Speaker 6 (04:25):
All right, all right, yeah, I'm looking forward to it too, brother,
I'm looking forward it to the too. All right.
Speaker 3 (04:33):
Well man, before we really just kick off things, what's
been on your heart and mind lately?
Speaker 6 (04:39):
Well, right, right, now brotherre my, my girl pregnant, so
so I'm about to be a father just uh.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
The baby's going to be due November, so.
Speaker 6 (04:49):
I'm already like getting close to it, you know. So
so my mind like like that, that's pretty much on
my mind.
Speaker 4 (04:57):
And you know, I know that's going to take me to.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
Another level, gonna they're gonna change my mentality to the
bedding and and from where I come from, Like like
I if it weren't for God, I wouldn't.
Speaker 4 (05:12):
I wouldn't be here speaking with you. Really.
Speaker 3 (05:17):
Congratulations. I know it's about to get really real for you.
Speaker 4 (05:21):
Man.
Speaker 6 (05:24):
Oh the show show and I'm mayrie. I'm may get
defensively too man.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Yeah, man, congratulations on that. That that's a beautiful thing.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
Uh, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:39):
Man.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
So when people who listen to.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Uh, if it weren't for you years from now, what
truth or message do you want your legacy to leave behind?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
You know?
Speaker 6 (05:53):
But I'm everything everything I write I did so so
so basically you know music music nowadays, I'm from that
leg and all they talks about is like going to
go shoot up people, going that they have.
Speaker 4 (06:10):
Guns, they have drugs.
Speaker 6 (06:12):
They I don't know if I could cuts it or not,
but you know, getting getting girls, you know, like for
bitch is whatever, the whole thing. And and my music
is completely different than that. You know, you listen to
music from from thirty years ago and those that that
type of music gives.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
Me the chill still.
Speaker 6 (06:33):
And there's some monies that drop music that hits for
a month and all of a sudden anybody.
Speaker 4 (06:37):
Forgot about it, you know.
Speaker 6 (06:40):
So so I want I want that album and do
one for you in twenty years from now still be
one of those albums that people play and and you know,
to leave with landmarks, a legacy, and that's just that's
just one one project out of many and.
Speaker 4 (06:57):
To come.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
Absolutely man.
Speaker 3 (07:00):
So yeah, you're right man, most of music is filled
with all those things you mentioned.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
So what is your music about?
Speaker 6 (07:09):
My My music is about my life brother, the struggles, the.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
What I had to go through. I mean, there's there's
a story there. There's actually a.
Speaker 6 (07:20):
Song called Rainy Night. It's a true story, you know.
So so I mean I don't think I heard that
was in a long time doing a storytelling songs. So
that's that's that's that's a song that that that that
it was the day of my life. And it was
it wasn't because it was a rainy night, like it
(07:40):
was raining, but it rained bullets that night. And I
was just one decision away from from being caught in
across by you know, and and.
Speaker 4 (07:50):
Thanks to the music, well then you know, I wasn't.
Speaker 6 (07:54):
I wasn't caught in across by man and and and
what's it called? That's that's I speak the truth in
my music. But they like, like I got a song
with Crypto, a K forty seven boy sushos that that
when when I did that song, but I was living
in my car. I don't know how I came up
(08:16):
with a thousand dollars to do a collaboration because I
had barely met Crypto, but I was living in my car.
And and you know I was, I was. I was
stuck on Fatmoms, just just straight up. I was stuck
on it because that that drug is like it's like
it's fine for you to never get off of you.
So anybody that woke or ever been through that road,
(08:39):
like I'll be able to relate to them. And and
and it's gonna it's it's it's it's living.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
In hell pretty much, you know. And I had to.
I had to go to rehab.
Speaker 6 (08:51):
I had to go to rehab and be asking from
the drugs for more than five months. Actually finally feel
fine to wake up in the morning and not have
dreams about it. It's it's it's it's a drug that
goes that deep. It's something new, something something that that
I guess, I guess the chemist, you know, they they
(09:13):
created it, and and and it's destroying our people in America, man.
And I take my mission well, my I know my
mission is with music and me going to all those experiences.
My hope is to help people that are going to
the same thing through a big sham, through battles in
life and negativity. You know that there's a way out,
(09:35):
and the way out is God, you know you you
or your higher power or whatever you believe in. But
where you're there's hope, you know, and and and and
a lot of people.
Speaker 2 (09:48):
Brother.
Speaker 6 (09:49):
I mean, I was blessed that that I had a family,
you know, like like like the like a net uh
before before I was actually living on the street. So
I could just imagine the people that don't have that
and and and them going through it, and I could
just it's it's fucking living.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
It's this hell on this. I mean, I know you've probably.
Speaker 6 (10:14):
Seen videos and and and seeing documentaries on how many
people have died and and and.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
All that ship you know.
Speaker 6 (10:22):
So so this this, this, this, this project and everything
I do, but it just show everybody that you know,
you could be in the in the ducks, placed with
no we're no with no light, and you know you
just gotta you, just gotta you just gotta do the
work and and and have that high power, which for
(10:45):
me is God, and just just uh pushed through, pushed
through with it.
Speaker 4 (10:53):
But to be honest with you, but.
Speaker 6 (10:54):
I'm thinking I was locked up and we having Mexican PJ.
I think I would have I would have went out
and I would have used right away instead of going
through the withdrawal even or even going to It's easy
to relapse into and to get sober. So so so
this this album is pretty much going to show everybody
(11:18):
that that seeing me when I was, when I was
all fucked up, I was laying in my car, I
was I was at the lowest, and and before that
I had money.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
So so when.
Speaker 6 (11:29):
I had money, I had people all over with me,
like like everybody used to surround me in the east,
so I always be around me. I'm like, oh, man,
I got homies. You know, all these all these people
on my homies. Okay, everybody's coming. You know, I thought
I had homies. But when I didn't have anything, remember,
little motherfucker showed up, you know, and and and I realized,
(11:52):
and I realized. I was like, hey, like these motherfuckers
were never friends.
Speaker 4 (11:56):
I could I just count friends with with with.
Speaker 6 (11:59):
My thing is on my hand, you know, like true friends,
and then and then before friends is family, and then before.
Speaker 4 (12:06):
Family is God. First.
Speaker 6 (12:08):
You know, I'm not perfect, brother, I'm not perfect, but
I strive to be better than yesterday. And I have
no competition, Like competition is.
Speaker 4 (12:18):
Is me, uh myself. And I wanted to.
Speaker 6 (12:23):
Be a better person than I was yesterday.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
Man, Wow, that's quite a journey man.
Speaker 3 (12:30):
Uh two things that you said, you know, uh, you
eventually got got to help you need it.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
Man, I know, you know, life hurts.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
You know, there's there's all kinds of people who listen
to the show and they may be battling addictions.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Life does hurt, man.
Speaker 3 (12:50):
People go through things, and uh it's.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
Easy to go down that path. But for you what
was your turning point?
Speaker 3 (12:59):
Like, what was a rock bottom that made you realize
all you needed to change your life?
Speaker 6 (13:05):
Well, look it, brother, I'm gonna make the I'm gonna
make the story interesting.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
I'm gonna tell you how it is and how it
all went down.
Speaker 6 (13:12):
So so basically, uh, my family, they say, hey, I, Well,
my dad he's pretty much tricked me. He's like, hey,
let's go eat seep in TJ. And I love people
in TJ. So I was like, okay, I'm down. So
we went in TJ and and I was lining up
on the way. But when but when I when when
(13:33):
I woke up, they were pulling me out of the
car and they were taking me to react because we
having TV's a lot different than rehabing America. In America
his voluntary and in in in TJ. In Mexico, the
family decides when you get out if they want you
to do ten years, and then you're gonna do ten
years in there, you know. So so so basically, the girls,
(13:59):
the girls.
Speaker 4 (13:59):
That was that was.
Speaker 6 (14:02):
That that that owned the that owned the rehable me
and here had a thing going on pretty much bro.
Speaker 4 (14:09):
So she it was. It was a whole crazy story bro.
This guy, Uh, she was.
Speaker 6 (14:16):
She was actually with the head of security from me,
you know, from me on CV and and she was
playing both sides, you know, she was she was telling
me one thing, and I'm pretty sure every time she
left she was saying some other ship. And I thought
about it one time. I'm like, this guy knows all
this ship and I'm like, and and he knows where
(14:38):
I'm at, so he could he could he could just
call and he headed security. I'm pretty sure this guy
tied to the cartel, you know. So so so I
was like, fuck, I'm listening to the duck kid. I
have to I have to scape somehow. So one of
my buddies he actually went to he actually went to visit, uh,
(15:00):
his girlfriend that was in We had that many we
had and and the day he was gonna leave, I
told him, Hey, bo, you know what, I'm gonna pack
all my stuff. I'm gonna put it. I'm gonna put
in a black bag and just say that you watch
your blame the things she didn't put in it and put.
Speaker 4 (15:16):
In your car. So so basically he did that.
Speaker 6 (15:21):
And then and then the baby before the day before that,
one of my dad's friends came and dropped off an
EVT cards so so in Mexico. Then I told him
that that it was a car to get food, and
and say, you know I had I had a good
relationship with the owner. Well, well she was in there
and she let me go. She let me go and
(15:43):
uh without money, supposedly, but but I fucking never came back.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
So I went. So I went.
Speaker 6 (15:50):
I went to the line and it was like an
eight hour line from tetter to to to San Diego
or feed it to the other side. And and me
and my friend were like, fuck, man, eight hours, that's
a long time. Why don't we just go to Rosto
and then and then and then we'll leave tomorrow when
the line blower.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
And but I was like, you know what, fuck that,
brolet's is out.
Speaker 6 (16:16):
So so when we were in the middle there, like
when we had one hour in the line, they called
my friend and they were asking for me and and
and and then.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
And my friends, Oh no, I left David. I left David.
We have I don't know where he enters, you know.
Speaker 6 (16:33):
So so as soon as I heard that I read
my passport, I told my buddy to write his phone
him on a on a piece of paper. And basically,
but I fucking went and uh, and I started walking line.
I cut through all the cars, I cut through all
the all the line. I went all the way to
(16:55):
the front. I showed them my paper real quick, and
I got through. And in sunny season, there's a jack
in the box that for whoever's been there, you know,
they'll see if there's a jack in the box, then
it's like there's a hill like in the back of it.
So I was like military stop, was just keeping an
eye out and walking constantly down and using and using
(17:20):
people's phones to call my buddy and see where he
was at. Because I didn't have my phone. They had
they had took me in with with all my phone,
so that's that was the way that I was able
to communicate with him. So to make the to make
the long story shortest, uh, he took me into his house.
But when when when we went back to where I
(17:44):
was living, my mom, my mom and my brother and
you know, like like they were they.
Speaker 4 (17:50):
Were all pissed because they told.
Speaker 6 (17:52):
Him, they told him that I escaped, but they didn't
know what was the reason why I eskape. So so
basically I had I had a lot of payments to
make I got to pay my car note I had.
I had to make money, and and I knew a
way to make money, so I decided to take that route.
(18:12):
I relaxed broke, and then when I relaxed on on
that pill, I ended up. I ended up calling my
blood for the Sentinel and and basically throw out. All
I remember was being picked up in the truck. And
and when I got picked up in the truck, we
went somewhere. And the next thing I remember, brother was
(18:34):
me waking up with ice all over my body. I
get the shot up to these guys has an archan
and shot up my nose and and and but it
was It's the worst feeling ever broke coming back and
life some money, and I know anybody could relate that
they've ever had it no beat because we're laid out
(18:55):
of that.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
So that happened.
Speaker 6 (18:57):
But the invanity of it was that I still bought
more pills to pay back home after that ship happened.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
So so so I bought more.
Speaker 6 (19:06):
Pills and I took them to my friend's house, and
and and these and like the plugs, they pretty much
gave me to to They gave me a NARTH camp
to give my friend a NART camp. And my friends
didn't use, so I told them they look at the
two North campsed up hearing for for whatever case.
Speaker 4 (19:26):
So I went in the restroom.
Speaker 6 (19:27):
I started using again, and the same day I fucking
overdosed again, and this guy brought me back to life
and seeing how they did the first time brought me
back to Library of Paramedics without anybody being there. So
and then and then, and so I got out of
that house. I ended up going I ended up going
to the trail a park where where where you know,
(19:50):
like like all the junkieople were tickets, but but I
would pick I would pick up from from this guy
and I would pick up big. So when I got
the he's like, you know what, the people that are
living in that trailer right there kick him out. Days
is gonna go in there.
Speaker 4 (20:08):
And he's been sleeping there for a couple of things.
Speaker 6 (20:11):
So I had I had another overdose within three days,
and and then and then and then when that last
one happened, but the next day I was like, you
know what, I'm fucking taking my fight on hand and.
Speaker 4 (20:25):
Fucking I'm done with this ship.
Speaker 6 (20:27):
And that was already March twelve, three years Uh, it's
it'll be three years ago already.
Speaker 4 (20:32):
On March twelve. So I'm so I'm proud.
Speaker 6 (20:35):
I'm proud, and and I have a lot of I
have a lot of homies that who have who have
dried off there or in the streets because of me
that I don't even know, and like like like if
I weren't see him, there's just a shell.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
Bro, it's not even them anymore, you know.
Speaker 6 (20:53):
And it's sad, Bro's it's fucked up, you know, because
it was this the people with my brands, you know,
and and for you to see somebody and not see
him for a while and then they then they they
react like they just saw you fucking two hours ago.
And then then basically it was you know, it's like
(21:14):
what the fun?
Speaker 4 (21:15):
Like whoa?
Speaker 6 (21:16):
Like You're not there no more, it's not you, you know.
So so so my mission is to continue going with
the music and going with the music and hopes to
spread the message that there is so that you can
you can do me you can't do. You just gotta
set your mind and and and and and God God
(21:41):
is gonna God is gonna make everything possible to you.
As long as we believe in them or you higher power,
like I said. Well, but basically that was my turning point. Brother,
I died three days.
Speaker 4 (21:54):
And I died.
Speaker 6 (21:55):
I died three times in three days. So after that happened,
but I said, you know what, fuck there something I'm done? Uh,
or this is gonna kill me. So but but later
on I found out that that my d fucking did
some witchcraft on me because I was looking like, yeah,
(22:15):
she did some witchcraft on me.
Speaker 4 (22:17):
So I was looking for my girls.
Speaker 6 (22:18):
One time I looked under the bed and and then
I found a box like an eyring box with the
people paid who my names in on me and sand over.
I didn't give a fuck about it at the time
because I didn't know what it was. But but that's
not regular sand that's Semita sad you know, so the
(22:39):
so so so they so she did some witchcraft on
me because in the middle of the dead I found
that I found a sheet of all her wishes that
she wanted with me. And she was going to TV
a lot in those times, you know. So so she
had me, she had me cleans living dead. You know,
I didn't give a fuck about life. Oh all I
(23:00):
wanted to do was get high. That that that was
my purpose, you know. And and when when it was
always music. Music saved my life once when when a
buddy wanted them, that's what at a at a target
for guy, I had to go buy tickets for the show.
And I want to go buy the ticket. So some
(23:21):
other guys did and it took the spot from me
and they ended up in jail. The music saved my life.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Man.
Speaker 6 (23:28):
There was there was a time that I wanted to
go pick up pillars from from one of my buddies
and they were cooking and cracked. They had a whole
kilot coat and they were cooking it, and they offered
me son and and and and that's what rainy nights
about it telling the story about that find that that
they offered me cracking and and know that so I
(23:51):
gave and thanks to that, you know, I went home.
And the next day these guys got shot at my
homie body rest in peace. And then and then my
homie might be who who was already in the wheel checks,
got a bullet stuck in the back of the dead.
So so I think I think that was probably like
(24:13):
his karma, because he pointed down a lot of lives
in his lifetime that now God wanted him to feel pain.
So so so Bobby was the guy that he used
to do everything for him. So so now that when
now that Bobby had was in the com when they
(24:34):
pulled him out of the comb when he died, my
buddy might be didn't have anybody to do anything. Frame
so he I'm pretty sure he.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
Went the tracks and lasted a year.
Speaker 6 (24:46):
I took out to Cuba for one day and when
I came back, my my buddy, my buddy had he
passed away. And it was weird because his sister called
me and I didn't know it. So so he said,
his sister called me and she's like, hey, Mike, Mike,
let you did And I was like, what, Like, well,
(25:08):
first of all, like how I was supposed to you
get my number?
Speaker 4 (25:11):
You know, I don't know. I mean you and I
I've never spoke. I don't know you. I don't know
how you got my numbers? Bay.
Speaker 6 (25:18):
She said, she said that my friend by the leen
that Bob got infected. But for her to have all
that information and know what to do, it had to
be them that my friend wrote a will and he
took his own life. Wow, So so yeah, I go
(25:40):
so so, you know, and then and then that's one story.
Another I got that my other friend he die on
me while I was facetiming ILL want FaceTime and I'm
all in TV and he was working now and then
I used to talk to him the day so I
was like, know what I'm gonna I'll call him small
(26:02):
fuck it and and when and then the next day
I got didn't hear from him until another one about
me called me and he's like, a boy, I got
some did news for you and I and I was like,
what fell Back and Dye because that was his name,
and that was his last name, Fallback and so in
(26:23):
rest and teams, that was my best friend, you know.
Uh so, so he told me fall back and passed
away yesterday. I was like, what the fuck are you suing?
You know when when when I just got the phones
just cut off, like I could call his mom or
whatever it is. He had the medicine to provide himself,
(26:45):
but it didn't happen, you know, because I didn't think
that he indeed, he was working out at the moment,
you know it. So so to everybody out there, you know,
fucking whine pills on the streets. That that that's that's
that's past or whatever, you're better. I'm not even doing
that ship because your lives in your life on the
(27:07):
line is the Russians who late. You know, there might
be there might be some coke, that's lay suspect, you know,
and you do it to have fun and fucking that's
your list day, that's that's the day you die, you know.
So so after all these people are dying on me,
fucking I didn't want to be the next one go.
(27:30):
I chose life and and and I know my trife.
I've been knowing my purpose half to do a music
and and mixed with this with the with what I live,
I know I have to do a music and helping
the world doubt who has who has addition prons? Who
has who has proms with vopistments? You know?
Speaker 4 (27:51):
Who has?
Speaker 6 (27:52):
Who has negativity issues? Like if they feel like nobody's there,
they're not alone, that's what that's that's what That's what I.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
Wanted to know.
Speaker 6 (28:08):
But resisting me, I want you guys to know that
that you're not alone. That's with you and every single
moment you're here because God wants to hear and you
have a purpose in life. Two and its your job
to find that is it's your job to find the
purpose in your life. And that's that's what's gonappure you
(28:29):
to actually, you know, to.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
To to.
Speaker 4 (28:34):
Complete whatever you need to complete. But that that's basically
my That was my turning point, brother, you know.
Speaker 6 (28:41):
And and the turning point was that was when I
did three times, but all over the other stories were
also the times that I should have said, fuck feed
no blay.
Speaker 4 (28:53):
The insanity of the drug and the addiction.
Speaker 6 (28:56):
Makes you want to go back back back thinking that
that flight, you know, and and fuck bro, like, there's
so many so there's so many other things to do
in life.
Speaker 4 (29:06):
Grow bad. I fucking got. My lifestyle was was just
wake up looking drugs. We scored, We scored and and
that and that was it. My mission every day was
to get drugs.
Speaker 6 (29:21):
Whether I would trade money for drugs when when money
is what everybody wants, I was fucking trading my money
for Druggs and and and you know, fucking damn so
I finally said fuck that ship, you know, I gotta
get myself better. And and I met a girl over here,
(29:42):
and you got I want, you know, and and she
wasn't she She's not one of those girls ads that
party or none of that. And honestly, I learned a
lotdom it because you know, I learned how to have
fun without being high, you know, so so so that
me out of line. So basically, if if it weren't
(30:04):
for you, that album, it's like, if it weren't for
you right now, then I wouldn't have this interview right now.
Speaker 4 (30:11):
You know, it wasn't for it. If it wasn't for
my for for.
Speaker 6 (30:15):
All those experiences that I had, I wouldn't be the
push in my ass today. You know what I'm saying
to us? Why the albums called it, They went for
you because it could relate to everybody in this world.
If it weren't for you, you wouldn't be here if
it weren't for it, you know, because I'm pretty sure
(30:35):
you probably had on your way to where you're you're
at now, you have some adversities and all that that.
If it weren't for some people, you probably wouldn't have
been there.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (30:55):
Yeah, yeah, But I don't know if I put it
too long, bro, but you know I wanted you guys,
you know, I want you to know, you know, the
I know people like stories and and they like details,
so so that you know, that's that's that's the right
guy in detail? Was that one, because you know that
was that was really a turning twing my life.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Absolutely all right, Would you mind introducing the song before
we cleared?
Speaker 6 (31:26):
Yeah, you know, the song is called Vingo and naw,
my name is Stage and this song is featuring David Rolo.
Shout out David Roller and shout out Choco beat Choco
beat the B and David Rollers jumps on the second
part of the song. So and then and and I'm
(31:46):
in the beginning of the song with this song.
Speaker 4 (31:48):
Guy. You know, we finished this song in twin three minutes.
Speaker 6 (31:52):
Men and men and ginig going back and forth, and
David Rollers came in the studio. He was a no,
He told me, I know it's his songs for kind example,
while I was, of course, you know, and and David
knows us. You know, he's the big game in the
music industry. So so I was like, fuck, gallay, that's
(32:13):
that's that's what that's what the song's voice was just
gladate on him. So so this is ling on and
now Dave speech and David wells ass and things to
the world.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
