mouse in the house, which iswhat? Oh god, that was so
we were so good? Were thatwas the best? Okay, ready,
mouse in the house. Okay,we'll get it together right now. We

the well. House mess. Ican even do it. Why can't you?
We did it perfectly. You walkedin, Ready, mouse in the
house, mess in the house, moss in the house listening start laughing.
(01:17):
I have to whow that's the house, mouse in the house. Mouse in
the house the house. I can'tI don't even understand what's happening. Here,
we're supposed to be doing bumblebee, bumblebee, bumblebee, bumblebee, bumblebee.
The house mostly the most in thehouse. I can tell you really
(01:38):
want to be here. M Hi, Larry, Hi, Victor. How
are you doing? I'm doing great? How about yourself? I'm doing super
that's great, don't care. I'mdoing super duper, super duper wonderful,
(02:01):
fantastic, lovely. If there's away of describing my excitement in dampness today,
it would have been the day thatI was ultra excited in okay great.
Anyways, there's a reason behind that. So you're damp great, I
am damply excited, okay, wonderful. So we do have somebody else here
(02:23):
with us? Who's that laughing? What's going on here? Where's that coming
from? Testing? Testing? Canyou hear me? Am? I here?
Is that interferience? What it isis? I don't think? Wow,
Here we go get god damn it, bumblebee. Okay, So and
we're back. Everybody. Welcome.Courtney, Hi, Hi, Courtney.
(02:46):
How you doing? I am feelingfabulous, fabulous, yeah, ultra yeah,
yeah, Utah. I feel likeyou are any point of your life
where things are about to get reallucks. Oh, I love that word.
Lux is the word of the monthsmaybe or the past few months.
Perhaps, what's happening here? It'sabout lucks? Just LUs okay, luxurious?
(03:13):
Oh de lux elevated basically. Okay, Larry's not feeling it so confused
us. What the hell is goingon? My pay grade? What is
your pay grade for this? Anyway? It's free, it's wine. Where
(03:37):
do we start? So, Courtney, you are new to one uncorn is
your first visit here? Yeah,I'm super stoked. Yeah you would want
to be. She's a little bitsweaty too, she said, Hey,
I just you know, I wasn'treally sure what kind of questions we're going
to be asked during this process. You know what she is? I feel
(04:00):
like maybe joining in the dampness experience. Yeampness. Yeah, Victor talked about
feeling damp and I was right therewith them. I feel moist. Oh
what a word? I know.I figured, if for using damp,
why not chill moist. I don'tactually understand why people have such an aversion
to that word. Yeah, tothe word. I don't mean I don't
(04:23):
understand that either, because a lotof things can be moist like cake.
It is moist. That's like theperfect description of a delicious cake. Yeah
right, it's moist, it's delicious. No one wants to say it's damp
when you eat cake. This isa weird conversation. Yeah stop, I
(04:44):
mean my cakes can also be veryjuicy. What are we talking about the
cake itself or the frosting or butJess, conversation has taken just taken a
turn. Just I see she's perfectfor wine apart anyways. Okay, so
(05:12):
clearly, clearly courty fix right, yea hired, yea panel is done.
I didn't realize this was an interview, but that makes me feel even better.
So Courtney, tell me a littlebit about your wine journey. If
you could put that in a littlepill form that you could easily swallow,
(05:32):
how would you describe your wine journey? Wine journey? I was underage the
first time I tasted wine. Thatis for sure it boxwine. Oh what
it was like, Tobin James?Oh, okay, well at least is
puzzible wine. Okay that it wasn'tlike that bronze or whatever it's called,
the box wine frenzy. Yeah, and I just remember going, oh,
(05:54):
God, like what is this?Like? This does not this taste like
better and weird? And I don'tunderstand why people even enjoy this, But
it was I think I was maybefifteen or sixteen. Yeah, fast forward
(06:14):
years later. I can't even reallyrecall the first time I enjoyed wine for
what it is. But I feellike I was in Santa Barbara and really
got a chance to discover good wineand restaurants and like tasting food and pairing
and all that kind of stuff.I was like, oh, wine,
Wine's good, Like I want tolearn more about this. I want to
(06:34):
discover more and kind of venture intothat world. But I grew up here
in Templeton Pastor Robles area and therewere maybe twenty five thirty wineries here.
I wasn't into wine at the time. Now we're at like over four hundred
wineries, which is insane. Sogoing from like not being that into it
(06:59):
and then coming full circle back tothis area, I'm like, Wow,
there's some really remarkable wines to tasteand not enough time to try them.
Isn't that the weirdest thing? Livinghere and not having the time to actually
go out and try all of thesegorgeous wines? Yeah, could also be
wasted. I mean not all inone day. Well you could a little
(07:21):
bit. I'm done after like Ithink the most I've done and one day
is like five tastings, which isextreme. Larry and I had a marathon
one day. It was an Easter. Was the Eastern. Oh this was
before I swear it was an Eastern. It was an Eastern. Okay,
we were still staying in sound semiin Yeah. If anything, well,
(07:43):
the point is clearly we don't remember. But it was like eight or nine
wineries. It was more than wewere like zooming like we did nine nine
out in the vineyards and then downtownblackout Central. But no, no,
no, no, no no,because we yeah, we would walk in
face them out enough and we weresharing tastings and were sharing as a whole
(08:05):
new Yeah. So we would tellthe coasts, Okay, this is what
we're doing. We're just trying towe're trying to get to as many as
possible. Why just because just tosay that we did this one day and
we did it, so we wereboom boom boom, Okay, here we
go try and try try that's great. I'll take this, I'll take that.
Whatever movement to the next and fromsipping and sometimes even by dumping because
(08:26):
we're gonna be doing a lot, which is not something we usually do.
Not love, Yeah, exactly, there were a couple that we're like,
nope, we're not splitting, butwe're not sharing here, like this is
where we're here. But anyway,it was like speed tasting. Yeah it
was. It was total speed tastingand we ended up at the end of
the night at Pony Club. Whatyear was this, Oh god, if
(08:48):
this was a few years back, pre COVID. Was it this way before
pre COVID? Yeah? Well yestill, I guess it's still times.
It wasn't like it was a Winter'sthat crazy that that's how we talked about
things. It's the befourtune free postanyways. So if this is the very
first time you're listening to the showonce again, my name is Victor and
I've been discovering wines here in theregion of Posso Roubles for well over well
(09:13):
a long time now. And ohand I'm Larry. That's right, I
forgot my name. Also been doingwine tasting for like a long ass time
here Apostle, and I'm Courtney.I'm new to this podcast. This is
my very first episode. So I'mexcited to be here. She's been under
age drinking. Yeah, years uponyears, and we're together with the minor
(09:37):
powers. All right, you guys, so we have two wines for you
today. We are going to bedoing a white followed by a bread like
we usually do, or most ofthe time we do. I guess that
means the same thing, right usuallyand most of the time, I think
so. I think it means thesame thing. We've been drinking already.
(09:58):
I guess we'll just get into it. Yeah right, yeah, Mary,
Nope, No, don't know.Don't feel like I started. Okay,
perfect? Why are you asking mefor a permission? I don't get it,
but go ahead. I feel likeyou've been a little quiet today.
What's going on? Why are youtired? Tired? Somebody? Did somebody
hurt jewelry? I was five o'clockthis morning, so you hurt yourself?
You beat me? Very perfect? All right, everyone, too many nachos
(10:20):
before we start. It's fries, that's right, don't don't get sorry,
Actually that's probably maybe. Don't havea giant, monstrous serving of nacho fries
or whatever thing. Yeah, cudnessof the fries. Right, we're yeah,
something like that. I don't know. That thing looked like fair food,
but it was huge. It's notgetting better than the first probably a
stomach a yeah, perhaps maybe inthe morning see tvd Okay, perfect,
(10:43):
here we go. You guys knowwhat time it is? Nope? Why
in time? All right? Sowhat time is it? Okaye? Trash
(11:13):
jun corns wine and gone wine? You a new corn? All right,
it's time for wine number one?Thank you, but this might just be
(11:37):
a practice frider. Okay, allright, whine number one? N every
one, Learry, what aren't wedrinking? We are drinking Brecon a state
true acacia. Heead it's a twentytwenty two and apperino and it's forty four
bucks forty four dollars. So,Larry, what can you tell us about
Brecon? Breccon is a boutique statewinery in the Ruling West Side Hills Campos
(12:01):
Roblas. Reckons wine maker is aninternational award winner. He strives to produce
exquisite and inviting wines for all toenjoy. Their wines are small batch formats.
Each wine has its own individual storyto tell and it's only salted at
the tasting room. So With thatsaid, they actually south through there are
wines really fast because their batchels aresmall. So get out there and check
(12:24):
them out. Thank you. Ohyou're welcome. Small boutique estate, perfect
rolling hills. Oh, International awardwinner, Oh, exquisite la lugs.
Okay, So, Corney, doyou have any fun facts for us?
So in Spain where the area ison the Atlantic coast, it's kind of
(12:48):
a soggy, wet environment. Ohit happens, that's definitely, doesn't it.
I know the Alborno great is trainedon a Trellis system, so they're
high off the ground which protects themfrom rock. Yeah. Fun fact.
(13:11):
Yeah, so you know they're notThat is fine. They're not rotted grapes
at least that were right drinking?Okay, right, you don't get that
musty influence, musty waste down. What other words were we going to pick
today? A lot of favorite wordscoming out? All right, Well,
I also have a fun fact, and this is for Alberino, of course.
(13:33):
And my fun fact is that Alberinocan pare perfectly. This one was
for Larry, by the way,It can pare perfectly with seafood. Oh
okay, well, and I readyfor this, Nope, I don't care.
In Spain, it is very commonto enjoy it with octopus that larries.
(13:56):
That's Larries, you love octopus.I don't know how smart they are.
They're also tasty, especially when it'sseared. They are smart. They're
going to try to crawl out ofhis who has I don't I have a
who's called? That's what I'm callingit today, taking out a whole new
(14:22):
name. It is yeah, perfect, all right, perfect. So those
are the fun facts. So we'regoing to get right into this. We
are having true Acacia head Alberino. It's a twenty twenty two by Breckon and
it is forty four dollars. Thecolor, Larry, the color pale straw
(14:45):
and clear. Where'd you get palestraw? That's clear, it's not foggy,
very clear, and well guess whatyou guys, I got pale straw
and clear. So we are allagreement. We all agree, which means
we we cheer, cheer, justsip on a little bit that you got
left. The overall smell and intensity, Larry, I got highly aromatic and
(15:11):
strong. Cordney, I would sayvery aromatic. The intensities average, and
I got pleasant slash nice and light. We're like all over the place,
are Yeah, we really are actuallykind of cool. The aromatic detected and
Larry, you're a romost detected. So I got zest somewhere lemon grapefruit mix
(15:33):
that I was sensing, and thensome minerality and cordy nectarine, peach,
a little bit of floral and definitelylike a mineral sort of component there.
Smell like a rock, kind ofrock. Leary. Yeah, you don't
want to know what kind of rock. And I got zest lemon, zest
(15:54):
to be exact. Actually, Oh, for my floral, I said citrus
blossom, but also a little bitof honeysuckle. Okay, see not any
strong honeysuckle. Yeah. I circledfloral because I was like, I pick
up on something, but I didn'tknow which category is threaten into the flavors.
(16:17):
We aren't having true acacia head alburno. It's a twenty twenty two B
breckon and it is forty four dollarsthe flavors, Leary, go ahead.
I got pineapple, lime floral, and then I actually got honey in the
finish for my cidity. I gotsoftnes smooth for my dryness, the sweetness
I got in between, and formy overall taste, I got very good.
(16:38):
What about you? Corny flavors forme were nectarine, peach, floral,
mineral. Yeah, this is justso delicious. And your acidity,
I would say, soft and smooth, dryness and sweetness, dry and your
overall taste gosh between very good andoutstanding. And I thought it was really
just a delicious wine. And myfleavers I got peach, I got lime,
(17:03):
herbal. I put candied citrus,candied citrus. That's fun. I
don't even know what that is.Just think about candied citrus. Citrus that
is candied, okay, a littlesugary, but not The thing is like
I got candied citrus, but itwasn't sweet. It's kind of like the
essence of candied citrus. I don'tknow how else to describe it. It
(17:23):
reminded me of like candied ginger. It reminded me really. I don't even
know if you guys ever tried thoselike those little orange they're candies. They
look like little slices like jelly. He has like jelly, like jelly,
like sun kissed. Yes, likethey have the jelly consistency and have the
sugar on the outside, so's they'regummy on the inside. Yeah, so
(17:51):
that's what it reminds me of,but not necessarily orange more only like the
lemonade. I can see that.So I got the lime too, But
that's all I can think of.Again, not with the sweetness, because
this wine was not sweet for me. It just somehow that took Yeah,
because I felt like the sugar onthe outside of the little jelly candy with
kind of taste somewhat. I thinkit was more tartess, probably citric acid
(18:15):
in that probably yeah. Yeah, anyways, moving right along, So my
acidity, I thought my ascedity wassharp, my dryness of sweetness, dry,
my overall taste right there with youcoordinate between very good and outstanding.
I couldn't commit to outstanding, andI think it was better than very good.
The finish, the length of timethat the flavors last in your mouth,
(18:38):
Larry I got lingering thirty to fortyfive seconds and cordiny same and I
got average twenty to thirty seconds.Okay. The balance, Larry go I
got nice and good proportional, Igot harmonious. Okay. The complexity,
Larry go I got unsolvable mystery offun, just because like I just feel
(19:02):
like I was all over the placewith everything. So that's what I picked,
Courtney. Like a speeding car onthe freeway. And I said,
like a speeding car on the freeway. O YouTube can choose. Oh oh,
I like it. You guys knowwhat time it is? What time
is it? It's wine vision storytime, Wine vision story time, Wine
(19:27):
vision story time. Who's got astory? I've got a story, Courtney,
go ahead. So I'm imagining myselfsipping this wine cool side, like
kind of a resort, sort ofatmosphere with girlfriends on a warm summer day.
(19:48):
It's just a beautiful, bright, refreshing wine that I could just drink
all day, right, I think, Yeah, it's the perfect time that
you would be okay to be dampor moist. Lad you have a story.
Actually my story is semi similar,so I put plain and simple.
(20:11):
I'm at a beach in San Samion, very specific, watching a beautiful sunset,
enjoying the calming noise of the ocean, and just really enjoying this wine.
I love it. Story, youknow what, sure, I have
a story for my story. Iput in all capital letters. I want
(20:33):
to go to Spain. Do youwant to go to Spain? Take me
to Spain. I want to goto Spain. Back to my story,
take me to Spain. I wantto go to Spain. I'm to say
that, yes, I really does. I wanted to Spain. I want
to go to Spain. Let's go. Yeah, some plane tickets? So,
(20:56):
yeah, those are some awesome winedivisions, you guys. Job is
Spain total assessment. We are havingtrue Acacia head al Marino. It's a
twenty twenty two by Breckin and itis forty four dollars total assessment. Larry,
(21:17):
go ahead. So I highly recommend, and it's for everybody because it's
a perfect summer wine and everybody's justgonna enjoy it. So and Courtney,
Yeah, same everybody because it's wellbalanced, refreshing, it's got some like
beautiful citrus, very enjoyable throughout.I said, I highly recommend to everybody.
(21:38):
And why why why not? Yeah? Why not? The end?
That's it? Why not? That'smy answer? Why not? Beautiful?
TV show? Does anybody have aTV show? I do? I just
Ghost Ghost? Yeah, it Ghost. We've been watching Ghost Dump Paramount And
why because it's just like a nicelight wine that I enjoy and like that
(22:00):
show. It's just slighthearted than it'scute and nice and pretty. That's a
swine cute. This wine is cute, nice and pretty. It is.
I really enjoyed the swine wine unicescore Wine unscore varying. What's your winding
score? Eight innicorns and two babyintercrets. Yeah, that's not going to
(22:21):
happen next Courtney. How many unicorns? Nine unicorns? All right, and
I said nine unicorns? Cheer.Actually, we all forgot to cheers for
the total assessment because we all saidhighly recommend and to everybody. Oh can't
we just like children? Okay, great cheers er damn Yoah. That was
(22:48):
such a fun Wine two review. It was. Yeah, I loved it.
It's been a while since we've donea Brecon review. I expected it
to be good, but it reallyreminded me of how good it really was.
Yeah, it's amazing. I'm allfor it. So guess what,
you guys? We don't have foodtime, so that means what time is
it? And now it's time forwine? Whine time one? Al right,
(23:25):
every wine it's time four. Winenumber two number two, Wine number
two Wine number two, wine numbertwo, number two, number two,
wine number two, whine number two. Done, nailed it. That was
actually pretty down. You were onboard with that. Yeah, this one
(23:47):
you were you were feeling this lasttime. You were like, what the
my number one? As all asthe trail? Okay, I feel it?
Damn you cardass out of fries one. Larry worked a long ast day
too. Yeah, he had amountain of front that's gonna put your sleep
and I ate half of them. And here you are, all right?
So Larry, what are we drinking? I don't know what are we're drinking?
(24:08):
Are we drinking? Let me seewhat we're drinking? Do we need
to take that job away from youtoo? No? Okay, ask me
away. Larry's gonna get and when, Larry, what are we drinking?
He wanted to let me finish beforeyou? Is another thing hilarious. So,
(24:30):
Larry, what are we drinking? So? How many syllables? Drinking?
Half? Yeah? Right? Drinking? Okay, one more time?
Start over? All right, Larry, what are we drinking? What are
we drinking? What are we drinking? Drinking? I use one of them?
Larry? What are we drinking?Still sand sellers? Still sand sellers
(24:52):
still sand Sellers Genesis. That's whatwe're drinking. So it's a twenty nineteen.
I feel like it needs a bitlike more dramatic intro the Genesis.
So how about this the Genesis twentynineteen Genesis sixty eight percent shirt, two
(25:15):
percent vedra and it is forty threedollars. There you go. Boom,
who's next? Sam bam? Thankyou ma'am. Oh yeah, I'm supposed
to tell you about the winery. So hold, please, hold, please,
All right, here's the story,So Courtney, can you tell us
(25:53):
a little bit about stealson sellers?Stealson Sellers. On a drive home after
spending the weekend in Cambria, theStilson family fantasized about the idea of owning
a vineyard and making their own wine. A month later, in the middle
of their busy lives down south, they revisited this idea and decided to go
(26:15):
for it. Months of searching forproperties led them to the perfect vineyard.
This was the day that their fantasybecame a reality. After drinking Stillson Sellers
wines, we are positive you willbecome wine fanatics like us. We hope
that you enjoy the fruits of ourlabor I am, and we surely are.
(26:36):
That was really awesome. Where'd youget all that incredible heartwarming information from
right on the bottle? What?Yeah? So ingenious? Thanks to you
by Stilson Sellers. Isn't that bottlepretty? It's beautiful, right, you
guys. I also have a funfact, and it's a super fun fact
(26:56):
about Sarah. It's the funnest factyou'll ever find anywhere in the world.
Radium. Sarah is the world's fourthmost planted grape. That's it, fourth
most planted. Yeah, we knowwhat's like first, second, third,
don't care. We're talking about trawThat's for another conversation. That's different.
(27:17):
Yeah, that's we eventually choose. That's a different episode. Yeah, it's
okay. So that was my funfact. Let's get into it, you
guys. The Genesis Oh twenty nineteenby Stilson Sellers. It is sixty eight
percent, Sara thirty two percent, and it is forty three dollars. The
(27:45):
color the color larm ruby and lightfog. Go ahead, Courtney, same
exact what you both agreed. Yeah, I got ruby and light fog,
and there's actually wine and everybody's glasses. The overall smell and intensity and the
(28:07):
smell there you go. So Igot highly aromatic and powerful, aromatic and
strong for me, and I saidhighly aromatic and kilie, okay, no
chairs, the aromatics detected, aromas detected, Larry go. So I
got cherry, I got fig Igot cass and current and potting soil.
(28:30):
Oh yeah, the putting soil wasYeah, that's an interesting one. Yeah
for me too, Courtney, you'rea Romans detected dark fruit BlackBerry boys and
berry cranberry. Cranberry is not darkfruit, kids of fruit. I still
got that from this quick little sniffthat I got. Perfect, And I
(28:52):
got cassise, lots of cassis cocoa. This is gonna sound really weird.
Are you ready for this now,Buttery toast, shut your face, yeah,
buttery Toast. I was hoping Iwasn't going to have a stroke because
I was smelling toast a little bittoo. Okay, good, because I
thought I was having strokes, right, perfect, Yeah, no one's having
(29:14):
a stroke. I just kept drinkinganyways because I was like, if it's
gonna take me, it's gonna takeme. There's no hypothendro chow dy Okay,
moving right, along, watch out, Yeah, moving right along the
flavors The Genesis twenty nineteen by StilsonSellers. It is sixty eight percent surraw
(29:40):
thirty two and it is forty threedollars the flavors. Go ahead, Larry,
what'd you get for the flavors?I gets a lot. I got
blueberry because he's current again, figsmoke, black pepper, vanilla, coco
(30:00):
and potting soil and the acidity.I got mouthwatering for the dryness of sweetness,
I guess I might dry. Andthen for the overall taste, I
got outstanding. Go ahead, Courtney. For the flavors, I got BlackBerry,
boisonberry, Cassie's current, black pepper, leather, potting soil for the
(30:21):
acidity, mouth watering, dry, sweet, kind of in between overall taste,
I thought, just very good, outstanding, Like it was kind of
in between the two. I gotCassie's smoke, vanilla, cocoa, caramel,
Oh caramel, caramel, mushroom,Oh mushroom. For my acidity.
(30:48):
I got mouthwatering, dryness and sweetness. I said dry. Overall taste,
I said outstanding. Can we alljust chears? I think yeah, I
think that that was a big wind. Yeah, the finish, the length
of time that the flavors last inyour mouth, the finish. There we
go everlasting one minute plus and same, everlasting one minute plus, and I
(31:15):
got everlasting one minute plus. Loveit. The balance, lerey Go,
I got perfect harmonious for me,And I said harmonious, harmonious, cheers,
ceremonious and also to perfect though whynot? Yeah, choose still beautiful.
(31:42):
I mean this is just a fantasticwine. Yeah, it's delicious.
The complexity, leary Go, Iput it the roller coaster right and Courtney
Unsolvable Mystery of Fun. And Isaid, it's a rollercos to ride.
Oh, I was kind of between. That's so cute. I love it,
(32:07):
guys. Guess on to the VisionWine Vision, Wine Vision, Wine
Vision, Wine Vision story Time.Maybe I just needed more wine Wine Vision
story Time. Does anybody have astory? Who's got a story? Anybody?
Anybody? Absolutely? Oh? God, okay, go ahead quick.
(32:29):
Yeah. I immediately envisioned myself inTahoe, at the cabin, or at
a cabin lakeside, enjoying a cheeseboard, just sipping on wine, cutting
cheese, just having a very relaxinglike cutting cheese asn't or like cutting cheese
(32:49):
asn't like real cheese, like actuallylike enjoying like like maybe like a few
different kinds of cheeses while you know, enjoying company with friends and family.
The view is of the lake, sitting there enjoying wine, cheese, wine,
cheese, and just relaxing, relaxing, saing same, that's same,
(33:21):
says say she likes water. Iknow, right, I think, Yeah,
(33:53):
it's why there's anything wrong with that? Yeah, it's a water,
It's like a peaceful thing. Yeah, yeah, I need be by water
for sure. There's a bottle ofwater right next to you. Thank you
so much. That's actually a reallygood story. Basically just good company and
drinking wine on the lake. That'swhere I want to live. Larry,
Do you have a story? Yes? I do. Would you like to
(34:13):
know my story? Sure, gofor it. Okay, here's my story.
So I never say this about food, but I'm enjoying a nice piece
of steak, nice piece of steak, but I just want it with like
a lot of seasoning. I lovepepper, so I just want a lot
of pepper on it. And thenI'm just like listening to some like cool
tuns. I love me some likeFleetwood, Mac and Chicago, but like
(34:34):
old school Chicago with the instruments. So just listening to that and enjoying the
summer. What are you seeing Saturdayin the park? I wish it was
it for the Jedla. It's asummer song. Hopefully they don't kick us
off of iTunes for me seeing that, all right, but it is a
good song. Another Green Wine Vision. Yeah, two for too. Yeah,
(35:00):
because it's yours. My field isa story. I feel like they're
definitely is a story. I feellike I didn't say I want to go
to Stay read word one. Yeah, I feel like I'm lacking in a
storytelling for these episodes. But no, the previous one was pretty good.
I Want to Go to Spain isa serious story for sure. Yeah.
(35:20):
In the end, Yeah, allcaps now for this Wine my Wine Vision
slash story time. Hi, saypies, pies, all kinds of pies,
sweet pies, savory pies, warmpies, cold pies. Give me,
give me, give me of thepies. Oh yeah, I love
(35:42):
it. Actually, I don't evenknow what to say. I was like,
pretty pie are you hi? Yah? It's been and they're ready for
this. That was just the prequel. Oh there's more, there's more.
I can't wait. It's a whirlwind, naughty dustick old buddy, dark fruit
devil whirling around, trapping me insideand I get deliciously pummeled with yummy,
(36:07):
yummy for my tummy tide. Thatreal thing that I see written down?
That is amazing that on the spot. Can we just choose? What are
we choosing for? Because your storywas very incredible. It's like a poem.
Yeah, wow, incredible. Tototal assessment, The Genesis twenty nineteen
(36:37):
by Stilson Sellers, it is sixtyeight percent suraw thirty two and it is
forty three dollars total assessment. Verydo you recommend this? And who is
it for? I highly recommend itto the advance. But I was like
to say everybody, because it's complex, but everybody just needs to go along
(37:00):
with this wine. Driney enjoy thatwine, Corney, Why do you recommend
it? The complexity, the tastingnotes, everything that goes along with it.
I feel like everyone can enjoy thison multiple layers. It just grows
and gross. I think it's adelicious, incredible wine. Sounds good to
me. Yeah, great, Well, I highly recommend this and to everybody,
(37:22):
and why because people eat food,do they? And you are people?
So you will like it the end. I don't care. Have it
with whatever he wants delicious, don'thave it with sweet, sweet sweet pipes.
You have the steak with the cheese. You know what, have that
cheeseboard on the lake? That cheeseboardshave that cheeseboard on the lake with some
(37:44):
sausage on it. Just don't knowhow. But oh, TV show?
Does anybody have a TV show?I never thought of one, Larry,
do you have a TV show?I do have a TV show. So
I actually picked Harley Quinn on Maxon Max, not HBO Max, just
Max because so why you ask?Because like the cartoon, this wine is
(38:08):
powerful with a good punch. Justlike Carly Quinn, she likes to kick
ass, and this wine kicks ass. Thank you, Mike Drop. I
kind of love that reason for that. Yeah, that's also not how I
wrote it down, but I youknow why because that's organic natural fluid.
(38:29):
Imagine that organic, organic natural moist. Okay, so I don't have I
don't have a TV show. Solet's move right, wine, uniscore wind
(38:51):
unitscore, Larry, how many unicorns? That would be a hundred unicorns.
Oh wait, there's actually not thatnumber, so I have to just go
up to ten. Okay, butit's so I'm very very very very very
pleased with that. All right, very very very very very pleased. Well,
well wait, I just realized thatI didn't really sink in how many
(39:12):
unicorns? Ten unicorns? Holy crap, I'm sorry. I was so distracted
by the one hundred parts there waslike, okay, so you so obviously
I enjoyed this one. Can wedo points? Yeah, that doesn't happen
unless we are doing our competition series, which we're not in right now,
okay, and then usually it's justlike a little baby unicorn, se okay,
which we like a nine and aten? Should I just go like
for ten? Just round up,girl, go ten? Ten? Ten?
(39:34):
Unic Well, thank you guys, thank you, No thanks, Stilson,

I was like, I came intothis like I'm a little nervous.
Fun. Yeah, yeah, I'mdoing hang off your breads and drink wine.
Yeah that's literally it. Yeah, yep, so exactly. Wine Unicorn
(42:21):
was created to be a safe space. It's amazing. What brings everybody together
here is wine. Yeah, anyway, visions. We talk about whine being
so subjective, but it really trulyis. And I think some people get
so scared or worried about like goinginto a tasting room and doing the wine
thing and tasting and how do wetalk about it. It becomes like this
(42:44):
big scary beastie thing. But it'slike it's not that. It's not that
big of a deal. You justtaste and then whatever your taste is,
what you taste, and then youmove on and either you like it exactly
and if you like it, great, if you don't, you don't,
it's not a bad thing. Yeah, there's other wine out there that you're
going to find. It's going tomatch your palette. Your palette is right,
(43:07):
or your palet takes that all thatmatters nothing else. Yeah, anyways,
I'm so glad you brought it upbecause that's also the main purpose of
one Unicorn too. So we're hereabout being subjective completely like and this is
where we do a team tasting becausewe're all built differently and two different things
and smell different things. We're justbuilt differently. So all right, you
(43:28):
guys, thank you so much forlistening to Wine Unicorn. We really appreciate
it. Please follow us on Instagramat official wine Unicorn. And that was
our show, so everyone, wewill see you next Twoday. Bye,
