Dr. Brandon Kozar - Corporate Psychologist, Leadership Strategies, and the Ripple Effect

Dr. Brandon Kozar is a licensed clinical psychologist, who defines himself as a hybrid physiologist as he now primarily functions as a corporate physiologist, is the director of the Leadership Coaching & Development Program and the You Matter Program at Nationwide Children's Hospital, and still provides executive coaching and clinical psychotherapy in his own practice as well. In this episode, we discuss how he works with teams, leaders, and physicians to help them set up the environmental conditions to set them up for success.
