Today on the show for Freaky Freaky Friday we opened up the phone lines to see if any of our male listeners care about their woman's past and how many bodies they had before them after Boosie's comments on Lori Harvey. Also, Charlamagne gave "Donkey of the Day" to Senator Ted Cruz for leaving the country while his state is dealing with widespread power outages and frigid temperatures. And what is worse he blame his kids for his decision to leave. Lastly, for the anniversary of the devastating death of Pop Smoke we had his mother Audrey Jackson and Brooklyn President Eric Adams call in where they spoke about updates on Pop Smoke's killer, healing process and more.

make space for somebody like me. You guys have a

(00:21):

is read about the breakfast club every morning. Good you

out of that. I'm like, uh, what happened on the
breakfast club today? Good mood in usc yo yo yo

Good morning Angela, Gee, good money, Jam Charlomagne, the god
peasted up plan. It is Friday. Yes, it's Friday. Friday

(01:13):
weekends here. I mean listen, don't get me wrong, we
can still mean something. Remember when Friday used to really
mean something like you would have plans to probably go
away somewhere or just even go out somewhere, you know
what I mean. Fridays used to mean so much more.
Now every day just feels like the same day. A
good day, but the same day nonetheless. Yeah, well you
don't have worked tomorrow. But yeah, I get what you're saying.

(01:35):
I used to travel, or you know, I would have
a dinner day, or I would have something to do.
Now it seems like really not too much to do,
just chilling. And it's still snowing here on the East Coast,
which is disgusting, and I hate it. I'm tired of
the snow now, I really am. I've been tired of snow. Disgusting.
Snow looks good once when it first falls, like it's
all clean looking and pretty. But then once it stays

(01:57):
for like a week or two here in New York
or New it just gets gross. Does well here in
New York, after the day, it gets gross. After one day,
it looks gross out here. It's disgusting. Yeah, it's pretty nasty,
but it's nasty. Week I do want to shout out
because we were talking about the weekend, and you know,
the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies.

(02:19):
I'm part of the board for that and this weekend
they are actually having their virtual gala, which is a
big deal, and they're honoring Sidela Marley who is um
Bob and Rita Marley's daughter. Also, Amanda Sales is getting
honored and so is d Nice. So I want to
shout out to them and everybody that's part of it.
Dougie Fresh is hosting and Janelle Snowden. So I'm excited
for this weekend. Normally it's a big deal. Every year

(02:41):
it's like one of the biggest things that I attend.
But this year is a virtual But I want to
shout out to all of the recipients who are getting
their awards and that money does go to benefit the
students that want to go to the University of the
West Indies. What Island is d Nights connected to? I
know my sister Amanda sALS is Grenade Grenade a massive
all day netmeg massive properticle for Grenada num. Let me

(03:03):
see where's what island is d Nice from? I'm not sure.
I don't want to say he's from the island. Yeah,
I don't want to say the wrong thing, because I
think I know definitely from the craziest people in America
come from the Bronx and all the Florida. They are
definitely islands. Unto himself. There you go, definitely the island
from the Bronx. A right, definitely need apt to go

(03:24):
to Florida. You need a passport, you need a tracking
device to go through the Bronx. Just in case go
through that and don't come back this case something happens. Yep,
Oh my goodness. All right, Well let's get the show cracking. Now.
We got Front Page News coming up. What we're talking about, Well,
let's talk about Senator Ted Cruise. While that everything was
happening in Texas and people left struggling and still having

(03:46):
issues with water and power, he went off to Calcoon
all right, And also Audrey Jackson and Eric Adams will
be joining us. Audrey Jackson is Pop Smoke's mom. Today
is the one year anniversary of his passing. So we're
gonna talk to Audrey Jackson and Eric Adams, right, So
we're gonna talk to them a little bit later as well.
So Front Page News is next. It's the Breakfast Club.

(04:07):
Good morning morning, everybody, is DJ Envy angela Ye, Charlemagne
the guy we are the breakfast club. Good morning. Let's
get in some front page news now quickly. Last night,
I know he's excited about this, but the Brooklyn last
night one nine ninety eight, Lebron James had thirty seven points,
eight rebounds and seven assists. Uh, Kyrie Irvan has sixteen points,

(04:32):
James Harden had twenty three points. And that's it. A
win is a win. But let's be clear, Anthony Davis
didn't play either though two or three weeks. Yes, Kevin
Duran didn't play either. Yeah, Kevin Duran didn't play. Yeah,
we still got Kyrie Irvin and James Harden on the
court with Lebron, and who shout doesn't matter. It's to win.

(04:53):
My Shamper hasn't played because I know they traded him.
I was shamper to play. But anyway, what else we're
talking about, Well, they also, since we're talking about that,
did name the All Star teams, and so the captains
are going to be Lebron and Kevin Durant for their
respective teams. Also on the West, it's gonna be Steph Curry,
Luca don Check, Uh, Nick, I'm Gon say his name right,

(05:15):
Nicola Yoki and Kawhi Leonard and then for the East
it's Gianni Sante to Compo, Bradley Belle, Kevin Durant, Joel
and Beat and Kyrie Urban starting. Yeah. Yeah, I'm not
excited about the All Star Game this year. I mean,
I guess that's not a whole Yeah, it's not a
whole weekend around it. And the fact that I know
a lot of those players don't want to play, And
the fact that I know man Keisha lands Bottoms doesn't
want them in Atlanta to begin with, Like, yeah, she

(05:38):
wants she doesn't want us there. Yeah, yeah, but that's impossible.
It's going to be plenty of party to run it.
So it's like it's like a dark It's like a
dark cloud over the All Star Game. How many parties
you DJ and in Atlanta that weekend? Five? See exactly.

(05:59):
I don't get over. I understand, I understand Kesha lands
Bottles concerned, but Nigga's going Nick all right always you
remember that yea, Atlanta has the vaccine before all of us. Well,
people been doing this everything, man, Tamba, they had the
Super Bowl at Tampa. Theyven doing everywhere so it's not
just the Landing book. It's been all start in Atlanta
since this pandemic started, pretty much, all right, send it

(06:20):
to Ted Cruz, by the way, has flown to Camcoon, Mexico.
We were talking about this yesterday. One of our listeners
called in and she was going through it in Texas
and she was saying, but Ted Cruise went over to
Camcoon and he did fly back. Now Here was his
reasoning why. It certainly was not my intention for that
to be understood as critics have tried to paint it

(06:42):
as somehow diminishing the suffering and hardship other Texans had experienced.
He was obviously mistake and in hindsight I wouldn't have
done it. I was trying to be a dadda when
you got two girls who have been cold for two
days and haven't had heat or power, and they're saying, hey, look,
we don't have school, why don't we go let's get
out of here. I think there are a lot of
parents should be like, all right, let me if I

(07:04):
can do this, great, that's that. That's the vial the
mayor Tim what's his name, Mayor Tim, the Tim Boyd.
That the survival of the fitish mad Tim Boyd was
talking about yesterday, Oh ye and your family and your
family needs water and your family needs food. Is that
is that how you survived? That's how you thuck it out?
But why did he have to go with them? Now?

(07:26):
He put out a whole statement about what he did.
He said, with school cancel for the week, our girls
asked to take a trip, wanting to be a good dad.
I flew down with him last night and I'm flying
back this afternoon. My staff and I are in constant
communication with state and local leaders to get to the
bottom of what happened in Texas, and he said, I
will continue to use all our resources to keep Texans
informed and safe. Now, he did say that it was

(07:46):
like a last minute type of thing. He wanted to
be a good dad. But then they have text messages
that were sent by his wife and it painted a
different picture. She asked friends in a group chat, anyone
can or want to leave for the week. We may
go to Cancoon and she said um. They wanted to
get a direct flight. She said their house was freezing
and she suggests she suggested a trip lasting until Sunday.
They also were talking about staying at the Ritz Carlton. Well,

(08:09):
if only all the families in Texas could just up
and leave and go to Cancoon, that's such a luxury.
But it's not a surprise. I mean, like, these people
don't give a damn about us. They are not public service.
They are not here to serve the needs of the public.
They are in positions of power for their own self
serving reasons, and those reasons don't have anything to do
with the people who elected them in the first place.
And when you see folks on the ground, like our
guy traded truth, like our guy DJ mister Rogers, when

(08:32):
you see these people actually on the ground, you know,
going from location to location, family or family and helping
who they can, you gotta ask yourself, how come they
not the ones in positions of party? Why aren't they
the elected officials? Right? But crews, even though he had
sis job for them, he had said he was gonna
come right back. But here is what he said another
statement that seems to contradict that. As I said, really,

(08:53):
from the moment I sat on the plane, I began
really second guessing that decision and saying, look, I know
why we're doing this, but but I've also got responsibilities.
And it had been my intention to be able to
work remotely, to be on the phone, to be on internet,
to be on zoom, to be engaged. But I needed

(09:15):
to be here and and that's why I came back. Yeah,
it was a lie, but I get it. I mean,
your kids are freezing. You should have sent your kids
and your wife, you know. I mean, if you're the senator,
you know what I mean, you send your kids and
your wife. Let them, you know, stay in the woman.
You go out there and help the people. That's what
you're supposed to be doing, right, That's what the senators
doing right, supposed to be helping the people of that state, right,
That's what he should have been should send his family.

(09:35):
I think the family got a freeze too. Though. If
your constituents the cold, then you got to be cold too,
because guess what, you wouldn't even be in this house,
are in this position if it wasn't for your constituents.
I think you gotta. I think you gotta thug it
out with the rest of the citizens of the state.
I really do. You can thug it out. But you
send your kids, you send your little girls. I don't
know how what ages gets are, But I would send
you your little girls and your wife, and then if
you got it, if you can afford it, you send

(09:56):
them and you stay and you thug it out and
you join Trade the Truth, and mister Rodgers get on
the back their trucks and really help feed the people
and rescue people. And that's what I'm telling you. The
way folks like Trade the Truth, mister Rodgers and relief
game move is how you expect your elected officials to move.
You expect them to show up when in your time
and needs. You expect them to show up when the
city and the state is indiscrett But no, they're on

(10:16):
their way to camp cool passport stamp, baby, I fly
first class to change the forecast. The tech crew imagine
tech cruise, well tweeted that out yesterday, first class to
change the forecast on that ass x ass Jesus Christ,
Oh my goodness. All right, well that is front page news.
Get it off your chest eight hundred five eight five

(10:37):
one o five one. If you need to vent, hit
us up now. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning to
Breakfast Club, Wake up, wake up, your time to get
it off your chest. Your man or blas we want
to hear from you on the Breakfast Club. Hello, who's
this as well? I want to say thank you to

(11:01):
Charlomane for not going in on singles does Valentine's say,
I'm very proud of you for that. Well, I figured,
you know, since that we had depending last year, people
are really lonely for real, you know what I mean?
People have literally been alone for the past year some change, Yes,
yeah they are so. But I thank you for that
because it really does affect people. What other no, I

(11:24):
agree that is yeah, thank you and I think one
division is amazing, so thank you for talking about that. Oh,
I can't wait to watch episode seven to night. So
I'm assuming that you were alone on Valentine's Day, but
it could be because of the bad COVID nineteen vice
you give out and people know that you don't really
social distance and wearing masks and stuff, so it could
have been next. I have had the second so to

(11:45):
the vaccine for over a month now, so thank you
very much. He sent worker we see you look at
you this vagina vaccine vaccine up? Yes? Yes, and I'm
okay being single. Charlotte Mane, when you love yourself being
single it's not a girl. Hello, who's this? This is

(12:07):
Leaf from Vegas. How y'all done? Uh? So, yeah, I
was telling you, boy, man, I've been dating this girl,
has been on all these sands and she makes like
ten thousand dollars a month. You know, she's still really good.
First so she's a dancer or whatever. Um, We've been
talking for like a year. We had some real ups
and downs. I've been kind of like taking a couple
of shots and dealing with some from I usually wouldn't

(12:28):
deal with people. And you know, I'm kind of wondering
like if I'm you know, the pandemic kind of got
me down. Now, would it be weird for me to
ask her, like, you know, to join on her only
fans to get in a better physician of my life?
Or like should I just want you want to be
on her only fans and you want to create your
own page. I mean, honestly, I'm just trying to get

(12:49):
in on the on the money while the money is good,
you know what I'm saying. But it's like she kind
of hasn't Anyway, We've been dating from a while and
it's like, you know, I don't want to be a
mooch or anything. I would love to establish my own
income out of that, you know. But like I feel
like she might not have the love for me that
I have for her because she might love the bro
plot on the pockets, plot on her pockets bro women
do it page? What would be on your page? I mean,

(13:14):
I mean the same thing she do. You know what
I'm saying, Like, I don't know what she does? What
did she do? She does sexual content? Okay, so you
want to Okay, are just gonna try to get some
of her money? She's sex like sex? I mean because
I'm honestly I'm I grew up with a single mother,
so I would never ask a woman for her money,
you know what I'm saying. But it's like I've been
kind of dealing with that lifestyle for a year and
it really hasn't panned out for me. I'm saying, it's

(13:34):
kind of it's kind of embarrassing when everybody knows what
your your woman's personal stuff was like. And it's like,
you know, I'm not saying she owed me anything, but
it's like after a year, you would think she'd be like, yeah, baby,
you should get in on this. Don't know that you wanted.
She doesn't know that you would want to do that.
You can't assume that. Well, we've got a conversation, that's all.
It's kind of frustrating because it's like she said, she
don't think I'm ready for that lifestyle. I'm like, oh

(13:57):
what you might be right? What's what's your Instagram? Shout out? Man?
Like you send people to Instagram so she can make more?
Only fans are only fans? Ain't make no money? I
ain't doing it. She didn't already got enough help from me? Wow,
tell you something, king, Why don't you approach it? Why
don't you approach her like the boss that she is?
And why don't you say, look, boss lady, how can
I earn an extra one thousand, two thousand dollars a

(14:18):
month working for you? And then ask her what? You
ask her? Really? She is your manager, bro. She already
got content on there with her ex that she cheated on.
You don't need yes, don't what? Why why don't you
just start your own page? Y'all missing some good stuff? Y'all?
Ain't he said? She has content with her ex he cheated.

(14:42):
You gotta take that down? So like, I kind of
I kind of you know, took it to the chin
because I was like, yeah, maybe so did she literally
you know, but yeah, I had to get that off
my chest. She got me mess stuff y'all. So I'm fine,
get it on your chest, girl. I'm sorry, Um, why
don't you just start your own page? Why do you
need her to start your page? Just started? I think

(15:04):
Men's only fans kind of goes with like a lot
of money put in a promo. She kind of show
me how it all goes, and I'm like, it'd be
so many, Like I'm about to go through all that work.
You know what I'm saying that Bobby, you should follow
Bobby Lights and do what he does. He does a
great job on his Well thank you, Hans. I appreciate that,
and I appreciate you got support for the men and
the recommendation to follow Bobby Lights page b All right,

(15:27):
get it off your chest eight hundred five, eight five
one or five one if you need to vent hit
us up now. It's the Breakfast Club. God morning, the
Breakfast Club. Did your time to get it off your chests,
whether you're man or blest, so we better have the same.
Any we want to hear from you on the breakfast club. Hello,
who's this here? Go? What's traf? I was just talking

(15:51):
about you, Trav oh your praying. I was just giving
advice and I was like, you need to do what
Trav does. But I'll talk about it later. Okay, what's
star Pieces? What's happening? How you doing? I'm blessed Black
and Holly favorite. You sound disgusted with me? What I do? Me?
My best friend got into a little argument last night
right soon? Do you think Wanda is a good person, buddy?

(16:15):
Think that he is a bad person for what she's doing. Man,
that's such a great question. I think Wanda is grieving,
you know what I mean. And that's the thing about
the Marvel movies. They always show the superheroes in the
human light. So I think that she's she's just simply grieving.
She lost her brother, you know, she lost she lost vision,
her the love of her life. And I think she's
just grieving. So you know, I can't judge her for
what she's doing while she's while she's grieving. You know,

(16:37):
that's so crazy. He's telling my best friend, I was
telling I'm gonna tell you about no, I said, But
what she's doing to the people in the way that
she's can totally mine and everything that she's doing to them,
she is like really showing me that she's not really
a good person. Two, well, two things can be true.
I think I think both of y'all are right, you
know what I mean. But but I think that's just
the whole show is up for interpretation, you know what
I mean. But she's definitely grieving though. Yeah, yeah, yeah,

(16:58):
you're right, you right, you're right. But I was wanting
to talk about two things real quick. So fan bases,
there are two horrible fan bases. I want to talk about.
One is the Eagles. They kept saying how the fans
that I hate Eagles fans, you know, And they kept
talking about how Carson went was better than Dak Prescott
and now look they got rid of that bump quarterback

(17:20):
and send them to the what they come to the coach, right, yep? Yeah,
And now what they gotta say because Dak Prescott was
always better. And second is and it has nothing to
do with Nicki Minaj because Niggi has been chilling talking
about this morning say it again. He Niggi has been
chilling to the mind of her business and she has

(17:42):
been doing good, but her fan base is still one
of the most disgusting trash fan bases. And they literally
all they do is go around and met with other
female rappers. They'd be Monday business. Bro. I bet you
won't put you up. I bet you won't for your Twitter,
Instagram out there though you know the bobs to show

(18:02):
up at your front door. I don't put my I'm
only put on my Instagram. You scare you talk, you
talking slick about the bobs, but you won't tell the
bobs where to find you to pull up. You won't
tell the bob full up. Don't trap gard me to life. Man.
But all right, Joe, Hello, who's this Hi? This is
Victorias from Canada. Hey Victoria, get it off your chest

(18:27):
and and thank you, thank you for the intro. I
just want to apologize on behalf of all of Canada
preted Cruz and say we do not want him back. Man,
you're talking to all of you. I want to get
a shout out to you. I love your new segment

(18:49):
on celebrating black people. Yeah, yeah, we do that. We
do that every Black History Month. Hy black man in
a little white girl's body. Okay, black, Oh my gosh,
all right, thank you for calling mama average energy is
fine too, though that got weird you too, all right, No,

(19:13):
it's so good about that call. She's a white woman,
right who was celebrating black people but also went to
a stereotypical trope of black black man. No, I didn't
want to break her heart and tell her that's definitely
not true, or maybe the people that she's experienced it's true.
But get it off your chest. Eight hundred five eight five,
one oh five one. We got rumors on the way. Yes,
I'm gonna tell you what a rapper is going to
be making his big screen debut opposite Robert de Narrow.

(19:38):
All right, we'll get into it. Next. It's to Breakfast Club.
Good morning, the Breakfast Club Morning. Everybody is DJ Envy
Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are to Breakfast Club.
Let's get to rumors less than the restifes to Prince
Marquis just oh gosh, got Angeli. It's report all right, Well,

(20:05):
a big arrest in peace to Prince Marquy D. He
is one third of the group the Fat Boys. He
passed away suddenly yesterday. They did not mention a cause
of death on the rock the Bells channel on Sirius
where he used to host a radio show. Now. He
also was part of the pioneering rock group, like I said,
the Fat Boys, and remember they had that movie called

(20:26):
The Disorder Leads. They were also in Crushed Groove. Prince
Marky d moved on to a solo career after the
Fat Boys. He did sign with Columbia Records. He released
his debut album Free in nineteen ninety two, and he
also worked as a radio host. And yeah, so rest
in peace. Yeah, if you've been in Miami years, if
you've been in Miami in the last ten years, he

(20:47):
DJ a lot of the strip clubs. So when you
probably at the strip clubs, he was probably DJ and
it was it was a great dude. He took always
to care of me and my family when we came
down then and we you know, and he was DJ.
He was DJ for like the longest time. I think
he did Booby Trap, he did uh a couple what
what was that big big club in um Miami that time,
King of Diamonds Hedji. He DJ a lot of those

(21:11):
clubs and like I said, very very good dude, you
know you coming too the club? He always comes, gives
you a pound and a hug just to save what's
up and have great conversation. So definitely rest in peace. Yeah, yeah,
fifty two years old. He wrote and produced for other
artists too, like Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, Drake, Jennifer Lopez,
Mary J. Blige's Destiny's Child, Frank Ocean. So very right

(21:33):
for Drake. I mean, I'm sure I don't know exactly
what he wrote, but he has writing credit on some
of those songs. Big Records too, Big Mary J. Blide Records, Big,
Mariah Carey Records, stuff like Real Love. I was actually
looking at um Artemis Gordon's page yesterday and he was
posting all the different songs that Prince Market d produced,
star wrote on, like very very extensive catalog. Absolutely yeah,

(21:56):
so rest in peace to Prince Market. He also used
to be on one or three five in Miami, went
on through to beat all right. Now, Quevo is making
his big screen debut opposite Robert de Niro and the
movie is called wash Me in the River. So the
film is shooting in Puerto Rico right now, and according
to Quevo, he told Variety, I honestly think this movie
is going to be one of the greatest to come

(22:17):
of this time. The experience was unbelievable for me, with
Robert De Niro and Jack Huston being so down to
earth and making me feel like family. Gonna see me
doing some stunts and a lot of what you hear
from me and my Raptice is one of my biggest
debuts I've ever had, and so proud of what we
did and to get to work with Randall, who's such
an amazing guy. I can't wait to do more films
with him. I love to see it. I wanted to
see more of the Megos, you know, Quevo on the

(22:38):
Meagles on the screen since so that that appearance they
had in Atlanta. So I think that's a great look
for Quevo, all right. And Si Hi the Prince. He
says that the alleged gunman chased him on the highway
as he tried to escape in reverse. We already told
you about this earlier. So Hi the Prince was driving

(22:59):
in Atlanta and he got ran off the road and
shot at and we don't know who did it. He
has no idea if it was a mistaken identity, if
those people were really looking for him. But here's what
he had to say on TMZ Live. So I was
on the highway and I thought they were trying to
race me. So I try to like just you know,
go to the next lane. They speed up and getting

(23:19):
next to me again. I realized they were following me,
so I try to speed off and smash on the
brakes so they could go past me. They actually smashed
on their brakes on the highways, so they almost had
a pile up. So I try to get to the
right shoulder and I put my car and reverse and
start reversing back up the highway. And they made you
turn on the highway and start driving towards me. Yeah,

(23:43):
so let me just tell people out there who don't
know something similar to happen to me. But when you're
driving reverse, you call only goes thirty miles per hour reverse.
So if you're trying to back out of a situation
like backing down of the highway, because I tried to
do the same thing, your call can only go thirty
miles an hour. It's they put a limit on the
car how fast you could go backwards, so you can
only go thirty miles an hour. So when those guys

(24:04):
turned around and get them. They can catch him immediately
because your car can only go but so fast going
in reverse. Well, what happened after side? How I did?
Did the abrupt you turn? Why they cut off like that?
What happened? Well, he turned around and he tried to
take off. He wound up crashing into a ditch. The
call flipped over. He hopped out the sunroof and kept
it moving and started running, and he say, I don't know.

(24:24):
I don't know if I'm like, why cut off? I
know you had it. I was intrigued. Here you go. Well,
I was getting off at the exit. That's when the
gunfire started. Me. I'm just kind of swamped you back
and forth, ducking and everything, and it was so much gunfire.
I had to just going and do it. I felt
like it was best for myself. So I felt like

(24:44):
if it was a car robbery, if I wrecked the car,
then they wouldn't want the car no more. I didn't
expect it hit a pole and hit a tree. I
was just trying to go to the side of the role,
but I was going so fast that I lost control
of it. And that's when the landing and the treat
he all right, and then what does that started shooting

(25:05):
at him after that? Right, they were shooting at the
car and everything, and he's really fortunate. That has to
be one of the most traumatizing experiences, like to think,
God really got you. Did he did he come to
any conclusions because I know prior he didn't know whether
they were trying to rob them or kill him, Like
I don't think he's talking about that. No, he doesn't know.
And the words of Sean Carter broke because don't want

(25:28):
no cash, They just want to kill you. That's all right,
Well that is your rumor report, right, thank you, miserable
right now, if they can't get no money, the jealousy
and envy they have for you just having in them
not having at this moment, they'll take you out just
for that. And that sounds so crazy, so crazy. All right, Well,
Front Page News. Next, what we're talking about, Well, let's

(25:49):
talk about the officers under investigation after the Capitol riots.
We'll give you some updates where we're starting you. Yes, Well,
let's start with the Capitol police who are now being investigated.
Six Capital Police officers have been suspended, twenty nine others
being investigated for their alleged roles in the riots that

(26:11):
happened on January sixth at the Capitol. So right now,
one of these suspended officers, they are saying took a
selfie with someone who was part of the mob that
overtook the capitol another war and make America Great Again
hat and started directing people around the building. So these
suspensions and investigations come at a time of a lot
of turmoil at the department as officers are trying to

(26:31):
figure out who was in on it. So but we
noticed already though, yeah, we knew this already, and suspensions
are not a notion. We get investigations. I hate when
they stay investigations when we saw these things happen on video, like,
there's no instigate. The six officers who have been suspended
have been suspended with pay a vacation. It makes no

(26:54):
logical sense whatsoever. Everybody, everybody is deserved due process. But
some situation due processes absolutely positively not necessary, especially situations
like this. Get rid of them. They got to go by.
They should have been fired immediately. When people come in
the capital and they're trying to attack and kill people
got killed. Selfie pictures absolutely and direct traders where to go.

(27:18):
You should be fired immediately. That's like, that's they're traders.
That's treason. You know what I mean? I thought that
we don't negotiate with people who commit treason in America, Like,
come on, man, all right now, right now, State Assembly
Republicans are trying to form an impeachment commission to gather
facts in evidence, and that is all surrounding Governor Andrew
Cuomo in New York's handling and subsequent cover up of

(27:40):
the COVID nineteen crisis and nursing homes in New York.
So right now they're saying that next week they'll introduce
a bill to create a bipartisan panel that's going to
examine this state's method of administration and conduct in all
matters related to nursing homes and long term care facilities
during the COVID nineteen pandemic. So they said that Cuomo's
top aid LISTA de Rosa, admitted on a conference call

(28:01):
with lawmakers that Cuomo his administration withheld the true death
toll of nursing home residents for fear that it would
be used against us by federal prosecutors. They said, it's
one of the most alarming scandals we've seen in government. Yeah, yeah,
we will keep you updating. And I've been trying to
follow this story now because I guess he was feeling

(28:25):
like this was going to be used against him. But
you can't lie. You still have a responsibility. Even if
you feel like Donald Trump as president is going to
take away some resources from you and attack you, you
still have a responsibility to report the correct numbers. Yeah.
I can't even speak on the situation because I haven't
even heard about the situation. Yeah, And according to sources,

(28:45):
they're saying that Cuomo was threatening people and threatened their
career if they did not cover up for what she said. So,
you know, they said Governor Cuomo tried to pressure them
to issue statements and it was very traumatizing and a
certain line that you're not supposed to cross. And they
said he was very angry and threatening people and threatening
to destroy people's careers if they told. Everybody got to

(29:07):
be held accountable for the consequences of their actions. Okay,
I don't care how good you were during a pandemic, right,
I don't. I don't care how good you were during
a pandemic. Keeping you know, the city abreast of what
was going on. If that happened, then you got to
be held accountable period. All right, well that is your
front page news. All right, thank you, miss ye. Now
when we come back, let's open up the phone lines.

(29:29):
You just don't get to the phones like that. It's Friday, right, yes,
it is Friday. Wow, Okay, it's Friday. So you know
what that means. It's freaky, freaky freaky. Let's talk penises?
How music? You tell us? How many? Too many? Charlemagne,

(29:52):
I don't know what's the conversation you just asked us.
You just said, let's talk penises? How many is too many?
I was setting it up, but let's set it up
for that was That's that's called a headline. I'm grabbing
the people in. I'm bringing them in, holding bringing them in.
I'm bringing them in. I know how to entertain. I'm
doing this radio thing for a long time radio Hall

(30:13):
of famer right here, baby, So we're talking Boosey. I
caused the subject all types of opinions about Lorie Harvey
and who she's dating. We have audio. I wake up
to all these Lord Harvey fans on my ass. I
just say, y'all got it up saying that's gold If
you're saying that's goals, that mean you want your daughter

(30:34):
to seven o eight nines in a couple of months
in the industry. If that's golden, that's cool with you
for your daughter doing that? Then I can't say. But
what's wrong with y'all mother is y'all salute the woman
who get passed around, but y'all doll the woman who
stick body when they over all? Right? So what is

(30:58):
the question, guys chal? For me, I think the question is, um,
you know, do you care about your woman's body count?
Let's open up the penises too many? Eight hundred five
eight five one oh five one Charlomagne wants to know
how many penises is too many? So call us up
right now, let's have a conversation. Do you care about
your woman's body count? Let's talk about it right It's

(31:19):
the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. It's topic
time because the phone call eight hundred five eight five
one oh five want to join it to the discussion
with the breakfast club, talk about it morning. Everybody is
DJ Envy Angela yee Charlomagne the guy. We are the

(31:41):
Breakfast Club. Now if you just joined us with talking
about Boosey. Now Boosey had these comments about Lorie Harvey,
let's hear him. I just say, y'all got it up
saying that's goal. If you're saying that's goals, that mean
you want your daughter to seven out eight nine in
a couple of months in the industry. If that's golden,
that's cool with you for your daughter doing that. Then

(32:04):
I can't say. But what's wrong with y'all? Motherfuck is
y'all salute the woman who get passed around, But y'all
doll the woman who stick body when they over. So
we're asking eight hundred five eight five, one oh five
one do you care about your partner's body count? You
didn't do it? Go back press rewind, y'all forget why

(32:25):
we're here. It's Friday. Come on, all right, it's Friday.
So you know what that means. It's freaky freaky all right, now,
Charlomagne ask the questions. It's is freaky freaky Friday. Charlomagne
wants to know how many penises? How many penises is
too many? What's your what's your Do you care about
your woman's body count? You know what I mean like
that's been the conversation all week. All right, so let's

(32:47):
open up the phone less, let's talk about Let's start
with you, Charlomagne. Whew do you think, Well, I'm not
on the phone, but I mean it's lay as the
what Boosey said, right? Number one? Number one, we just
assume you know Laurie Harvey is having sex with all
these guys. We don't know that you know she did.
She could just be dating, but whatever you know. And
number two Boosey said, what I want my daughter sleeping
with seven or eight guys in a matter of much right,

(33:07):
The answer is hell, no, I don't want that for
my daughter at all. But third, and this is the
most important thing. You have to remember the Serenity prayer
at times like this, God grant me the serenity to
accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change
of things I can, and most importantly, the wisdom to
know the difference. My brothers, let me tell you something.
Your wisdom should tell you that you can't control what
any woman does with her vagina period, and you will

(33:30):
drive yourself crazy thinking that you can. And when it
comes to your woman, you can't change her past. So,
if you grow to love a woman and she tell
you she got twenty bodies, forty bodies, whatever it is,
you're not gonna leave it if you've really grown to
love her. And guess what. The reason women don't tell
you their real body count is because they know you

(33:51):
can't handle it. So I don't know what Boosey talking about,
to be honest, because every woman gotta pass. And he
said the women that he's with gotta pass. I mean
to say, if you don't care, who say? By the way,
he has clearly slept with a whole lot of women
based on the amount of children that he has and
children's mother. So and the main reason that I don't
care is because, like I said, once you grow to
love a woman, any any penis other than yours is

(34:14):
one too many. You know what I'm saying. But can
you learn to look? Can you love a woman knowing that,
let's say this is twenty thirty or forty before you
love it? When you when you first start dating, can
you continue on knowing that they might have been thirty
or forty? Oh no, that's that's not gonna work in
the beginning. That's that's what I'm saying, well, that's that's
what I think. I think a real confident and secure

(34:35):
it's easy to say, oh I don't want this, I
don't want that. But a real confident and secure a
man doesn't care who was with you before if they
with you now. I have never I have never ever
had a man even asked me how many guys have
you slept with? I think that's a weird question because
I wouldn't even ask a guy that, Like, who even
asked anybody that? That's not a beginner question either though.

(34:56):
That's you have later later or later or later on.
You don't just give up your body count. Are you
just telling your body counting on the first date. No?
But but if you're dating somebody and you get to
that that conversation, and let's say the number is thirty,
can you see yourself moving on with that person before
you if you are before you know myself? Yeah, I cannot,
I just be honest, I can't. Yeah, that's not a

(35:17):
big I said, that's not a beginner's question. But if
you've already grown to love that person, you ain't leaving
just because they got thirty bodies, Because guess what, you
probably got thirty or forty your damn self. What if
she left you because all the bodies you got, that
is facts. Let's go real confident man, don't care who
you've been with before. Then they just care that they
with you now. And nobody confident knocked through fifty dudes,

(35:40):
and I know you knocked through fifty dudes. I'm not
confident enough to be with you. That's just me. It's
hypocritical because y'all, y'all be sleeping with all these women
and then want somebody to be not doing what you
did and confident and and they do what they want
to do with their body. And we're missing one very
important thing here, though, what's that? Because Bussy's specifically talked
about you know, these guys in the industry, and you know, sadly, sadly,

(36:04):
if a woman sleeps with one or two guys in
the same profession, she does get labeled a hole. It's
it's just the truth, like it's it's not it's not
that she is a whole, but she gets labeled that.
So it's like, if you sleep with you're not going
to date a guy. That guy slept with your friend
and then somebody else your friend is different. That's a
that's more of a girl code. I don't care. If

(36:25):
it's just one person you slept with, that one person
is your friend, then that's just a different thing. But
if it's other people, then yeah, let me ask your question.
If you was dating a guy who you found out
slept with three or four other radio personalities, would you
stay with that guy? No, as long as they're not
my friends, and then that's just girl code. If it
wasn't my friends, and I don't know these women like that,

(36:46):
maybe I just know them casually, then that's fine. So
if she if he openly dated three or four other
people in the in the industry, right, just openly dated
like in the radio business, you wouldn't care. No, I wouldn't.
What if he's a radio personality too, and that's who
he's around. Now, what about you. Let's say you were
dating a woman that was the same situation dated many
men in the industry, three four guys in the industry.

(37:08):
Could you continue dating that person? I'm married, sir, I
can't even have that fee. I don't even let's say something.
I don't even hypothetically cheating. No more, bro Okay, Like
with this question, what are you talking about. But let's
go to the phone line. We were talking about PENI saying,
oh Penis and slot makes it makes it sliding easy, Okay,
I get it. Hello, who's this George? Hey George. So

(37:29):
we're asking George, does your your girl's body count matter
to you? Can if your girl was it's like a
call man. Can't have so much miles in a call.
You're a liar. Let me ask your questions. So what
have you've already grown to love this woman? The woman
that you went now right, that's different. Grew to grew
to love her as different as you. You grew to

(37:49):
love her. You've been with it, and she tell you
your body count, you're leaving her? No, but it's gonna
be it. It's gonna be an arguable every time we
get every time something she picked me off, it's gonna
be a arguable. That's fine, let's see. But you can't say.
You can't say if your lover already, like if you
love already, there's a lot of things that's gonna slide.
If you found out that she was a prostitute way
back when, that might slide. But I'm talking about if

(38:10):
you're dating her and you know that she had forty
dudes or she had thirty dudes or twenty dudes. Could
you still stay in that situation? I really, I really
don't think you can help with you go okay, yeah,
but it depends how long ago was. But let's last year,
we none, we got COVID going on, we got well

(38:31):
listen what I'm just using Michael B. Jordan because that's
Laurie Harvey's current boot right. What if they get married
and have kids and live happily ever after? What if
that's really his one? What if that's really his soul mate?
Who cares who came before him? And if that's if
that's the case, all right, well eight hundred five eight five,
one oh five one will take some more of your calls.

(38:51):
It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, call me and your
opinions to the Breakfast Club. Time five. It's Friday, so
you know what that means. It's freaky Friday. The freaky, freaky,

(39:15):
freaky Friday. Question comes from Boosey. Now Boosey was talking
on Lorie Harvey, and this is what he had to say.
I just say, y'all got it up saying that's gold.
If you're saying that's goals. That mean you want your
daughter to seven o eight nines in a couple of
months in the industry. If that's golden, that's cool with
you for your daughter doing that. Then I can't say.

(39:36):
But what's wrong with y'all mother is y'all salute the
woman who get passed around, but y'all dol the woman
who stick body when they over. I don't personally I mean,
I'm gonna be honest with you, I just don't personally care.
I mean, you know, call me a simple whatever it is,
but I know that every woman has a past, and
you know, even if you know about that past, you

(39:57):
cannot help who you grow to love. That's just that's
just my mentality. It is what it is. I get
what you're saying, grow to love. But if you notice
before you fall in love with them, could you continue on?
Could you continue to date? That's that that's the question,
because if you fall in love with somebody, a lot
of things slide because you're already get to know each other.
But a lot of times you won't get to know
that that person because of their past or because it's

(40:18):
something that you've heard. That's that's just the truth. But
even even if you've already heard these things, right, and
even if you already know this person's past. You know,
men are so quick to add to a woman's body count, right,
even though we know about a person's paths, were quick
to add to the body count. What if, as we're
adding to that body count, just in conversation, we actually
dig this person. When you get to know this person
and you like this person, and you really do grow

(40:40):
to love this person, like I don't you know, I
just you know, it's different ways to look at this.
Like if you know a girl got like you know,
a train ran on them by like some of your boys,
that's a little different, you know what I mean. Don't matter.
But let's say if you fall out If no, it doesn't.
If you fall in love with that and you're already
fall in love and she tells you something happened ten
years ago, do you do you fall out of that
happened to me? I'm saying That's what I'm meaning, but

(41:04):
going that's different. It's done deal for myself. It matters
to me. It matters, especially when you meet somebody matters.
That's what I mean. If you know a girl, if
somebody got a train ran on her before you start
kicking it with her. That's different. But I mean, you know,
if she tells you that five years, even even a
year or two into the relationship and you're already into her,
you just like, man, you know what it is. Let's

(41:26):
throw some holy water on that vagina and keep it moving. Man,
Let's pray. It's like I pray free pittance for your vagina,
you know what I mean. Let's take your vagina to
the to the to the past, and let's pray over
and listen, Boosty try to say that he wouldn't want
to date Laurie Harvey. I don't believe that. I don't
believe that he was like what they were like with
you data. He was like, nah, like come on stop.
And by the way, Laurie getting a bad rap too,
because we don't know if Laura's sleeping with these men.

(41:46):
And that's true too, we don't know what, you know,
what she's doing, and there's nothing wrong with dating somebody.
But even if she even if she is, who cares
she could do what she wants is her body whatever?
Why does he shouldn't care who anybody else is dating
if it's not your girl? What do you care when
she does? All right, let's go to the phone lines. Hello,
who's this Hey, good morning, we're talking Your significant other's

(42:09):
body counts doesn't matter in the back of mama. To
be honest, you always think about but it's always kind
of like what are you willing to accept and not accept?
And sometimes I feel that, you know, sometimes men not
trying to be discriminated, but sometimes making it away with
a lot more than women can, especially based off our
chemistry of makeup. But worst case scenario, you can always

(42:32):
just have that pressure. Go get tested because you never
know what you picked up along the way, because you
have all these people and the people that they slept with.
I've been saying, there's some stuff that you know, soap
of water, hands and a times it don't get rid of.
That's true, That's very true. All right, thank you mama. Hello,

(42:53):
who's this big? Hey, what's going on? Asking? Does a
person's body count matter to you when you're dating them? Honestly,
it don't matter to me. But it just mattered to
me that some of the guys think that they did
something like your girl get the same treatment. You know
what I'm saying, But I never think too, though, Charlemagne,

(43:14):
I seen on your Instagram like women talking about oh
he couldn't getting the teams. Get your daddy ain't getting
no women? Like how do that? Me and my wife
got the same All our kids do the same, person,
Me and Hunter, poor kids. So that's what I'm like, Uh,
that's stupid, Like but you know that though. But that's

(43:34):
why I posted it because he's gonna nig I posted
it because it was funny. Man, the girls, the guy,
the guy said, the guy said, The girl said, having
the same parents with all your siblings is a flex,
and another girl retweeted her and said, if your dad
ain't getting no bitches, just say that so stupid man?
All right, man, what's the man? Thank you brother? What's

(43:56):
the moral of the story, guys? I mean the moral
of the story is simply, you just can't not control
what a woman does with her body and what a
woman has done in the past. Hey, man, that honestly
might keep you from from getting your soul made if
you care, truthfully, like, that's just that's just something that
I don't know if you should necessarily give a damn
about it in that way personally. All right, Well, we

(44:18):
got rumors coming up, so don't move. It's to Breakfast Club,
Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlemagne
the guy. We are to Breakfast Club good morning. What
would you say, Charman? I said, we know nothing. Okay,
that's wrong with you? I said, we know nothing because

deVie Brown is one of the leading mind from this

(45:24):
experts in the country and so she's uh, giving us
some tips on just how to maintain through all of
this stuff that we're having to deal with in this world.
Right now, I think I did something on financial freedom.
I think I did some financial freedom in generational wealth
and realistic I can't remember. We've been We've been doing
so many of these. I don't know if this goes
to that. I really don't know. Well, I feel my

(45:44):
part in our Juice Bar Juices for Life in Brooklyn.
So we're having some drama right now. No, this is
the one I did with Gear. This is actually I
did Black Love. I don't remember. I don't remember that. Hey,
you don't know what's going on? All right, Well, we
got rumors coming up. Yeah, I don't know what's going
on with that either. Beyonce and Adidas they are providing

(46:06):
financial assistance to people who have been affected by the
winter storm. We'll give you more information on that and
also what else she has coming out today. All right,
Beyonce is doing more than then bumbass politicians in Texas
like Ted Cruz and Tim Boyd. All Right, we'll get
into that next. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning morning.
Everybody is DJ Envy Angela. Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We

(46:27):
are to Breakfast club. Let's get to the rumors. Let's
talk Beyonce. This is the rumor report with Angela years
all right, Beyonce and Adidas are providing financial assistance to
people who have been affected by the winter storm. Her

(46:47):
be Good Foundation has announced they have teamed up with
Adidas and Bread of Life and they're gonna seek to
give up to one thousand dollars to individuals who have
some financial hardships because of the disaster that has left
a lot of people in Texas with out food, water,
or power. So if you need to do that, you
can go fill out an application to get that financial relief,
and people in surrounding states can apply as well. But

(47:08):
the emphasis is that it's a one time payment. It's
not for ongoing financial challenges. It's only for people because
they were affected by this storm. Hey man, Beyonce doing more.
Beyonce doing more for Texas than those bumbass politicians Take
Crews and Tim Boyd and it's great marketing for Icy
Park by the way. Yeah, they actually are releasing this

(47:29):
new Adidas collection today that she has the Ivy Park
clothing label with Adidas, and so the Icy parky but
but Icy Park is the capsule part of Ivy Park,
So Ivy Press is the overall of brand. She don't
need no press. That thing sells out in minutes, so
she definitely know press. You can go to Adidas dot
com slash Ivy Park and see what's available if you

(47:51):
can get yourself anything today. All right, and let's talk
about young Young thug is saying that criticism doesn't hurt
him because his family doesn't want for anything. Now, he
was on social media on Instagram and he posted this
one year ago. My brother had a life sentence plus
twenty years. I got a brother that can't hear in
about two weeks ago to surgery. He's gonna be able

(48:13):
to hear. Just about nine or eleven months ago. My
mom had cancer till God answer it. It's gone. Kids.
I don't care about having friends, and it's just for
all the young entrepreneurs, just taking care of business. But
still worried about how I'm up look at him and
how they out their view, you know, like sometimes I'd
be having to come to my senses, like bro, all
my people straight, that's right perspective, you know. I really

(48:37):
liked I really like it. I liked Thug too. I
liked ug too. Not only does his family not want
for anything, but like, listen to all the real stuff.
He just broke down and he got going on in
his life, Like who got time to really be caring
about what people say about you on the internet or
anything else when your family is going through real life
issues and coming through on the other side. It's all
about perspective. I like that. Tuck up absolutely all right.

(48:58):
And Kodak Black's engaged. Some people are saying he's already married,
but who knows. But he did propose. Uh. And the
woman is Mellow Rack. She's another rapper, and he also
posted a she posted a social media clip and he
gave her a diamond ring and there was an aircraft
in the sky that said the message, might as well
marry me melody, I love you now. When he was

(49:20):
on the Breakfast Club, he was saying that he was
in love with somebody. I don't know if it's her
or somebody else, but listen to this. You think you
could be monogamous though? Yeah, do you know what monogamous meaning?
Kode no one woman all the way? Yeah, I could
the other night, I feeled a sleep on the phone
with a girl. I didn't do that since like middle school,

(49:41):
that's a girl. He was just chopping it up like
the burger for the first night ever, you talked to
only one girl? Yeah, I hope so, I wonder if
that's who young Kodak was talking about. Wasn't Kodak just
singing the JT the other day though? Wasn't he just yes,
he sure the sick girl. But there's also other drama.

(50:04):
There's all kinds of drama that's going on now. There's
another woman that says she was recently with Kodak Black,
and she said they've been dealing with each other on
and off since twenty eighteen. Her name is Ryane Trill,
and she posted, I was just at his house in Florida,
and you know, she posted about the girl why she
thinks she's doing something? And then this is all kinds

(50:26):
of drama. I don't even understand what's going on. There's
a man now that's claiming that he is Mellow Rax's
ex and he said they were together just last week.
My baby, she's mad at me. You've been shut it up,
son of the ADDI, son of everything. She don't pull
up something good, drinks good, eats crazy. Who is that?

(50:49):
That's the do the guy, that's the guy that says
he was melow Rax's boyfriend, that says that they were
together last week, Well she engaged the Kodak now, So
once again, that goes back to the conversation we was
just having about twenty thirty minutes ago. It don't matter.
One of my oldgs told me that one time. He said,
you know it, dude would be like, yeah, I used to.
I used to. I used to sleep with this girl.
I used to sleep with it. Now you know what

(51:09):
I'm saying. She with me now? I think it is
what it is like, who cares? And also to uh
in Codak's defense, he did just get out of jail.
How long he was in jail a couple of years? Yeah, probably,
And then you listen guys fall in love in jail
with them phone calls, letters, pictures. Well, no, I'm talking
about it. If he was indeed with another girl other
than his fiancee, he just got out of jail, you

(51:30):
know some of the rust off that's all. Well, there's
a lot of drama going on surrounding this on both
of their ends. So I guess now it's after world
that's against the world, right. I hope Kodak's happy. I
hope he has found love, and I hope he stays
out of jail. He slow sappy, that's all that matters,
all right, All right, well I'm angela yee and that
is your rumor report. All right, thank you, miss ye Charlemaine. Yes, sir,

(51:53):
you're giving that donkey to you, uh four after the hour.
I'm giving donkey of the day to the worst Cuban
America in congress, so says the Miami Herald Ted Cruise.
We need him to come to the front of the congregation.
We like to have a world with him. Police. All right,
we'll get to that. Nextus to breakfast club. Good morning.
Let's don't be a dusty because right now you ask,
it's time for Donkey of the day. So if we

(52:15):
ever feel I need to be a donkey man, give
it with the hero. Did she get any name? Glean?
I had become donkey of the day the breakfast club, bitches,
you're a donkey donkey today for Friday, February nineteenth, goes
to Senator of Texas Ted Cruise. Now, yesterday, I gave
the biggest hea Hall of Colorado City, Texas mayor Tim Boyd.

(52:39):
I should I say x mayor because he resigned after
this because Tim Boyd wrote on Facebook that no one
owes you or your No, no one owes you or
your family anything, Nor is it the local government's responsibility
to support you during trying times like this sacred swim,
It's your choice. The city in county along with power providers,

(52:59):
are any other service? Ohs, you're nothing. I'm sick and
tired of people looking for a damn handout. That was
the former mayor of Colorado City, Texas talking to his
constituents in Texas in regards to the deadly and record
breaking went to storm that has left bunch of the
state without power since Tuesday now. Tim Boyd said, for
anyone who doesn't have heat, are that what being water?

(53:21):
In power? Tim Boyd said, only the strong will survive
and the week will perish. He said, if you have
no water, you deal without and think outside of the box,
will survive and supply water to year family. Well, you
have folks like twenty three year old Kevin Ayala, his
wife and four year old son, who tried to think
outside the box to keep warm. When when their electricity

(53:42):
went out, Kevin us the generator to keep warm, but
he bought the generator inside the kitchen, which caused the
house to fill with carbon monoxide. They got sleepy and
passed out. Luckily, a friend stopped by and was able
to rush them to the hospital, so his wife and
son recovered, with Kevin sadly passed away. Now Kevin, tim
clearly did what he had to do to survive. Is

(54:03):
he not strong because he didn't make it? Tim Boyd,
inquiring taxpaying citizens, would like to know because when I
hear stories like that, those are true stories of folks
attempting to live. Those are true stories of folks fighting
the elements and doing what they had to do in
order to keep their families warm, and literally losing their
lives to do it. Will I tell you what Jay
Jenkins voice, They wouldn't have to risk their lives to

(54:25):
survive if they had elected officials who actually gave a
damn about the people they're supposed to represent. You got
this human jar Hellman's had asked Tim Boyd on Facebook,
telling folks to basically shut your poll asses up. As
I said yesterday, Tim Boyd might as well have quoted
juvenile ha, you know what it is, you make nothing
out of something you hand to your bids and don't
be crying and suffering. Okay, he might as well have

(54:46):
said that yesterday, as if it's not his job to
wipe those tears away, if the people are crying, As
if it's not his job to linda helping hand when
folks are suffering, As if it's not an elected officials
job to be there for the people he governs. Well,
maybe he is not. Maybe this social contract between government
and citizens doesn't really exist like I thought it did.
Because into Ted Cruise, he did what he had to

(55:08):
do to survive. Tim Boyd said, sink a swim, but
Ted said after that sink swim a fly, Ted Cruz
was repeatedly he repeatedly slammed other politicians of vacation, and
during a crisis, decided to travel first class to change
the forecast. Oh, he packed up his family and went
to Cancoon while millions and millions of folks in Texas

(55:28):
were freezing. That ass off. Let's go to CBS News
for the report. Police Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas
is back in the US after facing criticism for flying
to Mexico while his state battles a brutal winter storm.
These photos went viral, showing Senator Cruz and his family
at an airport Wednesday. Now, sources tell CBS News he

(55:49):
was originally scheduled to return Saturday. That changed his reservation
this morning. That's in contrast to a statement the senator
released Thursday where he said he was quote wanting to
be a good dad and flew down with his daughters,
who he says, asked for the trips and school was canceled.
He also said he was in constant communication with state

(56:10):
and local leaders. Now, Ted Cruz released a statement via Facebook,
like Tim boy, did he put in all caps? Let
me read this verbat him with Ted Cruz and he said,
up in the clouds, me and my spouse room was
on the ground and getting too loud. Please turned him,
sit down down and him myself think hashtag bitch, don't
kill my vibe. Wait, hold on, I don't think that's

(56:32):
the right Wait. Oh no, that wasn't Ted real statement.
This is Ted real statement. Listen. It certainly was not
my intention for that to be understood as as critics
have tried to paint it as somehow diminishing the suffering
and hardship other Texans had experienced. He was obviously mistaken.
In hindsight, I wouldn't have done it. I was trying
to be a dad. When you got two girls who

(56:53):
have been called for two days and haven't had heater power,
and they're saying, hey, look, we don't have school, why
don't we go, let's get it out of here. I
think there are a lot of parents that'd be like,
if I can do this great. As I said, really,
from the moment I sat on the plane, I began
really second guessing that decision and saying, look, I know
why we're doing this, but I've also got responsibilities. And

(57:16):
it had been my intention to be able to work remotely,
but I needed to be here, and that's why I
came back. Now, Ted Cruz could get Donkey donkey today
for justice move alone, this move alone should cost him
his seat in twenty twenty four. Actually he should just
resign now, okay, just like Tim Boyd did. But he won't.

(57:37):
But another reason he's getting the credit he deserves with
being stupid is because, as I said earlier, Ted Cruz
has repeatedly slammed politicians for vacationing and doing other recreational
things during crisis. Oh this pasted is simb but Ted
Cruz tweeted Austin may Steve Adler and said, hypocrites completing
other hypocrites and don't forget Mayor Adler, and he added
him who took a private jet with eight people to

(57:59):
Cobble and while in Cobbo recorded a video telling Austin
Austin knights in Austin, Texas to stay home if you can.
This is not the time to relax. He literally tweeted
that to Steve Adla in December when Steve Adler went
to Cobbo and Ted Cruz on Monday told folks in
Texas to stay home if they can't too listen, the
storm is dangerous, So if you can stay home, don't

(58:20):
go out on the roads. Don't risk the ice. I
was speaking this weekend with the meteorologist expert who was
saying the combination of these two storms we could see
up to a hundred people lose their lives this week
in Texas. So don't risk it. Keep your family safe,
and you just stay home and hug your kid and
the words of Ted Cruise hypocrites, complete and utter hypocrites.

(58:41):
Ted that if you can, must have applied to you
and your family as well, because clearly your MIXI ask couldn't.
And let's not talk about all the times Ted Cruise
attacked President Barack Obama for playing golf and pool and
other things. Okay, Ted crews attack Barack for attending a
fundraiser during a crisis at the border in Texas and
said the president has been too much, So I'm on
the golf course. Listen. The cynicism of President Obama seems

(59:03):
to know no bounds. He is in Texas tonight. He's
going to two major fundraisers where he wants to be
with wealthy Democratic donors. But apparently he doesn't have time
to actually go and see the border. He doesn't have
time to go see the children who are suffering because
of his failed policies. Earlier, he was playing pool. Apparently
playing a game of pool as a higher priority for
this president. You know, if only the terrorist attacked a

(59:26):
golf course, that might actually get the White House's attention.
Holy cow, this is syrious. Did Ted Cruise practice what
you preach? I'll change your speech. In fact, I have
a better one. Since you don't practice what you preach,
give up your seat. I said, since you don't practice
what you preach, give up your seat, resign from the

(59:46):
Senate immediately. You're not fit to lead. You don't care
about the people you're supposed to be governing. Your lips
in your life is preaching two different messages. Okay. See
Ralph Waldo Emerson has this quote I love, and the
quote is what you do speak so loud that I
cannot here what you say. Those statements you gave after
coming back from Camcoon, they fell all the way on death.
Is because the only thing that saddens you about this

(01:00:08):
situation is that you got caught. I guarantee you that
you feel worse about what's happening to you right now
then you do about what's happening to the citizens of
Texas impacted by this snowstorm. Do you know yesterday the
Miami Harold named Ted Cruise the worst Cuban American in Congress.

(01:00:29):
I'm not making this up. Google it. The Miami Harold
yesterday labeled him the worst Cuban American in Congress because
of the fact that he left millions of his constituents
who are suffering through this devastating went to storm that
he left, that he left him while there was massive
power outages and people without basic needs like electricity and water. Okay,

(01:00:50):
it's ten Cuban Americans in Congress. I think it's about ten.
It's about ten Cuban Americans in Congress. And they labeled
Ted Cruz the worst one, Ted Cruise, You let pit
Bull down. Please let me give Tech Cruise the biggest
he ha he ha he ha. He's stupid, mother, Are
you dumb? Meanwhile, you see what true leaders are doing,

(01:01:13):
like my man traded truth and mister Rodgers and relief game.
Then you're on the ground providing aid, you see what
true leaders are doing. Or like beyond like beyond there,
you see what she's doing using her corporate ties to
make sure Texas get relief. Let's talk about AOC. AOC
raised one million dollars for Texas relief and four hours

(01:01:35):
AOC drop one of clues bonds for all the real leaders. Okay,
in our culture and in our community, Tech Cruise, as
I said, since you don't practice what you preach, give
up your seat, resign from the Senate immediately. You're not absolutely.
All right, well, thank you for that dune kid today
and shout the trade, the truth and mister Rodgers again.

(01:01:55):
I mean, every time something happens in Texas and Houston,
they are there there first in the city retail, rescuing people,
supplying food. I remember, um two years ago, we uh,
we got a big track the trailer at eighteen wheeler
and we packed it up with clothes, food, water, all
types of donations and we sent it down there. They
were kind of mad at us, Charlomagne. I don't know
if you remember, because you came actually, because we didn't

(01:02:18):
put the clothes and water and supplies and stuff neatly.
We kind of just threw it in the truck. Remember
when you get me mid those teams, I'm not listening.
I'm not good at stuff like that. My wife, I'm
not an organizer, my wife, I am not the one.
They said. When the truck got there, they opened it
and everything just kind of just fell out. I said it, well,
it made it easy, man, hey man, hey, all right man,

(01:02:41):
the thought that counts man. But my heart was pure
as about the Dons. I'm donating some money to relieve
gang today. Matter of fact, so slout to trade man
and um, yeah man, mister Rogers, appreciate it now when
we come back. Today is the one year anniversary of
Pop Smokes passing. All right, Pops, of course passed away
a year ago today and this morning we're gonna talk

(01:03:02):
to his mom, Audrey Jackson and Brooklyn Borough President Eric
Adams will be joining in as well, So don't move.
It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. Check
out the world's most dangerous morning show. Morning. Everybody is
DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the

(01:03:23):
Breakfast Club. We have some special guests on the line
this morning, of course Eric Adams, who's been on the
show last week running for mayor of New York City,
Brooklyn Borough president currently, and also we have Audrey Jackson
on the line. Good morning, how are you. We're doing well?
If Audrey Jackson is Pop Smokes mom, welcome to the show.

(01:03:43):
Thank you so much. Hey, Audrey, how are you? Who?
Good seeing me? I'm well go to see you as well.
Now I want to thank you for joining the show
this morning. I know you want to honor your son,
and this is with an anti gun violence message and
February nineteen, Yes, is that correct? Is the date that
your son was unfortunately killed? So can we discuss this

(01:04:06):
initiative that you guys are doing well. I was really
just really deeply moved. We did a video together and
I spoke with Audrey and her husband, Pop Smokes Dad,
and I walked away from there just really saying that
this story must be told. But sometimes when we look

(01:04:27):
at those who are in the rerecord industry, we do
not know the depth of the families who are involved.
Audrey is an educator and an amazing educator. Her husband
is in the financial industry. And brother Pop Smoke had
an amazing foundation that we saw in his creativity. He

(01:04:49):
didn't just come out and all of a sudden decided
he wanted to wrap. He was deeply rooted in strong faith,
a strong understanding of the English language, knowing how to
put together the lyrics, and he brought his own flavor
to it. You know, this is a story that people
really need to hear, that this brother was taken from

(01:05:09):
us at an early age because of gun violence, and
we are losing too many Pop Smokes all over our country.
That can have a significant impact on the direction of
who and what we are, Miss Jackson. I was going
to ask, you know, with your son's success, let's let's
talk about that that moment because his record gets played
everywhere every day. I mean, you see his videos. You

(01:05:33):
got coming out, he has a movie coming out. How
does that feel? Because I know you you want to
be happy. So it's almost like a bitter sweet it is.
It's it's very faithful and you know some you know,
I get the language from people think this is entertainment
for me, but it's not. He should be here with
you this morning. You know, this is what we were
looking forward to. It. It's these moments that, as you said,

(01:05:56):
they're bitter sweet. Here's a breakfast club. You guys listened
to you all every day, he sat in the kitchen
at the table, played you all. This should have been
his moment. Everything I'm doing to promote and expand his legacy,
it looks from an outside looking in she's on stage,
But every moment of that is faithful because there's a

(01:06:20):
way that in planning it, there's a secret place inside
of me that says, at the end of the day,
when this event happens, he's gonna be there. And then
at the end of it, I'm trying to check in
with myself, but why are you feeling? So the thing
went well, and then I realized I was expecting I
was expecting him to show up, and I'm still in
that place. And I know he had started the foundation,

(01:06:40):
like Eric Adam said, the shoot for the Starts Foundation
even prior to that, because he was so interested in
giving back to his community. So it is that foundation,
you guys are still operating. What's happening with that? We're
going full force ahead. The commemoration on the twentieth's kind
of about coming out um where we're getting just the

(01:07:01):
community to come together to talk about social justice and
social justice movement and how his music impacted that, and
so then we're going to just go forward from there.
It is providing other things for the community, you know,
basketball events and things such as that. We're looking at technology,
not just technology I'm giving you a set of computers

(01:07:22):
for your classroom, but giving our young people access to technology,
how to use it in various kinds of media. You know,
Miss Jackson, I know, um, you know, healing is hard,
and you know it's something that this is something that
I'll probably never truly heal. So when you constantly hear
his music being played everywhere, does that does that help

(01:07:45):
are hurt with you're with you're healing? It hurts. And
I'm going to tell you guys, I don't unless I
have to, I can't listen. I mean, even in my car,
I've turned on news. I can't any kind of music
because that was our connection. It kind of sounds kind
of iconic. But we dance together, we sing together, we
were um just kind of our relationship was around music

(01:08:07):
in our household, right, So music is hard for me
to hear. But I try to listen to, you know,
when something really is being played and it's popular that
people are saying to me, you know, mom, this is
really jumping off. I try to listen to it. Um,
there's some things, you know, because I recognize who he
is to his peers, and I'm a teacher, you know,

(01:08:28):
I try to use things. So I don't play it.
But maybe I'll use the words to teach, because it's
because than the words are there and I'm not hearing him,
you know. So it is difficult. It really is painful,
and I don't it's not getting easier. It really is
kind of getting harder, but harder in a different way.
So there is shift and I'm grateful for the shifts,

(01:08:48):
but um, this is this is not easy. It really isn't.
And I didn't expect it because I've lost other people
in my life, people who are very close to me,
and it's just not the same. And I don't I
don't have any works for it. Oh yeah, that's the son.
I mean, you carried them, You carried them for nine months.
You delivered that young man. You know, that's that's a
total different level of attachment. All right, we have more

(01:09:11):
with Audrey Jackson and Eric Adams when we come back.
It's the Breakfast Club. Let's get into a pop Smoke
mini mix. It's the Breakfast Club, Go Morning Morning. Everybody
is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne, the guy. We are
the Breakfast Club. That was a pop Smoke mini mix.
Now today marksti one year anniversary of his passing. So
today we have Audrey Jackson, his mom and Eric Adams

(01:09:33):
on the foe. Have we heard any updates with anything
that's going on with the LA Are they being open
or they're giving you updates to do we know what's
going on with with with the gentlemen, the charges, the
charges and all that. Um, you know, they're working on it.
They're looking at because um, two of them are miners.
Are one in particular, I think it's the fourteen year
old they're looking at. How do the chargers get played out?

(01:09:57):
Like the fourteen year old is a miners, so that
works at the particu away they're trying to see in
the seventeen year old can be charged as an adult,
and of course the forty year old gentleman definitely is
being charged and as an adult. There's some issues with
some restrictions now and how they can present the case.
They're working on those types of things. But they're very
good with kind of calling me and letting me know

(01:10:19):
what's going on. They keep me in blue and if
ever I just need to ask a question or to
talk to somebody, they take my calls. As Black people
were so quick to forgive all the time when it
comes to everything in life, no matter what it is.
How do you feel about those because you said a
fourteen year old in a seventeen year old, what are
your feelings towards them? Have you got there yet? And no,

(01:10:40):
not at all for me, it's it's it's neither place.
I mean, they've done something and there should be some
sort of repercussion for what they've done, you know, But
my brain goes to there there the households that have
been disturbed, right, mine has been damaged, but they're moms
and dads too have had some stuff. So it's not

(01:11:02):
about forgiveness per se, but just kind of understanding. But
I really try not to operate out of a place
of negativity or anger because it doesn't serve any purpose.
Has your family holding out? Missus Jackson, it's hard his brother,
you know, his brother's whole thing is like he feels
like a part of him is missing. He'll stay in

(01:11:23):
his room because he knows his brother's not outside in
any of the other rooms in the house. Dad is
waiting for his phone calls. You know, there are things
that he did with each one of us that the
other one wasn't necessarily aware of. So everybody is missing
their moments. We were normal family, and you know things
happened sibling rivalry. You know, he was a teenager. He

(01:11:45):
was supposed to be trying to separate himself from us
because he was trying to become right as all children do.
But he had his individual relationships with each one of
us that we all miss Jackson. Were you were you
always supportive of his music or were you or were
you skeptic color? First? No, he was excited. You know.
He would come and he would Um. I just had

(01:12:06):
a visions of him. I'm going up this. He's like, no,
not listen to this. He starts singing, especially the one
that's out now what you know about love? Yeah, he was,
he was, you know, because he was trying to change
his play right, you know, so I would just stand
and listen. Um. I was excited for him, and I
was excited with him. You know when I listened to

(01:12:26):
the words, I'm like, oh, okay, okay, okay, okay, it's
all right. But no, I was excited for him because
he was excited. How do you think pop smoke could
have responded to this level of fame and success? You
know what, he was humbled by it, He really was.
He was humbled by it. I remember him talking to
us about the kind of love that he felt from

(01:12:51):
the audience or his fans when he was performing. And
I'm feeling that, like I'm in I inherited that that's
his legacy. To me. His fans are really special group
of people. They're the way that they're grieving his loss
as if they have lost the family member. And fifty
cent put really executive produced that last album. Is there

(01:13:13):
more music that you guys have in the stash too? Oh?
I'm not sure that's there, you know. If if there is,
I'm you know, I'm hoping that we can put something out,
but I'm really not sure. Well, I don't want to
tell you, miss Jackson. I know you it's coming up
on a year since Pop Smoke, you know, was taken

(01:13:34):
from us. So I just want to send you healing
energy and I just want to send you love and
light and you know, constant condolences to you and your family. Absolutely,
and how can we suppret the foundation for people listening?
Where can they go to support? Www dot Shake the
Room dot org. Right, that's the point right now for

(01:13:55):
the event that's coming up on Saturday, But beyond that,
it's just shoot for the Stars dot org as well,
and so we'll have information out there as to events
and things that we're providing for the community. You know,
I'm working on something to kind of gather mothers together
because part of what happens is that you know that

(01:14:15):
sister with that fourteen year old who's just kind of
got gotten off track, there was some support that she needed.
As mothers, we need support and it's not always there right.
So it's about figuring out how to have create that
moment and create that space as well as for creating
safe and space for the young people to come and
have a conversation. And that's what we're hoping that Saturday

(01:14:38):
will be the beginning of. Well, thank you so much
for checking in again. And it's my last name. Have
you been in communication with the either of the fourteen
year old? No, I have not. I have not. I'm
not sure I'm ready for that conversation. But there's no
animosity because as a mom, I get it. You don't
send your worst out there. You send your best. You
send your best every time your child leaves your a house,

(01:15:00):
who are sending your best? And sometimes things happen, things
happened that are out of all our control. You're welcome,
have a great day. Thank you, Thank you missus Jackson.
We appreciate you and send you lovely. Okay, thank you
appreciated the Breakfast Club. It's about Angela Yee The Breakfast Club.

(01:15:28):
So Jamie Fox has a new netflixit comments called Dad,
Stop Embarrassing Me, and it's going to feature multiple characters
in the same vein as in Living Color. And they said,
we didn't want him to play himself, and what's more
embarrassing than your dad doing makeup all the time. So
it says Brian really wants to understand Sasha so badly
and be there for her, and maybe he goes to
extreme lengths to do so. So Jamie Fox is playing Brian,

(01:15:52):
the owner of a cosmetic company and father to Sasha.
That's played by actress Kyla Juicimmon's his daughter in real life,
Karen Fox will actually executive produce the project. She didn't
want to be in it, she wanted to be behind
the scenes. I definitely give that a goal. I mean,
you gotta support Jamie Foxx and anything that he does,
simply because Jimmie Foxx is one of the most talented

(01:16:12):
people that we've ever seen, at least in my lifetime.
So watch It is based on a relationship with his
oldest daughter, Karin Fox. And we all know as daughters
that our dads do embarrass us all the time. My
dad is one of the most embarrassing people I know,
so I live for it. I live for it. I've
been threatening my daughter ever since Zooms started. Whenever she'd

(01:16:34):
be on Zoom, I'd be like, I'm a running, then
I'm just gonna start dancing. I'm gonna act like nuck
if your buck is playing, and she know what that means. Well, yeah,
and I know you're embarrassing to your daughter. So I
understand that feeling because my dad's extremely embarrassing. Also. I
used to be like, Dad, drop me off like two
blocks away from school. I don't want nobody to see you.
I don't want nobody see the car my son does that,
and he wouldn't. He would still pull up in front.

(01:16:56):
All right too. How about the your son does that
and you're driving fantoms and races and all kind of
other stuff, And he wanted to be dropped off two
blocks away. Great, because that's because he says that me
and you are suss and he says that kids always
talk about how suspect me and you are. It's the
Beijing bro. No no, no no, no, it's the beard
me with the ass. Thank you for noticing I've been

(01:17:19):
doing spots. I want to be I want to be
referred to as you with the ass from now on,
from you, from you, shut up all right. The Weekend
has received a custom diamond Super Bowl ring to commemorate
his halftime performance. It looks pretty amazing. There's a big
exo across the top, sixteen carrots of BBS diamonds and

(01:17:40):
the words world Champion and an image of the trophy,
the Vince Lombardi Trophy. It also has the Weekend's name
on it, the score from the game, the date that's
a big ring, the Pepsi logo, all of those things
on it. So his birthday was actually on Tuesday, his
thirty first birthday, so that was to commemorate that as well.
Dan a Weekends only thirty one mm wow, and Diddy

(01:18:04):
is bringing the Crew League to Revolt. Now. If you
don't know what that is, hip hop artists will compete
against each other and a friendly basketball tournament. Here's the trailer.
They better come to play and ay, better play hard man,
because you playing a hard Yeah. Take the down. That's
all we're trying to do. I should have went to
the NBA. I just chose the Rappers. One hundred thousand golds,
Richard Off, I know I don't want me to win.

(01:18:25):
I heard about it right for the Welcome into the
Crew League Season one. This is the league where rappers
and their crew battle it out for one hundred thousand
dollars cast. That sounds dope interesting, something different. Vote has
all kinds of new programming. M all right, and Kim

(01:18:48):
Kardashian gave Tristan Thompson some advice on how to get
back together with Chloe Kardashian because a lot of embarrassing
things happened publicly with their relationship. Here's what she told them.
Some days are good and some days, you know, she
gets a little frustrated about you know, what's going on
with the media. I don't even think it's to her
anymore about like getting over the past, like things that
you guys have been through. I think it's just mostly

(01:19:09):
what other people are gonna think. Yeah, I don't even
I think she's totally fine. Otherwise she wouldn't be hanging
out with you twenty four seven. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, honestly,
I just think that you should talk to her and
just tell her, like you don't want to rush her process,
but if you were to just like explain to her
that you don't want to be this like kept secret
because she is so embarrassed, like that makes you sad.

(01:19:32):
All right, well, yeah, we'll see hopefully he doesn't embarrass
her anymore. And that is your rumor report. All right,
thank you, miss Yee. Now m revote. We'll see you
guys on Monday. Everybody else to People's Choice mixes up next.
You know, we throw it back on a Friday. So
let's go as to Breakfast Club. Go Morning Morning. Everybody
is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomne the guy we all

(01:19:52):
the Breakfast Club. Now it's Black History mouth. What are
we doing today? Listen? Today we are going to honor
the great Tamika Mallory. Mika is an American activist, a
woman who is always on the front lines fighting for us.
She is always speaking out for us. In fact, yesterday
I saw her tweet Biden won't cancel student debt up
to fifty thousand dollars, knowing it could dramatically lift many black, brown,

(01:20:16):
and working class people. The administration got more money for policing.
Perhaps the cancel student debt and the fund police folks
should get together and push back against this nonsense. Tromp
on a clue buns for Tamica Mallory Man just another example.
It's another example of Timika always being on the front
lines pushing for us. This is her all the time,

(01:20:37):
on and off air, on and off social media, in
front of the cameras, not in front of the cameras.
She's always pushing for us. And last year she gave
a speech when she was down in Minnesota on the
front lines fighting for justice for George Floyd. And it
was a speech that Good Morning America and many others
called the speech of a generation. Let's listen. The Breakfast

(01:20:57):
Club presents a new Black History Month. We are in
a state of emergency and we are not responsible for
the mental illness that has been inflicted upon our people
by the American government, institutions and those people who are
in positions of power. Arrest the cops, charge the cops.

(01:21:21):
Do what you say. This country is supposed to be
about the land of the free for all. It has
not been free for black people. And we are tired.
Don't talk to us about looting. Y'all are the looters.
America has a looted Black people. America eluded the Native
Americans when they first came here. So looting is what
you do. We learned it from you. We learned violence

(01:21:44):
from you. So if you want us to do better,
then damn it, you do better courtesy of the Breakfast
Club man. Because a true leader. And if you feel
inspired by her, if you feel empowered by her, if
you learn from her, and you definitely want to pre
order her upcoming book, State of Emergency, How to Win

(01:22:04):
in the Country We Built is out May eleventh, which
you can pre order now wherever you buy books. State
of Emergency How to Win in the Country We Built
is Tamica Mallory's upcoming book. It's out May eleventh, but
you can pre order whether you buy books now. Jamica Mallory,
thank you truly for your service. Absolutely all right. When
we come back, we got the positive notice to Breakfast

(01:22:25):
Club Good Morning, Owning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne,
the guy. We are the Breakfast Club, Good Morning, Good morning,
and it is Friday. So I just want to encourage
you guys to watch ABC News Live tonight. I actually
joined Deborah Roberts. We did a conversation with black women
and I'm featured on it along with Leah Rigour, she's

(01:22:47):
a professor, she's a PhD. And Evette Simpson, who is
the CEO of Democracy for America. So that is on
tonight at APM Eastern, so please watch. It's a really
great conversation that we had. I loved it. We are
we're like, we got to do a part one, two, three,
four and five of this, so please pay attention to that.
And on Sunday is the virtual event, the Gala for

(01:23:08):
the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies.
You know, I'm on the board for that. We're always
raising money for people who are going to the University
of the West Indies from the West Indies and we
give them full scholarships and whatever financial help they might need,
especially right now during this pandemic to be able to
get whatever electronics they need, just because we know how
important education is. So make sure you'll pay attention to that.

(01:23:29):
And they are honoring Amanda Sales and d Nice this
year as well as Sadella Marley. She skipped Marley's mother
and also the daughter of Rita and Bob Marley, So
pay attention to that. It's going to be a great time,
relute to my sister Amanda Seals, Grenade a massive Nutmeg
math off Amanda Seals and also on our Heart Radio

(01:23:51):
Living Black as an event taking place tomorrow at six
pm performances from Roddie Ridge, twenty one Savage, Jennie Michael,
Kirk Franklin and more. The Breakfast Club will be on
there as well. I'll be talking black, What Love Me
and my wife would be talking just about our relationship.
We've been married twenty years this May, so we'll be
talking about some of the ups and downs twenty years,
everything that we went through. He had twenty years master.

(01:24:14):
It doesn't even seem like that long, which is the
best thing about it still seems like it was two
three years, which is great. I bet for her it does.
I'm sure you need it. That's why you need to
stop putting that Beijing in your bid. Bro. When you've
been married for twenty years and you got five kids,
it's no need to keep putting Beijing in your bid.
We know ye like fifty years, Diddy, DJ Khalid, Rick

(01:24:34):
Ross this snitch, get this Beijing snitch. You like Nino,
You like Nino Beijing standing up, standing up in the
court house. If I'm going down, you're taking everybody with you?
Hunt what what? What? All right? Well? You got a
positive note? By the way, callin needs it bro called
looked one hundred years old when you don't have Beijing.

(01:24:56):
Why just just started naming everybody and just le made
me think of Chris Blackman. He he's like man. People
say life is shure, No it's not. Life is long.
The he is probably like man. This marri is long?
All right? Where you got a positive note? Yes, the
positive note is coming from Carol Moseley Braun. You know
Carol Moseley Braun is a politician and lawyer, and I
love this quote from her. She says, defining myself as

(01:25:19):
opposed to being defined by others is one of the
most difficult challenges I faced. Breakfast Club, y'all finish for
y'all dumb
