also ConeyBarrett, who is a Trump judge who
tells you a lot about our legalsystem. So we'll be right back.
Stay tuned, Judah, you're goingto be able to give your piece and
a lot of different things here. And as our legal system is taking a

(17:51):
piece out of us, we'll giveour piece on this radio show. Be
right back. Until then, goto freedom Watch USA dot org. You
contribute to our cause with tax deductiblecontributions. Get my book It takes a
count of revolution. Wake up America, and if you have any suggestions on
how we can save this country, you can email me at l E.
He is an Elliott Claiman at gmaildot com. We'll be right back.

(18:37):
And now for words that make corruptpoliticians make wee weie in their little pants,
Transparency and the rule of law willbe the touchstones of this president.
We have to pass the bill sothat you kind of find out what is
in it. Special Prosecutor Larry Claimanbe the one who makes our country great

(19:04):
again. Go to FREEDOMWATCHUSA dot organd donate. We're back. Judah Friedman,
my colleague and friend co host, tell us what you think, uh
Judah, about the current state ofaffairs in Israel. Israel itself now is,
in my view you may disagree about, ready to shoot itself in the

(19:26):
foot, is proposed a two monthcease fire. Now they took, they
took, they took that off thetable. None of it's on the table.
Uh, it's all posturing their way. They're trying to pray that they
could survive another nine months until Trumpcomes in. Is sort of what they're
trying to do. But you alsosorry you didn't bring up because it just

(19:47):
came out this morning. And Iknow you've been busy, you're super busy.
But uh, the uh talking aboutthe UN, which is part of
the Hague, which is part ofthe World Court, which a lot of
people don't realize is the International Quarteris just about an arm of the UN
that Israel found and that the UnitedNations that at least twelve of the UN

(20:11):
teachers. I think it's pronounced unbar. I can't pronounce it one hundred percent
correctly. We're comas, we're partof FAMAS, and we're part of harboring
hostages that day and part of themassacre. And yesterday Blincoln came out commending
the great job that they do thatthe United Nations does in these different places

(20:33):
twenty with less than twenty four hours, Like Larry, we find out that
at least twelve of them are comas. What do you mean by what do
you mean by teachers? You know, inside of Gaza, inside of many
places Syria there are the UN hashas schools and that are supported by the
United Nations, and many of theseteachers, especially in Gaza and other associated

(21:00):
areas, were part of the massacrethat occurred that day and harboring some of
the hostages were at their homes. And so the United States immediately cut funding
this morning that was announced by Kirby. But this comes up, I want
to say, sixteen hours at theirBlincoln said they were doing a bang up

(21:22):
job. That's what we're doing,you know. And again I don't want
people to think that somehow I'm antiSemitic because I criticize the Marxian Jewish left,
because I'm not. It's actually reversebecause Frankly, as a Jewish Christian,
as a Messianic Jew, in effect, I am disgusted by these people.
I don't want the American people oranybody around the world to believe that

(21:44):
these people are really Jews. Theythemselves have fomented anti Semitism against Jews because
people see that these people are outthere taking these positions, whether it's Blincoln,
or whether it's Adam Schiff or GeraldNadler or Jamie Raskin up there in
Capitol Hill, or you know otherindividuals, these two judges that I mentioned.
Frankly, it's disgusting and I amvery concerned that the Jewish left,

(22:08):
which really aren't Jews at all, most of them, you know, are
agnostics or they're atheists because that doesn'tfit in with communism or socialism, that
they themselves are creating a backlash againstthe Jewish people. That and that's one
of the reasons for the anti Semitismthat we see growing in this country.
Your comments, jud I don't disagreewith you. I don't listen. This

(22:30):
has been going on for so manyyears. As you brought up with the
Trump thing, this is just theculmination of years, years of judicial malpractice,
the breakdown of the constitution, andwhen it comes to the other stuff,

(22:52):
this is years anti Semitism, Larry, is a disease, and it's
a disease that often lays dormant, and every decades or so it pops up.
It pops its ugly head up reallybad, really badly. And that's
what we're watching right now. Thereisn't a rise in anti semitimy to anti

(23:17):
Semitism. It was just laying dormantand this idea. And you're right,
you're completely right. It does nothelp that you have people like blink in.
But this isn't just a blinking thing. This is an EU thing too.
This is the European Union, whichis so corrupt, which is so

(23:37):
anti Israel, anti jew, antiAmerica, anti capitalism. No, no,
I'm talking about the European Union, not the the European Union. I'm
talking about Europe. There is nomore such thing as Europe anymore, Larry.
They have been hijacked by globalists andIslam. Okay, there's no other

(24:00):
way of there's no two ways aroundit. There's the European Union's condemnation,
constant condemnation of israel Is in Britainand all these different places. It has
been going on for so long. When you look at the Labor Party,
Larry, when you look at allthese things, it's it's it's it's just
a dormant disease that right now theyfound their way out of it with Zionism.

(24:25):
And that's just the word of themoment, that you could be anti
Zionist but not anti Semitic, whichis another croc. So yeah, that's
my people want to agree with me, they want to disagree with me.
I could care less. I'm sickand tired of watching. I'm sick are
tired when people say, Larry, the world is laughing at us, remember
that trope on their Trump? Whocould care less if the world was laughing

(24:48):
at us? We don't need themas allies. They're not our allies.
Europe is not our ally. I'lltrust Sordi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
before I do Britain and Italy.Right now, I'll get your free tickets
to the next live golf event. How's that? That's great? You could
you could plug that too and saytrue to things, you're a better alls
and I do that. You're You'reactually right, I mean you know,

(25:11):
actually I like the Prince of SaudiRabe. Yeah, so do I he
did an interview. You know, they've been trashing the Live Golf League,
saying, well, the players aretaking blood money, they could work with
terrorists murderers at Tetris. So BrettBehar, who was not exactly friendly towards
the saudiiser for that better you know, conservatives asked the Prince in an interview.

(25:33):
He says, are you concerned thatpeople are saying that your h sports
watching would live? And the Princesays, hey, if it makes me
a few extra bucks, I couldcare less. You know, that's exactly
right, and I want to andyou're bringing up such a good point though,
because all this started, so muchof this started was with Koshogi,

(25:55):
right, I mean, of thepresent day, I want to say,
hey, okay, remember Trump's thevisionary that saw that Europe is dead and
the and the Middle East would bethe new Europe. That was his vision
with the Abraham of course Kashogi, who was part of the Muslim brotherhood,
and so so right there, I'llgive you a good example, Larry.

(26:18):
So yesterday America was reported we warnedIran that there was going to be a
terrorist attack at Sulamani's eulogy, right, so they love using this word proxy
right with Iran isn't at war,it's their proxies. Right. So if
you went so we warned Iran, our enemy that they were going to do

(26:41):
a blast at our other enemy's funeral. So by proxy, if you went
to a terrorist funeral, you area terrorist too. Okay, there's no
other way. So this is ourgovernment right now, This is the United
States government. Let me tell you. You know, many years ago,

(27:03):
at the beginning of the student movement, I represented Akbar Mohammadi, who was
the first dude leader to call forregime change. For that, he was
imprisoned, sent to Avan Prison, which is one of the worst prisons in
the world. Tortured, killed, body mutilated. I represented the family,
and at that time a Voice ofAmerica. Our Voice of America was broadcasting

(27:26):
garbage during the Obama years that supportedthe regime. As a matter of fact,
the chief of the Persian news networkat Voice of America in Washington,
his father was an advisor to theSupreme Leader in Iran. So you see
similar things. You know, theseare Obama people. They sympathized with Iran

(27:47):
more than Nyil sympathize with Saudi Arabia. Israel or any Arab country that you
know, frankly wants to eliminate Iran. And because Iran is a threat,
particularly to Sunni Muslims, they wouldlove to have control of Mecca, they
would love to have control of Saudioil. And yet and here's the other
thing. I mean, the UnitedStates under Blincoln, Secretary, Saint Lincoln

(28:08):
and Biden, you know, getsSaudi Arabi to back off to eliminate the
Hooties. So what do we have. We now have a cancer of situation
with the hoodies because the Hoodies arein Yemen, at the base of Saudi
Arabia, and they were threatening theroyal family. I don't believe that the
Prince ever ordered the death of Kossoji. Maybe there was somebody, you know,
it's occurred with nine to eleven. But can I ask you a question,

(28:30):
who cares if he did this print? But this prince is a smart
guy, okay, and he's tryingto reform the country, he's trying to
bring it into the twenty first century. But this is what's being used not
just by the PGA tour to discreditlive but it's used just generally. And
you know that's part and parcel towhat goes on today. People don't understand

(28:52):
who our friends are and who ourenemies are. We have very few friends
in the Middle East. We haveIsrael and Saudi Arabia and to a lesser
in Egypt, and that's it.So you know, that needs to be
kept in mind. And the UA. Let's not forget the United As far
as Qatar is concerned, business wantto send them a sade in there and

(29:12):
take care of the Hamas leaders thatare living there, and they kill the
leaders of Katar to get rid ofthem. Done. By the way,
I just say, you know,I speak for myself, so my thing
on Koshogi has nothing to do withLarry I have. But I have no
problem saying Kashogi was a member ofthe Muzzlim Brotherhood. And I just want
to remind people that you don't advocate, you don't advocate the elimination of the

(29:34):
Saudi royal family and just walk offsinging a tune. You know, it's
not it's not exactly a smart thingto do. So yeah, right,
but I don't think the Prince wasinvolved at all. But in any event,
let's move on to another subject, and that is where we're going.
With January sixth, right now, because they're fanning out the FBI or you

(29:56):
stopover an FD behind a Justice department. And just yesterday there was a ruling
that came down by the Ninth Circuitwith regard to the FBI without proper warrants.
They were breaking into the safety depositboxes of individuals in Beverly Hills,
and the Ninth Circuit give it credit. The Ninth Circuit does believe in individual

(30:17):
rights. People have trashed it forbeing too liberal and you know, leftists,
etc. But frankly, it's ahell of a lot better than the
Federal Pellic Court in the Washington dC. And they said, this was
exactly why we have the Fourth Amendment. This is what King George the third
was doing. This is tyrannical, and they slapped down the FBI. Just
another example of how our own lawenforcement agencies are being used against the American

(30:41):
people. The FBI agents were breakinginto these boxes, they were doing drug
testing, they were going through everythingpeople owned in Beverly Hills. And you
know why, they were concerned withpeople in Beverly Hills who were buying far
fairly far left and probably agree withBiden and the rest of those clowns.
It remains to be seen. Butthey think they can do whatever they want.
They can trample on the rights ofthe American people and bust into their

(31:03):
safety deposit boxes their homes. Happento my client Siaka Masaqua by the January
sixth defendants, we live in atyrannical state. And as Jefferson said,
I've said this many times. Whenthe people fear the government, this tyranny.
But when the government fears the people, here's liberty comment. I listen,

(31:25):
I agree with you. Listen,I agree with you one hundred percent.
And I wanted to say something toyour fans because black I sometimes I
save this for the end, butI'll save this for right now. Larry
Claiman truly is who he says heis. It's a close friend, and
he's an amazing lawyer. And freedomWATCHUSA dot org does absolutely tremendous, tremendous,

(31:52):
tremendous work. And I understand timescould be hard for people. I
understand all that stuff, But thereis nobody that is fighting for your rights,
ben Larry Claimant. And there's nobodythat believes in the judicial system like
Larry Claimant. It's always an honorto be on with you, Larry,

(32:13):
because I have learned so much fromyou. Listen, I've had two great
teachers, many great teachers, butobviously ben Stein being one and Larry Claimant
being the other, especially when itcomes to stuff like this. And I
wish he was wrong, ladies andgentlemen. I wish Larry Claiman I could
have said to him many times over, Haha, I got you, you

(32:35):
were wrong. I was right.I haven't had that opportunity once in the
last god knows how many years witha single law case. So please freedom
Watch USA dot org. And wecould fight back against these people. The
only way to fight back is throughthe law. And I know that that's
hard to hear and it's hard tostomach. Sometimes as much as we hate

(32:59):
the law and what has become,we need the law to fight what it
has become. So there you arevery well. Send you to thank you
for those very coming words. It'smutual. We'll be right back with the
verdict section of Special Prosecutor with LarryClem and stay tuned. Before he was

(33:36):
a trial lawyer, he sliced himand diced him. People used to ask
me, Larry, what caused youto start Judicial Watch and how freedom Watch
given the powerful forces in this countrythat puts you at risk in a meatpacking
plan. I'm the son of meatpackers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and not
a slice and dice a very specialprosecutor Larry Kleiman. If you'd like to

(33:57):
support freedom Watch and this radio show, to watch USA dot org. We're
backfellow patriots, those who believe inthe vision and creation of our founding fathers,
people of faith, libertarians, anyonewho wants to turn this country into
a better place. Earlier in thisweek, I did a podcast and I

(34:19):
did not mean to in any wayput down or disparage President Trump, because
although I can't tell you I votefor and I don't endorse anyone as the
head of freedom Watch, you canprobably guess who I vote for. But
the reality is I don't want peopleto think that because he's now the presumptive
Republican nominee and that he may wina general election, that the American people

(34:42):
should be complacent, that we shouldput our feet up on the coffee table,
drink Martini's beer, wine, smokestuff. Although I hope you're not
smoking marijuana. That's proving to bemore and more dangerous retrospect and doesn't help
the body Poul much less your ownbody. But this is the danger here,

(35:04):
is that the American people think thatperhaps this political messiah is on the
way and there's no human being whenthere's Donald Trump or anyone else who is
the equivalent of Jesus Christ, wereMoses who will lead us to the Promised
Land, or King David or whoever. And that's why it's important to join
groups like freedom Watch, and Ihope that you'll join ours, because we're

(35:28):
more than a document collection service myformer firm that I found in Judicial Watch.
You know, crows about documents thatthey get. Well, that's fine,
get documents, okay, hang themon the wall, put them where
the sun don't shine. But it'swhat you do with those documents. It's
trying to use the legal system,as was just stated by Judah. And

(35:51):
occasionally you do break through, andyou can break through in a major way.
I have many times in my career. But you can't quit, we
can't stop. And then of coursethere's US citizens grand juries and citizens trials
where we have a right to meetout justice ourselves peacefully, illegally. So
what Budda said, is very important, because I wouldn't do what I do
if I didn't believe in the legalsystem. The problem is is that our

(36:15):
legal system right now doesn't exist, and we have to reconstitute it, and
we have to keep punching. Andthen, of course we have our Third
Continental Congress. We need a newgovernment, not a new nation. We
need to fine tune our constitution. We need to take community away from federal
judges they gave to themselves and governmentofficials. We need to hold these people
accountable. And although Trumpet's now downplaying, you know, so called retribution,

(36:37):
I pray there will be retribution ifhe wins, because and I'll be
there with him legally and peacefully meetingout that retribution for what has been done
not just the legal system, butthe American people in general. Judah,
listen, I pray you're right.I have no problem with retribution. I

(36:58):
have no problem with vengeance done peacefully. Of course, I love how we
always have to say that, butI have zero issues with that. And
like I said before, anybody that'shappy in life with miscarriage of justice,
be careful, it will happen toyou. This isn't just about president.

(37:20):
You can't. You don't break theconstitution because you don't like somebody or you
don't like something. You never breakthe constitution. And that's what we've witnessed,
Larry. We just the absolute destructionof the constitution because their people are
triggered by a tweet. And becareful what you hope for, and be

(37:42):
careful what you wish for. Justwant to say one last thing, NBC
Loarry lost two point seven billion dollarslast year, two point seven billion dollars
because of the diversity, equity andinclusion. So you guys keep on wanting
to run this walk, go broketrain, enjoy your bad selves. Hopefully
January twenty one, next year,Trump will be in power our time.

(38:07):
Yeah, but don't count on himleading us to the Promised Land. We
have to do it for our citizensoldiers, that's right, and it won't
happen. Moses couldn't do what hedid without those followers. Neither could Jesus
Christ who became Christians, etc.And we have to play a role.
We cannot look for a messiah. And look what happened, you know in
France after the Revolution when Napoleon wasthe dictator and tried to restore order when

(38:32):
the left went crazy. The Frenchpeople had to restore it themselves in the
end. So God bless you Judah, God bless America, God bless all
of our followers. Stay safe,be vigilant, and be unafraid. We'll
be back next week with another edition, a Special Prosecutor with Larry Claiman.
Until then, remember God will onlyhelp us if we help ourselves. Thank

(38:55):
you for listening to us. Name
