Drake has been relatively quiet ever since Pusha T released "The Story Of Adidon," a diss track that the G.O.O.D. recording artist accused Drizzy of being a deadbeat father on.
It doesn't seem like we'll be hearing about a clap back from Drake anytime soon, either. J. Prince recently revealed that he made a phone call to the 6ix God and told him not to respond. According to the Rap-A-Lot Records CEO, he heard the diss track that Drake was going to drop for both Pusha and Kanye West, and said that it went too far. Prince admitted that the things that the Scorpion rapper was saying on the song had the potential to destroy West's career. So, he told Drake that it wasn't a good idea to release it.
Since then, West coast G Ice Cube also added his two cents into the situation. Cube said that Pusha went too far on "The Story Of Adidon." But, the former N.W.A. artist also thinks that Drake's time at the top is over. “He had a good run,” Cube said. “You only got a three-year run in the rap game, baby! At the top, you only got three years at the tip-top of the rap game, and then you gotta find your place in this thing.”
Fans have been waiting for Drizzy to say something about Pusha's song or even his alleged secret baby. But, there has been nothing until now. On Instagram, Drake commented that he's been going through a lot lately. We're sure. Or, perhaps these comments can be lyrics from an upcoming single. Hmmm, we're sure to find out sooner or later.
