Sonya is a Speaker, Podcaster and Personal Trainer. She's also a Breast Cancer survivor who experienced the chaos of an induced menopause, when she was 47. Sonya leans heavily into her lived experience of being unsupported, unprepared and seriously under educated through her own menopause to support and educate women navigating their midlife and menopausal transition.
As a speaker, Sonya is an accomplished voice in normalising the conversation around menopause in the workplace and through her own story empowers leadership and resilience.
Sonya has created a platform - Stellar Women by Sonya, where she provides advice and resources around perimenopause and menopause, and through her ewonderful podcast Dear Menopause, she speaks with other women and specialists about the menopause journey. She is passionate about helping to normalise the conversation around menopause and providing support thorugh advocacy!
