Brendon Urie Begs Fans to Stop Kissing Him During Shows

Brendon Urie loves his fans, but he doesn't love it when they accost him during shows.

On Panic! At The Disco's current North American tour, the frontman has been walking into the crowd during the band's song, "Death of a Bachelor." The stunt has been dubbed the "death walk," and apparently fans have been kissing him while he makes his way into the crowd. Unsurprisingly, he doesn't like it.

“I went in for a hug and a girl kissed my neck,” the singer explained on Twitch this weekend.

“My sweaty gross neck,” he added, clearly uncomfortable. “The neck kiss is so intimate, too… it’s like an extra ‘F**k you!’ to me. You know what I mean?"

"Please stop kissing me on the ‘death walk,’” he begged in the most polite way possible.

P!ATD's tour manager Zack Hall wasn't as polite when he approached the subject on Twitter Saturday (February 2).

"Just a heads up folks. I’m done with this crap of kissing Brendon during the “death walk”. If I see it, you will be kicked out of the show right away. The end," he wrote.

Panic! At The Disco are nominated for multiple iHeartRadio Music Awards this year, including Best Duo/Group of the Year, Best Alternative Song of the Year, and Best Alternative Rock Artist of the Year. Find out who will be taking home an award this year by tuning into FOX on March 14th where the show will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles from 8-10pm ET/PT.
