Sgt WarDawg® is a former U.S. Marine Infantry Rifleman 0311 with 3 tours in the Iraq War, including the very 1st day of the War, in 2003, 2004, and 2005. His unit, the Third Battalion Fourth Marines (3/4 K Co.) was the 1st U.S. Marine Infantry unit to reach Baghdad in March 2003, and were the ones that famously took down Saddam's statue in the middle of the city. The next year the Sgt's unit was sent to Fallujah in 2004, then Fallujah again in 2005.
