on News Talk seven eighty k WA. It's pleasure to
be with you this Monday, this stormy Monday, and a
pleasure to have my brother back, fresh off of a
flight from Qatar the World Cup Soccer Championships, where you
made my nephew or my nephew made me so proud,
along with so many of our listeners. Innis, like I
told you when you were gone, it's like, yeah, were
(00:25):
commenting they were watching Cooper and but first of all,
great to have you back, bro, Great to have you back.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
It's so great to be back home.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
It really is. Is the USA really that great of
a place? Dennis.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Sorry, we couldn't do the show when it was two o'clock.
Speaker 3 (00:41):
In the morning exactly a little time.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
I couldn't get the bar to you know, to be
so I.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Don't believe you. I don't believe you. How was the
trip overall? Pretty good?
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Huh oh good? That was wonderful. It's a great place
to visit.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Actually, yeah, yeah, that's what you were saying. Yeah, definitely.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
And and for the audience that, for whatever reason, they
were not able to follow your son Cooper Sanchez in
the seventeen and Underworld Cup Soccer Championship.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
Give a brief overview what happened.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Well, USA team did well. They won their first three,
got into the to the the drop the I forget
what they call that round, but basically you die if
you lose and do or die and which was the
group of thirty two and unfortunately lost in pks and
(01:31):
what was actually ahead and winning with four sorry six
minutes left in the game, and they were playing a
very spirited Moroccan team, and it was a great experience.
Just it's something about rooting for your country's just a
little bit different.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
I was going to ask you, what's that like with
your with your own son representing an entire country.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
I mean, it's another level of energy. It comes out really,
I mean I was pretty loud the whole time. Yeah,
and uh so, yeah, it's great feeling.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
Yeah, that's awesome. That was awesome. And Cooper's back home now.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Yeah yeah, okay, okay, back to normal. Uh he's a
little bit tired.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Because he was over there for what three weeks?
Speaker 2 (02:23):
Four weeks? Yeah, Yeah, and then they did go. They
had a fun day finally had a fun day at
the US USA teams are always all business and until
they win or lose and go home. And so they
went to the desert and right the border of Saudi
Arabia and did did a bunch of fun things there.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Nice, nice, very good, very good.
Speaker 1 (02:44):
Well, please tell him from from those of us and
little Reno, Nevada.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
The world was rooting.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
For him and the team, and we're so very proud
of thank you his accomplishments, and and so on and
so forth. And and then he'll be, uh, he'll be
on the on the Atlanta United Protein next year.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
That he already is and he got the schedule. They're
already they'll be starting on January fifth, so there's not
much time to He's still finishing his senior year in
high school, so it was busy.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
But he's only seventeen years old. Yeah, he's a professional
soccer player. And now now he's.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Made it, you know, the saying goes to the big leagues, right,
And he had a lot of quite a bit of
playing time this year on the the major team and
now it's it's it's full time on that major team.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
So that's what an accomplishment.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
To you and your beautiful wife Carrie and the sacrifices
the family's made this little guy. Did they end up
doing that that that documentary on you and the family
where you're there, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Yeah, they did. It's coming out March. FIFA, the World
Soccer Organization, just wanted the highlight, you know, the experiences
of a family when when you have a and there's
a lot of families out there that are in the
same situation are going to be and they don't even
realize it when it.
Speaker 1 (03:59):
Happens exactly well, and dentist reminded me when he said
they were going to be interviewed by FIFA, righting me
that Cooper was kind of born and bred.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
You know, no pun.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Intended to be a professional soccer player. I mean, you
guys started grooming him literally at three years old. Three
years old, he's seventeen now, three years old to do
this and this is the outcome of hard work, dedication
by I mean, never in a million years, obviously could
he have done it without the support of you and
Carrie and his brothers and.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
So on and so forth.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
But you know, at some point you and I need
to do a podcast about what it's like, you know,
when a child, when you see that potential and a child,
whether it's school, whether it's a sport or something.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
I write, it's every parent's dream or most past dream.
I want my kid.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
My kids got that talent right, they want to be
I want them to become a professional baseball, football, soccer,
or whatever the case may be. And of course we
know the odds are definitely stacked against them. But I
think it'd be a fascinating podcast to do with you
to learn how you.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
Guys did it.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
I mean, folks, one thing you don't know about dentists.
Besides you know his technical his background academic wise as
a doctor, and years and technology and so on and
so forth. But what you don't know is you literally
moved around the world for him to gain opportunities. I mean,
that's the kind of sacrifice that had to be done,
that had to be done.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
We were very fortunate to be in situations like when
I worked for Microsoft, where it was easy to actually
work another part of the world and paying for all
the moving and everything else. So the world has changed
since then. It's harder and the rules are getting harder
all the time. Especially there were a lot of players
that went over to Europe when they were young, and
(05:37):
they changed the rules because they were being basically exploited
and then would end up stuck over there. So yeah,
the sport's changing. And of course we got the World
Cup coming up in a couple of years, so yep,
a couple of years one, so there'll be lots of
discussions about that.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
I love it. I love it well, I.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Think I said, that's a proud of all of you
from thank you, Rina Nevada and around the world.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
You guys made us proud, no doubt about it.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
But you know that that really dent ties into quite
a bit into what we're going to be talking about today.
Obviously we're back on track with dnnis back in the
country and and our a AI solo preneur ideas and
strategies and things. And as days go by, weeks go by,
more and more layoffs are announced and more and more
people are going I need to figure out something to do, right,
(06:27):
there's no I'm not able to find a job, and
you know our solution to that, well, then it's time
to become an AI solopreneur. But what Dennis was just
talking about with his son and the sacrifices that were
made that's kind of a you know, tying into what
we're talking about today, which which is the secrets behind
a solar preneur. And when we say secrets, it's not
like this, you know, we're not going to give you
(06:48):
this this earth change thing that you've never heard about before.
But we're going to go back to the mind, to
the to the basics of what it takes to be
successful in this niche. And what you're going to find
is there's a lot of crossover to being successful into anything,
whether it's sports, business, a relationship, whatever it is. And
so let me just Dennis, let me just kind of
highlight as we you know, after I do the stock
(07:09):
up date, we'll go through the ali Ai Solopreneur success.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
Checklist as you call it.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
But we're gonna be talking about what I think is
probably the most important to anything, and that is the
mental side of it, Right, what is the growth mindset,
the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through
efforts and learning, right, and and bottom line, a big heart, right.
I mean, we see a lot of really really smart
people out there that are not successful. So it's a
(07:35):
combination of brains and heart. We'll talk about resiliency, and grit.
It's not going to be a you know, an easy joint, right.
There's gonna be things you're gonna have to do. Like sports,
You're gonna have to learn how to bounce back. We'll
talk about adaptability, creativity and problem solving. How good are
you at doing that? Because there's gonna be a lot
of things you've got to be creative, creative on, and
(07:55):
a lot of problems you're gonna have to solve. Your
intrinsic motivation and passion, independence and confidence. A lot of
these great traits again that you're going to find are
very commonality between anybody that's successful in life. And I
love it also from the sports standpoint, Dennis, because as
I went through this list that you made up, it's like, yep,
you got to have that to be successful in sports.
(08:16):
And so it's amazing and why so many of us parents,
not to the extent of what you've done and Kerry
have done, but the extent for those of us that
played sports in high school or college and you know,
our kids through the various sports, you start to see
these common denominators and then you see it as we
get older, we see it in business also, so this
is a great lisue put together.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Great thanks absolutely. You know, a lot of these ideas
started in academia, especially around psychology, then moved over into
sports and now and then we took a step back
and realized that peak performance is really the common denominator here.
It's you find it in the business and sports. And
we're looking at you're almost like a solo athlete super
(09:01):
athlete when you're a solopreneur, the types of things that
you have to do.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
And I think this.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
It's not just I'm glad you brought that up this
real quick. I don't think it's just solopreneur. I think
it's a high level of business success. And here's why
I say this, correct me if I'm wrong. I've been
watching a lot of videos lately on YouTube of they
call a day in the life of and the ones
(09:28):
I like to watch are day in the Life of
a CEO. And I watched one just excuse me on Saturday.
This young in your hometown of Seattle, this young entrepreneur. Yeah,
guy looks like late thirties and early forties. I couldn't
tell you there's some type of there were some type
of a marketing company, or something, but I mean just uprising.
(09:49):
They got all kinds of seat capital behind them. I
mean fairly large company and you know, growing, doing hundreds
of millions of dollars a year. But what I'm finding, Dennis,
is the commonality of these CEOs, of these especially the
startups that require a lot of energy. These guys and
gals have it just dialed right. There's no waste of time.
But one thing they have in common, every single one
(10:10):
of them that I've seen, they all first thing in
the morning.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
Besides they journal, they pray, and they exercise.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
They get to the office at eight thirty or so,
and then it's just you know what, to the walls
till you know, six o'clock. The other commonality that I see,
I just give myself goosebumps is family comes first. They've realized,
they've seen it, especially in Silicon Valley type of things.
They've seen it where you know, you may launch this
great company and be a you know, gazillion dollar success,
(10:39):
but guess what, here comes the divorce and your kids
don't know you. So the ones that I'm seeing that
are really successful, besides what I just mentioned, they pick
a time they go home and they go you know what,
no matter what, I'm at home at say six o'clock
and I'm sitting down, I'm going for a walk with
my wife. I'm having dinner with my wife and my kids.
You know, if my kids are young, I'm reading them
a story at night. It's that balance. And like this
(10:59):
guy saying, it's not glamorous being the CEO of a
fast growing company, he goes, it's a grind, but you
do the same thing day after day after day, and
before you know it, the success happens. And I think
those lessons can obviously translate over to what you and
I are going to talk about on the Solopreneur.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
Great, great, great story.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yeah, thank you. All right, we come back. Unfortunately, not
a great day in the market. Speak another word.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Great.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
I'm going to tell you what happened today, why, and
then we'll get into our topic, the secrets behind the
Solopreneur with doctor Dennis Sanchez. Let's turn it over to
Christen Snow. She is in the right now traffic center.
I bet you are one heck of a busy lady
this afternoon with everything going on. Kristen, Welcome back to
the John Sanchez Show on News Talk seven. To eighty
(11:43):
k I waitch help me Monday to all of you.
Great to have my brother, doctor Dennis Sanchez, the AI doctor,
joining us again. We'll be getting to our topic in
just a moment, the secrets behind the solo preneur. All right, Dennis,
let me get the bad news out of the way,
and then we're going to go positive with you, because
a lot of great stuff there.
Speaker 3 (11:57):
But you know, facts are facts. Here's what happened, folks.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
It was a tough day to start the tough way
to start the week. Tough day overall. What we've been
somewhat concerned with and warning all of you about came
through today. Valuations. Valuations, valuations, That's what we woke up
to this morning.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
Things were okay in the pre market session.
Speaker 1 (12:18):
You know, we had a tough day on Friday on
the doll a little bit again on the NASDAC side,
and that's why we started off today. And then all
of a sudden, before we knew it, we uh started
to sell off across all broad based areas of the market,
and then the technology selling kicked in and that's how
we finished up. Here is the damage, A five point
fifty seven loss on the doll one point eight percent.
(12:39):
Still nothing major percentage wise forty six thousand and five
ninetyars our close. Now, z that lost one hundred and
ninety three points point eight four percent SMP down sixty
two or point ninety two percent. All right, here's what
happened on the technology side. So Navidia one point eight
eight percent lost, down three dollars and fifty seven cents.
Stock moved lower to a close of one eighty six sixty.
(13:00):
This came about after Peter Thiel his fund thel macro
llc fully divested itself of about five hundred and thirty
seven thousand, seven hundred and forty two shares of Navidia
during the third quarter. Now Navidio will be reporting, by
the way, this highly anticipated number, They will be reporting
Wednesday after the close. So they dumped it ahead of time.
(13:22):
You know, who knows what They may know that maybe
the rest of us don't.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
All right. Then we moved on to Apple.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
Pressure started on the stock in the pre market session
after we learned that CEO Tim Cook may step down
as early as next year. Financial Times broke that story
early this morning. Apple, which is a DOWT component four
dollars ninety five cent loss down one point eight two
percent to sixty seven seventy six. Dell was down eleven
dollars and twenty eight cents eight point four to three percent.
Heli Packard down seven percent. So that was the tech area.
(13:50):
You get the picture. Then we move on to the
consumer side. American Express dow component fifteen dollars ninety three
cent loss down four point four to six percent to
three forty one twenty five. They reported their October card metrics,
which saw a three tenths of a percent increase in
consumer card loan write offs, while US small business card
member net writeoffs also increased by about one tenth of
(14:10):
a percent. So those don't sound like huge numbers, folks,
but as we touched on last week, this is the
trend we're seeing in a lot of consumer related loans.
I told you about what we saw in regards to
auto loans, how the default is starting to accelerate there.
Corey and Dwight on Thursday talked about how the defaults
are starting to accelerate on the home side of things.
Speaker 3 (14:30):
So, as we have said.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Over and over again, and many of you are probably
facing this, the dollars not being stretched right. People are
stretched thin, they're losing their jobs unfortunately, and this is
the result. So this is one of the things that
again caught up to the stock market side of things today.
Speaker 3 (14:45):
Let's see, Google was one of our stars.
Speaker 1 (14:47):
We learned over the weekend that Warren Buffettsburgshire Haalthaway took
a took a stake in the company. The stock went
up eight dollars and sixty two cents three point eighty
five sixty in the big scheme of things, pretty small state.
It was about four point nine billion dollars price tag.
That is small for both of these companies, but it
(15:08):
was enough to move the stock and that was again
one of the few ones in the tech sector that
was positive today. Then on the FMC FOMC side of things,
we had FED Vice chair of Philip Jefferson, who is
a voting member, basically said in a speech this morning
that he backed last month's quarter percent rate cut but
emphasized that quote the evolving balance of risk underscores the
(15:30):
need to proceed slowly as we approached the neutral rate.
Ah yeah, yeah, here we go. So that weight on
the market again. We had another FED member say similar
type of things number last week towards end of the week,
we had a number of FED members say the same thing,
and Wall Street's just looking at this, going okay, you
know that likelihood is starting to slip away from us
of that FED cut. Brought up the new numbers right now.
(15:51):
According to the CME fedwatch tool, we now look at
a forty four point nine percent probability of a quarter
percent cut in December, little team from Friday's odds of
forty four point four, but significantly a decline from about
a month ago when there was over a ninety percent
chance that we're gonna get that quarter percent cut. So,
you know, like I said, just a little bit more
of the same. So market evaluations concerned about the FED,
(16:13):
same as last week, concerns same today.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
All right, brom, I'm gonna try to squeeze one of
these out before we go to break the sure the
growth mindset.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Yeah, now you should be open minded about that.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
I'm gonna be open minded. Yeah, I'm gonna grow and
I'm gonna open my mind.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
All right, So let's talk about the description side of
this for just a moment. And by the way, folks,
I want to make sure I tell you and we'll
cover this when we get back instead of waiting to
the end of the show, Doctor Sanchez is a very,
very incredible offer that he wants to give just to
the listeners of the John Sanchez Show. So don't go anywhere.
This is going to be an incredible early Christmas gift
(16:54):
for you. And yeah, you're not gonna want to miss this.
That's gonna be exciting, all right, bro, So let's let's
start the discussion. We got a couple of minutes before
we need to go. Yeah, the growth mindset, now you'd said, okay,
so let's kind of describe this. Which is what is
the growth mindset? It's the belief that abilities and intelligence
can be developed through effort and learning.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Yep. And you know, this idea is so original in
thought and it's changed so many people's look on life.
And it actually emerged from education. Carol Dweck was steady education.
She's out of Stanford and became just a you know
(17:37):
something that the organization started capturing and practicing when I
was at Microsoft that it was first introduced there. In fact,
she was such a Nadella's private tutor to learn mindset.
You can do those kinds of things when you're the
CEO of that company. But basically it is about not
(17:58):
getting caught up and making mistake. It's every second you
are learning, you're learning something new and it's going to
be so important as a solo entrepreneur, as you know,
I'm one myself. At the end of the day, you
know their suggestions, think about all the positive things that happened.
Don't get caught up on gosh, I wish I had
(18:21):
done something. You know this, but you're probably accomplishing so much.
But be open minded to new things and just believe
in yourself and know that even research supports that people
that are open minded are actually going to do better
than people that are you know, come into a career
or something when they're experts. So you're in long run,
(18:42):
you're probably going to do better.
Speaker 3 (18:43):
Well, you and I were.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
You and I were chatting during the break about the
importance of journaling, right again another trade among those CEOs.
But that's one of the things that that I highly
encourage people to do, and I know you do too,
is you sit down in the morning where your mind
is fresh, there's no distraction, and journal whether give me
about anything, dreams, goals, problems, whatever it is because what
(19:05):
you're doing is you're getting that out of your subconscious mind.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
So that's a huge benefit.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
It's not sitting in there churning because remember, folks, your
subconscious mind never sleeps. It's going twenty four to seven,
you know, three hundred and sixty five days out of
the year. But along those journaling ideas, Dennis is journal
to be grateful. You were just saying, you know, if
you sit down, no matter what may be going on
in your life, there's something or some things that you
(19:31):
can be grateful about, and a journal about those. And
again that makes you kind of go, huh, all right, yeah,
maybe I don't have the Ivy League degree. Well you
know what, I can still get really smart by reading
and studying, taking courses and things. Right, So abilities, everybody
has an ability. Everybody has the ability. It's just do
you have the heart and the desire to want to
expand and build on that ability?
Speaker 3 (19:52):
Right?
Speaker 2 (19:53):
I just read about another reference to the gratitude I feel.
I apprea ciation Martin Seligman, who came up with the
whole idea of positive psychology, and he's done so much work,
but he actually he does the experiences gratitude and recognizes
(20:15):
it writes it down because it creates a positive emotion,
and that positive emotion is going to make you feel good.
So if you just compile all these things that make
you feel good, have that good cup of coffee while
you're journaling, look out at if it's raining and whatever,
be thankful you're alive, and start to begin with gratitude
like that, and you'll find it. Actually, they're chemical and
(20:37):
hormone things that are going on your body when you
feel gratitude.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
I tried doing that almost every day. I try to
do that, and you're absolutely right, there is a hormone
that is released. Or the flip side is you could
do what our dad did. God rest his soul.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
You know what? Did he ever tell you? What his
saying was?
Speaker 1 (20:53):
You call him in the morning, say it, Pops, how's
it going? He goes, well, I woke up vertical today,
so it's a great day.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
I turned over to Jack saying he's got news trafficking weather.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
Jack, welcome back to the John Sanche Show on News
Talk seven to eighty k which with my brother, doctor
Dennis Sanchez, the AI Doctor. Once again, we finished down
five fifty seven on the Dow lost one ninety three
on the SMP or on the NASDAC and a loss
of sixty two on the S and P five hundred.
Once again, market evaluations fed same old thing. Nothing new today, folks,
(21:24):
Nothing new, just weakness across the board. All right, we're
talking to Dennis about our secrets behind the solo preneur again,
starting to get into really the mindset of you know,
do you have what it takes to do this. I
know we've had different discussions over the weeks with Dennis
in regards to this, but this is a really interesting one.
We're really on zero point one the growth mindset. And
(21:46):
as we said before we went to break what is
the growth mindset? It's the belief that abilities and intelligence
can be developed through effort and learning. Now we're going
to talk about a few questions that you can ask
yourself to see if you have what it takes to
be a solo.
Speaker 3 (22:00):
But before we do, I want to do two things.
I want to get accomplished.
Speaker 1 (22:04):
Number One, we have all these great points to go over,
we don't have enough time. So what Dennis and I
are gonna do. We're going to jump over to our
other studio Podcasters of America and we're going to continue
this discussion after the John Sanchez Show ends. We'll have
that Our producer Bailey will have that up, say by six.
Speaker 3 (22:21):
O'clock this evening, it'll be over.
Speaker 1 (22:23):
Just go to Podcastersofamerica dot com and then click on
AI Education under our episode library and you can you'll
be able to get the full interview with doctor Sanchez there.
So by six o'clock tonight, we'll have it all edited
and ready to go. But Dennis, before we continue on,
I want to make sure we get this out. You know,
the holiday is, of course all about giving, and what
(22:45):
would be better, I know of nothing than sharing the
gift of learning how to use a powerful AI tool
like Microsoft Copilot, the only AI tool that is available
that is integrated with all of the Microsoft apps that
many of you are already familiar with at work and at home,
things like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. I mean, with doctor
(23:06):
Sanchez has taught our staff in our office of the
integration between co Pilot and Outlook. I mean, I thought
Jason knew a lot, but he's coming back and going, yeah,
Dennis showed me how to do this with Outlook, and
I'm sorry with Excel and it's folks, I just I
can't tell you the knowledge this man has and what
he can teach you. So what he is going to
(23:26):
be doing. The offer is this just for the John
Sanchez Show, unlimited Microsoft co Pilot training for four weeks
for your entire family that is a household up to
five members. That includes the online courses, videos and materials.
Special price is only one hundred ninety nine dollars a

of only one ninety nine But Dennis, for the entire
family to learn. I mean, imagine just one like what
we've learned from you, just one littlebit something that could
save hours off of your time if you're looking at
this for a business person. But I'm thinking of the
(24:48):
kids right. Kids are just starting to get indoctrinated into AI.
But imagine if they can start learning through your coursework,
and it's a phenomenal, phenomenal course, how it can save
them so much time in school.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
And I mean, I was shocked, to be honest with you,
one hundred ninety nine bucks.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
I thought when you told me you're putting this course together,
I thought it was going to be you know, like
nineteen hundred bucks or something like that. So I thank
you from the botto of my heart for putting this
great course together for only one hundred and ninety nine dollars.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
So it's it's amazing, it's amazing.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
Thank you. Just to say something about Brainstorm, I'm a
distributor for Brainstorm for the Brainstorm is an LMS platform,
a training platform just for technology, just for Microsoft Technology.
So they've been around for a long time. These courses
are they're micro courses, so they're short. It's that you
(25:41):
can take them on any device. All kinds of great
things like that this is the same training that a
company like Microsoft would take from them, from any you know,
the fortune one hundred companies that do business with Brainstorm,
it's the same training you'll have access to.
Speaker 3 (25:58):
Amazing, amazing, op one hundred ninety nine dollars. What a
great don't tell anybody, Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
Yeah, yeah, somehow we get to figure out to prove
that they're John Sanchez Show listeners.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
But well no, that just sends me yes, send me
the email because I'm not. This offer hasn't open to
anybody else. It's the only I know they're from.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Exactly, they can put something in there again the email
Doctor Dennis Sanchez at perform Ai dot ai. All right,
so there's the two things we got, the great offer
for the one hundred and ninety nine dollars and then
number two h We're going to continue this discussion over
in another studio, Podcasters of America again. That'll be up
about six o'clock tonight. So just let's get back to.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
The first question. Yeah, I guess.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
So we need to do some self assessment questions where
we're talking about the mental aspect and to really prove
to ourselves that we have what it takes to be
a solopreneur. So what are some of the questions that
we should be asking? Kind of a self checklist, I
guess we can call it.
Speaker 2 (26:55):
And before we leap into this, there's one other thing
I want to say about growth mindset. There is the
other side of mindset, and that is a fixed mindset.
So don't feel badly if you find yourself just, you know,
answering some of these questions. No, I'm not doing that.
I'm not doing it. That's a little bit of fixed me.
You're kind of setting your ways, where are all that
(27:17):
way and various things. But this is being aware that
you have that fixed mindset, and that's what's so different
about it with these questions. So you might ask yourself,
do I believe I can learn new skills when needed?
There for a long time there was the thought that
as we got older, we couldn't teach ourselves new things.
We actually believe that until neuroscience about ten years ago,
(27:42):
realized that we can keep creating new neural networks when
we learn and reinforce that learning until you know, to
our nineties. So everybody who's listening can learn something new
just through training and having an open mind to.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
It great, great, great, great advice on that one. Let
squeeze one more before we go to break. What's another
customer self assessment.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Being being open to criticism and feedback. I would say
feedback more than criticism. We all hate feedback, everybody.
Speaker 3 (28:16):
On the face of the earth.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
But when you you can just take it with a
grain of salt and look at the positive side, it's
something to mention. It takes two to have that growth mindset.
You can't have a manager or or someone else you're
working with or you're getting feedback from, be negative you.
They have to be open minded too that you and
that's when.
Speaker 3 (28:36):
It really works.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
So you know, you trust them that they're giving you
feedback that's going to be valuable, and you listen to
it a.
Speaker 3 (28:42):
Little bit harder.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
Absolutely, Yeah, it got to be able to take construct
your criticism. Last one sneak in do I seek out
new challenges or do I avoid situations where I might fail?
Speaker 2 (28:54):
And this one emerged out of Carolyn Dweck's research with
students when she studied students who had been straight A
students the highest grades all their life compared to once
that hadn't and how they reacted after not doing well
on a test. The ones that had never taken chances
(29:15):
and always wanted to be perfect didn't do very well
at all later on in life. And keep that open,
you know, keep it open.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
In mind everything psychological, everything is psychological. Love it all right,
Wrap it up a Christian snow right now, traffic Center, Kristen,
Welcome back to the John Sanchez Show on NEWSTOK seven
to eighty kohs. Wrapping things up with my brother, doctor
Dennis Sanchez. Again, We've only got to one of our
points and we have many more.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
And I told Dinnis is like six more.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
Yeah, six more, and we've got to get these out
there that good. And so once again jump over to
our other studio podcasters of America click on the AI
education or the episode library. After about six pm tonight,
our producer will have the show up and we'll have

Speaker 3 (29:58):
Our six points listed there. Warmre time.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
As a this as a quick reminder, dnnis is put
together this entire course, a beautiful course how to use
powerful AI with which is of course Microsoft Copilot with
the likes of Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook Unlimited Microsoft Copilot
training for four weeks for your entire household, which includes
up to five members, online course videos, material. Like Dennis said,
(30:25):
this is what corporations pay hundreds of thousands, if not
what probably millions. Dennis used to sell it for for
a wopping one hundred and ninety nine dollars for this
entire package.
Speaker 3 (30:35):
And how long do they so for four weeks they
can do the.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Training twenty four there's there's a i think one hundred
and seventy two courses available on so they just start.
Speaker 3 (30:47):
Yeah, we're also going long, right, but.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
No microft Yeah yeah, but on every aspect of using
co pilot, I'm also going to include Microsoft three sixty
five application training, So if you want to get to
speed on on Excel and Outlook and all of those
other applications while you're doing it, I think it's important
to feel really comfortable with those applications to take advantage
of copiloting, so you'll have access to that if you
(31:11):
want to brush up on that stuff. It's your own
time on leisure, on your on the phone, whatever you
want to do.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
And let me tell you, folks, I haven't taken this
course yet, but I'll tell you the other courses that
Dentist has created.
Speaker 3 (31:22):
For our office and things.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
I love this this Brainstorm slash Doctor Dennis Sanchez format.
Speaker 3 (31:28):
Like I said, they're not long.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
Videos five to seven minutes are the ones that you
put us through for a lot of the co pilot training.
They're great, and there's videos, there's a little bit of everything.
It's not like you just sit there and read page
after page. It's really interactive. So again, you're amazing.
