Mixing Up Midlife is a weekly show for mid-lifers and empty nesters who want to shake up their middle years one challenge at a time. Each week Terri, a self-described “Boomer by Birth, Millennial at Heart”, and her guests will be trying out things they’ve always dreamt of doing or have been curious about trying but hadn’t had the freedom (or courage) to do. Part reality show, part audio diary and part cocktail hour, each week women in their fifties and beyond will be challenging themselves by taking improv and writing classes, getting photographed in very public places, attending conferences for the time and remembering how to have fun in midlife.
