Speaker 1 (00:03):
A fam. Good morning, God blessed you. Welcome back to
the morning.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
DeVos you bro Sam Lopez aka DJ Sam Rock so
winners with a Z dot RG streaming on social media
platforms that allow a stream to go through and also
streaming on x formerly known as Twitter.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
If that matters, see if you're on the platform as well.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
I'm hardly on that platform, but the lives and some
posts and some auto posts are on there.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
So just in case you like that.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Platform and you prefer that platform, I decided to just
jump on there too, so that way you know I'm
available there as well. So most importantly, it's a new day.
Got created. This day, We're gonna rejoice and be glad
in it. We had an interesting weekend me and my
wife away together on a prayer team at marriage retreat. Amen,

(00:53):
and it was an experienced something we learned about each
other a little deeper level.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
God's faithful to his word and also the enemy's a liar.
Devil is a liar, a man. He tries his best
to distract, destroy, to try to kill and steal. He's
on his job and he's telling a false story. It's
a true story. Thinking about it, like what the devil does.

(01:21):
It's true what the devil does. But the truth about
the devil is that he's a liar. That's the truth.
But you have a story, and I have a story.
Once we have our personal encounter with the Lord, we
have a story to tell. And our story is based
off love, grace and mercy, and it's true. So I'm
calling this one tell your story because I'm seeing a

(01:43):
whole lot of other people telling their stories that are
not even legit right, because it's based on lies, it's
based on opinion, it's based on fantasy, it's based on opinions.
But when you have a life changing encounter with the true, living,
Holy right is loving God.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Amen, you have a story to tell.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
That's based off of truth, love, grace and mercy, amn
and justice and peace.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
You have a story. Tell it. Tell your story. Let
me encourage you to tell your story.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Your testimony is important why because it carries power.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
That no one can argue with.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
People can debate theology and we won't do that here
doctrine or opinions, but they cannot deny your story.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
And I know that to be true.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
I shared my testimony probably no life since two thousand
and one till now, probably hundreds of times. And every
time I share it, I give glory to God. Why
because he's the main topic. He's the main point of
my story. He changed my life. And if you're born again,
you know that you have a story to tell. Don't

(02:58):
be afraid to tell it. That the enemy convince you. Oh,
you know your story is not you know important, Your
story won't matter.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
No, you have a story to tell.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
You know where you will head it before Christ Jesus
change your direction.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Amen, so tell your story.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
We'd be in Revelation chapter number twelve, verse number eleven.
A lot of people every time I say the Book
of Revelation, they get afraid. The man I used to
be one of those people, one of those believers that
when I heard the Book of Revelation, I'm like, oh, oh,
this is gonna be real scary.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Why.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Because Revelation has a lot of imagery. Revelation has a
lot of prophetic events. Revelation shows and detail, Amen, through
God's word what's going to happen.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
At the end times.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
But there's scriptures in there also that could help us
for in set of just for the end times, it
will help us right now in these times and today
now time Amen, Revelation twelve eleven. If you have any questions, comments, concerns,
prayer requests, or anything along those lines, please don't hesitate,
even on the live chat. That's what we're here for. Also,

(04:03):
if you're listening from Soul Winners with a z dot org,
there's also a live stream tab or a live stream page,
which there's a live chat right under that as well. Amen,
and live that's so Winners with a z dot org.
I always suggest people go there. That's the most non
distracting website that I've ever seen in my life, that

(04:24):
I've ever had a part of and created.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
There's a live chat there as well. There's an interactive
Bible that you could use. It's a place where you
could take notes. It's amazing. That platform is amazing. I
didn't develop it, Amen, I'm on the platform. Won't glory
to God.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
So listen. Let's pray first.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
After we pray, we'll share this out for like sixty seconds,
and then on the other side of those sixty seconds
we'll come right back and get into today's scripture. So,
Lloyd Jesus, thank you for a new day. Thank you
for keeping us safe during this past weekend. Thank you,
Lord God, that today we could give you glory on
the worship and praise, that I could speak to you,

(05:00):
that we can engage in your word, that we could.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Devote some time to you.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Most importantly, I pray, Lord God, a hedge of protection,
that you would send your arkmen, angel and your angels
to surround us and our family physically, emotionally and spiritually.
That you would guidegard and protect us, sending your army
of angels towards this direction a man and every single
direction that's needed. On the other side of the screen

(05:27):
and on the other side of this mic, I prayed
over myself, my wife, our children, our grandchildren, our family
members from the very oldest family member to the very
youngest family member, and every single person in between. I
pray that over every single person on the other side
of the screen and on the other side of this
mike their families as well, Lord God, that you would
dispatch your angels to continue to set a blazing trail

(05:52):
for our lives.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
And you said in your.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Word, Lord God, that the steps of the righteous are ordered.
Thank you for allowing us to work in your path.
I pray, Lord God, that today we would be encouraged
and bold enough to share our story with someone, even
if we have to start with the person in the mirror.
I pray this's by faith, knowing that you hear our

(06:15):
prayers and you answer them according to your will and
purpose for every single individual life. I pray this's by
faith in the name above every name and the name
of Jesus. And those who agree, we say amen to
the Amen. Sister Joanne, I see you. Good morning, God,
bless you. Welcome back to the morning devl my sister
and my friend. So let's go forward. Help me share
this out. Sixty seconds. When we come back, we'll get

(06:36):
right into today's Morning Devil.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
I'll be right back. Amen, we're back.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Thank you so much for helping me shut us out.
Thank you for the groups that are helping me share
this our blessed Facebook family. Thank you so much for
helping me share this on your group as well.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
If you're not part of our group, the Blaze Bible
Study and Blaze Bible Studies, Amen, it's a private group,
so let me know you want to be a part
of it. And over there we have a community of
over seven hundred close to eight hundred people members.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Amen. Real people that are hungry for.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
The Lord's word, Amen, and we pray together, we stay
united and on through that group. I plan on doing
some exclusive things just for the group.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
So thank you so much for all the people that
allow me to share this to your groups. So we
have Kingdom Believers Network, God is Great, podcast promotion group
Team Jesus Global Outreach Ministries, Amen. And the list keeps
them going. Holy Bible, so many more, daily encouragement. Jesus
loves so many more It'll take me a while. Spiritual

(08:55):
welfare and deliverance. Thank you so much. I'm really grateful
for your trust in our ministry. I love you, Lord
Jesus Christ. Another group that just popped up, Amen, so
thank you. We have support their Amen. And if you
also want to support the ministry directly, Amen is a website,
so win is with a z do org forig likes
donate on that page. You will see everything that the

(09:17):
Lord has given us Amen to do on this side
of eternity. And I'm believing that God will allow us
to accomplish what He intended for this ministry, whether it's
in my generation or the next. God is faithful, Amen,
So let's go for it. Let's go forward. We have
a story to tell. Tell your story, Amen. It's incredible

(09:39):
to see how when people share the story of what
God has done in their lives from before Christ, during Christ,
and what God is currently doing.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
Amen. It's an amazing thing to.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
See every time I hear a testimony, Amen, of how
God has taken people from darkness into light, how God
has taken people from death to life, How God has
taken people from defeat to triumph, How God has taken
people from a road of destruction to a path of righteousness.

(10:13):
I'm amazed every time. Right, But the enemy is busy
trying to tell us. You know, don't open your mouth,
don't tell your story. Nobody's gonna believe you. And it's
not true. It wasn't God, it was you were always
a good person. All that I've experienced a lot of
those people, type of people that tell me that I

(10:33):
was always a good person. So all I did was,
you know, I stepped into my purpose because I connected
with you know, whatever they think I connected with. But
I had an accountant with the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm
not gonna share my testimony. Some people know my testimony.
If you go to my YouTube page. That main video

(10:54):
that shows up. I think I shared my testimony on there, Amen,
Just in case I think I don't know if it's
a whole testimony or I don't remember it's been so
many years. I just leave it there because I'm believing
God's gonna use that video to touch hearts and minds
and make people realize that God could use anyone for
his kingdom. Amen, and he could save anyone. All you

(11:16):
have to do is approach God with the honest hot
hearts are open, hearts as it hot. I feel like
I'm in New York, and you approach him right, and
He does an amazing work in your life.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
So tell your story. Don't be afraid to tell your story.
But let's get into these scriptures. Let's get into it.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
God is faithful, And how many people could say a
man about that revelation Chapter twelve, verse number eleven. The
Bible says, and they overcame and conquered him because of
the blood of the Lamb and because of the word
of their testimony. For they did not love their life

(12:01):
and renounce their faith even when faced with death.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
And of course that.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
Enemy was the one that we overcame because of the
blood of the Lamb. When Jesus spilled his blood, shed
his blood on that cross, the enemy was defeated.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Right, for all eternity, once and for all the blood
of the Lamb, because of the word of their testimony,
and their testimony is our testimony.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
So, and the apostles and the disciples, and the people
in the past, and the people now and the people
in the future who are testifying of the goodness of
the Lord. Amen, we overcome because Jesus conquered sin and
the grave and the devil.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
The devil's works are defeated. Right, got dismantled the enemy's
work and defeated the enemy's work. That's why the enemy
is so mad and angry.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Right.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
You could also cross reference this with Zechariah chapter three,
verse verses one to ten and Romans chapter eight, verse
thirty three and thirty four.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
So we see it in the scripture, right, and you
see the word their testimony, their story.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Right.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
So we could overcome and be overcomers, right, because of
what Jesus has already done, because of his word, the word,
the living Word, and then of course our testimony. We'll
see a life lived of power, grace, and mercy and love.

(13:51):
The enemy is defeated. I have to always remind myself
and remind people that the devil is already defeated.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
He's just relentless. He don't give up, he don't stop.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
He's one of those enemies and one of those opponents
that keep on showing up. We could use that as
our few and we keep on telling our story. We
keep on testifying of the goodness of God. We keep
on showing up as believers. Fill with the Holy Spirit,
the fire from God, the fire of God, and release

(14:22):
that story. And tell your story to someone who needs
to hear the story of redemption, who needs to hear
the gospel message in real time, who needs to see
the power of God and how he transforms people, Amen,
from the way they were to the way they are,
to who they are going to become.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
Who we are becoming. Amen.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
And of course we're becoming more and more like our
Lord and our Savior and our Redeemer because of his power,
working wonderful work.

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Amen. It's hard to describe.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
How good God is sometimes because when you know yourself
and you know your own story and you start testifying,
you'll be amazed even by what you're saying, because you're
remembering the time that you felt hopeless and God gave
you hope. You remember the times that you felt defeated
and God gave you victory. You remember the times that

(15:19):
there seemed to be no way out, there seemed to
be no way out, and God showed you a way out.
You remember all these moments and all these times, and
even till today you'll be like, Yeah, I gotta share
my story. I got to tell somebody the goodness about
the goodness of God. So when you share your testimony,
it shows what God can do in other people's lives.

(15:42):
So your story is living proof, living proof that God
is still saving, healing, delivering, restoring, redeeming, transforming lives. So
when you testify, when you tell your story, you're saying,
if God did it for me, can do it for anybody,
including you. I tell people all the time, Listen, if

(16:05):
God could save me, that's proof and evidence. And I'm
one hundred percent convinced that He could save anybody.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
He saved me, Amen, and.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Dealt with my heart and my herd heead Amen, And
with my blindness and the way I was living.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
Amen, he could save anybody, including you. I know that
for a fact.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
When you share or tell your story or testify by
God's goodness, it destroys and defeats the enemy's plans for
other people's lives, including ours, right, And we just read
that in Revelation twelve eleven they overcame him by the
blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony.
So your testimony turns into a weapon.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Your testimony, when you tell your story, is a weapon
against the tactics of the enemy. It exposes the lies
right of the anim me and replaces those lies with
the truth of what God has done and what He
can do in other lives.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
So think about it.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
Your testimony becomes a weapon against the enemy's tactics, and
it helps free people from their own mindset that they
are convinced that there is no hope for them and
the enemy has blinded them and the world's system has
blinded them. But when you share your story, it starts
chipping away at those lies and people's hearts and you

(17:29):
start realizing that, Wow, your testimony, when you tell your story,
is actually a weapon, a weapon of mass destructions, really
slaughtering the demonic influences over people's lives. Is really impacting
people's hearts and minds. Is making people think we might
not see the results, or we might not see a

(17:49):
salvation right there in the spot, or we might not
see people's lives change and transform right there in the
spot when we tell our story. But best believe it's
a weapon of holy war, a man against the tactics
of that enemy, over that individual, over that individual's destiny,
over that individual's family, over that individual's darkness.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
And they will.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Becoming more and more to the light if they hear
your story, and if they hear the message of redemption,
if they hear the message of Jesus in your story,
they will come to a saving knowledge of who the
Lord is. So it's important to share your story. Tell
your story a man. It becomes a weapon against the

(18:32):
enemy's attacks over their lives. Also, when you tell your story, listen,
it gets hope to people. How many people out there
need hope? Amen, So many things are going on in
this world. New York is like everybody's looking at New
York and like starting to pray because if these things
are true about what just happened with their mayor from

(18:55):
the time it is recording being elected, and if it's
true about him a man or, it's true about the
plans that they're planning in New York. They gonna need
hope and prayer, and we're the people to do that
as believers in Christ. So someone who feels stuck, someone
who feels broken, and listen, don't stay in the broken stage.

(19:16):
I know it sounds so humbling people. I hear this
a lot, humbly. I'm going to say, we're not We're broken,
but we don't stay broken. God is making us whole.
So if you keep on saying I'm broken, I'm broken,
I'm broken for thirty twenty thirty years. As a believer,
in my humble opinion, Amen, as your brother in Christ,

(19:39):
I would challenge you to search the scriptures to see
if we have to stay broken until Jesus comes. As
a matter of fact, my take on that part of
being broken is that yes, we were broken, and we
can be used even broken vessels. But God is making

(19:59):
us whole and complete, right, not keeping us shattered all
through our lives. To me, that's not the message to
the gospel. I'll leave it there, Amen, because I know
that that could go different ways. And this platform, and
my purpose on these morning DeVos is not to go
into those directions like that. So forgive me if I

(20:20):
offended you with my comment, and it's my humble opinion, Amen.
But I believe if you search the scriptures and you
look at brokenness, you will realize something very important in
your life. Personally, someone who feels stuck, broken or too
far gone needs to say here, how God pulled you
and pulled me out of those places. Your story becomes

(20:44):
a bridge for someone else's breakthrough.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
So if you could show people how you got over
your hurdle and the distance between you yourself, where you are,
where you were, and where God took you that bridge
that seemed like there was no way to pass, that
hurdle to jump, Amen, that was impossible for us to

(21:10):
get to the other side. Share your story and then
it'd be like, how did that happen? And you could
give credit, glory, honor and praise to your living and
my living Lord. But getting us to the other side,
and we're still headed towards the purpose and the prize.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
There's gonna be bumps along the way, but we are
on the way. The key main thing about being on
your ways that you keep on going. You don't stop.
You don't stay in darkness. You don't stay in a
broken stage. You don't stay right disengaged, you don't stay hopeless,
you don't stay in your old self. You continue to
move forward. Amen, with all the bumps, bruises and everything

(21:51):
that goes.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Along with it. Keep on going. Share your story.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
When you share your story, tell your testimony, share your testimony.
It it makes the gospel personal right, generally speaking, right,
whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
General statement.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
Truth statement, Amen, incredible, amazing statement, incredible truth. And that's
for everyone to receive that gospel message. Whosoever calls on
the name of the Lord shall be saved. But when
you personalize something and you really talk to somebody, tell
your story, Amen, the gospel message of the Lord Jesus

(22:30):
Christ becomes personal.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
And I always say my salvation is personal, but it's
not private. Who am I to be like I'm saved.
Let me go hide and not tell nobody how I
got saved. That would be really selfish. And last time
I checked, we're not selfish anymore. We're unselfish humans transformed
by the power love grace and mercy of God. But

(22:54):
the John, I see you, good morning, God, bless you
and thank you for blessing the group with your presence
rather than a friend a man. So when you share
your story, it makes the gospel personal. So the gospel
isn't just a message that you share that people could

(23:15):
take it or leave it. No, it's a reality in
your life. When people hear what.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Jesus has done in your life personally, it becomes relatable.
Like people who know me from back in the day
still bugging out.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
I said, like, Yo, you heard like Sam's religious now,
even though I don't call myself religious, but I understand
why people say I'm religious. But I kind of like,
personally I don't like to be called religious, but I
understand why people say that, especially if they're not on
the path of the Gospel of righteousness. This is a

(23:53):
relational thing, right, So if you think about it and
you watch them one of DeVos, and you listen to
the lingo that I'm trying to speak, you kind of
realize that we don't really talk about religion on these
money DeVos. We talk about a person named Jesus, who saves,
who delivers, who redeems, who restores, who renews, a man

(24:17):
who is king of kings, the Lord. So it's a
personal relationship that we have with the Lord and Savior,
the Lord, Jesus Christ, who is God that showed up
in the flesh. So when you share your story and
you share the gospel according to how God saved your life,
or how God is using you in your life, or
how He took you from A to B, the gospel

(24:39):
becomes personal, it becomes real.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
Like not.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
All the times, out of all the times I shared
my gospel, that has been a couple of people that
challenge my story, which is to me a little strange
because they basically say I'm lying, but I listen to
what what's the issue with my story? And a lot
of them try to take the Lord out of my story,
believe it or not. They try to take God out

(25:08):
of my testimony and try to put put it back
on me and say that you know, I did it
myself or a being or some kind of alien.

Speaker 1 (25:18):
Or something changed my life and it wasn't God.

Speaker 2 (25:21):
Because some people are really opposed to their being a holy, righteous,
loving God. Some people are posed to the belief that
we have as believers that there is one true God.
And some people get you know, they get offended when
I say that it was Jesus who saved my life

(25:42):
for whatever reason, whatever purpose they have. But that happens
rarely that people come against my own testimony, or maybe
you've experienced it.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
When you share your story, they said, no, I wasn't
Jesus that saved you. It was X y Z.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
And we have to be listening to that and be
respectful for people's opinions, but we know the truth.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
Good morning's the joy us. I see you, Good morning, God,
bless you.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Thank you for blessing us with your presence and blessing
the group as well. Amen, it's good to see my sister,
my friend. So when you also also when you share
your story and running out of time, it's like I can
keep on looking at the timer. It becomes reachable for
other people because they say, wait, if this person in
front of me did it had an experience with God,

(26:26):
why couldn't I have an experience with God? So it
makes the gospel reachable for them. So it's important to
share a story. Amen, you'll be doing a disservice or
you'll be selfish by not sharing what God has done
your life and you don't have to have a you know,
a big old grand testimony.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
It's big old grand when God rescued you say the
truth about how God, how you met the Lord, or
how God found you where you were, and listen. I've
seen and heard so many people their testimonies that they
grew up, grew up in church, and they were far
from God until they had an encounter, personal encounter, not

(27:13):
with a building, not with a religion, not with a denomination.
But as soon as they had a personal encounter with
the living, holy, righteous, loving God, they had a story
to tell from that point on.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
Amen. So I always encourage people who grew up in church. Amen.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
I always tell them, listen, your light years ahead of
your friends who are in other environments that are godless, hopeless,
and without the Gospel.

Speaker 1 (27:37):
So keep on going.

Speaker 2 (27:38):
I try to encourage them because a lot of times
they get off the path, because the devil is trying
his best to distract them, to get them off that
path that God has blessed them with and that they
are currently on.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
And lastly, it strengthens our own faith when we share
our own story. Every time we share your story, your testify,
you remind yourself, your spirit, your soul, look what the
Lord has done.

Speaker 1 (28:05):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
And it keeps you grateful, keeps you humble, and keeps
you focused on God's faithfulness. That's all I got for today, Amen.
Amount of time we were in Revelation chapter number twelve,
verse number eleven. Read the whole chapter Revelation chapter twelve,
But we keep in on that scripture about the power
of testifying our testimony, Amen, and what Jesus has done

(28:30):
for us and what He can do through us for
somebody else. So God bless you all. Thank you so
much for hanging out with me for these morning DeVos.
God bless you all. God keep you all, and remember
always that God is good.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
Peace.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
