(00:02):
Hey guys, welcome in on avery well a happy Tuesday now here,
April the fourth, it is sportsMemo today. I'm Joanary filling in for
mister Dan Alexander, and in usualfashion, we've got two of the very
best over at sportsmemo dot com heretoday. Give you an opportunity to get
(00:25):
to know them if you don't already, and lay out a couple of their
best bets. Coming up this week, We're gonna talk a little soccer here
with Pablos Lagartos coming up, andright after that we'll get Jesse Schull in
here, and nobody has been betterwhen it comes to the NBA Finals than
(00:45):
Jesse, and he has a coupleof plays here that you should absolutely be
looking at. You can catch bothof these guys over at sports memo dot
com. So let us bring inour good friend Popose here today, who
has been absolutely crushing it on thepitch. Is always Pablos. I would
(01:07):
expect nothing last number one over atsports Memo dot com. In your five
percent releases here over last year, you've been crushing it thirty five and seventeen.
My man, congrats for another profitablesoccer season. Man, what else
is going on over at sports memodot com for you. Um there's all
(01:27):
kinds of soccer this now, wegot midweek matches, there's cup mutches across
all Europe. We got CONKA CUFChaminions League as well. I got a
five percent best bedloaded for tonight eightpm Eastern. There's all kinds of soccer
action going on on both My fivepercent over the weekend profitable weekend overall seven
and two. So super excited.I'm gonna keep it going. And there's
(01:49):
a lot of soccer going on.And I've got a couple of free plays
for you guys in different leagues,so everybody gets paid. Love it man,
Listen, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, Pablos, That's
what I'm talking about. So let'sstart it off with the German Cup that
we've got coming up. This isgoing to be tomorrow Nuremberg versus Stuttgart,
and you have an interesting play inthis one. Tell us what you're looking
(02:14):
at. Okay, this is thequarterfinal of the German Cup, so it's
a single match. Whoever wins. They moved to the to the semifinals,
to the first of two semifinals. Now the two teams that they're playing in
different leagues. Stuttgart they're playing inthe Bundesliga and they're doing a really bad
job. They're sitting at the bottomof the league, dead last third and
(02:34):
by relegation, and Nurremberg they're playingin the second tier division or the Bundesliga
two. There are three points abovethe relegation zone. So you got two
teams who in their domestic leagues they'rekind of fighting to avoid their relegation,
but now they're called to fight againsteach other in the quarterfinals of the German
Cup. Now Nuremberg they've been quitesolid at home so far, even though
(02:55):
they have six wins, six lossesin one draw. Those six losses,
four of them they came against thetop four teams in that league, so
um, whichever team that's mediocre orbad, they beat them or at least
it's a draw. And Stuttgart onthe road, they've been really bad over
the last couple of seasons. Theyhave just one win, sixteen losses and
sixteen draws, so they're really horribleon the road. They're winless on the
(03:21):
road so far in the season, and they're traditionally just really bad. They
can't play anywhere else done in frontof their own home crowd. Now,
the line here is at zero pointseven five or three quarters of a goal.
I'm gonna go with Nurmberg plus thatthree quarters of a goal, which
is a split line between Nurberg plusone goal and Nurberg plus half a goal.
(03:44):
So if they even if they loseby one goal, this bet is
a safety and it gives us ahalf loss. So I'm fading Stuttcart here.
I think the home side is theway to go, So I'm taking
Nurberg a plus zero point seven fiveat minus one pointy five here. Great
stop there, guys, hop onboard with that one. And again the
semifinals Germany Cup tomorrow Wednesday. Thisweek we also have and you know,
(04:09):
I think some folks might have forgottenhere Pablos. The MLS alive and well
in an intriguing season thus far.Cincinnati taken on Philadelphia this weekend Saturday,
and this one. Tell me whatyou think in this match? Yeah,
this is also a very interesting maths. And I'm five or one by the
(04:30):
way, and the one my fivepercent in the MLS over the weekend.
So it's been going really well.I've faded Philadelphia a couple of weeks ago,
and I'm going to fade them againin this spot. Cincinnati, They've
been really good so far in theseason, still unbeaten, the actually the
only unbeaten team in the Eastern Conference. Four wins and two draw so far.
How they're playing really good difference asopposed to last season where their difference
(04:50):
was just terrible. Their offerense islooking good. Their difference is looking good.
And now the most important factor isthat Philadelphia Union. They're engaged in
the Champions lea this midweek, sothere is a very um. These are
very distracting matches because they have thefirst leg tonight and then they have to
play in the MLS against Cincinnati, and then a few days later they're gonna
(05:12):
have to play the second leg onthe road against the Mexican side Atlas.
So this midweek, the Champions Leaguematches they only serve to distract whoever is
engaged. And now Philadelphia Union, who yes, they're really good at home,
but on the road the seasion theyhave struggled and they're very close to
you know, last season we soldthe Settle Sounders in a similar position,
in a similar spot in the seasonwhen they went on to win actually the
(05:35):
Champions League, but at the costof a playoff run, which was actually
the first time in the history thatit didn't make the playoff. So the
Champions League is a destruction. AndI believe that Philadelphia Union will have troubles
over the weekend. So we're backin Cincinnati with a minor supporter goal here
at plus one hundred. I thinkthat's a very very good price, and
it gives us the safety of justjust a half loss in the event of
(05:58):
a draw. That's sorry, greatprice for the undefeated Cincinnati team. And
uh yeah, love that angle distractionsnot a great thing there, Pablos.
But the good news is that's whatwe've got you for to find these angles
and these edges. And if youhead over to Sportsmemo dot com, hop
over to his page there, guysand get on board number one in those
(06:24):
five percent releases here over the lastyear in soccer, and he is continuing
that money trained no reason not toget involved here with Pablos. Always a
pleasure, my man. Listen, best to luck with the rest of the
plays this week, and we'll talkto you again soon. Thank you.
Awesome stuff. Pablos hop on boardover at sportsmemo dot com. Nobody does
(06:47):
soccer like he does. Without adoubt. End our next guest has absolutely
dominated the NBA, specifically the endA finals over the last six years.
Has a twenty and six run whenit comes to picking with the NBA finals,
(07:09):
whether it be MVPs teams, youname it. Jesse Schuel joining us
here sports Memo dot com is whereyou can get him and Jesse it's a
however, run, man, You'vebeen locked and loaded over the last six
years in the NBA. When itcomes to the finals, you know exactly
(07:29):
what MVP we should be honing inon. And of course who the ultimate
champion is going to be. Whatdo you got going at sportsmemo dot com
here for us this week? Well, I'm happy the baseball season's back.
I got off to a great startto last year's baseball campaign. Him off
to a reasonable start so far,as not as big as it was last
(07:51):
year. But got a couple ofbaseball players today. If I hit him
both, they'll be hitting seventy percentfor the year, which is that's what
we're looking to do. And ofcourse I got another hockey play. We're
getting geared up for the playoffs onthe ice and in the NBA. Kind
of hard to believe, Jesse. Here we are, right, NBA.
(08:11):
The playoffs and the trek to thefinals will begin, and there's still some
some future markets here that folks arepaying attention to. And I guess we
should because a lot of question marksin this MVP market this year before we
make it to the begin the playoffsand and the regular season. Here this
(08:31):
week, just three or four moregames are left. Talk to me about
this NBA MVP market. What arewe looking at? Well, it's a
hot topic. And I think andBead is the fan favorite. And if
it was even money, I mighteven think that's a I might even take
(08:52):
and beat at even money. Butit's not even money, and beats a
two twenty favorite, and you gotJoker paying out at plus two forty.
They were supposed to face off inDenver a couple days ago. Of course,
Ebid didn't end up playing, Jokergot a triple double. Joker hasn't
played since. But I mean,if you if you look at his numbers,
points are a little bit down fromlast year's MVP campaign, but assists
(09:16):
are up. He's actually closer toaveraging a triple double than he has been
in his previous MVP campaigns. Theissue is, I think there's probably a
lot of people that don't want tosee him win three straight. We haven't
seen anybody win three straight MVPs sinceMJ Guys like Curry and you know,
(09:37):
Kobe failed to win three straight, and for Joker to do it, there's
probably a lot of people that wouldrather see ebad get it. But in
my mind, Joker is the mostvaluable player. I mean, MVP stands
for most valuable player. That's whatthe v is in there for. And
one of the problems Ebid has isthe six Ers are nine and four in
(09:58):
the games that he's missed this year. Denver's three and seven in the games
they've played without Joker and be scoringa ton of points. He's he's having
himself a great season. I justthink Joker is more valuable to his team,
and he's a more complete player withthe assists, and you know,
he's averaging a triple double. Imean, what more can you say.
(10:20):
I never understood our argument, like, either he's good enough to be the
MVP, whether it's two, three, four times in a row, or
he's not one way or the other, but the argument can certainly be made.
Nobody more important to their team. Then then the joker here at plus
two forty, So not a badlook there. And speaking as Denver team,
(10:41):
well, some people have doubts herestill about what they're ceiling. Is
what should we be looking at whenit comes to the Denver Nuggets as we
get ready for the playoffs. Youknow, Joe, I actually like this
better, even better for me.Maybe Denver is not the the best team
(11:01):
out there if everybody else is atfull speed, but all the other favorites
have their problems. I mean,Denver's the best team in the West.
Denver is gonna have home court throughoutthe until the finals. And but the
favorite is the Phoenix Suns because theypicked up k D. But let's face
it, KD staying healthy for theentire playoffs that's a tough ask. And
(11:24):
then Kadi and Chris Paul both stayinghealthy at the same time, that's damny
or impossible. And as good asKadi is, without the Splash Brothers and
Draymond Green, he'd be the Lordof no Rings. So you know,
I like Denver as opposed to thePhoenix Suns. And then the Warriors have
their issues with Andrew Wiggins personal problems, the Grizzlies have their their issues with
(11:48):
John Morantz legal trouble and behavior issues. And Denver just seems to be the
steady safe bet here. They're gonnahave home court. Getting three twenty five
the plus money on Denver. It'sa great look Denver to win the West
and to have, of course theMVP when it's all said and done,
(12:11):
the Joker. Two pretty good plusprices there for the Denver Nuggets, and
so much more still to go onwith Jesse Schul. Of course, he
told you Baseball season up and going, the NHL playoffs, NBA playoffs getting
ready here, guys, would highlyencourage you in all of those sports to
hop on over to sportsmemo dot comand check out Jesse Schuel, who is
(12:37):

you for taking the time here today. We'll talk to you again soon for

years, nobody has had their fingeron the pulse of the association and the
finals quite like he has. Sovisit them over at sports memo dot com.
