EP. 19: 2x World Marathon Challenge Champion & Author/Becca Pizzi

In this episode, a conversation with Becca Pizzi. She is a 2x World Marathon Challenge champion which is a race that entails running 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days. As a wife and mother, she became the first American woman to complete the event and she was able to achieve a Guinness World Record time. We talk about her new book Becca's Feat on Feet. It is an inspirational children's book based upon her experience pushing herself to limits, facing adversity, and overcoming obstacles. We discuss her reasoning for writing the book. We also talk about her experiences in both World Marathon Challenge races and how she prepared and went from from the icy terrains of Antarctica to hot desert climates while braving the elements and running faster and harder than she ever had before.
