Speaker 1 (00:01):
Triangle. I'm figuring it out. What's the reason that the
solid holding down the base rage? Let me agitator the
breakfast club. Everyone just kept telling the prepad. One word
to describe the breakfast Club will be the bottle impacting
the coach. People watch the breakfast Club for like news
and really be tuned in. Man, I don't even know
what I call it the breakfast Club. It's like brunch
(00:23):
n by Yea and Cholomagne. Wake that ass up, get
out of bed and listen to the breakfast Club. I'm waking.
Good morning Usa yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
(00:44):
yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo. Good
morning Angela, Yea, good mornin Davy Cholomagne, the god peace
to the planet. Is Friday, today, Ya, last day on revolt.
Emmy ask can you please reconnect? Oh? Yeah? Please? Can
can they please reconnect? This day? Last day? They don't
(01:06):
want to disconnected. Yeah, No, I was good and I'm
back on Hey revote, good morning, Yeah, this is our
last day on the revolte shout to Revote. We had
a great run with you guys when it was like
four years, five years, I don't know. And ironically enough,
here we are at their Revolte summit in Atlanta on
our last day. Maybe man, maybe well yeah, it is
(01:29):
God damn bro, but it's over for us to revote.
A lot of people revote in US. It is true,
you said. Actually, Angela and I are in Atlanta right
now for the revolt What are they call it now?
I know before it was the Music Conference. What did
they call it now? The Revote Summit, the Revote Summit.
(01:50):
So she had a panel yesterday, I have a panel
this morning. Yeah. I hosted a pitch competition. By the way,
it was five pitches that were competing for this prize
right from AT and T. And what was nice about
it was they all were amazing. They've already been vetted out,
so any single one of them could have won it
with some great ideas. I was like, this would be
some good things to invest in. Okay, yeah, we shell
(02:10):
to everybody at Revote. Now today we got a great show.
Soldier Boy will be joining us this morning, Big Soldier,
Big Draco. He'll be in the building so we'll kick
him with Big Draco and also Anthony Anderson. He's gonna
swing by it for a little bit, all right. That
is a very on a Friday, Right, all right, let's
go I don't know an apple and something got stuck
(02:34):
a little bit, Kobe. All right, well, front page news.
What we're talking about? Easy, Well, we'll talk about Amada
Aarbury his shooting trial, and we'll talk about the defendants.
An attorney for one of the three white men accused
of murder and the death of Amada Aarbury now has
an objection and it sounds ridiculous. All right, we'll get
into all that when we come back. Keep a locked.
(02:54):
This to Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ
Endry Angela yea, I mean the guy we are the
Breakfast Club. Let's getting some front page Yeah, that was
new beyond safe. But for what King Richard after King
Richard Town track. Yet you didn't hear it? I heard it.
I mean I can see I can hear the takeover
sample or not? Well whatever, what song did takeover sample?
(03:15):
Take over sample or something? But it was that sample? Okay?
All right? Well, and Thursday night football, the Dolphins beat
the Ravens twenty two to ten. Now Odell Beckham Junior
has signed with the Los Angeles Rams. So it's that good?
Is that great? Is that good for him? Or it's
that good for the Rams? What do you think? I mean,
that's great for him? I mean it just depends on
(03:36):
how much Odell Beckham has, you know, left in the tank.
The Rams are balling this year, so it's definitely on
a contender this second in the NFC West. So and
Cam new and resigning with the Carolina Panthers. That's right, man,
for I think like ten million dollars for the back
call now he's back home. No, I don't think it
was that much. I think it was only I have
(03:57):
to say only, but guaranteed, like four to five million
something like. No, he got guarantee, but if he plays
out the season, it's ten million. All right? Now what
else you got? Easy? Don't know how that works? All right. Well,
let's talk about the Amad Arbery shooting trial that's happening
right now. And the defense attorney for William Roddy Bryan,
he's the one that filmed everything. That attorney is saying
(04:19):
that he does not want any of these black pastors
in the courtroom. Here is here is Kevin Goff. Oh.
I have nothing perfectly against mister Sharpton. My concern is
that I believe that's intimidating and it's an attempt to
pressure or influence the jury. To my knowledge, Reverend Al
Sharpton have no church in Wyn County, never has Obviously,
(04:39):
there's only so many pastors they can have, and in fact,
the air pastors Alf Sharpton right now, that's fine, but
then that's it. We don't want any more black pastors
coming in here or other Jesse Jackson, whoever was in
was in here earlier this week, sitting with the victims
family trying to influence a jury in this case. Sitting
with the family. The family can't have whoever they went
(05:01):
in there after their son was killed, their brother was killed.
I mean that sounds it does a Shotton actually responded
with Rachel Maddow this morning. Here's what he had to say.
The family has the right to choose who they want
to sit with them. You must understand the setting. They're
sitting in a courtroom looking at the three men that
(05:21):
killed their son, and the families of those men sitting there.
That is a very tense and trying situation for a
mother and a father to sit with. And if they
want a minister there someone to console them, that is
their choice. But he didn't just say that he did
want a public figure or something. He said black pastors.
(05:44):
So if it was white pastors at all, right, how
do we know if pastors are not sitting with the
defendants family. And I think this is an outrage and
I think it is absolutely insulting to all people, regardless
of their feelings on this case. Man, Racism is just racism,
simple and plain, Okay. And what it sounds like he's
(06:05):
saying is this case is already high profile enough. We
don't need need girls like Al Sharpton coming in here
and bringing more attention to this case. Because when these
guys get off, I'll get a light sentence. We don't
need people tearing this town up. And Al's presence a
million sight or right, that's that's that's what that white
man is saying, or at least that's what I heard
without here, right, and they're saying, look, as long it's
a public courtroom, anybody can come as long as they're
(06:26):
not disruptive and it's not a distraction to the jury
or anything else going on in the courtroom. Then there's
nothing that's not in compliance. Right and also I want
to I want to apologize. I called him a white man.
He's not a white man. He's a cracker, ass cracker.
Good morning. That is your front page news, all right,
get it off your chest eight hundred five eight five

that any money, any money that the mom raised that
go for me, she should give it back to the
(08:34):

that that should happen. But again, I just want to,
you know, thank everybody involved. I mean, and I just
want her to be okay. So I think she's really
gonna need a surface, Charlomagne. So I know you said
if there's anything you could do, but that may be
what you can do. I'm gonna have somebody show me
how to see him. You for that assistance, and I
(08:54):
want one more thing, definitely, I want one more thing
that you guys. Can you do for me? Every now
and then, Charlamagne, because it's from your home stage, can
you keep us a breasts of the sna and tests taste.
You know the young girl I told you from Newark,
her father's regional taste, who was shot eleven times, and
that's where her favorite blanket covering her in the woods
(09:15):

friend boyfriend laws her out of the house and again
shot her eleving time. And that perm So every now

Eight five one, we want to hear from you on
the breakfast club. Hello, who's this? This is Kevin? Hey, Kevin,
get it off your chest. I want to get off
my chest. The fact that I can't go to Walmart
and buy a Gatorade and a PlayStation five, that just
don't make no sense to me. You mean to tell
(11:24):
me you don't. Why can't you buy a Gatorade? They
don't have either one of them. Every time you go,
they're out, they're sold out. You go down the aisle
and you look for Gatorade, it's all sold out except
for the diet Gatorade. Who won't set what's the correlation?
I don't know. I have no idea. I don't know.
If it's cold, I don't I don't know what well

Oh sorry, I don't know that. I can't help you.
The bro eight oh three? What's happening? Yeah, he definitely
don't know what the PC Richards is in the Columbia,
South Carolina. So like a best Buy, sir, Yeah, like

(12:30):

(12:54):
and um, I'm basically gonna be I guess showing the
world like a perspective from a blind person point of view,
like a lot of things happened during my frequency, and
people don't think that a blind woman can do a
lot of things. So yeah, like my son is hea,
he's healthy, and I'm going to be basically showing the
world how a blind woman can take care of a
(13:16):
child with breastfeeding and everything. That's so, you know, he
is three weeks old tomorrow. Wow, so brand brand new.
Congratulations as amazing congratulations. I don't know this movie Don't Breathe.

I had to deliver early and everything. So well, I'm
gonna send you some stuff for the baby. What's the
baby's name? Jack? Jack? All right, shout the little Jack.

A five one oh five one. If you need to vent,
you can hit us up now. We got rumors on
the way, Yes, and Halle Berry reveals that she used
to be a stripper. We'll give you some more details.
As she was tucking to Cardi B. All right, we'll
get into that next. Keep it locked. Us to Breakfast Club.
Good morning the Breakfast Club. Don't go morning everybody in
(15:32):
DJ envy angela ye, Charlemagne the guy. We are to
Breakfast Club. Let's get to the room as a suck
Holly Berry. Listen. Oh gosh, the rumor reports. It's reports club. Well,
we just got Hollie Berry and her movie bruised. As
(15:52):
you know, she has a soundtrack that's all female hip
hop artists for the movie, and Cardie B co executive
produced the soundtrack. The two of them sat down for
a segment called five Rounds, where they asked each other
about spicy topics. Now, just for clarity, Cardi B when
she retweeted the post, she revealed that Hallie Berry she
said her skin is so soft, I wanted to bite
(16:14):
her shoulder. All right, So here is some of the
things they talked about. For instance, Hallie Berry discussed working
in the strip club. Have you ever been to a
strip club? A strip club? Yes? Yeah, stripped for heal
for real? You want to you want to hear the story?
Yes I do, I sure do. So. In one of
my movies called The Last Boy Scout, I played a stripper,
(16:35):
so I had to go try it out. So I
went to Girls Girls, Girls on Sunset and I stripped
for two days, for two nights to see what it
felt like and see how much money I would get.
I did good. M I wanted to do. The people
in there know that was Hollyberry that was in there dancing.
I was just before she was like Holly, Holly. I
don't remember that movie was back in nineteen ninety one.
(16:56):
The Last Boy Scout maybe not Dancy right, they might
not have known. And I'm sure she put a wig
on you know you? You really look different, all right?
So another thing I'm sure they and they also discussed
if they would have wake up one morning and be
the opposite sex. What's the first thing you do if
one day you woke up as the opposite sex. Oh,
(17:20):
I'm gonna have to swing it. I'm peeing with it.
I'm gonna play with it. I want to see how
it feels like. I want to if they orgasm the
same way I know, or is it better? I think
ours is better or there's is better. Sometimes it seems
like there's is better. But I just can't believe God
would do that to us. What would y'all do? That's
(17:42):
a trick question. Though it's a trick question. Wake up
with a regular one of a small one. Well, what
would y'all do if you woke up one day to
opposite sex but a vagina? Yeah? I don't know, Like,
is there anything you feel like I'll do this? No,
I never thought about it. I've never thought I really
(18:04):
have it. I haven't thought about it. I would have
to give it. We'll come back to you guys, all
right now KICKI Palmer was on the view and she
definitely went and you gotta shoot your shot. And here's
what she had to say. I gotta shoot my shot
like I did with Issa. I heard that Tyler Perry
is doing Sister Accord. That's what you know. I'm available
for the job, any job. So I mean, you ain't
(18:28):
got to say nothing, now, you know, you know, I'll
say your email something that's let me know if I
already brought it up. Yeah, no, please, I'm up all
write y'all hashtag booked all right now that she would
be amazing in that. By the way, Ki Palmer is
killing respect the fact that she's not afraid to shoot
(18:51):
her shot publicly, and that's the best way to do
it too. Like you said, all right now, fifty cent,
it looks like he's hinting at doing a new show.
And this is gonna be around Snoop Dogg's infamous nineteen
ninety four murder trial. He posted the picture of Snoop
in court and said, I'm afraid this is going to
be a problem for everything on TV. A moment in time,
murder was the case when the dream you've been wishing
(19:13):
for it feels like a nightmare. You think, you know,
you have no idea Snoop Dogg story, it's crazy Boom
green Light Gang. I don't miss, I don't miss right now.
I saw that now. I was gonna say he don't
miss right now. I know he got a bunch of
shows that they're about to announce, and then he's also
overseas shooting a movie. He's not missing, Ranter. He got
(19:33):
so much on this plate right now, it's ridiculous. He
definitely does it, and the concept for that film is hard.
And I saw that yesterday. The only thing I was thinking,
was like, um, how do you handle that? You know,
because there was a murder. You know what that means.
There is another family out there who lost somebody. So
I just wonder how you handle a handle a situation
like that. So I can't wait to see our fifty
(19:55):
does it. And since we're talking movies and TV, Young
Miami posted that she just finished her first movie, Young
Miami the Actress. I can see it. We're here for it.
I think that'd be dope to see you Young Miami
in some movies. All right, and that is your rumor report.
All right, thank you, Miss Eye. Now front page News. Next,
what we're talking about, Man, this is sad. I hate
(20:17):
to do this on a Friday, but this is an
important conversation. We'll talk about a ten year old girl
who died by suicide. Oh my goodness, Oh my goodness.
All right, we'll get into that. NeXT's to Breakfast Club.
Good morning, So Breakfast Club, your morning's will never be
the same. No Arts created the More Than Just Words
Initiative to raise awareness about racial disparities and breast cancer
(20:39):
care to learn more about what more than Just Words
hopes to accomplish. And here a talk with Grammy nominated
R and B artist Jasmine Sullivan visit more than Just
Words dot us Morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee,
Charlomagne the guy. We are to Breakfast Club. Let's getting
some front page news now with Thurdsay Night football. The
(21:02):
Dolphins beat the Ravens twenty two to ten. Now. Also,
Odell Beckham looks like he's been traded or he signed
with the Los Angeles Rams, and Cam Newton is back
into Carolina's all right, what else we got? Easy? Well,
I told you this is a really difficult story to
talk about, but it's important. Salt Lake City please confirm
(21:23):
this week they are investigating the death of Isabella Izzie
Tichenor as a suicide. Apparently, she was only ten years
old and she had been getting bullied at school. Other
students called her the N word and told her that
she was smelly. They made fund of her for being autistic. Now,
the family reported the bullying the teachers as well as
school and district administrators, but nothing was done to stop
(21:44):
the harassment. Really sad, and they're concerned also about the
other siblings that she has at the school too. Can
you imagine that ten years old and having to deal
with that. No, not at all. And the teachers knew
nothing to nothing, nobody seeing this before. There was no problems,
no incidence or anything. Well, they complained, No, I can
(22:07):
definitely imagine I can definitely imagine that ten years old
having to deal with that. I mean, because you know,
that's that's how kids are. Kids are very, very cruel.
The problem is that, you know, no adults intervened in
this situation, because it's not like back in the day
where you can just you know, tell little kids the
man up, you know, because by the way, you couldn't
do that back in the day either, and that wasn't
good for us back in the day. But you know,
(22:28):
now with social media and everything else, man, these kids
are constantly getting bullied and ridiculed and it never stops.
And eventually they cracked. And it's what happened in this case, now,
is it? Death comes about two weeks after a federal
civil rights investigation found widespread racial harassment of black and
Asian American students at David's school district. There were hundreds
(22:49):
of documented cases of uses of the N word and
other racial sellers over the last five years. Black students
said that there were experiences of white and non black
students calling them the end word, calling them monkeys or apes,
saying their skin was dirty or looked like theeces. They
also made monkey noises at the black students, repeatedly referencing
slavery and lynching and telling them to go pick cotton
(23:11):
and you are my slave. Yeah. They get it from
their mama's and they cracker ass cracker daddies, and they
be at home listening to their parents talking, adults around
them talking. They bring it to the school, all right.
Tell our condolences to that family of young Izzy who
And in some good news, a Maryland high school teacher
(23:35):
won a one million dollar Global Teacher Prize. Kesha Thorpe
is her name, and she told NBC News she goes
so hard for her students because my story is their story.
Listen to this education if a human right and all
children should be entitled to have access to it. So
this recognition, it's not just about me, but about all
(23:57):
the dreamers who work so hard and there to dream
of ending generational poverty. This is encourage every little block
boy and girl that looks like me, and every child
in the world that feels marginalized and has a story
like mine and felt they never matter. We must ensure
all students have the opportunity to succeed. Keshia Thorpe is
(24:21):
a teacher at the International High School at Langley Park
and she was selected for more than eight thousand nominations
and also applications from one hundred and twenty one countries
around the world. So it's an annual prize that's organized.
She grew up in Jamaica and she came to the
US on a track and field scholarship. Wow, so congratulate her. Absolutely. Yes,
that's really really dope. So that's some good news at
(24:43):
least to end with on a Friday. All right, that
is your front page news. All right. Now, when we
come back, Big Draco is here. Soldier boy will be
joining us. Soldier. We'll talk to him next, so don't move.
It's to Breakfast Club. Good Morning, the Breakfast Club Morning.
Everybody is DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We

You got a minia. Somebody ain't cold. You have some

something while you didn't like, can you have some smoke?
Form man? My old No, it was just on Charlotte

I thought you're Fromssissippi somewhere. Na, No, I'm from Bumped.
I'm from California. Told you you take that big soldier.
Same difference, man, not the same difference now different now.
(26:09):
But there's a lot of man saying Charlemagne. No, it's
all a little like you know what I'm saying. He
cleared it up like the same day, big soldier ship.
Now you were quoting soldier boy the other day and
kept playing the drop from something. He said, Oh play
that was hilarious. Hold on, we got it everything to
come out with my mother. Your mouth is hard. Pause
(26:33):
back like five times. I was like, because Drake go
so entertaining. Man, No, I just mean musically like I
was talking about like everything that I wrapped. We know
what you you not? The internet explained that one. So
you and Kanye got up that he just texted, did
(26:53):
y'all cold? He apologized? Was that a true text? Kanye
posted on his Instagram thing gonna post faith take. Okay,
so you didn't feel like you old Kanye in apology?
What I mean you did talk about Kim and say
he was what I said about his wife. You said
something like I was the first one they still married.
I thought I got divorced, yet he said that's his
wife Draco. Okay, my fault. I'll be reading the headlines
(27:17):
and all I've seen was the vorce. So I thought
they were the voice through the process right now. Didn't
sell the paper yet they said if you're in the
process of getting a divorce, that mean y'all split for
the moment right now that Kanye reached out to you,
cause you know, Kanye that's his thing. He'll pop didn't apologize,
that's his thing, y'all. Kanye reached out. You know what
I'm saying. It was just crazy, like that whole process
(27:37):
of working, you know, doing the song and you know
what I'm saying. Like I just had to like sit
back for a minute to be like, man, like you
know what I'm saying. But I like Kanye you though,
Like after we spoke, I just felt like, Okay, he
don't mean no harm. But it probably confused you because
he told you that your verse was hard in private,
and then in public telling people of trash. So that
was the only reason I responded the way that I did. Now,
(28:00):
you was upset at first that your verse didn't make
the album at first, and you you respounded a little crazy,
and then he said it was trash, and then you
spound it crazy again. So if people have told you
the verse was back in private, but you have sent
a different verse or what, I will never be offended.
Like that's what we do music for to be critiqued
and to make it the best outcome. But you gotta
(28:20):
learn how to communicate to it at the same time,
and you definitely can't be telling somebody, this is a
great piece of work. And then your heir liken't really
like you know what I'm saying. But people were telling
me like, well I was reading it was like, oh,
he didn't want to hurt your feelings. Like, Bro, my
hurt my feelings. Bro, you feel what I'm saying, because
you can't hurt my feelings because I know my hard?
(28:41):
Who ahead express yourself? Gus you to decide if the
song hard or not to put the song out on
the album and let the people decide. Now, if you
were to put the album out and put the song
and then and then people would have been saying, man
sold the trash old song up. So then that's another thing.
Let the people decide. Who could you just because it's
your album. You gotta decide every time. Sometimes I don't
(29:02):
like that's how it works. If it's your help, you
decide what coaches? What was that? Hey? You go eri?
What that selfish? Is a mother? Hold? You said? Sometimes
you put out stuff that you don't like. No, like, okay,
look all right, sometimes get comfortable, big, get comfortable, big
drake my soldier boy game. You know what I'm saying,
(29:23):
hand held constable, When I came the first time y'all
tried to play me now wrong show now every day
struggle tried to play you not us. No, you said
it was do I need to rewind the clips and
do the what you might. I don't remember what I mean.
I ain't gonna do you like that. But it was
just a little I didn't take kind of you said
China knock off. They say it was counterfeit a little
(29:45):
like that. But what I remember that y'all did support.
You'll remember running a clip back. Remember nineteen, I got
my new video game. You know what I'm saying. They
say that, but say no suing you for that video game.
I can't see. My lawyer said, I can't speak on that.
I'm sorry. Ivy Complex as an email set up Soldier
watchtip at gmail dot com for anyone who's order Soldier

sold making millions off of that Soldier making hundreds of millions.
Your albums so when you make an album, you said,
all this shouldn't be selfless. Yeah. Man, it's like you
(30:29):
gotta be open to work like different sounds. Bro. All right,
so check this out right, Kanye, you dropped the most trash.
You ain't never dropped the trash song in your life,
So that Jesus album won trash. I didn't like Jesus.
I didn't like us. A lot of people tell me
that you just grew on them, but I didn't like. Yeah.
Am I to come to you and say, Kanye, Jesus
(30:52):
was trash? If that's your opinion, say that. I know,
but I'm not fit to say that. Yeah? Yeah, yeah yeah.
Have you ever put out something that you didn't really like? Everything?
I put out? His Fire? You know what I'm saying.
What I'm trying to say is, though, Kanye West, when
you're making your album, be more open, Bro, did you
think is trash? Probably hardest to one hundred million people?
(31:14):
Why do you think I'm number one? Boy? I'm number
one on TikTok Man. You called me for a reason.
Don't questions that you don't know about what's going on,
swaying in the streets like me? You in church, you
in divorce court is like that, you not you know
what I'm saying. You know where I'm at. I'm in
the streets, in the club. I know what's hot. Easy
needs you. You needed me what you called me for
(31:37):
you again and said your soldier. I want you on
this next album. Would you do it all? Yeah? Now
after you know, after we talk, Now I do it.
I haven't got old Soldier boy when we come back,
Dote movies to Breakfast Club, good morning morning, everybody is
cj Envy, Angela, Yee. Charlomagne, the guy we are the
Breakfast Club was still kicking it with Soldier Boy. Now
(31:57):
what about Young Dolph? I see, I see you got
a problem with you with your dolls all. That's what
happened with Kilt. What about cleiglout? What about young Dog?
He talking about he had the first He the first
rapper with a three D billboard. Man, stop it, bro.
He's independent. He makes a hundred Young Dolf make a
one hundred thousand dollars a show. He's independent. Young Doll
sign an empire Ghazi because that's not independent. I'm independent.
(32:18):
Ricky Marty one hundred percent. All the money go to me,
A one hundred percent. She makes a clap that's been
uploaded just from me so ODMG Records and went viral
number one on TikTok. I get one hundred percent of
all the money. Ain't no middle man, Ain't no ten percent,
ain't no five percent, Ain't no one percent. Everything come
to me. I'm the real independent was independent? No, can't
that just be a distribution deal where you are independent
(32:40):
of their just n that's a lot of that's how
you that's that's not asking you know, but as a league. No,
that ain't high work. Independent is when you not signed
to nobody at all, or independent label or a magic label,
no label, and you're putting all the music out yourself.
You're not getting no money, no advance, no marketing of dollars.
Everything is just out of your pocket. So yeah, they
(33:02):
got mad because he said I'm getting a hundred cash
show and I'm independent. Why I know other rappers doing
it like me, bitch, I'm doing it just like you.
How did this beef start? Now? It ain't no beef?
He said, key Glock DMG or something. No. Key Glock
made a post on his Instagram and said I was
the first rapper with a three dB award, I said,
I did that folk months ago on my birthday. Everybody
(33:23):
seeing the flying Lamborghini yellow line gun I posted. It
went viral where everybody saw that you ain't doing that
new that ain't When started that that was friendly? You
know what I'm saying, keylow, be cool. It started when
he said, um, independent and I'm getting a hundred cash
show and I said, no, you're not. You signed the
empire that got mad jumped on my DMS. Oh this
smoke is this and that? So what's up? So that's
kind of like you telling somebody their music is trash.
(33:45):
Ain't nothing like that. I tell you why, because it's
don't matter if they're independent or not. Why do you
kidd soldier? I don't give a that's the point. But
don't be captain like you independent and you not because
that offensive? Like me? Who really independent? When I know
you getting hunters of I was the dollars marketing dollars
to put that and billboard up. I thought, you got
a big deal. I have to make it. Clap. Then
you resund as a single deal. That's different as a
(34:08):
single partnership. I gat them ten percent of a record
one song. Ricky Marty I didn't do that. I kept
one hundred percent. I don't signed with back nobody. I
did a partnership with Virgin. I took a big bag
for six months. I'm out of that deal now. One independent.
It was a single deal. We can't let you and
Dolf and kidlock, three young black men beef over who
(34:29):
was independent. What I'm saying, it's not so dumb, something
like bro, you sold you. They could tag me and
say the first rapper to have a three D bag,
but he tagged me, But then you went to smoke.
I saw I did was respond with a troll. You
can so you control me and say you was the
first rapper, which my wave. You're doing something first. But
I can't troll you and say you ain't independent. You
(34:51):
really signed? Oh I thought you told him? Pull up
and smoked. Then they jumped in my dams and said,
think wait till we see you. It's this. I ain't
gonna really say with that, but they started it. What
at you to get shot at? A hundred times? You
got shot in Hollywood, running all out the LA at
the hotel, go handled because we shot shot at you first.
(35:13):
Before you come and me talking about something. You're gonna
see me. You ain't gonna do to me. You know
who the fuck on me? Is you tripping? Who are you?
I don't big Drake Google about no dog geek key goog.
We are none of that as something money game, and
we were not tolerateing no disrespect from no in nobody.
But we don't want no beef though, no smoke. Y'all
(35:35):
getting too much money and getting a lot of money.
But to watch your mountain, just bro keep it industry,
keep it funny, keep it entertainment. I could do. Tiger
say he had a bigger compan y'all started there, y'all
said Tiger. Y'all that started Tiger man, Let's talk about
(36:04):
number one? And he did, what about Tiger? Now? Right now?
What about a target? I said that y'all had some
issues because you said the target and said it's not true,
said I love a target. Basically what happened. I said,
they're own you know what I'm saying. Like they called
me and gave me a deal, you know what I'm saying.
(36:25):
And it was like for like an ownership in the company,
a million dollars, a million shares, a million stocks. I
hope bunch of get on though, and I got happy,
and I say I owned a target, which really I
just got a lot of ownership in a company, which
you could call me an owner you feel me, but
I'm not the CEO. But I basically did a deal
with them. I signed a contract with them, and I
got a lot of money from them. They gave you
(36:45):
equity in the company. Y'all got ownership in the company.
They was very happy with what I did with Soult game,
which I y'all know, the rap game in the tech
game is two different places, so people can't really keep
up on what's going on. But what y'all, what's going
on right now? I bount On offered over one hundred
and fifty million to buy this company. Are you gonna
do for a company? Soldier Boy game? Somebody trying to
(37:06):
buy it from you? Are you gonna do it that?
You want? The Helo companies? I met with Microsoft? I
met with said what are you gonna hold on to it?
Are you gonna sell it? All? Right? So so this
is what happened. Right first, I was like, hell, no,
I turn it on. I turn it on, all right?
This guy y'all dead, Ye, it's now for six hour
flight don't comm me last minute. I'm on tour right now,
Millennium Tour. I've been playing it the whole flight. The
(37:28):

gonna dispect you. How miss YouTube comments? Y'all get that
DGM doesn't work? That's DJ now, thank you follow as
soldier Bay game to you out of your pocket. But yeah, man,
we're the charger. It's the number one. I left the charger.
Y'all have me rushing y'all book, Yo, I don't even
supposed to be here right now, that's true, it is earlier.
(37:48):
I'm on tour right now, the Millennium Tour. Y'all got
me coming up here? How a millenium to it going? Man?
How y'all y'all know, let's staying on this game? Back
to this? This is the number one. How your newest
game selling product of twenty twenty one? So are you
gonna sell it? First? I said, no, I'm not gonna
sell it. I want ownership. I don't want y'all to
take cousin. I'm gonna give it you. Somebody biggest about
(38:09):
about this, And I was like, I don't want y'all
to take it. Put y'all on it and then make
it like y'all, it's y'all like it's soldier boy game.
I make this. But then that was like, you gotta
sell it. You know what I'm saying. It's not just me.
I got partners overseas. I guess it's a board. There's
ten people in suits. They're like, yo, they're offering over
one hundred million. You can't say nothing. You own yea,
you own the company, but you were partner something like
(38:30):
all right, but they're like, don't, don't, don't frown like
you know what I'm saying. You're gonna get on a
hundred million and you're gonna still have ownership in the company.
So I'm selling it, but I still own it. Okay,
Oh yes, I'm selling it. One hundred plus million, one
hundred fifty million, just gonna go to me buy Christmas
to What do you say to the people who are
gonna say, cat on that one hundred and fifty million dollars.
You can't get how where, how this is done? Solidified?
(38:53):
What you want me to do? Take a picture of
a honeymion not. I don't know how I'm gonna prove it,
but it's gonna be done. I'm gonna tell you something.

fifty million. I cannot wait see Big Draco and Goodness.

(39:37):
producers of the tour, they say, y'all, Soldier, your live
show is so amazing. We didn't know you had this
many songs. We want you to do your own tour
Soldier Boy and friends, Big Draco and friends and bring
out some more rappers you had line and next year.
You know what I'm saying. So that should speak for itself.
When you did your verses battle with your man, go
to annoy about what little peewee and that's what he's
(39:59):
talking about, that little peewee. Man. I told him not
to do that verses man, you know what I'm saying,
but tell them not to. I was like, bro, you
want to do this? You tripping? Bro, I'm gonna bring
a little Romeo out. Y'all was defensive. We was a
little kids, I'm going to turn off like what I'm like, okay,
sure you want to do this easy? So you feel
like you want that easy? Like I know I want? Yeah,
(40:20):
said he wasn't when he say that that he said
when he paid Billboard to write an article, did say
that he had something with the songs, but this what happened, right,
He played more songs than me. Y'all didn't notice that. Yeah.
When I got to, like my seventh song, a song,
we're supposed to stop, we was agreed to stop, like
you feel me, he just kept going and kept going
(40:41):
over the time, he did like three extra songs. So
how I am I supposed to fight back when you
did three songs and I didn't get so he cheated
and I still want how you know he paid bill
Board because and who're gonn to promote baillout for free
on Billboard. You cut that chick for that man you wrote.
They wrote that article for you man. I we got
old Soldier Boy. When we come back, Dope moves to
(41:02):
Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is cj Envy and
Ngela Yee. Charlemagne the guy we are the Breakfast Club
was still kicking it with Soldier Boy sign NBA Young Boy?
Was that true? Yeah? What happened. I could have had
a chance to sign NBA Young but now he DMed
me on Instagram and he was like I'm sixteen and
I rapping on from Bam Rouge Lumisian or something. I've
(41:24):
stemmed him back. I did see it, and I was like,
what's up? And then he was like like I'm trying
to sign, like who whoo? And then like I must
I don't know what I was doing. I don't want
to cap. I was probably like on tour in the studio,
so I don't can't remember. But the next time I
looked at my DM like messaged him. It probably was
like a month later or like three weeks later to
a sign like I already think none of it. But
(41:46):
then he started blowing up and I was like, damn,
I missed a bag all this, y'all should have signed it.

But it's gonna be acting. It's gonna be about how
I came up on the internet, how I discovered these artists,
how I did artists, how I got made myself. But
the behind the scenes though, how I grew up my
(47:14):
family once I got into the industry, the different things
that I dealt with, the adversity to trials, the triumph,
going to jail. You know what I'm saying. We've been
working on this for a minute, so I think that's
what's really people gonna because people keep saying, what's up
with the movie? Why you ain't put the movie out?
And when Kiki was like, She's like, Yo, let's just
do the TV show in series. You could do the
season one, season two, sea three, So if anything happened
(47:35):
in your life, just like yesterday, Kanye, we could just
adding in the show in seasons and keep upgrading as
we go with time. So I'm like, okay, cool, scripted show,
subscripted show. Is everything clear with all your legal issues now.
Oh yeah, yeah, I'm good. I'm good. They told me
to keep it a secret for a little bit about it.
It's been a song. But I'm off probation. We don't care.
(47:58):
I was smoking me a whole time. I'm probably don't
say that from loss ass California. Then I have to
get pissed. You didn't. That wasn't in my court. That

He discusses meeting with Donald Trump in twenty eighteen and
(50:47):
what Donald Trump said to him. I remember why I
called to get Rocky out of jail. I called Trump.
Trump said, yeah, you're my friend. You know, my black

White House. Everybody it's like, yeah, he's so crazy. He's
so crazy. Look at his hair, look at you wearing
he wearing his hat. Blah blah blah. I'm protecting just
what Jay said. I'm protecting you by saying a red hat.
(51:08):
That's why I got so I rate about it. You know,
by the way, we can all have an opinion. We
see you had a relationship with Trump. Did you ever
speak about Trump with the library who was a situation? Yeah?
When I went to the White House, I spoke on that,
all right, And he's just chastised people in the last
interview for having close relationships with a politicians, didn't he Yes, Okay,
(51:32):
let's make it sure, okay, yep. And another another thing
that he talked about was being diagnosed with bipolar and
other things that affected him. We all are on the
spectrum somewhere. Just only a couple of went to the
hospital or been diagnosed in medication. When I slammed that
paparazzi that day, they made me go to anger management.
(51:53):
I'm sitting there with Amber Rose at the anger management situation.
The anger management coach just keeps on hitting on Amber
and then giving me some medication. That was the beginning
of my medication. That was the snowball until eventually ended
up being diagnosis bipolar, which there is a lot of
people who will say, I don't believe that you are
(52:13):
actually bipolar. And anytime somebody wants to say that I'm
wrong about something, hide the truth. Lotty say yeah, he's crazy. Well,
he did go through a lot of story bipolar or not,
he was diagnosed with it. I mean, that's what they say.
He makes it to sound like it's a misdiagnosis though,
(52:35):
I mean, I don't know. I'm just it feels like
he's saying it's a misdiagnosi. Yeah, he says that they
diagnosed him bipolar. He started taking this medication. I don't know.
I mean, that's a hard thing because I also kind
of feel like, if you know people who are bipolar,
they also don't feel like they need the medication a lot,
So then therefore they don't want to take it correct
and then sometimes it also makes them sick and nauseous,
(52:56):
or sometimes they get better and then they don't need
they don't think they need to take it any right,
A lot of people don't like that. There's just a
lot of different things that comes along with that, all right. Now,
In addition, he also discussed cancel culture and why he'll
never be canceled. Dave Chappelle will never be canceled. Here's
what he had to say. Man, if they don't get
the out of here, bro, it's like what cancel was? Man?
(53:18):
Enough of this already, boy, I'll just wait till someone
ain't effecting the stock and he'll just take him out
one by one to put impost fear or anybody with
freedom of thought. Why smack the shops you when I
see don't tell me what the to do ever in
your life. Hey, none of y'all Hollywood play ass tell
(53:39):
none of us. Will we do this our coaching now,
you can't cancel none of us and all of y'all
scared that's run around doing what these Hollywood telling you
to do? Y'all? Man a right, kanyeu se I agree
with him right there. That's did that. That's what Kanye does.
He'll say one thing that's a total contradiction to Hill,
(54:00):
say something else that you absolutely agree with. But you
just gotta have nuance when listening to his conversations and
be objective. That's all. Take what you can from it
all right, Now, get ready for this little nas X
you know he is quite creative. Whether or not you
like him, you have to admit he's entertaining. He's creative,
and he's going on Maury. Listen to and watch this
(54:21):
trailer Wednestead. It's a Maria exclusive. Montero found the love
of his life Maur but was shocked to discover Ji
was married. Me and Ji have been together for about
a month and a half. You're a liar with a child.
This might be your baby more. It's joy the dad.
He's creative. I love it. I don't think he's actually
(54:41):
going on more. I think he's dropping a video or
a new song or something. I'm probably a song or
video for a song off his album. Yeah, I think
it's a video for a song. But he's very creative
with it though, and he does have his ex on there,
so it should be pretty interesting. But that is a
great promo because I saw a lot of people posting it,
so it could be fun. All right, Well that is
your rumor report. All right, thank you, missie Charlom who
(55:02):
are giving your donka too? Well, you know, this morning
is one of those mornings where we get a bunch
of phone calls up to the radio station. Later, probably
radio stations all throughout the country about you know how
I'm a race bader and I'm racist because I'm just
stating the obvious about racism in this country. So we
need Kevin gall who is the lawyer them three crack
ass crackers who are accused of killing Ahmad Aubrey. We
(55:24):
need him to come to the front of the congregation.
We'd like to have a world with him. Please, all right,
we'll get you that. Next, it's the Breakfast Club coming.
So Breakfast Club, your mornings will never be the same.
Angela here talking about my friends at the General Insurance
that you offer flexible payment plans and the ability to
choose your payment date. Plus they let you choose how
you pay, whether that's with cash, card or chat. Call
(55:45):
eight hundred General or visit the General dot com to
learn more. Today, some restrictions apply. Charlom Maine say, the
gang don't get the same man you are, don't you?
Donkey of today does not discriminate. I might not have
(56:05):
the song of today, but I got the donkey that.
So if you ever feel I need to be a
donkey man, hit it with the practice club. Bitches, just
don't kive the day today woll ed Sharon Donkey of
the Day for Friday in November twelfth goals the attorney
Kevin Gallo, who is Kevin Gau. He is one of
the attorneys representing the three white men accused. No, he's
(56:29):
representing one of the white men accused of murder and
the death of mad Aubrey. I hate saying accused in
situations that so many of us witnessed. But the law
is the law, so for legal purposes, that is what
has to be said. But cases like this remind me
that the system of the law will always work in
favor of the people it was designed to protect. And
that's old white men. It is what it is. Why
(56:52):
do we play this game in America like we don't
know what the hell is going on? We know why
o mad Ahmad Aubrey is dead. There's the same reason
they're trying to suppress voting right, the same reason they're
trying to keep critical race theory out of school, same
reason that George Floyd policing ac won't get past. And
that reason it's good old fashioned American racism. Why do
we keep lying to ourselves like we don't know what
(57:12):
the rail deal is Hu Judge Timothy Walms. He said
out of his mouth that there appears to be intentional
discrimination in the Aubrey jury selection based off the fact
there was one black juror. But guess what, he still
let the case move forward. Why I just told you racism, Okay, America,
(57:32):
Racism is us. US is racism. There's no way around it.
All right. Until we start calling it what it is,
we will never fix it. This country will never heal
because it doesn't think it's sick. You can't fix the
system that doesn't think it's broken. Okay, these crackers be
like broken to who seems to be working to swell
for us? Would you like to see the system at work?
(57:53):
Would you like to see how sick these racists truly are? Well.
This is Kevin gall who, as I just said, is
representing one of the crack ass crackers were killed on
Maud Aubrey, and he is objecting to who the Rby
family has in court. Listen, the right Reverend Al Sharpton's
managed to find his way into the back of the courtroom.
I have nothing perfectly against mister Sharpton. My concern is
(58:14):
I believe that's intimidating and it's an attempt to pressure
or influence a jury. So my knowledge, Reverend Al Sharpton
has no church in who in county never had. Obviously,
there's only so many pastors they can have, and in
fact that their pastors Alf Sharpton, right now, that's fine,
but then that's it. We don't want any more black
pastors coming in here or other Jesse Jackson, whoever was
in here earlier this week sitting with the victims family
(58:37):
trying to influence a jury in this case. Okay, let's
impact this right. Somebody please tell me how Reverend Al
Sharpton and Reverend Jesse Jackson or any black pastor could
sway that all white except for one black person jury.
How how prayer works. I truly believe prayer works. Prayer
changes things, but I haven't seen it change the will
of a white man yet. Okay, Yeah, we can say
(58:59):
things like ed will, there's a way, but in that
courtroom and that injustice system is white man's will, white
man's way. For Kevin gall to have to call Cassidy
to unmitigated gaud to tell this family they can't have
black passes in the courtroom, as if this family hasn't
been traumatized and doesn't need spiritual and emotional support. Now
you personally rank call out Red al Sharpton and Reverend
(59:19):
Jesse Jackson because they were there. Why is that. Well,
what it sounds like to me he's saying, is this
case is already high profile enough. We don't need need
girls like al Sharpton coming in here bringing more attention
to this case because we're trying to get these boys
off and if all eyes are on as it would
be harder to make that happen. Because when these guys
get off or get a like sentence, we don't need
(59:41):
people tearing this town up. I can hear him talk.
I can hear him saying that. All right, listen to
Kevin Gall's statement. He said, if we're going to bring
high profile members of the black community into the courtroom
to sit with the family during the trial, in the
presence of the jury, I believe that's intimidating and it's
an attempt to pressure. Wow. No, it's called support. It's
called people using their status to bring attention to a
(01:00:03):
case that if we don't bring attention to, will quietly
get settled, with that family getting no justice and those
guys getting off. Okay, that's why they don't want high
profile black people talking about are showing up to this trial. Now,
let's talk about intimidating and pressuring. Kevin Gao, what you
did was an attempt to intimidate in pressure not just
(01:00:24):
the family of a Mad Aubrey, but Reverend now Shopton.
You put a target on his back, and Reverend Jesse
Jackson back, and every single high profile black person's back
who may come to support that family. You painted them
out to be a threat. You painted them out to
be a problem, knowing that's gonna rile up every bigoting
racist in that town who can't wait to buy those
three men who kill the Mad Aubrey bears when they
(01:00:45):
get released. Okay, now, Alan, every other high profile African
American as you called them, won't be safe in that town.
Wasn't like they were safe far because they're black, But
they're really not safe now Yet you are saying they
are intimidating and pressuring the jury. You know what you
was doing. You know what you was doing. You intimidated,
impressure them, oh the icon, knowing, as Malcolm X once said,
(01:01:07):
if you're not careful, the newspapers will have you hating
the people who are being oppressed and loving the people
who are doing the impression. That's what's happening here. Okay,
Ahmad Aubrey is dead because three white men, Gregory McMichael,
his son, Travis me Michael, and William Roddy Bryan Junior,
chased this man down and killed him, all right, for
no damn good reason. But you're pointing the finger at
(01:01:27):
Reverend Al Sharpton, Reverend Jesse Jackson is saying they are intimidating,
are pressuring the jurors. You don't think for one second
that the Aubrey family and every black person going down
there to support the Aubrey family, you don't think they
know where they're at. You don't think they feel intimidated
in pressure just by being in that town where three
white people lynched a black man and now they have
to deal with the white devil institution of an injustice
(01:01:49):
system down there. You don't think that they feel intimidated
and pressure by that. Huh boy, Hey, I gotta applaud you, crackers.
Round of appause from crackers. Come on, it was some
boy in the bar. Give them crackers some claps, because
I really do admired because somehow they cause all this bloodshed,
(01:02:11):
all this grief, but still convince people that we black
people are the threat. That magic trick, that illusion that
they be, that that spell they'd be casting is really
really incredible to watch because people still fall for it.
Please let bring me Ma give Kevin Gao the biggest
he haw he ha he ha, you stupid mother? Are
(01:02:31):
you dumb? All right? Thank you for that. Now is
when all the phone calls start coming to various radio
stations that were on throughout the country where they call
me a race batter and say that I'm racist just
for pointing out the obvious racism in this country. And
they'll be more mad at me using the word cracker
than they are at the injustice that's clearly happening in
(01:02:54):
this case. But that's only because there's a lot of
crack ass crackers in this country as all right, Oh wow, wow, wow,
all right. I think he said his name wrong though too.
What's it's Kevin Goff? I can't pronounce that, you know?
What do I say? Golf? Golf like the sport tiger
(01:03:17):
Wood place, golf, like his name is bell like cough
but with a gee. Golf, Oh, golf okay, Kevin Golf,
all right, Kevin Golf. I have a friend name Kevin Goff.
He's black, he's still working spirit he does still working spirits.
So it sucks for him right now because his name
is also Kevin Goff, the same exact name. Spit no
spirits like win. All right, Well, thank you for that joke. Today,
(01:03:41):
all right, when we come back, Anthony Anderson will be
joining us. Now. He has a major initiative call Get
Real about Diabetes. He'll be talking about that, and of
course the final season of black Ish, and then don't forget.
Right before the People's Choice Mix, we have another powerhouse announcement.
All right, so don't move. Anthony Anderson is Next. Is
the Breakfast Club. Go Morning, the Breakfast Club Morning. Everybody's
(01:04:05):
DJ Envy, Angela Yine, charlomagine the god we are the
Breakfast Club. We got a special guest. That's right, quick
little drive by. He stopped. He got some other TV
to do, but stop to it said, he got to
highlight the Breakfast Club. We got Anthony Anon going on,
what's scoring? Uh? Why does Angela you get a credit
even when she's not here? That's a good question, because yeah,
(01:04:26):
it's me DJ and Angela here. But I'm sure when um,
this episode is a black issue, there's a character not
in that particular episode. They still get their name in
the beginning, right, don't they? Nah? Really really, I mean
when you do that me, I mean you know you
you you say that right now? Yeah, people probably tune
(01:04:48):
in listen. It's like, yo, I can't wait to tune
in to hear Angela to day and you give her
a shout out and then you know, y'all don't hear
her all four hours and she don't even say that
because she's not here. You don't like Anthon so quiet.
That's a disappoint I mean, last time I really hung
out with Angela, we were in Santra pay and uh yeah, mine,
that's that's that's that's that's too much. I can't tell
on her, like that's what happens in Saint Santra pe
(01:05:09):
days in Santra is up on Instagram. No, it's up
on Instagram Instagram. So now, Blackish final season, man, what
are you doing with us black people? You know I
love to see positive shows and why you're gonna have
to ask ABC that, man? But we had a nice
run a nice eight year run. That's a long time time,
(01:05:32):
especially in today's climate with with all the streaming services
and three hundred plus channels to choose from. Uh to
have a television show a last eight years twenty four
a year, Uh, it is a beautiful thing. You know,
we had we have more stories to tell. I would
have loved to have Squeaked Out ten years. But wait
a minute, it's ABC thing. Yeah, because the show is amazing.
(01:05:54):
People I didn't like the show, talk about it. I
didn't wake up one day it's like, you know what,
I'm tired of making this money and making this show. No,
that's what I thought. Yeah, no, no, no, wow, yeah no,
it was it was you know, we are an expensive
show to make though, you know, and and sometimes it
just boils comes down to dollars and cents. But uh,
eight beautiful years. Man. You know, we we we've done
a lot for the culture, wearing the zeitgeist now, for
(01:06:18):
for what we've talked about and what the subject matter
that we've talked about and the things that we're doing.
So you know, it's it's it's a show to be
proud of. I don't want to hear that, y'all. An
expensive show, and there was what was that Friends making
a million? Everybody was making a million dollars. Man, I'll
let you do all the talking. I'm just saying. I
just hid you with some bullet points. You can run
with where you want. Everybody he was making a million dollars.
(01:06:38):
But but you but you also I agree with you
on that. But you also have to look at the
landscape of television back then. I mean, we didn't have
three hundred plus channels twenty years ago to choose from.
You know, all the more reason when you got to
show that cuts through, you should hold on to that show. ABC.
You hear that ABC Disney co saying Charlemagne the God.
It's just the truth spoken. It ain't twenty shows for
our community like that. That's that's why I like the show.
(01:07:00):
Would you take the show to another network? You're possible?
Uh that I don't. I don't think that's possible, but
I would love to. But then, you know, you got
to get the cast together, man, uh and see if
they want to do it. You know what I'm saying.
But again, eight years man, almost two hundred episodes. You
know that that's that's that's nothing to sneeze at you know,
(01:07:20):
and and we're gonna go out with a bang too.
I'm celebrating that because that is a big feat. But
damn ABC, I didn't know it was ABC doing. Yeah. Yeah,
don't don't don't blame me and Tracy and the kids.
Don't blame us when you when you talk about black
TV shows, where do you think Blackish fits? Did you
think the Cosby show? You think Different World? You think like,
where do you think that shows as far as you know,
portraying a positive light on the black family, all everything
(01:07:43):
that you said, man, uh Bernie mac Cosby, Uh, different World,
wife and kids, family matters, all that stuff. Man. You know,
when Kenya Barrison I sat down almost ten years ago
and and talked about the landscape of television and what
was missing from it from us he and I as viewers,
you know, we went back, you know, to the Jeffersons.
We went back to good times. It went back to
(01:08:04):
all in the family. We you know, talked about Cosby
and and and hopefully our show, you know, as Poul
pages from from from all of those, uh, all of
those television programs. The reason I rank y'all higher than
I once did is because of the universe. I mean
it's a great show, don't get me wrong, but the universe,
the Ish universe that was created, right, there's only there's
(01:08:25):
only one other sitcom I can think of that did that,
and that was Cosby Show. And they only had one show,
which is a different world. Now, Now, I remember when
you ranked us so low. It wasn't low. I mean
ten it was, which is good, wasn't ten. It's top
definitely top ten, definitely top ten black sitcom. Should you
should you had a time, okay? If you had a
top ten, definitely top ten black SITCOMA vaults okay, okay,
(01:08:47):
but I rank it higher now because of the universe
mixed just grown ish. Where do you rank us now?
I think I think top five Ish top five. So
he's gonna take the ish from my and say, you
know your top five. But that's good, great, okay, And
we got still got the final season to see how
that ends. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we got We got
(01:09:08):
some surprises for you, man, We've got some surprises. This
gotta be one of the longest running black sitcoms though, right,
one of them, one of them. I mean, you know,
Tracy was on One Girl nine I believe. Yeah, you know,
Cosby went for for eight. Uh you know, yeah, yeah, yeah,
we're we're up there. We're we're up there and rare
fied there. I ain't gonna I'm disappointed in ABC. I
don't get it. Like this just feels like Lovecraft Country
(01:09:29):
getting canceled from HBO. Why yeah, give me a reason
they all I need a reason. Why Yeah they get
the Yeah, Lovecraft Country, you got canceled and got all
those emmynams Man. Yeah, great, great show, salute to them.
I don't understand the logic. I don't get it. I
thought you was going to do talk shows because I
say you on Jimmy Kimmel At the time, I was like,
maybe Anthony leaving. No, that's later, No, that's later, that's
(01:09:50):
that's that's that's a couple of chapters down the line.
We got more with Anthony Anderson when we come back,
don't move. It's to Breakfast Club. Come morning morning, Everybody's
DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are to
Breakfast Club. Were still kicking it with Anthony Anderson and
I love what you do with your mom's Oh thank you.
Moms always get a check on. Could you cut more
commercials with your mom? Yeah? Explain that relationship. So long
(01:10:13):
story short, my mother always wanted to be an actress,
you know, but she was a single mother at seventeen
and had me and another thing, she's a horrible actress.
So that's one. That's one. That's one reason why I
didn't happen back then. Okay, but she grew into becoming,
uh the actor that she is today. Man. And and
so you know, for me to sit back and be
(01:10:35):
able to give my mother an opportunity to live her dream,
you know, something that she always wanted to do. She
put her dreams of being an actor on hold to
raise an actor, not knowing that that's what she was doing.
And so to be in a position to be like, yo, mom,
you know what, let's go do you? Uh? It's a
beautiful feeling, man, and she's enjoying her celebrity. How do
you negotiate with moms, like, well, how do you blame mama?
You know, we got this much money for how do
(01:10:56):
you negotiate with moms? Moms just wants money, man. Mamas
just wanted to pay for That's it. And I was
and I'm gonna always take care of her. And my
whole thing was it was like, look here, I'm gonna
put you on ABC's payroll because they can write bigger
checks than I can. And uh, she's on a pay roll. Yeah,
she's yeah to tell the truth is ABC show. Uh,
we got all kinds of things going on. Man. H
(01:11:17):
I had her on my payroll for a while and
it was draining me. So I was like, yo, we
gotta figure out, we gotta figure out how we can
get you this big paper. But but she's enjoying it,
and uh, you know, we got some things in the
works for her. She's doing Eddie Murphy's new movie right
now and Hill and Uh Kenyan Barriss is writing in it.
Wrote it is directly lad and Lawn London. Uh, Halle Berry, Uh,
(01:11:41):
Mike Apps, Uh, Kim Whitley, Nia Long. I mean it's
it's a star started. Can I'm in it. I'm gonna
do a little role in it. Uh. So she she's
she's on set right now having a ball man. Wow.
So that's what's next for you. You want to get
I guess movies or stand up with you you know what,
whatever opportunity presents itself. Uh, you know, I'm gonna stay
in this television world for a little while long, you know, uh,
(01:12:02):
developed some things. I got a few surprises coming up
real soon. In the television world, people are gonna not
gonna really gonna be shocked. They're gonna be like, oh,
you're doing that. Yeah, but uh but that's it, man.
Just I believe that's what my energy was created to do,
to entertain, and that's why I'm here. Now, let's talk
about the other reason you hear Get real about diabetes. Yeah,
(01:12:24):
get real about diabetes. Get Real about diabetes dot com
is our website as well. Now you've been real You've
been on this health kick for the last couple of
years and really showing people your progress and what you've
been doing from everything. So let's let's talk about this.
Get real about diabetes. Yeah. Well, you know this is
uh National Diabetes Awareness Month in November. Uh. You know,
it's it's no secret that I've been a type two
(01:12:45):
diabetic for close to twenty one years now, and uh,
you know, so it's just about me out educating our
community about you know, the pros and cons of diabetes,
what we can do, uh to live with it and
not die from it, and that's why the website was created.
Get real about Diabetes dot com. Go there and get
(01:13:07):
all the information that you can and just talk about it.
You know, I was the first person diagnosed in my
family with diabetes, then my mom, and then we found
out my dad had diabetes. Uh. And unfortunately my father
was diagnosed, was diagnosed late in life, but probably had
diabetes over twenty years undiagnosed. You know, as I look
(01:13:28):
back in my minds, I was like, the symptoms that
I had when I had become diagnosed was everything that
my father was living with as a kid. And for
people that don't know, uh, constant urination, fatigue, ashy skin,
all kinds of things. Uh. You know. So you know,
I advise everybody to go to the doctor and just
get you know, go to the doctor and get checked up.
(01:13:49):
You know, we take our car to the mechanic to
get the oil changed every three thousand miles, but we're
gonna go to the doctor, you know, to look at
our internal fluids and see what's going on. And so
it's it's it's laughable that we have to have a
day called National take your loved One to the doctor Day.
You know what I'm saying, I've gone to events like
that and you know National Breeve Day. Yeah, like everybody
takes some air in yeah, exactly, and and and and
(01:14:11):
it's really for the men in our community because you know,
we rarely go to the doctor unless we have an
appendage falling off. And so he's like, oh, no, I
got to go. It's like when when that happens, it's
too late. So that that that's what we're about. That's
why I partnered with Novo Orders years ago, uh to
start this campaign and just bring awareness about diabetes. Well,
(01:14:32):
Anthony has to go for and your bid looks luxurious.
Please you gotta come out with a line of bid
products and stuff. No, I'm working on that. I'm dead serious.
I'm working on that, trying Scotch porter um so uh no, no,
I'm I'm trying to partner with a Scotch porter man
and come out with the line men's healthcare line, facial line,
beard line and all that. Are y'all kicking me out?
(01:14:57):
I got to go, well, hey, y'all kept me downstairs
getting tested for twenty seven minutes. Hey man, it happens. Man,
I'm negative. And it's what he was like, what symptoms
do you have? I was like, this itchy ass count
as a symptom. She's like, Na, that's symptom. Now know
that that's something called restless antal syndrome. And it's when
your ass itches and you feel like you gotta dufflicate
all the time. What you really don't. That's actually a
(01:15:19):
sign of a symptom of COVID. Yeah, do you have that? No? No, no, no,
you see he got a little bit personally. We went
to the antal park. No, I just get your ass.
I just like I got an itchy ass cheek. You know,
you went on to the inner I just gotta itchy
ass cheek. It makes it be a little dry skin
because I'm a diabetic. I told you that's true, true, true, true, true,
all right, and I'm doing Yeah, you talk too much. Girls.
You need to shut up in this interview, Angie, let
(01:15:41):
me get a word out. It's about me right now,
not about you Angela yea. And I'm disgusting in ABC.

(01:16:27):
health initiatives. So salute the Holding in Jenna. I had
to let a pause fly for the coaching. Man. I just,
I just it was just too egregious, you know what
I mean. I knew, I knew where I was at,
but it was just too egregious. Man. The coach wouldn't
have respected me if I didn't pause that one. People
should hear it so they can't know what you're talking.
Play a clip on the interview yesterday, Charlemagne. Welcome. I
always find the people who I love the most are
the people who've had the roughest time and kind of
(01:16:49):
pulled themselves up. And when people look at you, they
may say, wow, he's got a couple of shows, he's
got a foundation, he's dressed to the nines. But you
were you were on your knees a lot early on
the world. There were a lot of rejections, pause and
somehow here you sit. So if someone were to ask you,
like the magic fairy desk, what was it that brought
you from that to this? I think that magic fairy
(01:17:11):
does would be called God. I always say, you know,
at this point in my life, you know, God, black
women in therapy. All my life sources when I look
back on my life has always been God and black women.

to let the pause. Uh, I had to let that
pause fly. For the culture I've never heard that expression
in my life. Maybe I haven't paid, maybe I haven't
paid no attention, but I've never heard that expression used
in that context, like huh, maybe just maybe. All right, well,
