Shawn Mendes To Drop Three New Remixes From His Third Album Tonight

Looks like Christmas is coming early for Shawn Mendes fans!

Last night (December 19), the musician announced three brand new remixes from his self-titled third studio album will arrive at the stroke of midnight (December 21). "Wanted to give you something for the holidays, so I’m releasing some cool remixes of songs from the album with @leonbridges@jessiereyez, & @kaytranada on 12/21, tomorrow at midnight EST x," Mendes tweeted.

For the newly-revamped versions, the 20-year-old has tapped soul artist Leon Bridges for "Why," record producer Kaytranada for "Where Were You in the Morning?" and fellow Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez will appear on "Youth," which originally featured R&B performer Khalid.

Mendes previously unveiled the remixed version of his funk-pop record "Lost in Japan" with Russian-German DJ Zedd back in September, which was confirmed to iHeartRadio exclusively over the summer.

Shawn Mendes, which arrived via Island Records in May, earned the artist the first Grammy nominations of his career for Best Pop Vocal Album and Song of the Year for "In My Blood." After its release, the Toronto-born crooner declared he would support the record on his 2019 "Shawn Mendes: The Tour."

Mendes also promoted the LP during the 2018 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour.
