From door to door sales to investment consulting to the final step into today's direction, the foundation of Independent Ear Music Group, a record label that has the artists and their dreams in the center of attention and can already look back to nine years of growth and development. Next to that, He also successfully started a human first marketing agency called We, The Collective, and the Open Heart Collective, a podcast focusing on sharing amazing stories from incredible humans on their mental illness & health journeys.
You might wonder, why they all go in different directions and can still be led by the same person – Well, that's because they have the same values, motivation, and groundwork. All three businesses put the client or customer as well as their well-being and human connections and first, inspired by my mindset, who believes in building strong relationships and forming a team with his clients to achieve optimal results. He trust in sharing experiences instead of keeping them a secret and invests in others to build a future that will communicate his dream and vision of a better world.
