Jason Lee's website Www Dot Xzone. I'm sorry Www Dot
Jason Lee DOTRG. I've been saying xone too long. Jason,

(02:12):
tell me, Jason, what's the timeline involved here?

Speaker 8 (02:17):
Well, when I returned from the little grocery store, the
timeline would have been seven forty six to about seven
forty eight pm Central time, Okay, And I, as I
mentioned in the report, and I'll relate that to you
as well. I observed this thing from between four to
four and a half minutes as it ever so slowly

(02:38):
just glided to the due south, and by the time
I did go back into the house it could still
be seen. Of course, it wasn't as huge as it
was because it was traveling or gliding southwards. And the
report I eventually when I went into my room and

(02:58):
I sat there with just the lamplight on on my bed,
just very solemnly. All I could see was this object
in my mind and that blinking light and this humming
sound in my ear, and I just was, I don't know,
struck by it, Rob, I can't really explain it. I
don't want to say depressed. I was just sort of

(03:20):
very very solemn. And then after I kind of snapped
out of it, I started making notes, you know, the time,
and then I started drawing a little picture of what
the object looked like, you know, so I wouldn't forget it,
you know, I thought, oh my gosh, what if I
forget this thing? All right?

Speaker 7 (03:36):
Did you call the authorities, and if so, what did
they say?

Speaker 8 (03:39):
Yes? I did. First, I got out the phone book
and to call the local police. It's just a nine
to one one emergency number and it says do not
call unless there is an emergency. So I saw the
county Sheriff's phone number and I called them and the
operator answered, and I told her that I had just
seen I didn't say a U, I said, I just

(04:01):
saw an aircraft flying under five hundred feet over a
populated neighborhood and I thought I should call you folks
and report it because it's against FA regulations, first of
all for military experimental aircraft.

Speaker 7 (04:15):
Okay, so what did she say, right, Jason, We're short
on time here and I'd like to get the whole story.
And what did the Sheriff's department say.

Speaker 8 (04:24):
They said that they would send some officers out, and
they didn't come out until actually Monday night, two officers
banging on the door, and they were actually the Clemand police,
and I fathered report with them and showed them mister
Frank Warren's graphic and they were just totally amazed. Now,
the one officer knew me from the Stephenville Lights incident

(04:47):
from January of two thousand and eight, wherein I saw
an object that very night.

Speaker 7 (04:53):
Since you an email, yeah, I'd like to stick on
this one here because I have a few questions i'd
like to ask you that don't make sense to me,
and I'd like you to help me clarify.

Speaker 8 (05:02):
Them, certainly. Okay.

Speaker 7 (05:04):
For one thing, you're the only person who saw this UFO.

Speaker 8 (05:07):
Y No, we don't know that yet.

Speaker 7 (05:09):
Well, according to our researchers, did an entire search. They
called local law enforcements, they called the FAA, they called
the Department of Transport in the States, they called Homeland Security.
No citing reports anywhere except yours.

Speaker 8 (05:24):
Why well, I called six different numbers. First of all,
if you get a fort Worth October two thousand and
nine phone book and you turn to the blue pages,
which shows no, no, no, I'm not federal government.

Speaker 7 (05:40):
What I'm trying. What I'm trying. What I'm trying to
get at, Jason, is all come, if this object was
so big flying under five hundred feet, no one else
saw it but you.

Speaker 8 (05:53):
Well, that's what I'm trying to say. Rob. We don't
know that yet, But.

Speaker 7 (05:56):
Jason, the only the only reports that are any on
the internet are yours? I find that very strange.

Speaker 8 (06:04):
Well, it took me seven phone numbers until I finally
got through to the operations manager of the FAA.

Speaker 7 (06:11):
But all the all the reports I'm looking at are
our UFOs, are UFO sites. I don't see one bonafide
news media report anywhere.

Speaker 8 (06:21):
Well, I haven't reported to any news media, so why
why why wouldn't Why.

Speaker 7 (06:25):
Would why wouldn't you report it to the media instead
of the UFO fanatics that would love who love these
kind of stories?

Speaker 8 (06:33):
Well, I did report it to Peter Daffinger's International UFO
Reporting Center. I did follow a report there, Uh, the
official report, which is actually the report that's on the
website and the one that I sent to us in attachment.
So it's filed with the UFO reporting site.

Speaker 7 (06:49):
But that is but that is not a bona fide
reporting agency. Peter Davenport, God bless him, does his very
best on whatever however he does it. It's just basically
a UFO researcher or UFO BAFU decided to open up
a database for people to make these reports. But we're
not talking about Fox News, We're not talking about CNN,

(07:12):
We're not talking about any other credible media. What we're
talking about here has nothing to do like we saw
with the Stevensville where the mainstream media jumped on the case.

Speaker 8 (07:26):
I'm sorry you broke up there a little bit, Rob,
but I think I can make out what you're getting at.
And the answer is, try reporting a UFO Christmas night.
It's you know, like mission impossible. But I finally did
get through to the FAA. The operations manager asked me
to send in my report, which I did. I mailed
it yesterday along with my drawing of the object, and

(07:49):
he promised me. I gave him the latitude and longitude
of my house, and he promised me that he would
run a radar check to see if there was an
object that showed up on the radar. He promised me,
gave me his word of honor, and of course if
he doesn't, well we'll follow through with a Freedom of
Information Act request and get those radar data from that

(08:11):
time and that day and night. But as far as
anyone else trying to report it, you can imagine what
I went through, going through seven different phone numbers until
I finally got through to this man two days later.

Speaker 7 (08:23):
All right, but well, once again, I'm not talking about
the reporting of it, or two.

Speaker 8 (08:27):
You're talking about reporting to a newsagentcy Well, wait a.

Speaker 7 (08:30):
Second, wait a secon wait a second, please wait a second.
What I'm saying, Jason. I find it very strange, very odd,
and very out of the norm when it comes to
a UFO siding that only one person sees that, only
one person reports that, and only one person's name is
attached to it anywhere where you look on the UFO
throughout the UFO websites. I find it very strange.

Speaker 8 (08:50):
Well, I personally don't find it very strange, Rob, because
first of all, there might not have been that many
people out. In fact, when I went to the corner store,
I was the only one in there. But also if they,
if normal people, had the trouble that I had trying
to get through to the SAA.

Speaker 7 (09:08):
Once again, once once, once again, once once again, you're
missing my point here, the fact that you were the
only person and that you're the only person who's whose
name that appears anywhere on the internet with reference to
only this UFO reporting, which is the only UFO reported
Christmas Day period. Another thing that I find rather strange

(09:28):
is that you who you know, claim to have worked
for ABC News. You had a camquarder in the house,
and you yourself said over the last half hour that
you were tossing snowballs at it. Earlier you were making
comments about the snow, this, that, and the other thing.
You didn't you didn't think to go inside, get the
cam quarder, run back outside. That makes no sense.

Speaker 8 (09:50):
Well, it doesn't make any sense, I suppose. But I
did tell you that I was awe struck and just
didn't have the wit about me to do that. The
solemn effect that I had upon this dramatic sighting affected
me so severely that nothing else mattered to me except

(10:11):
going into my room and thinking about all of this
that I just seen and taking it all down. Now,
as far as not reporting it to any news agency, Rob,
you know me better than that. I'm a professional researcher
for over forty years.

Speaker 7 (10:26):
That's why I can't understand your actions of December the
twenty fifth, because they're totally out of character for a
professional researcher.

Speaker 8 (10:33):
Exactly. No, well they're not. Now now you're missing the point.
You don't go to the TV media. I didn't in
nineteen ninety five when I videotaped the broad daylight flying
saucer until I checked with every source that I possibly
could to rule out everything else, space, debris of military
test aircraft, hot air balloons, hang gliders, everything else. And

(10:56):
that's what I'm doing now. So I'm just about ready
to to call the media now that I've followed this
report with the FAA and got some documentation going. Now
I'm ready to call the media and say, look, I've
done this, I saw that, here's the report. What do
you think blah blah blah if we go from there.

Speaker 7 (11:15):
You know, I hate to sound say it, but it
sounds like a bit of grand standing here.

Speaker 8 (11:18):
Jason, Well, why would you say to that Rob?

Speaker 7 (11:21):
That's well, very se character for you, very simple.

Speaker 8 (11:25):
It's almost an insult.

Speaker 7 (11:27):
It's not meant to be an insult. It's just an observation.
You're the only person. Eight a minute. Please wait a minute,
Please wait a minute. Please you As I said, when
we got the story and we started, when we started
doing the research and the background checks into the area,
there were no other reports made to any media by anyone.
There were no other sheriff reports or law enforcement reports made.

(11:50):
There was only one report to the FAA. There was
nothing with Homeland Security. It doesn't add up.

Speaker 8 (11:57):
Well, I didn't call Homeland Security.

Speaker 7 (11:59):
From Homeland Homeland Security would have been notified.

Speaker 8 (12:02):
Why would I would call Homeland Security.

Speaker 7 (12:04):
No, I'm not saying youson, I'm not saying you. But
through the credible line of disbursement of information within the government,
this report doesn't exist except with that one FAA call.

Speaker 8 (12:18):
Okay, and your researchers, they called the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.

Speaker 7 (12:23):
I have no idea who they called. All I get
is the report that no law enforcement.

Speaker 8 (12:29):
Okay, well, then they didn't call it the Johnson County
Sheriff's Department first of all. Okay, you need to make
that clear, because I did.

Speaker 7 (12:35):
All right, so you call gold on here, hold on here,
hold on here. It doesn't make sense, though, Jason, because
you're the only person who saw this UFO, and if
the UFO was as big as you say, and if
it really was a UFO, other people, whether it's police officers,
other pilots, other people shoveling their grass, visiting Grandma on Christmas,

(12:57):
somebody else would have assuredly seen this.

Speaker 8 (12:59):
But we don't know that yet. Rob you have to
remember it's the Christmas holidays. And first of all, the
FAA didn't even answer the phone because they say during
the Christmas and New Year holidays they don't take public
telephone calls. Okay, that's what the third caller told me
at the Alliance control tower. And he's the one who

(13:20):
gave me a phone number to call of a Bigelow
Space Studies, which turned out to be a Bass casino
in Las Vegas. So either I wrote the number down
incorrectly or he gave me the incorrect phone number. So
I have done everything I can, first of all, to
rule out everything else possible. How many can you go

(13:43):
to the media?

Speaker 7 (13:44):
All right? How many? How many UFO organizations did you
feed your information too?

Speaker 8 (13:51):
First to you Angela Joiner, Mister Frank Warren. I can't
tell you how many other UFO researchers.

Speaker 7 (13:59):
And how many are UFO organizations did defeat it?

Speaker 8 (14:02):
Two? I have probably three or four, like George Fyler,
there's one in the UK.

Speaker 7 (14:11):
All right, So okay, so you were very selective in
who you sent it to.

Speaker 8 (14:16):
Well, no, no, these are just the ones that I
know of.

Speaker 7 (14:20):
So then let me ask you. Let me ask you this.
Why wouldn't you verify everything first when dealing with the
UFO community like you're doing with the news media, the
credible news media. You know, you say you want to
check out all the facts, you know, basically dotting your eyes,
crossing your te's before you go to mainstream media. And
yet you were very open and very free with the
information to all the UFO community.

Speaker 8 (14:41):
Why I did that after I called the county sheriff, Rob, Now,
your investigative team. You haven't mentioned their name. Is this
this detective agency?

Speaker 7 (14:51):
No, these are our in board researchers.

Speaker 8 (14:54):
Well, you said they called the law enforcement agencies. And
yet when I asked you if they called the Johnson
County Sheriff.

Speaker 7 (14:59):
I said, I don't get after that a detailed list.
All I get is the information, Jason. But you know
the point is here, I don't believe you.

Speaker 8 (15:07):
Okay, Well fine, I really I.

Speaker 7 (15:09):
Really don't believe you, because I find it very ironic
that here you are, you're the only person who sees
this UFO and all over the UFO wacko sites I
see Jason leek Leeborne, Texas UFO December the twenty fifth,
no credible sighting, no credible media.

Speaker 8 (15:26):
Nothing it seems like credible sighting. I don't know what
you mean by that, and no credible media. I just
explained to you you don't go to the media until
you've researched anything that it could have otherwise been. I'm
not going to call the media if it had been
you know, like some sort of balloon or something.

Speaker 7 (15:45):
Well wait a second, Wait a second, Well why why
wait so long? You what are you intending or hoping
to discover? Between now? It's let's see, today is the thirtieth,
I believe, five days ago. You know, so within five days,
you know, if it is a legitimate sighting, wouldn't you
want the media to be able to get on board
so that they can start their wheel spinning fast in

(16:06):
order to either authenticate or.

Speaker 8 (16:08):
Well absolutely, And having been in the professional media, I
know that the first thing they do is check with
other agents to see if it could have possibly been
space debris like the SAA or say the McDonald Observatory,
which I've contacted, to see if it could have been
space debris or anything else, just to rule all of
that out, to get every stone unturned before contact the media.

(16:33):
Why I don't want them to say what you're saying
now that you don't believe me.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
Ah, so I'll listen. We've got to take a break. Jason.
I want to thank you very much for joining us,
and I've got to tell you something, Pal, I don't
believe it. Another made up story. Gosh, grand standing on
UFOs kind of pathetic, isn't it. I'll be back on
the other side as we continue right here in the X.

Speaker 6 (16:55):
Zone, riding a long load of carous side, trying to
catch up to you, riding along Loder Caroussie.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
Will I catch up to you.

Speaker 9 (17:25):
Houses Jason, cause the Rason sody it's so Farnarson.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
On a concern.

Speaker 7 (17:43):
Jason Lee is my special guest www dot Jason Lee
dot organ. Jason. Before we went to the commercial break,
we were talking about your experiences as a as not
only a photo journalist, not only as a member of
the Armed Forces, not only as a member of NASA,
but you've had your own incredible UFO sightings over the years.

Speaker 8 (18:07):
Yes, Rovan, I'd like to apologize to you and your listeners.
I should have said if folks would go to my
website Jason Lee dot org. As you kindly mentioned, there
is a link in our middle menu. We have three menus,
one to the left, one to the right, one in
the middle, and there's an area which says Jason's bios,

(18:30):
and I have actually three. One is my research bio,
and then I have a writing bio my poetry, songwriting,
et cetera. And then my media bio, which lists my
work in radio and television, news, et cetera. So that

(18:52):
might have been the correct answer to your question my
background and UFO research. It would probably be better for
folks to read the bio and that would give them
a better sense of who I am.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
And what I do.

Speaker 7 (19:04):
It is very in depth and very very complete. But Jason,
I'd like to get back to your sighting of Christmas
Day this year of a UFO in Cleburne, Texas.

Speaker 8 (19:16):
Yes, actually it was Christmas night, Rob and we had
actually gotten our first white Christmas since nineteen twenty six,
which would have been eighty three years ago, a few
years before I was born. But I had gone eve
going to find this probably humorous, but I should mention it.

(19:39):
I was in my pajamas, wearing a new robe that
I'd gotten for a Christmas and wearing my Fedora hat
when I ran out of these little cigars that I smoke,
and I had a little bit of an upset stomach,
so I wanted to get a Coca cola, and it
had already stopped snowing, so the grounds were just filled
with white snow. And you know, three inch as the

(20:00):
snow in eighty six years is really a big deal.
So I drove to the corner store about a mile
or so away, and as I was visiting with the
manager for a few minutes, I left and I walked
up to my car in the It was actually twenty
seven degrees fahrenheit with a little bit of a wind
blow and not much but it was pretty cover just

(20:21):
wearing pajamas and a robe, you know. But I looked
off to the north. Something caught my peripheral vision and
what I saw was a sort of a softly glowing
yellowish white circular light. And at first I looked up
and I thought, well, that's too high in the sky

(20:41):
to be some sort of Christmas light. And although there
is a sort of a mini marked area right across
the street, I thought, well, maybe it was some sort
of sign or something, you know, And so I just
sort of blew it off, and the cold got to
my neck, and so I hopped in my car where
the engine was running and the heater was going, and
I drove on back. Well by the time I got

(21:01):
home a few minutes later, I drove up the parking
or the driveway and got out of the car and
stopped dead in my tracks in the front yard and
just looked up to the due south and right over
the rooftops of the houses across the street, I see
what is now the rear end of a otherwise triangular

(21:23):
shaped aircraft under five hundred feet. I originally guestimated about
two hundred feet, but I'll expand that to between two
hundred and five hundred feet. After I'd spoken to the FAA,
which is going to be a story in itself, just
getting through to the FAA, and I'm looking at this thing, Rob,

(21:44):
and trust me, I've seen UFOs and even the nineteen
ninety five broad daylight flying saucer which I termed it
with portholes and everything, that I had a video of
which made worldwide news, and we did interviews about four years.
You know, being a trained observer, Rob and a former navigator,

(22:06):
you know, I know where due south is, due north
is and all of that. I was just completely blown away, because,
first of all, if you consider my first job back
from Vietnam, I was a fuel service agent for Delta Airlines,
which is to say, I've seen all sorts of commercial airliners,
private airplanes, and military aircraft taking off and landing, and

(22:28):
all sorts of weather. So I know what wing lights
look like. And if you see what these lights were,
there were four of them, gigantic, I have to say, gigantic, huge,
if you will, and the lights were glowing, and yet

(22:50):
away from me. They weren't coming towards me. Is if
they hadn't been an airplane or any sort of aircraft
with wing lights, they would have been heading toward me,
not away from me, because airplanes do not have that
sort of huge, you know, circular lights on the rear
of the wings or the tail wings or whatever. Not

(23:11):
even a helicopter. You know, they're all forward lights, not
rear lights. And so I'm just, you know, like a
dew truck in the headlights of a car. I'm just
totally odd, totally odd, not only from the size of
this thing, but the fact that it had a black
kind of if you recall the phoenix lights, how people

(23:33):
described kind of a black wavy ambiance to the area
which would have otherwise been a show, say the solid
part of the aircraft. I could see that, you know,
sort of like it was tilted just very very slightly,
and the yellowish white glowing light which otherwise should have

(23:55):
been shining out in front, was actually shining down although
there was no being going down to the ground as
you would if you pointed a flashlight down to the
yard you see like a beam of light and then
the light circle on the ground. There was nothing like that.
It was just a glowing soft amberish yellow white, you know,

(24:16):
in the very very tip front of this, and then
the four gigantic lights on the very rear which are
boxed in. And if people go to our website, they'll
see a link there which mentions, let me just click there.
It mentions the breaking UFO report, the huge UFO spotted

(24:38):
in Cleybronde, Texas on Christmas night, posted at the UFO
Chronicles website, which was mister Frank Warren's website. I believe
you've interviewed him in the past, so you know he
has a worldwide UFO reporting center there, so I had
contacted him along with you and all of my other

(24:59):
UFO researcher friends, because I was just completely odd by
this thing. Now, the funny thing is, Robert, do we
have how long four minutes? Okay? The amazing thing is
I watched this thing for close to four minutes, possibly
four and a half minutes, just standing out there in

(25:21):
my slippers in the snow. At first I walked to
my porch, and then when I saw it, I walked
out to the grass to get a better look at
it over the rooftops. And of course it was gliding.
If you can imagine an autumn leaf on a slow
flowing creek, that's how this thing was gliding. You know,
I wouldn't say thirty miles an hour. I would say

(25:43):
ten to twelve miles an hour. It was just gliding
ever so slowly, just like a leaf on water. It
was just amazing, and as I say, I was so
totally odd. For one reason, there was a small red
blinking light. Now we know that in commercial airlines or
airplanes and military airplanes they had that belly light, which

(26:06):
is a red light, a strobing light, which is constant.
It's a constant red strobing light to warn other airplanes.
You know, not to crash into that plane, you know. Essentially. Well,
this red blinking light, Rob was different in a sense
that it would blink real fast, six, eight, nine, ten

(26:26):
times and then stop, and then a few seconds later
it would blink three, four or five or six times,
then stop, and then it would start blinking again in
a longer series of blinks. And I'm looking at it,
and then I'm realizing, well, this isn't the belly light
of some known aircraft, you know, first of all. And
I'd already deduced that this was not an earthly aircraft,

(26:49):
you know, just based on the huge lights at the
Boxton area at the rear of this object. But that
blinking light, there was something about it, Rob, And I
think it was blinking some sort of code. And that's
what had me so transfixed upon it. Because in my
house on the coffee table was my camquarder, which I'd

(27:11):
been getting all day long, five and ten minute little
videos of the snow falling, you know, and my making
comments of it, and then playing in the snow, throwing
snowballs at the cam quarter lens and everything. So why
didn't I dash into the house and get the cam
quarter out, which I've done in the past. You know,
I was just so transfixed. I didn't even move from

(27:33):
the spot I was standing in. It was that amazing
and that awesome, and actually it was still in the
sky when I walked into the house, went straight to
my bedroom, turned off all the lights except one lamplight,
and just set on my bed with no music, no TV,
no sounds at all. For over an hour. I just

(27:55):
sat there in the quiet. I felt so solemn, almost depressed.

Speaker 7 (28:01):
Why okay, let me ask you a question at this point,
Why did you walk back into the house when this
sighting was still going on? And why did you go
to your bedroom instead of grabbing your camcorder and coming
back in?

Speaker 6 (28:14):
Do know?

Speaker 8 (28:16):
I do not. I can't answer that, rob And yet
I'm a trained professional Down in New Orleans, when I
was an EG photographer for ABC News, I used to
go to police and the crook shootouts on Bourbon Street,
you know, And of course they never shoot the cameraman
because you know, even the cops and the robbers want
to be on TV. And I've been in the middle
of shootouts. I photographed hurricanes, tornadoes, all sorts of destruction.

(28:42):
I hate to say it, but dead burned bodies, you know,
and everything, but there was something about I honestly believe
now you know, four or five days later, there was
something to that blinking light, as if it were some
sort of code.

Speaker 7 (28:58):
All right, Jason standby, We've got to take her break
at the bottom of the hour with the News. Jason
Lee is our special guest ex ownation. We're talking to
Jason about his UFO siding in Cleeburn, Texas on December
the twenty fifth, Christmas Day. Interesting story. We'll be back
talking to Jason when we return from this commercial break

(29:18):
with the News right here from our studios in Hamilton,
Ontario where on the all new X Zone broadcast network,
We'll be back on the other side.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Don't go away, oh Hnri.

Speaker 2 (30:15):
Welcome to the Xisone, a place where fact is fiction
and fiction is reality. Now here's your host, rob Acconno.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
I haven't phoned and a that mone I heard you.

Speaker 4 (30:52):
Say, Tom Pun Now you're confess, but I'm still guess.

Speaker 6 (31:02):
I'm in your food, girl, go back just the same
my feelings.

Speaker 4 (31:11):
Girl, go cop and tell me run girl.

Speaker 3 (31:17):
Don tap to make uponer reasons and other lead and.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
If this is it a bus.

Speaker 7 (31:30):
Jason Lee is our special guest on this our final
show for the year two thousand and nine. We'll be
back next Monday, January the fourth, as we start all
over again as the X Zone comes to on the
all new X Zone broadcast network. Our toll free number

three five. Email x Zone at xon Radio TV dot

(31:51):
com and on Mson Messenger x Zone Radio TV at
hotmail dot com. Our website www dot x Zone radio
dot com. Jason Lee's website Www dot Xzone. I'm sorry,
Www dot Jason Lee dot RG. I've been saying X
one too long. Jason, tell me, Jason, what's the timeline

(32:16):
involved here?

Speaker 8 (32:18):
Well, when I returned from the little grocery store, the
timeline would have been seven forty six to about seven
forty eight pm Central time, Okay, And I, as I
mentioned in the report, and I'll relate that to you
as well, I observed this thing from between four to
four and a half minutes as it, ever so slowly

(32:40):
just glided to the due south, and by the time
I did go back into the house it could still
be seen. Of course, it wasn't as huge as it
was because it was traveling or gliding southwards, and the report.
I eventually when I went into my room and I

(33:00):
sit there with just the lamplight on it, on my bed,
just very solemnly. All I could see was this object
in my mind and that blinking light and this humming
sound in my ear, and I just was, I don't know,
struck by it, Rob, I can't really explain it. I
don't want to say depressed. I was just sort of

(33:21):
very very solemn. And then after I kind of snapped
out of it, I started making notes, you know, the time,
and then I started drawing a little picture of what
the object looked like, you know, so I wouldn't forget it,
you know, I thought, oh my gosh, what if I
forget this thing?

Speaker 7 (33:37):
All right? Did you call the authorities and if so,
what did they say?

Speaker 8 (33:41):
Yes? I did. First I got out the phone book
and to call the local police. It's just a nine
to one one emergency number and it says do not
call unless there's an emergency. So I saw the county
Sheriff's phone number and I called them, and the operator answered,
and I told her that I had just seen I
didn't say a UFO, I said, I just saw an

(34:03):
aircraft flying under five hundred feet over a populated neighborhood,
and I thought I should call you folks and report
it because it's against FA regulations first of all for
military experimental aircraft.

Speaker 7 (34:17):
Okay, so what did she say, right, Jason, We're short
on time here, and I'd like to get the whole story.
And what did the Sheriff's department say?

Speaker 8 (34:26):
They said that they would send some officers out, and
they didn't come out until actually Monday night, two officers
banging on the door, and they were actually the Cleveland Police,
and I fathered report with them and showed them mister
Frank Warren's graphic and they were just totally amazed. Now,
the one officer knew me from the Stephenville lights incident

(34:49):
from January of two thousand and eight, wherein I saw
an object that very night. Since you an email, yeah,
I'd like.

Speaker 7 (34:57):
To stick on this one here because I have a
few questions i'd like to ask you that you know
don't make sense to me, and i'd like you to
help me clarify them certainly. Okay, For one thing, you're
the only person who saw this UFO. Y, No, we
don't know that yet Well, according to our researchers, did
an entire search. They called local law enforcements, they called
the FAA, they called the Department of Transport in the States,

(35:21):
they called Homeland Security. No citing reports anywhere except yours.

Speaker 8 (35:26):
Why well, I called six different numbers. First of all,
if you get a fort Worth October two thousand and
nine phone book and you turn to the blue pages,
which shows no, no, no, I'm not federal government.

Speaker 7 (35:42):
What I'm trying, What I'm trying. What I'm trying to
get at, Jason, is all come, if this object was
so big flying under five hundred feet, no one else
saw it but you.

Speaker 8 (35:55):
Well, that's what I'm trying to say, Rob, we don't
know that yet.

Speaker 7 (35:58):
But Jason, the only the only reports that are anywhere
on the internet are yours. I find that very strange.

Speaker 8 (36:06):
Well, it took me seven phone numbers until I finally
got through to the operations manager of the FAA.

Speaker 7 (36:12):
But all the reports I'm looking at are our UFOs,
are UFO sites. I don't see one bonafide news media
report anywhere.

Speaker 8 (36:23):
Well, I haven't reported to any news media, So why.

Speaker 7 (36:26):
Why why wouldn't Why would why wouldn't you report it
to the media instead of the UFO fanatics that would
love who love these kind of stories.

Speaker 8 (36:35):
Well, I did report it to Peter Daffinger's International UFO
Reporting Center. I did follow a report there, uh, the
official report, which is actually the report that's on the
website and the one that I sent to us in attachment,
so it's filed with the UFO reporting site.

Speaker 7 (36:51):
But that is but that is not a bona fide
reporting agency. Peter Davenport, god bless them, does his very
best on whatever however he does it. It's just basically
a UFO researcher or UFO BAFU decided to open up
a database for people to make these reports. But we're
not talking about Fox News, We're not talking about CNN,

(37:14):
We're not talking about any other credible media. What we're
talking about here has nothing to do like we saw
with the Stevensville where the mainstream media jumped on the case.

Speaker 8 (37:28):
Sorry you broke up there a little bit, Rob, But
I think I can make out what you're getting at,
And the answer is try reporting a UFO Christmas Night.
It's you know, like mission impossible. But I finally did
get through to the FAA. The operations manager asked me
to send in my report, which I did. I mailed
it yesterday along with my drawing of the object, and

(37:51):
he promised me.

(38:13):
time and that day and night. But as far as
anyone else trying to report it, you can imagine what
I went through, going through seven different phone numbers until
I finally got through to this man two days later.

Speaker 7 (38:25):
All right, but well, once again, I'm not talking about
the reporting of it or two.

Speaker 8 (38:29):
You're talking about reporting to a newsagentcy Well.

Speaker 7 (38:31):
Wait a secon, Wait a sect, wait a secon. Please
wait a second. What I'm saying, Jason, I find it
very strange, very odd, and very out of the norm
when it comes to a UFO siding that only one
person sees that, only one person reports that, and only
one person's name is attached to it. Anywhere where you
look on the UFO, throughout the UFO websites. I find
it very strange.

Speaker 8 (38:51):
Well, I personally don't find it very strange, rob because
first of all, there might not have been that many
people out. In fact, when I went to the corner store,
I was the only one in there. But also if they,
if normal people, had the trouble that I had trying
to get through to the SAA once again, once once.

Speaker 7 (39:11):
Again, once once again, you're missing my point here, the
fact that you were the only person and that you're
the only person who's whose name that appears anywhere on
the internet with reference to only this UFO reporting, which
is the only UFO reported Christmas Day period. Another thing
that I find rather strange is that you, who you know,

(39:33):
claimed to have worked for ABC News. You had a
camquarder in the house, and you yourself said over the
last half hour that you were tossing snowballs at it.
Earlier you were making comments about the snow this, that
and the other thing. You didn't you didn't think to
go inside, get the camquarder run back outside. That makes
no sense.

Speaker 8 (39:52):
Well, it doesn't make any sense, I suppose, But I
did tell you that I was awe struck and just
didn't have the wit about me to do that. The
solemn effect that I had upon this dramatic sighting affected
me so severely that nothing else mattered to me except

(40:13):
going into my room and thinking about all of this
that I just see and taking it all down. Now,
as far as not reporting it to any news agency, Rob,
you know me better than that. I'm a professional researcher
for over forty years.

Speaker 7 (40:28):
That's why I can't understand your actions of December the
twenty fifth, because they're totally out of character for a
professional researcher.

Speaker 8 (40:35):
Exactly. No, well they're not. No, Now you're missing the point.
You don't go to the TV media. I did in
nineteen ninety five when I videotaped the broad Daylight Flying
Saucer until I checked with every source that I possibly
could to rule out everything else, space, debris of military
test aircraft, hot air balloons, hang gliders, everything else. And

(40:58):
that's what I'm doing now. So I'm just about ready
to call the media now that I've followed this report
with the FAA and got some documentation going. Now I'm
ready to call the media and say, look, I've done this.
I saw that, here's the report. What do you think
blah blah blah if we go from there.

Speaker 7 (41:17):
You know, I hate to sound say it, but it
sounds like a bit of grandstanding here.

Speaker 8 (41:20):
Jason, Well, why would you say to that, Rob?

Speaker 7 (41:24):
Well, very secharacter for you, very simple.

Speaker 8 (41:26):
It's almost an insult.

Speaker 7 (41:29):
It's not meant to be an insult. It's just an observation.
You're the only person. Eight a minute. Please wait a minute,
Please wait a minute.

Speaker 8 (41:37):
Please.

Speaker 7 (41:38):
As I said, when we got the story and we started,
when we started doing the research and the background checks
into the area, there were no other reports made to
any media by anyone. There were no other sheriff reports
or law enforcement reports made. There was only one report
to the FAA. There was nothing with Homeland Security. It
doesn't add up.

Speaker 8 (41:59):
Well, I didn't call Homeland Security.

Speaker 7 (42:01):
Homeland Homeland Security would have been notified.

Speaker 8 (42:04):
Why would I would call Homeland Security.

Speaker 7 (42:06):
Now, I'm not saying youson, I'm not saying you, but
through the credible line of disbursement of information within the government,
this report doesn't exist except with that one FAA call.

Speaker 8 (42:20):
Okay, and your researchers. They called the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.

Speaker 7 (42:25):
I have no idea who they called. All I get
is the report that no law enforcement.

Speaker 8 (42:31):
Okay, well, then they didn't call it the Johnson County
Sheriff's Department. First of all, Okay, you need to make
that clear, because I did.

Speaker 7 (42:37):
All right, so you go on here, hold on here,
hold on here. It doesn't make sense, though, Jason, because
you're the only person who saw this UFO, And if
the UFO was as big as you say, and if
it really was a UFO, other people, whether it's police officers,
other pilots, other people shoveling their grass, visiting Grandma on Christmas,

(42:58):
somebody else would assureedly seen this.

Speaker 8 (43:01):
But we don't know that yet. Rob. You have to
remember it's the Christmas holidays. And first of all, the
FAA didn't even answer the phone because they say during
the Christmas and New Year holidays they don't take public
telephone calls. Okay, that's what the third caller told me
at the Alliance control tower. And he's the one who

(43:22):
gave me a phone number to call of a Bigelow
Space Studies, which turned out to be a Bass casino
in Las Vegas. So either I wrote the number down incorrectly,
or he gave me the incorrect phone number. So I
have done everything I can, first of all, to rule
out everything else possible. How many can you go to

(43:45):
the media?

Speaker 7 (43:45):
All right? How many? How many UFO organizations did you
feed your information too?

Speaker 8 (43:53):
First to you Angela Joiner, mister Frank Warren Gosh, I
can't tell you how many other UFO researchers and how many.

Speaker 7 (44:01):
Other UFO organizations did you feed it too?

Speaker 8 (44:06):
I have probably three or four, like George Fyler, there's
one in the UK.

Speaker 7 (44:13):
All right, So okay, so you were very selective in
who you send it to.

Speaker 8 (44:18):
Well, no, no, these are just the ones that I
know of.

Speaker 7 (44:22):
So then let me ask you. Let me ask you this,
Why wouldn't you verify everything first when dealing with the
UFO community like you're doing with the news media, the
credible news media. You know, you say you want to
check out all the facts, you know, basically dotting your eyes,
crossing your te's before you go to mainstream media. And
yet you were very open and very free with the
information to all the UFO community.

Speaker 8 (44:43):
Why I did that? After I called the county sheriff, Rob.
Now your investigative team. You haven't mentioned their name. Is
this this detective agency?

Speaker 7 (44:53):
No, these are our in board researchers.

Speaker 8 (44:55):
Well, you said they called the law enforcement agencies, and
yet when I asked you if they call the Johnson
County Sheriff, I said, I don't get.

Speaker 7 (45:02):
After that a detailed list. All I get is the information. Jason.
But you know the point is here, I don't believe you.

Speaker 8 (45:09):
Okay, Well, I really I really.

Speaker 7 (45:11):
Don't believe you, because I find it very ironic that
here you are, you're the only person who sees this
UFO and all over the UFO wacko sites I see,
Jason Lee Leeborne, Texas UFO December the twenty fifth, no
credible sighting, no credible media, nothing.

Speaker 8 (45:29):
It seems like credible sighting. I don't know what you
mean by that. And no credible media. I just explained
to you you don't go to the media until you've
researched anything that it could have otherwise been. I'm not
going to call the media if it had been you know, like, okay,
some sort of balloon or something.

Speaker 7 (45:47):
Well wait a second, wait a second, well why why
wait so long? You what are you intending or hoping
to discover between now it's let's see today is the thirtieth,
I believe five days ago, you know, so within five days,
you know, if it is a legitimate sighting, wouldn't you
want the media to be able to get on board
so that they can start their wheel spinning fast in

(46:08):
order to either authenticate or well.

Speaker 8 (46:11):
Absolutely, And having been in the professional media, I know
that the first thing they do is check with other
agents to see if it could have possibly been space
debris like the SAA or say the McDonald Observatory, which
I've contacted, to see if it could have been space
debris or anything else, just to rule all of that out,
to get every stone unturned before contact the media. Why,

(46:35):
I don't want them to say what you're saying now
that you don't believe me.

Speaker 7 (46:38):
Ah, so I'll listen. We've got to take a break, Jason.
I want to thank you very much for joining us,
and I've got to tell you something, Pal, I don't
believe it. Another made up story. Gosh, grand standing on UFOs.
Kind of pathetic, isn't it. I'll be back on the
other side as we continue right here in the X zone.

Speaker 1 (47:23):
Than books out the sound of speech guns rayed it.

Speaker 5 (47:33):
I read it, I read it.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
This are you hanging out here to the seat? Don't
wait in the bullet.

Speaker 7 (47:44):
Another one and welcome back to the X everyone. My
name is Rob McConnell. We're coming to you from our
studios in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on the all new xpon
broadcast network. Are toll free one eight hundred number world
wide is one eight hundred six ten seven zero three five.
That is toll free worldwide at one eight hundred six

(48:05):
ten seven zero three five. Email x Zone at Xzone
radio TV dot com, on MSN, messenger, Xzone Radio TV
at hotmail dot com, and our website www dot Xzone
radio tv dot com. All right, with reference to my
conversation with Jason Lee a few minutes ago, I don't

(48:30):
believe the story. It doesn't add up. You have this
huge object that is under you know, that's flying about
five hundred feet off the ground in Cleburn, Texas, that
only one person saw. Now, if you google Cleburn, Texas

(48:51):
December twenty fifth, UFO, all you find is the report
that Jason Lee sent out to everyone within the UFO community.
No one, no one in the mainstream media was advised
why not. What's he trying to cover up? Why didn't

(49:12):
he give the people, I mean, the real people, not
the UFO woo woos, that or other, And god knows
there's enough of them out there mainstream media the opportunity
to investigate it when it was a hot item, not
a cold case. And we find this with the UFO community.

(49:33):
They hold back until it's so long that information is
very hard to verify. This is how they maintain the
UFO conspiracy. You see. They make claims that cannot be
substantiated except by their own testimony. And when it is
said that the you know, they're pressured for information, they say, well,

(49:55):
the government's got the information. The government's suppressing the information.
They're maintaining the conspiracy. See bull crap. It's not the
government that's conspiring anything. It's the UFO woo woo's out there.
It's a scary thought when people actually have to grandstand
in order to get their little five minutes or five

(50:16):
seconds of fame, whether it's with any of these woo
wu organizations that clutter the Internet, or even on a
show like mine. Except however, I don't believe everybody, And
when I don't believe you. I just say I don't
believe you. And by the way, the information that I
received from our research department was that when they checked

(50:37):
their wire services and the wire sources as well as
the Internet, there were no law enforcement records of this
event happening, but they will be calling the sheriff's apartment
and verifying it. In fact, I don't doubt that Jason
called at all. I take his word for it that
he called. However, when it comes to any credible reporting

(51:01):
or any credible citing other than Jason's, there is none.
You know, well, Judge Judy says, if it walks like
a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is a duck.
Nothing made sense in this story. I'll be back on
the other side of this commercial break as the X

(51:21):

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
