Mr. Wednesday tries to woo Demeter but she ain’t having it as our American Gods podcast recaps “Ashes and Demons.” Over at Lakeside, Shadow Moon continues to get closer to his landlord, while the town gets no closer to finding Allison. Bilquis gets in some serious trouble, and Technical Boy may be to blame. But Laura Moon goes on the biggest journey of all through the afterlife, and finds out some surprising truths about her past.
...Shadow Moon gets settled in Lakeside, and also takes a side quest to Chicago as we recap American Gods “Serious Moonlight.” After getting a nice jacket and betting on a clunker, Shadow Moon continues to explore why he’s in Lakeside. Meanwhile, a memorial service in Chicago leads to some drunken shenanigans for Mr. Wednesday and Czernobog. And Salim confronts Mr. Ibis about The Djinn’s whereabouts.
American Gods is back with the Season 3 premiere “A Winter’s Tale,” and Shadow Moon just does not want to go to Lakeside. Meanwhile, Dead Wife and the Leprechaun hit a bit of a snag, and the New Gods get a serious makeover.
