have her today over the phone. Brooke, how are you today?
I'm good? Thank you, How are you doing amazing? Thank
you so much for being with us. So first question

I have for you, could you please introduce yourself and
tell us how did you start music?

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Well, yeah, my name's Brook Law from London and I
just loved saying from a really young child and I
I mean way to express yourself. And I began writing
in my teens and I mean everyone says it's a
form of therapy. But yeah, it's really amazing to be

able to share my music with people and have people
connect it, connect to it, and I love playing live
shows and yeah, have people been part of it? And
building a community is really important.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
And you're doing all of that really well. Who are
your music influences? The artist who have inspired you the most?
I love.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Danis Joplin and Alanis Morissette, Jeff Buckley, Amy wine House,
so many, so many artists. I mean, everyone's so different,
and I think everybody you meet even influences you in
your music. My family have been a big part of
you know, helping me to grow, and all the people

I meet, I've been a big part of my journey.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
And now let's fast forward to your new track called
freak On. Can you tell us what is the story
and what was your process of making that beautiful new track.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
So it's the leading single off of my upcoming debut album,
which is out on Monday, And the whole album is
about exploring our real, authentic selves and finding the realness
in ourselves and without any you know, social media or

(02:34):
filtered cover ups and freaking. Like the main line is,
I'm a freak. You're a freak, so free conn and
we're all individual and we're all we all can be
our quirky individual selves and it's just about exploring that
and feeling free and being the freak you want to.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Be exactly and you're doing that really really well on
that new track of yours.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
I'm so glad freaky. I've actually I make my own
music videos and it's on YouTube if you want to
check out the video.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Yeah, no, definitely, So you have a great music video
as well. This is the great singer songwriter Brooke Law

Oh, this Monday, my album is coming out. It's called
Naked Heart, which is yeah, more about being real. There's
actually a single on the on the album called Real
which is inspired by AI and dating apps and you
know it's hard to know if somebody really loves you
for real. There's also a song called Big World and

which is another single. So I would love you to
