In this episode I talked about my trip to Norway, the first trip for me following Macrobiotic dietary principles,In this trip I increased the animal foods intake not only fishes which is recommend only to be taken occasionally, but also I ate chicken and meat,In this episode I explaind why I decided to take this step although animal products can disturb my healing process.
I wanted to emphasis on the idea that macrobiotic is not vegan nor vegetarian, it looks how to acheive balance, harmony and change.
