Reid Taylor is a Delta Firefighter who has now run 2 marathons wearing 45-pounds of his turnout gear. Reid has always been an athlete but endurance running was something entirley new to him.  After his first marathon he began to get chest pains and training stopped abruptly. We chat about how he overcame a 90% blockage in his artery and eventually geared up to run the marathon a second time in March 2024.

Milly is a total powerhouse of a human being and will leave you with no doubt that you can overcome anything life throws at you. In 2017 she lost a leg in an accident and immediately set new goals for herself academically and physically. She's now the first Amputee to complelete the worlds steepest 400m race. Tomi ran her first 50K on her 50th birthday at the FlatRock Fall Running Festival. Her husband and adult children were there, along with her first granddaughter.
 
She has only been running for a few years and was never athletic, and definitely had no desire to run. She ran her first half marathon, first trail race, and first night race all in one at Cedar Breaks last year.
