Our first guest is James Beard Award-winning Chef, Alex Seidel. Alex is a restauranteur that has multiple fine dining and family friendly options peppered across the metro-Denver area, including the renowned Fruition Restaurant & JBF honored Mercantile as well as his casual concepts Chook Chicken and his newest baby, Roca Pizza and Pasta.
Look, the man knows dank eats.. we know this well. So we wanted to learn why he had shifted his focus from fine dining to fam-friendly. Had a heck of a time goofing off with Chef, talking about the newest concepts, the learning curve for pizzerias & even the obscure locations 😉 he channels his pizza-inspiration from.
