The woman accusing Chris Brown of rape claims she was raped four times during a drug-fueled party in the singer's Paris hotel room last week.
The alleged victim's lawyer, Franck Serfati, told The Associated Press on Thursday (January 24) that his client alleges she was forced to take cocaine and raped by Chris and two other men.
As previously reported, Chris' accuser spoke out in an interview with Closer magazine, shared via TMZ, earlier this week, claiming Chris raped her in a hotel dressing room for 25-30 minutes in what she called a "brutal and violent" attack. In the interview, she detailed the events that led to the alleged rape, telling the mag she met Chris at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris, France on Tuesday (January 15) around 10:30 PM, and then went to a nightclub. She claimed the two returned to the hotel, with Chris' crew in tow, around 4 a.m. While she acknowledged that she returned to the hotel at her own will she said she was tired but was convinced to go back to the Mandarin.
Once inside Chris' suite, the woman claimed she went to the bathroom and that's when Chris allegedly followed her and "catches me by the right arm. He makes me enter a sort of dressing room. He closed the door ... it lasted 25 - 30 minutes." She described the encounter as both "brutal and violent," adding she was then "abused" by one of Chris' friends and a bodyguard. Despite being scared, the woman said she ultimately decided to go to the police two days after she was allegedly raped because she didn't want the R&B singer to "be able to do the same things to other girls."
In her complaint filed with the Paris prosecutor's office, obtained by the AP, the woman added that she was sexually assaulted multiple times by Chris and two other men, who included one of his bodyguards. She also told police she saw drugs in the room, claiming she forced to take cocaine.
Chris was arrested in Paris on Monday (January 21) in connection to the alleged incident. After being released on Tuesday, without charges, he denied all allegations against him. "This B*tch Lyin'," he wrote on Instagram. "I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!"
While Chris was released without charge, the Paris prosecutor’s office says the investigation hasn’t been closed, AP reports. Despite the ongoing investigation, Chris filed a defamation lawsuit against the woman accusing him of rape on Thursday.
