other literally less than a week agoin this early season, because the Dodgers
opened up against the Diamondbacks, playedColorado, and now we're hosting Arizona for

this series, and I like thisgame to go over the total of nine
runs. And a lot of thishas to do with the fact that now
these offenses and these two lineups arefamiliar with the starting pitcher going for each
other's team. So Merrill Kelly inthis first matchup, it ended up being
a two one win for the Diamonds, but he threw only three point two
innings, allowed four runs, ohexcuse me, four hits, four walks,

a couple of strikeouts, and itwas actually very lucky to be able
to get out of that inning.While on the other hand, Dustin May
for the Dodgers, pitched a fantasticgame in one of his He was hurt
for a lot last year, onlypitched six games and it's great to see
this nice young player looking good comingback from injury. But I expect the
total flip of the script for thismatchup. I expect there to be runs
because of how familiar these two teamsare with each other's starting pitchers. Marl

Kelly historically is not great against theDodgers, even though most of the damage
comes in Dodger Stadium and they arein Arizona tonight. But all things considered,
nine runs seems a little bit low. I expect some fireworks from these
two teams again, and yeah,going over that nine for tonight's matchup.

know, the Thunder they have agolden opportunity here. They can make the
playoffs. All they have to dois win their next two games. They
got to win this game tonight andthen they have another one on Sunday at

Memphis that I mean just depending onMemphis is where it's at there, that
could be just another game where ityou know, it's massively favored and so
it can just roll over there.But I mean, one game at a
time. Here, the Jazz,they have been getting the job done for
betters of late. They've covered infour straight, but they've lost seven of

their last eight straight Up Utah,not only does it have to catch Oklahoma
City, but it also has Dallasright in front of it, and it
and the Mavericks owned the tide breakerin that one, and so the Thunder,
you know, they come into thisgame. They're off a one thirty
six, one twenty five loss atGolden State. They've been they've been competitive

in defeat here for the Jazz,they're off a you know, a really
disheartening one thirty five, one thirtythree overtime loss to the Lakers. For
me, I just think that's goingto be a huge mental letdown for this
team. They battled back from tenpoints down with two minutes left to force
the overtime, and then they lost. Oklahoma City has done well in this

matchup. This year, it's onetwo, lost one in the series.
And so despite sixty four percent ofthe money or more early money here on
the Jazz, I'm gonna go theother way as I say, more money
is on the Jazz, but thisline keeps sticking up for Oklahoma City.
I wouldn't go above ten or anything, but yeah, I think the Thunder

can finally get the job done.Here Dan, looking towards the Thunder as
they take on the Jazz. Asyou mentioned, a five percent play up

the ice and tonight the Islanders.Another market mover here is early this morning

when this lined open, we werelooking at about a minus one fifteen favorite
for the New York Islanders on thehome ice as they're hosting the Lightning that's
ticked up. We're seeing one fifties, one fifty five, So I don't
know, is there still value there. Do we start looking towards maybe a
puck line play or do we justlay the juice, eat a little bit
of chalk, and you only paythe chalk and play the choice when the

play loses. How are we goingto be betting this one? Yeah,
I think the Islanders are worth theprice of admission up to about minus one
fifty and then after that, Yeah, we'd have to be looking at the
puck line for sure. But Imean, this is is a big game
for New York. I would argueit's the biggest game of the season for
the Islanders tonight. They currently sitin ninth spot in the conference standings.
That's two games behind Florida. Now, they do come into this game well

rested and focused, and they're youknow, they're out to avenge of five
nothing set back in Tampa on Aprilfirst. Now Tampa, it's in sixth
spot with four games remaining. Theyhave ninety four total points. The Rangers
are in fifth with one hundred andone, tied with Toronto. Pittsburgh is
in seventh with eighty six. Soof course, I mean, the Lightning

won't want to go into the playoffson a losing streak, but they're already
locked into their first round matchup withToronto. For the Islanders, it's do
or die. Basically, they areclinging onto the second wild card spot.
New York plays with this immediate revengefactor after losing five to nothing on Saturday,

and so they're also at to avoida three game losing streak because the
following day they lost two to onein Carolina. So yeah, beyond the
revenge fact or another angle that theIslanders enjoy here is that the Lightning coming
fatigued. They just played last nightsix to two, they lost to the
Rangers, So yeah, I thinkthey can rebound in this shutout after that

shutout loss in Tampa. New Yorkis actually seven and three and it's last
ten and trying to avenge a shutoutloss against an opponent. So in fact,
Dan to say this is a revengegame would be an understatement. The
Lightning have won six straight regular seasonmatchups in this game, and so I

just think the Lightning they have lessto play for here. They're going to
throw in the white tail early,and I look for the Islanders, I
think they're going to be risking lifeand limb getting into shooting and passing lanes
here. So that's my call onthis one. Islanders worth the look.
And again that's climb and so youwant to grab that sooner rather than later.
